This research was conducted at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Balai Jaya Rokan Hilir. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee productivity through work discipline at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Balai Jaya Rokan Hilir. Work motivation as the independent variable (X) meanwhile work discipline as the intervening variable (Z) and employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is the occurrence of fluctuations in the results of CPO production accompanied by a fluctuating decrease in employee absenteeism and also the labor turnover of employees which increases every year as seen from company data and supported by expert opinions. The sample of this study was taken as many as 54 respondents from 119 populations which were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the questionnaire results were distributed directly to the field using the Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and then processed and then tested statistically through the SEM SmartPLS 3.3.7 program. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity through Work discipline. An important problem faced by leaders is how to increase morale so that they can support the succes of achieving goals. Trying to maintain the enthusiasm of employes so they can work hard. This research was conducted at RSUD dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapiapi.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect work discipline and work environment on non-medical employes work spirit morale partially and simultan.work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) as independent variable and work spirit (Y) as the depedent variable.The problem in this study is the fluactive decline in employe morale accompanied by high employee absenteeism.The sample of this research was taken as many as 50 respondents and technique used was accidental sampling.The data obtained from the results of the questionare and then processed and then tested statistically through the SPSS program.From the results of the conducted,it shows that the participatory leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at RSUD dr. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and financial compensation on employee loyalty through work motivation as an intervening variable. The sample in this study were 86 employees using stratified random sampling technique. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were then processed by statistical tests through the Smartpls application. The results of the study show that the work environment has no effect on employee loyalty, while financial compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work environment and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty through work motivation as an intervening variable.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and the work environment on employee morale. This research was conducted at a banking company, namely PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Siak Sri Indrapura Branch. This study uses 50 respondents who are all employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Siak Sri Indrapura Branch. In this study, the sampling technique used was Census/Total Sampling. Tests carried out in this study included validity tests, reliability tests, classic normality assumption tests, multicollinearity classic assumption tests, heteroscedasticity classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berbagai permasalahan manajemen kepegawai yang menjadi Tugas dan Fungsi serta Tata Kerja Badan Kepegawainan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kabupaten Siak, dalam melaksanakan penyusunan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan daerah di bidang urusan dan pelayanan kepegawaian, mutasi, pengembangan pegawai, pendidikan dan pelatihan di Kabupaten Siak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Manajemen Pelayanan Kepegawaian Pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kabupaten Siak serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam Manajemen Kepegawaian pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kabupaten Siak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen kepegawaian pada Badan Kepegawainan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kabupaten Siak belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kepegawaian terjadi kelebihan beban kerja (over capasity), dimana jumlah pegawai yang saat ini bertugas pada pada Badan Kepegawainan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kabupaten Siak tidak sesuai dengan jumlah kebutuhan yang seharusnya. Kelebihan beban kerja tersebut berdampak pada kurangnya inovasi kerja pegawai.

Along with the increasingly intense competition in business, companies or organizations that run a business are required to be able to carry out their activities efficiently in order to achieve the company's goals that have been set. HR has an important role and is one of the benchmarks for the level of work productivity of employees in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee work productivity through morale. The method used in this study is to use descriptive and quantitative statistics. The samples taken amounted to 71 respondents using the total sampling technique. The data sources used in this study were primary data obtained through questionnaires which were then processed using statistical analysis, namely intervening regression analysis, outer model, inner model, direct effect test, and indirect effect test using the SmartPls program. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable of compensation (X) has an effect on employee work productivity (Y), partially the variable of compensation (X) has an effect on employee morale (Z), partially the morale variable (Z) has an effect on productivity employee work (Y). And simultaneously the compensation variable (X) influences employee work productivity (Y) through morale (Z).

The rapidly increasing progress of the times requires us to be able to keep up with the developments of the times. One thing that continues to improve rapidly as time goes by is digital technology. Digital technology is currently very necessary for every aspect of life in the fields of education, government, health and other aspects. One of the current focuses is graphic design, where graphic design is very necessary to support aspects of human life. To equip the younger generation with the basics of graphic design to make it easier to participate in current developments, design schools are carried out. This design school is focused on training in using the Canva application. Graphic design is a form of communication through visualization so it can be a very effective form of communication media. This design school training is aimed at training every element of society to be able to grow and develop their soft skills so that they are able to participate and compete in this era to become someone who is successful and successful in developing creativity and quality of work.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi menurunnya kapabilitas yang dimiliki oleh Dinas PenanamanModal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Pekanbaru dalam memberikan pelayanan publik dimasa pandemic-Covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Kapabilitas Dinas PenanamanModal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Pekanbaru dalam memberikan PelayananPublik di masa Pandemi Covid-19 serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor Penghambat Kapabilitas DinasPenanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Pekanbaru dalam MemberikanPelayanan Publik di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifatFenomenologis , data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dandokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kapabilitas yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Penanaman Modaldan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Pekanbaru dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Publik di MasaPandemi Covid-19 belum spenuhnya maksimal hal ini terlihat dari dimensi pengetahuan dan keterampilandan dimensi system teknis yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayana Terpadu SatuPintu Kota Pekanbaru. Faktor penghambat yang melandaskan permasalahan ini adalah pandemic covid-19 dan keterbatasan penggunaan teknologi.

Tujuan kegiatan ini sebagai upaya membantu masyarakat akan penyediaan air bersih. Teknologi dalam penyediaan air bersih adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia akan air yang aman dan sehat. Teknologi filtrasi air satu solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Namun, kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi ini sering kali kurang. Oleh karena itu, program sosialisasi transfer teknologi dan pelatihan menjadi penting. Sosialisasi transfer teknologi melibatkan pengenalan teknologi filtrasi air kepada Masyarakat Mak Teduh dihadiri dari perwakilan 3 dusun berjumlah 35 orang tentang jenis-jenis filter air, proses pembuatan, dan cara penggunaannya. Pelatihan praktis juga merupakan bagian integral dari program ini, memungkinkan masyarakat untuk menguasai keterampilan dalam pembuatan dan pemeliharaan filter air. Dampak dari program sosialisasi transfer teknologi dan pelatihan ini meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang teknologi filtrasi air, dapat mengurangi risiko terpaparnya penyakit air yang dapat berakibat fatal, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia PT PJB dan PJB Service di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Tenayan Kota Pekanbaru dan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia PT PJB dan PJB Service di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Tenayan Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi bersifat Eksplanatif. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia PT PJB dan PJB Service di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Tenayan Kota Pekanbaru baik ditandai dengan PT PJB dan PJB Service PLTU Tenayan berkerja sama dengan PJB Academy dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan yang kompeten dalam pembangkit listrik. Kemudian, Kesesuaian materi dan metode yang diberikan serta partisipasi karyawan dalam proses pembelajaran yang baik. Kemudian, kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia PT PJB dan PJB Service di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Tenayan Kota Pekanbaru yaitu keterbatasan anggaran, kesulitan dalam penyesuaian jadwal, kurangnya eveluasi dan penilaian efektifitas, dan kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan materi dengan kebutuhan karyawan.
