Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of teacher expertise in the use of technology, and the lack of technological facilities in developing digital potential for teachers, research and assessment at SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru. In the teaching and learning process there are still some teachers who have difficulty in using technology. Some teachers are not fully able to use devices or facilities to support learning activities such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, and others. The availability of technological facilities and infrastructure is still not available, causing obstacles in the development of teacher competence. The purpose of this study is to explain the efforts to develop human resources in the application of digital literacy to teachers at SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru and to analyze the inhibiting factors for developing human resources in the application of digital literacy to teachers at SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru. The type of research chosen is qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study found that the development of human resources in the application of digital literacy to teachers at SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru in terms of motivation, personality and skill criteria was not optimal.Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya keahlian guru dalam penggunaan teknologi, dan minimnya fasilitas teknologi dalam mengembangkan potensi digital pada guru, penelitian dan pengkajian pada SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru. Dalam proses belajar mengajar masih ada beberapa guru yang kesulitan dalam menggunakan teknologi. Beberapa guru belum sepenuhnya mampu menggunakan perangkat atau fasilitas untuk penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran seperti Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, dan lain-lain. Masih belum tersedianya sarana dan prasarana teknologi sehingga menimbulkan kendala dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam penerapan literasi digital pada guru SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru serta menganalisis faktor penghambat pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam penerapan literasi digital pada guru SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam penerapan literasi digital pada guru SD Negeri 90 Pekanbaru ditinjau dari kriteria motivasi, kepribadian dan keterampilan adalah belum maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the provision of motivation and organizational commitment and its effect on employee performance at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru. Provision of motivation as a variable (X1), Organizational Commitment as Variable (X2), and employee performance as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sample used is 56 employees conducted by census and technique of collecting data through questioner. The results of analysis using the validity test, test reliability, test determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So it can be concluded that the provision of motivation significantly influence employee performance at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru, Employee performance at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru, and giving motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru.Keywords: Giving Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the organizational culture and work environt and its employee jobsatisfaction.. organizational culture as a variable (X1), work environtas a variable (X2), and employee jobsatisfaction as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 16, wherein the samples used are employees of the is 95 done by census and data collection through questionnaires. Abstract

This research conducted at PT Surya Dumai Agrindo Bengkalis. As for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction (study at PT Surya Dumai Agrindo Bengkalis). Organizational culture and organizatinal commitment as the independent of variable (X1X2) while employee job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The problem in this research is the fluctuation of employee turnover and entry accompanied by employee absences that increase every year. Seen from the Labor Turn Over and company absentee data. The sample of this study was taken as many as 86 respondents using purposive sampling techniques from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS program. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires.The results of test carried out show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (study at PT Surya Dumai Agrindo Bengkalis). Keywords : Organizational Culture, Organizational commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and career development on the performance of PT. Telkom Access Riau Riau Area. Employee performance is the work of individuals in an organization. The achievement of organizational goals cannot be separated from the resources owned by organizations that are driven or run by employees who play an active role as actors in efforts to achieve the goals of the organization. To improve the performance of company employees must pay attention to supporting factors that will affect the performance. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Telkom Access Riau Riau Area, located on Jl. Cempedak No. 8 Wonorejo Kec. Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City. The sample of this research was taken as many as 37 by the census method. In this research the method used is descriptive and quantitative. Data obtained from interviews, documents in the company and subsequent questionnaires were obtained and then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. From the analysis of the data include validity, reliability, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression tests. In the test results that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance then work motivation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in employees of PT. Abstract

In a Company having employees may do a good job and may not be good. If an employee has performed responsibly well, then the leader is expected to be responsible as well. To find out the causes there are several possibilities such as whether or not to complete a job assigned and may also not hae the impetus to work well, then it is already one of the leader’s duties to influence employees, in order to work according to company goals.The study aims to determine the effect of leadership functions on employee performance in the case PT. Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, to test the influence of both variables. In the research, the meteology used is descriptive and quantitative in SPSS program, where the sample used is special employees at PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, with the census technique method, data received from employees by conducting interviews, questionnaires and literature review.The results of research work performance PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, employees have a very good work performance level. However, when viewed from the total score of each dimension of work performance the compensation system dimansion is relatively hiegher. While the dimension of stress level is relatively lower. This means that the company PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, needs to lower the employees stress level by holding activities to reduce the stress level of the employees. Based on partial (t-test), it can be concluded that the variables of leadership function have a significant effect on work performance variable.Keywords : leadership function, employee performance, PT. Abstract

CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning is no longer a charity but is already in the form of a CSR program which is directed to increase people's income through the development ofmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Innovation is not only carried out in the product form of the program, but also innovation in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The goal is that the fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprisesin the future can exist and be independent. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of themicro, small, and medium enterprisescommunity in Sei. Pakning. This type of research uses a mixed method. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program at PT. Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning has not been able to fully cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the assistedmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Statistical tests show that there is a significant effect of CSR program innovation consisting of product innovation, process, method, strategy and system on the entrepreneurial spirit of fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprises. For this reason, it is better for Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning made improvements to the innovations from the CSR Program they had carried out.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meminimalisir penyebaran penyakit karantina, langkah yang diambil pemerintah salah satunya adalah cegah tangkal penyakit.Tidak hanya mencegah penyakit yang masuk melalui kedatangan kapal luar negeri ataupun dalam negeri, tetapi juga melakukan pencegahan penyebaran penyakit dari keberangkatan kapal baik yang mau keluar negeri ataupun dalam negeri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi Kebijakan Kekarantinaan Kesehatan pada Keberangkatan Kapal di KKP Kelas III Dumai dan mengidentifikasiapa yang menghambat KKP Kelas III Dumai dalam mengimplementasikan Kebijakan Kekarantinaan Kesehatan pada Keberangkatan Kapal di KKP Kelas III Dumai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini Koordinator Substansi Pengendalian Karantina dan Surveilans Epidemiologi KKP Kelas III Dumai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) Kelas III Dumai yang beralamat di Jalan Datuk Laksamana, kelurahan Buluh Kasap, kecamatan Dumai Timur, Kota Dumai. penulis menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan publik menurut Model Charles O. Jones (1996) yang dibagi menjadi tiga dimensi antara lain. Organisasi, Interpretasi, Aplikasi serta memiliki hambatan yaitu Kurangnya tenaga Sumber Daya Manusia di Kantor Wilayah, Selalu terjadi Kesalahan Input pada aplikasi Sinarkes, dan Pemeriksaan keberangkatan kapal (PHQC) belum optimal dilakukan

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in the progress of a company. To increase employee loyalty, the company needs to manage the human resources in it. This research was conducted at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 1 Dumai Branch, located at Jl Sultan Syarif Kasim No.1 Tlk Binjai Dumai. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee loyalty at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 1 Dumai Branch. Work environment and work motivation as variables X1 and X2 and employee loyalty as variable Y. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods obtained from the results of the questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale technique. The data is then processed using the SPSS program. This study also uses the method of simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 62 respondents from the total population using the total sampling method. The results showed that testing the first hypothesis, namely the work environment has a positive effect on employee loyalty. The second test, work motivation has a positive effect on employee loyalty. The results of the F-test show that the work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Bagan Punak Rokan Hilir Health Center, located in Bangko District, Bagan Readyiapi, Rkan Hilir, Riau. Employees are operational supporting factors that carry out all activities. An increase in the number of violations can have a negative impact, namely the occurrence of obstacles in achieving organizational goals. The high level of violations can be an indication that the lack of discipline and work experience of medical employees causes the low performance of medical employees at the Bagan Punak Health Center. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative method with SPSS program. Due to the number of population members below 100 people, all members of the population were used as research respondents, as many as 42 people. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis and multiple linear analysis by showing the results that work discipline and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance. By calculating the coefficient of determination (R2) simple discipline on employee performance obtained R square value of 0.565 or 56.5% and work experience on employee performance obtained R square value of 0.507 or 50.7%. Calculation of the multiple determination of work discipline and work experience on employee performance obtained an R square value of 0.635 or 63.5%. This shows that the percentage contribution of work discipline and work experience variables on employee performance is 63.5% while the remaining 36.5% is influenced by other variables that the researcher did not include in this study.
