Abstract

Dengan dikeluarkannya Undang-undang Nomor 16 Tahun 1985 tentang Rumah Susun, Rancangan Pedoman Umum Penyusunan dan Pengajuan Usulan Bantuan Pembangunan Rusunawa pada Perguruan Tinggi Nomor 1 Tahun 2006 dan Peraturan Menteri Negara Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 9/PERMEN/M/2008 tentang Pedoman Bantuan Pembangunan Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa (Rusunawa) pada Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi dan Lembaga Pendidikan Berasrama, maka mahasiswa dapat bernafas lega sedikit guna meringankan biaya pendidikan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemanfaatan bangunan rusunawa pada perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode kuantitatif mementingkan adanya variabel-variabel sebagai obyek penelitian dan variabel-variabel tersebut harus didefinisikan dalam bentuk operasionalisasi masing-masing variabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex facto karena dilakukan setelah semua kejadian selesai berlangsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sejauh ini pemanfaatan bangunan belum cukup optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan desain bangunan yang kurang cocok dengan kebiasaan pengguna bangunan, padahal desain bangunan merupakan penyeragaman desain dari pigak pemberi bantuan pembangunan rusunawa. Apalagi lain daerah mempunyai kearifan lokal yang berbeda-beda pula sesuai dengan karakteristik daerah masing-masing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of Islamic Religious Counselors who have additional duties as Halal Product Process Assistants in halal applications. The qualitative method with a descriptive approach is the method used in this research. The results of this research show that Islamic Religious Counselors still need to be equipped with adequate digital literacy skills in order to face technological developments. The phenomenon occurs when Islamic Religious Counselors who serve as Halal Product Process Assistants carry out activities in the field turns out that there are still many snack business actors who do not know the registration procedures and other matters related to the obligation to register the snack food business products of these business actors

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of marketing communication of Al Amjad Islamic School through Instagram on the perception and educational preferences of students' parents. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling with 325 student samples at Al Amjad Islamic School Medan. The results showed that the advertising dimension obtained a value of 88%, the facility dimension obtained a value of 87.1% and the peer dimension obtained a value of 87.7%. The results of simultaneous calculations showed that the H0 hypothesis was rejected and Ha was accepted so that simultaneous marketing communication had a significant effect on educational perceptions and preferences

Background. Educational institutions need marketing communication and have started to explore the world of social media for advertising by creating visual images or videos. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of marketing communication of Al Amjad Islamic College through Instagram on parents' educational perceptions; analyze the influence of marketing communication of Al Amjad Islamic College through Instagram on parents' educational preferences; and analyze the influence of marketing communication of Al Amjad Islamic College through Instagram on parents' educational perceptions and preferences. Method. This study uses a quantitative approach with the correlation method. The research data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used stratified random sampling with a sample size of 325 people from a population of 1748 students of Al Amjad Islamic College Medan. Results. The results showed that the advertising dimension marketing communication variable obtained a value of 88%. The facility dimension perception variable obtained a value of 87.1%. The peer dimension preference variable obtained a value of 87.7%. The results showed that the hypothesis H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, namely that there was an influence of marketing communication through Instagram on perceptions at Al Amjad Islamic College with a large influence of 35.7%. This means that the two variables have a significant relationship with a moderate category. Conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is an influence of marketing communication through Instagram on preferences at Al Amjad Islamic College with a large influence of 37%. This means that the two variables have a significant relationship with a strong category. The results of simultaneous calculations show that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that marketing communication simultaneously has a significant effect on educational perceptions and preferences.

Abstract

Background. The learning process at the State School of Builders located in Aceh Tamiang, interpersonal communication is more intense between teachers and students, because one of the learning methods for students with special needs is individualised learning. Purpose. This research aims to analyze how the teacher’s interpersonal communication model develops self relliance for junior high school deaf students at the Pembina Aceh Tamiang State Special School.Not only that, what communication barriers occur and efforts to overcome these communication barriers. Researchers use the interpersonal communication model and symbolic interaction theory from George Herbert Mead. Method. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, with research subjects consisting of 4 middle school level teachers who are deaf. Data collection techniques were semi-structured interviews, passive participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles, Huberman and Saldana theoretical techniques, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data validity technique that researchers use is source triangulation. Results. The results showed that the teacher’s interpersonal communication model in developing students’ self reliance at the Aceh Taming Pembina State Special School uses non-verbal and verbal communication. However, teachers often use non-verbal communication because of students’ limitations in hearing, making teachers and deaf students when interacting more dominantly use non-verbal communication. The effectiveness of teachers’ interpersonal communication with deaf students can be seen through 4 aspects, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitude, and positive attitude. There are 4 factors inhibiting teachers’  interpersonal communication with deaf students in improving the independence attitude of deaf students, namely: physical interference, physiological interference, psychological interference, and semantic interference. Conclusion. The conclusion of this research is that the teacher’s interpersonal communication model in developing student independence at the Tamiang Aceh Pembina State Special School uses non-verbal and verbal forms of communication. The meaning of verbal communication for tunagrahita is a sentence or utterance spoken from the mouth, or called a mouth mimic, while the nonverbal communication they use is called sign language or symbol language.

Abstract

Kota Gunungsitoli merupakan salah satu penerima bantuan sosial dari Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dari tahun 2014 hingga 2023. Sumber Daya Manusia PKH (Pendamping PKH) berjumlah 1.000 orang. Salah satu tugas dan tanggung jawab Pendamping PKH adalah mendorong perubahan pola pikir dan perilaku Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) PKH agar mereka merasa aman dan nyaman dengan bantuan PKH, yang sebenarnya ditujukan untuk keluarga kurang mampu. Pendamping bertugas memberikan edukasi dan fasilitasi agar KPM PKH bersedia menciptakan perubahan, salah satunya dengan menabung dan membuka usaha kecil, baik secara mandiri maupun berkelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendamping sosial melaksanakan graduasi mandiri dalam Program Keluarga Harapan di Kota Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap informan untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran komunikasi interpersonal pendamping sosial dalam melaksanakan graduasi mandiri pada program Keluarga Harapan masih perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal kejelasan dan pemerataan informasi yang seharusnya disesuaikan dengan program tersebut. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa faktor-faktor dalam pelaksanaan graduasi mandiri masih belum jelas, sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman pendamping sosial terhadap Program Keluarga Harapan.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bahwa masih rendahnya prestasi kerja pegawai di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja pegawai salah satunya adalah penerapan komunikasi interpersonal antara atasan dan bawahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana Sistem Komunikasi Interpersonal antara Pimpinan dan Bawahan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Komunikasi Interpersonal antara Pimpinan dan Bawahan dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan paradigma post-positisme yaitu paradigma yang menganggap manusia tidak dapat selalu benar dalam memandang sebuah realitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang. Hasil penelitian bahwa sistem komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi antara pimpinan-bawahan yaitu, sistem komunikasi formal dan komunikasi informal. Komunikasi formal berjalan dalam bentuk komunikasi instruksi tugas dan berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui jumlah volume interaksi, dan orientasi organisasi yang menekankan kepada pekerjaan. Komunikasi informal berjalan dalam bentuk komunikasi hubungan sosial dan berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui komunikasi persuasif yang dikembangkan oleh atasan terhadap bawahan. Prestasi kinerja pegawai dikategorikan baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari disiplin pegawai yang tinggi, kemampuan pegawai melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi, serta para pegawai mampu mengerjakan tugas yang didelegasikan kepada mereka.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis bagaimana jurnalis di media online www.kliksumut.com beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang memengaruhi bidang komunikasi media massa. Konvergensi media, yang memungkinkan akses berbagai informasi dan interaksi yang luas, menjadi fokus utama penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan paradigma konstruktivis untuk memberikan gambaran sistematis, akurat, dan faktual tentang isu-isu yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jurnalis di www.kliksumut.com harus memiliki independensi, kualitas, etika, keandalan, ketepatan, dan profesionalisme di era konvergensi. Mereka diharuskan memverifikasi informasi, mematuhi kode etik bidang mereka, dan bertanggung jawab atas laporan mereka. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi jurnalis adalah ketidaksesuaian antara realitas lapangan dan berita yang diterbitkan, ketidakseimbangan dalam penyajian berita, dan pelanggaran etika jurnalistik. Kolaborasi yang melanggar hak cipta juga menjadi masalah. Lingkungan yang mendukung, dengan institusi independen dan organisasi pers yang mendukung jurnalis, diperlukan untuk menciptakan jurnalis berkualitas. Dengan budaya pers yang baik yang mematuhi kode etik jurnalistik, diharapkan jurnalis yang pada awalnya enggan untuk menulis fakta akan bertahap beradaptasi dengan budaya positif tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the branding process in constructing the halal tourism destination of Aceh Province as "the light of Aceh". Using a constructivist paradigm and qualitative approach, this study collects data through in-depth interviews with the publication team and the Aceh halal tourism acceleration team at the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. The research findings reveal that the marketing communication efforts carried out by the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office in constructing the brand image of halal tourism destinations based on the first stage of media construction are to prepare construction materials in collaboration with relevant publics, namely the publication team, the Aceh halal tourism acceleration team, and other tourism associations and communities. The second stage is the stage of construction distribution through various media and channels, especially social media. In the use of digital media, the concrete concept is real-time. The third stage is the stage of construction formation, namely the construction of the image constructed by the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office through the media used, especially owned/shared/social media, is the good news model. The fourth stage, namely the confirmation stage, is evident in the adoption of the logo by various publics. Other confirmations are that in the same year when the halal tourism destination brand was launched in 2016 to 2022, Aceh received both national and international awards.
