Abstract

This study addresses the critical gap in the availability of teaching materials aligned with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework within the Indonesian Language and Literature Learning Development course for Islamic Education Management. In the context of 21st-century educational demands, OBE emphasizes measurable learning outcomes, competency development, and the integration of relevant, future-oriented pedagogical practices. To bridge the disconnect between curriculum design and competency achievement, this research developed and validated OBE-based teaching materials using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model through a mixed-methods Research and Development (R&D) approach. Data were collected from lecturers and students of the Islamic Education Management at IAIN Gorontalo via curriculum document analysis, interviews, observations, expert validation sheets, user response questionnaires, and learning outcome assessments. Quantitative analysis employed eligibility percentages and N-Gain calculations to evaluate material validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Results indicate that the developed materials are valid (expert validation >80%), practical (>80% positive user feedback), and effective (significant improvement in student learning outcomes, as evidenced by N-Gain scores). This study demonstrates that systematically designed OBE-based teaching materials not only enhance curriculum relevance but also strengthen the professional competencies of prospective Islamic educators. The findings offer a replicable model for curriculum innovation in Islamic higher education, supporting the development of adaptive, competitive, and results-driven teacher education programs aligned with global educational standards.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dari rumusan masalah Apakah ada pengaruh langsung gaya hidup hedonism terhadap hasil belajar PAI di SMAN 1 Pinolosian? Dan Seberapa besar gaya hidup hedonisme yang terjadi padasiswa di SMAN 1 Pinolosian ? Dengan tujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh langsung gaya hidup hedonism terhadap hasil belajar pai di SMAN 1 Pinolosian dan Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar gaya hidup hedonisme yang terjadi di SMAN 1 Pinolosian Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan Pendekatan Fenomenologis, yaitu pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk melihat langsung fenomena dan kenyataan-kenyataan yang terjadi dan Pendekatan Edukatif, yaitu pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mengkaji teori-teori pendidikan. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang banyak di tuntut menggunakan angka.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: observasi (pengamatan); penyebaran kuisoner dan dokumentasi. Dengan jumlah populasi 101 siswa kelas XI. Sample yang di ambil berjumlah 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Dari hasil penelitian adalah Gaya hidup hedonis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dari hasil penelitian, nilai T hitung< T table atau - 0.629 <1.677 artinya Ho diterimadan Ha ditolak, atau T hitung = - 0.629 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 dan atau derajat kebebasan jumlah data-2 atau 50-2= 48 sehingga dapat T table = 1.677. gaya hidup hedonism cenderung lebih rendah hal ini dilihat dari R squernya yaitu 0,8%. Jadi hasil belajar siswa tidak dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup hedonis. Hal ini dikarenakan siswa SMA N 1 Pinolosian masih kurang dalam melakukan persaingan barang mewah juga sering keluyuran malam. Dampak dari gaya hidup terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA N 1 Pinolosian, adalah sebagian siswa menganggap bersaing dalam materi bukanlah hal yang wajar dilakukan. Karena siswa di SMA N 1 Pinolosian kurang menggunakan baraang yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dasar. Oleh sebab itu hasil belajar siswa sangat baik dan berada diatas rata-rata.

Abstract

Background: The rapid expansion of digital platforms has given rise to new linguistic practices, including algospeak, a creative strategy used by users to circumvent algorithmic moderation. Purpose: This study examines the morphological patterns, social functions, and broader implications of algospeak in Indonesian social media. Method: Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with a digital sociolinguistic case study design, the research analysed 500 posts collected purposively from Twitter (X), TikTok, and Instagram during 2023–2025. Data were gathered through digital documentation and screened based on linguistic relevance. Analytical procedures combined morphological analysis, sociolinguistic interpretation, and critical discourse analysis, while validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and theories, peer debriefing, and limited member checking. Results and Discussion: The findings reveal four dominant morphological strategies: phonological/orthographic substitution, abbreviation and acronyms, blending and hybridisation, and euphemism/metaphor. These patterns demonstrate that algospeak functions not only as a technical tactic to avoid censorship but also as a form of humour, solidarity, and community identity. Beyond describing linguistic forms, the study contributes to bridging a gap in digital sociolinguistics by highlighting a non-Western perspective and showing how morphology operates as a site of resistance and adaptation to algorithmic control. Conclusions and Implications: algospeak reflects the dynamic interaction between human creativity and technological governance, underscoring the need to rethink keyword-based moderation and integrate digital language practices into literacy and education. Future research should expand toward multimodal analysis and cross-linguistic comparison to better capture the global evolution of language in algorithm-driven environments.

Abstract

Background: Islamic education in madrasahs is often disconnected from local cultural contexts, rendering Islamic values emotionally and culturally irrelevant to students. In Gorontalo, oral literary forms such as tuja’i, taleningo, and tinilo embody Islamic values aligned with the principle of rahmatan lil-‘alamin (mercy for all creation); however, their integration into language teaching practices remains sporadic and unsystematic. Purpose: This study aims to (1) identify Gorontalo oral literary forms relevant to language instruction in madrasahs, (2) analyse strategies for their transformation into classroom practices, and (3) formulate a localised, wisdom-based language teaching management model. Method: The study employs an exploratory-descriptive qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design across three regencies in Gorontalo. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation involving 12 teachers, 6 madrasah principals, 8 local cultural leaders, and 24 students. Data analysis followed the model proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2020), guided by grounded theory principles. Results and Discussion: indicate that tuja’i, taleningo, and tinilo hold the greatest potential as authentic instructional materials due to their embedded values of tauhid (monotheism), moral character (akhlak), and social responsibility. Effective classroom strategies include performative learning approaches—such as declamation, tanggomo-based dialogues, and collaborative projects—which significantly enhanced students’ speaking fluency, linguistic politeness, and cultural pride (reported by 83% of students). Nevertheless, major barriers are managerial in nature: a complete lack of teacher training (reported by 100% of respondents), absence of written teaching modules, the dominance of the national curriculum, and insufficient digital documentation. The integration of oral literature extends the theoretical frameworks of Communicative Language Teaching and Funds of Knowledge into the context of localised Islamic education. Conclusions and Implications: Gorontalo oral literature constitutes a strategic pedagogical resource that strengthens linguistic competence, Islamic character, and cultural identity. This research recommends enhancing teacher professional development, developing oral-literature-based teaching modules, and implementing policies supporting localised curriculum autonomy through structured partnerships between madrasahs and customary institutions to revitalise the Gorontalo language and foster sustainable Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the meaning of Tujaqi poetry in the traditional ceremony of receiving leaders or honour guests. The arrangement of words and sentences in Tujaqi is a message conveyed by traditional officials to guests or leaders. Appreciation for leaders or guests is expected that leaders and guests try to maintain behaviour from bad habits and maintain behaviour that is beneficial to other people, especially the people of Gorontalo who have been willing to welcome them kindly. This research used discourse analysis to analyse Tujaqi meaning. The procedures were collecting data, identifying unit analysis, segmenting the text, identifying language elements, analysing the meaning, and interpreting the context. The research showed that Tujaqi poetry was recited in Pohutu Motombulu, a traditional ceremony in welcoming a leader or honour guest.  Tujaqi can be interpreted as the artistic creativity of the Gorontalo people, composed in the regional language which symbolizes that the Gorontalo people are proud of their regional language, and are pleased with their own variety of literature and culture so that they are considered equal to other regions.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was motivated by the decline in students' learning outcomes in IPAS at Grade IV of MI Alwathaniyah. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in students' learning outcomes by implementing the Cooperative Script method using Pop-Up Book media. This research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) involving 22 students, consisting of 15 boys and 7 girls, conducted over two cycles. Each cycle comprises two meetings and follows the Kemmis and Taggart model, which includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results indicate that both teacher and student activities improved from Cycle I to Cycle II; teacher activity increased from 63% to 94%, student activity from 66.7% to 85.4%, and students' learning outcomes from 68.1% to 95.4%. In conclusion, the implementation of the Cooperative Script method with Pop-Up Book media is effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes in IPAS for Grade IV at MI Alwathaniyah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan mengimplementasikan metode Cooperative Script menggunakan media Pop Up Book. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang melibatkan 22 siswa, terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan, selama dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dan mengikuti model Kemmis dan Taggart yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru dan siswa meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II; aktivitas guru meningkat dari 63% menjadi 94%, aktivitas siswa dari 66,7% menjadi 85,4%, dan hasil belajar siswa dari 68,1% menjadi 95,4%. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode Cooperative Script dengan media Pop Up Book efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV MI Alwathaniyah. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of fourth grade students through the application of the Direct Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy. Based on initial observations, the reading comprehension ability of class IV students is relatively low, seen from the low reading comprehension evaluation data, only 8 students reached the KKM out of 23 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this research were 23 class IV students. The Kemmis Mc Taggart model research design consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques use: tests, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the Direct Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy can improve the reading comprehension skills of fourth grade students at SDN 19 Limboto. The average increase in the reading comprehension ability score in cycle I was 7.26, the initial condition was 57.52, increasing to 64.78, and the increase in cycle II was 20, the initial condition was 57.52, increasing to 84.78. The percentage of students who have achieved the KKM has increased from cycle I which was originally 60.86% to 86.95%.Keywords: Reading Comprehension, DRTA Strategy, Indonesian AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV melalui penerapan strategi Direct Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA). Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out how to apply the cooperative learning model to improve the poetry writing skills of fifth grade students at Muahammadiyah Elementary School, North City. This type of research is classroom action research with the research subjects being 28 class V students. This research took place in two cycles by applying the PTK research design from Kemmis and McTanggart. Includes: (1) Planning Stage. (2) Implementation of Actions. (3) Observation/observation. (4) Reflection Stage. All of these stages occur in one cycle. This research can be said to have increased if the skill indicators in the Indonesian language poetry subject matter. students who have achieved a minimum completion score of 80 from students with a KKM score of 75. The instruments used are teacher and student observation sheets and skills observation sheets. The skill result in cycle I was 58.4 with a completeness value of 75% so that in cycle I it had not yet reached the completeness value, then continued in the next cycle, namely in cycle II, with a result of 79.0 which had reached the completeness value. So this research has been able to reach the completion value in cycle II Keywords: Cooperative Method; Poetry Writing Skills.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the increase in student learning activity after implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in class 1V Indonesian language learning. This research was conducted in class IV at SDN 3 Limboto using classroom action research. Learning is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle has stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 38 class IV students at SDN 3 Limboto. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and test techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics. The results of the research show that teacher activity and student activity in the learning process by applying the Teams Games Tournament model in Indonesian language learning material with the word "me-" in class 1V at SDN 3 Limboto has increased. Successful in achieving the expected indicators of success in this research, namely 90% of all class 1V students can understand the material well and are actively involved in the learning process.Keywords: Teams Games Tournament Model, Student learning activity, Indonesian. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa setelah penerapan Model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas 1V. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SDN 3 Limboto dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Pembelajaran dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model Teams Games Tournament pada pembelajaran bahasa indonesia materi kata berimbuhan “me-“ kelas 1V SDN 3 Limboto terdapat peningkatan. Berhasil dalam mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini, yakni 90% dari keseluruhan siswa kelas 1V dapat memahami materi dengan baik dan aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Model Teams Games Tournament, Keaktifan belajar siswa, Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of augmented reality-based discovery learning models on students' language skills. This type of research is quantitative research with a meta-analysis approach. The eligibility criteria are that the research is published from 2021-2024, SINTA or Scopus must index the research, the research must be an experimental method or quasi-experiment, the research must be open access, and the research data must be complete to calculate the effect size value. Tracing data sources include Google Scholar, ERIC, Taylor of Francis, IEEE and Scopus. The data collection technique is observation through databases. The data in this study was filtered using the PRISMA 2020 method. Data analysis in the study by calculating the effect size value of each survey with the JSAP 0.8.5 application. The analysis of 22 studies concluded that the augmented reality-based discovery learning model significantly influenced students' language skills with a value of d = 1,029 in the high effect size category. This finding positively influences teachers to apply this model to encourage students' language skills in Indonesian learning.  Â
