Abstract

Now, people can connect with each other and with others around the world through the virtual world, in addition to using devices. Despite the current economic downturn, SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) are predicted to boost the economy. The implementation of digital technology-based marketing strategies, or digital marketing, offers potential for SMEs to grow into a significant economic force. To maximize profits, SME actors work with distribution and promotion channels based on digital platforms. Currently, almost all SMEs—including fast food companies and restaurants—use digital marketing-based promotional and distribution channels. Through the idea of empowering the people's economy, this research focuses on exploring the function of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This approach is a necessary adaptation for SMEs to thrive in the era of Industry 4.0 and ultimately become superior SMEs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada peserta didik melalui pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru-guru yang memiliki pengalaman dalam mengajar mata pelajaran terkait kewirausahaan di sekolah dasar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tema dan temuan penting diidentifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan berbagai strategi untuk membangun jiwa kewirausahaan pada peserta didik. Salah satu strategi utama adalah menjadi model peran yang menginspirasi, di mana guru menunjukkan semangat kewirausahaan dalam tindakan dan sikap sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman tentang peran guru dalam mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada anak-anak di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran lingkungan sekolah dalam mendukung pembelajaran bahasa bagi siswa sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada aspek lingkungan fisik, sosial, dan budaya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Subjek pada penelitian ini guru kelas, siswa, dan kepala sekolah SDN 13/I Muara Bulian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan fisik yang nyaman, seperti ruang kelas yang menarik dan perpustakaan yang lengkap, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap minat belajar bahasa siswa. Selain itu, interaksi sosial antar siswa dan budaya literasi yang diterapkan di sekolah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dan memahami bahasa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sinergi antara komponen lingkungan sekolah dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar bahasa yang optimal bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Harapan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi sekolah dalam merancang lingkungan yang mendukung pembelajaran bahasa. Oleh karena itu, peran lingkungan sekolah dalam pembelajaran bahasa perlu terus ditingkatkan dan diperhatikan.

Abstract

Rancangan asesmen formatif merupakan salah satu komponen kurikulum merdeka sebagai wadah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara bersama kepala sekolah ditemukan beberapa informasi bahwa guru di sekolah masih kurang wawasan terkait asesmen formatif kurikulum merdeka, belum mengetahui rancangan asesmen formatif dalam konsep understanding sebagai wujud paradigma baru pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengambian ini dilakukan dan disusun sesuai waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian untuk mengetasi permasalahan tersebut. Pengabdian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode interaktif, alur kegiatan yaitu survei pendahuluan, pelatihan/ sosialisasi, bimbingan dan pendampingan, evaluasi serta seminar. Kegiatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi bagi guru melalui kegiatan sosialisasi pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen PGSD tentang asesmen formatif kurikulum merdeka sekaligus dosen PGSD sebagai fasilitator nasional sekolah penggerak program merdeka belajar, tentunya akan memberi manfaat dan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi guru. Target yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini ialah : 1). Guru memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan untuk merancang asesmen formatif kurikulum merdeka 2) Dilakukan pendampingan yang bersifat konsultatif dalam merancang asesmen formatif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu yang efektif meningkatkan literasi bahasa siswa. Untuk meletakkan dasar bagi pembelajaran di masa depan, literasi bahasa adalah bagian penting dari pendidikan dasar. Ini membantu anak-anak mengembangkan kemampuan membaca, menulis, berbicara, dan mendengarkan yang kuat. Namun, metode pengajaran yang kurang terintegrasi sering kali menghambat pertumbuhan literasi bahasa siswa secara keseluruhan. Untuk menggabungkan berbagai teknik pengajaran bahasa ke dalam satu kerangka pembelajaran, penelitian ini menciptakan model pembelajaran terpadu. Teknik Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain model, pengembangan, dan pengujian produk. Untuk menilai kemanjuran model dalam meningkatkan literasi bahasa siswa, informasi dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi bahasa siswa, termasuk berbicara, mendengarkan, menulis, dan pemahaman teks, dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu ini. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memajukan pengajaran bahasa dan berfungsi sebagai panduan bagi para pendidik yang ingin meningkatkan literasi bahasa siswa mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership strategies of elementary school principals in mobilizing community participation in three public elementary schools in Jambi City: SDN 64/IV, SDN 54/IV, and SDN 42/IV. A qualitative case study design was employed to explore the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes based on the four dimensions of transformational leadership proposed by Bass & Avolio: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The findings show that in all three schools, principals successfully established strong partnerships with the community through vision-based planning, innovative and context-responsive program implementation, and participatory evaluation involving all stakeholders. These strategies enhanced community support in moral, material, and manpower forms, creating a more conducive and accountable school environment. The study concludes that transformational leadership effectively strengthens school– community collaboration and improves educational quality at the elementary level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the application of printed modules and electronic modules based on local wisdom of ngubat padi to see indicators of the Peaceful Love character. This type of research is quantitative research. This study used a sample of 44 students in class VA and class V B at SDN 76/I Sun-gai Buluh. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics. The peace-loving character of students can be seen in the application of electronic modules and print modules. From the two teaching materials, the peace-loving character of students with the application of the E-Module is dominant in the very good category, while the peace-loving character of students with the application of the printed module is domi-nantly good.

Abstract

This research and development (R&D) study aims to develop and evaluate the validity and practicality of integrated teaching materials based on the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach with deep learning principles to enhance the mathematical understanding of fourth-grade elementary school students. The study was conducted in response to the challenge of teachers' limited competence in designing teaching tools that are responsive to students' diverse needs and characteristics, a key requirement of Indonesia's Independent Curriculum. The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) was employed as the systematic development framework. The subjects were students from SDN 131/IV, SDN 42/IV, and SDN 64/IV in Jambi City. Data were collected through validation sheets by experts and practicality questionnaires administered to teachers and students. The results demonstrated that the developed teaching materials achieved a very high validity level, with an average score of 97.36% across media, content, and language aspects. Furthermore, practicality tests showed consistently high scores from both teachers and students across all three schools, with averages above 89%, categorized as "Good Practicality." The findings indicate that the deep learning-based TaRL integrated teaching material is a valid, practical, and effective tool for facilitating personalized, engaging, and collaborative mathematics learning, ultimately supporting the goals of differentiated instruction within the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Lev Vygotsky's theory, particularly the concepts of Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) and scaffolding, in language learning in early elementary school classes. Language skills are a crucial aspect of children's cognitive development, with social interaction playing a key role in the learning process. A qualitative research method was employed, involving first and second-grade students and language teachers as subjects. Data were collected through observations, interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires. The findings indicate that the implementation of ZPD and scaffolding effectively enhances children's language skills, increases motivation, and strengthens social interactions. Teachers act as scaffolders, providing appropriate support to help students learn. In conclusion, applying Vygotsky's theory in language learning in early elementary education can bolster children's language abilities, build confidence, and support social development.

Abstract

All humans can use language to speak and interact with others to fulfill their life needs. Language also distinguishes humans from other creatures created by God. In contrast, animal communication is limited to instinctive signals used for basic purposes such as warnings, mating, and defending territory. Communication with animals is well established and has not undergone major developments in terms of complexity or well-being. In addition, human language is productive, able to form new sentences and convey ideas that have never been expressed before, while animal communication is limited to repetitive and established behavioral patterns. This article examines the linguistic, biological evolutionary, and cognitive differences that underlie the differences between the two communication systems, and shows that human language explains how this is possible about the unique position of humans in the use of language and the use of animal language.
