Abstract

The government of Sibolga Kota District has not yet had maximum performance in terms of the services provided to the community that have not been maximized. The basic cause is the existence of interpersonal communication barriers among employees and low employee morale because motivation within employees is also low. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Kota. The type of research used is descriptive correlational with a population of 68 people and is used as an object of observation. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results showed that interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation variables can affect employee performance variables by 54.7%. Interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Where the value of Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable (45.363 > 3.11) Partially interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Where the value of tcount = (2.515) > ttable (1.992), Partially intrinsic motivation is the most dominant influence on employee performance, meaning that the intrinsic motivation variable determines more to improve employee performance compared to interpersonal communication. Where is tcount = (4.441) > ttable (1.992). It is recommended that the leadership is expected to maintain good relations with staff so that communication and good performance are maintained

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of Work Motivation and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch. The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch. The author uses 46 respondents as a sample taken from 46 populations using the Sugiyono formula. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and its correlation coefficient is 0.419, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as moderate. While the coefficient of determination is known that Work Motivation and Self Efficacy only contribute 33.3% to Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and the remaining 66.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. Regression equation obtained Y = 15.032 + 0.22X1 + 0.45X2 which shows that if you add one unit of variables X1 and X2 (Work Motivation and Self Efficacy) or a certain value, the variable Y (Employee Performance) will increase by the regression coefficient of 0.22 and 0. 45. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted by Employee Performance by comparing the t-count value of Work Motivation and t-table, it is found that the t-count value is smaller than t-table, namely 1.748 <2.016, Self- Efficacy and t-table, it is found that the t-count value is greater than t-table, namely 3.188 <2.016 and a significance value of 0.000 below α 5%. Because t count is greater than t table, there is an influence of Work Motivation and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk memahami pola komunikasi antara guru dan siswa SMK 13 Muhammdiyah sibolga. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pola komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa serta bagaimana pola tersebut berpengaruh pada minat belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa SMK Kelas XI. Objek penelitian adalah pola komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa dalam menciptakan minat belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pola komunikasi antara guru dan siswa dengan pengaruhnya dapat menciptakan minat belajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi pola-pola komunikasi yang muncul dalam interaksi antara guru dan siswa, kemudian memberikan kesimpulan tentang bagaimana pola-pola tersebut berperan dalam menciptakan minat belajar agar semakin baik lagi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya komunikasi interpersonal dalam menciptakan kemauan, minat belajar bagi siswa yang menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru yang profesional, serta memberikan masukan yang berharga bagi pengembangan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif bagi siswa kelas XI SMK 13 Muhammdiyah Sibolga. Komunikasi interpersonal menekankan pentingnya menunjukkan simbol-simbol interaksi secara langsung agar siswa dapat memahami dan meniru dengan benar. Faktor Psikologis juga perlu di Perhatian, Guru mempersiapkan media yang telah ditetapkan beserta segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan dalam penerapan media. Dalam menciptakan minat belajar siswa ,pola komunikasi nonverbal guru juga memegang peran penting dalam pendekatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal, guru di SMK 13 Muhammdiyah berusaha menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendukung perkembangan kemauan minat belajar yang akan bermuara pada hasil belajar siswa melalui media belajar

Abstract

One of the efforts made by entrepreneurs to increase customer satisfaction is to always keep chicken meat in high quality conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The hypothesis in this study is: There is an Influence of Chicken Meat Quality on Consumers at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive correlational research design. The total population of 375 samples in this study was 15% of (375 people), so that 56 people were obtained. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Analysis techniques are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. To analyze the data using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Results Based on the research, the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction was 0.752 categorized as strong. The effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction 56.5%. The obtained simple linear regression model, Y = 7,455 + 0,748X shows the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction in a positive direction. The hypothesis test is known that the value of tcount is greater than ttable 7,046 > 2,010, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Abstract

performance can be done by implementing effective communication. This study aims to analyze effective communication on improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga which opened 31 people. The analytical method used for testing and proving the hypothesis is a descriptive quantitative approach. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between effective communication and employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga is 0.757, so if it is interpreted on a scale it can be categorized as sufficient. The regression equation obtained is Y= 12,491+0,637 X which shows the effect of effective communication on employee performance. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted as true, where t count 6.241 > t table 2.0452, which means that employee performance will increase the regression coefficient/slop (0.573) if the effective communication variable is added by one unit. Based on the research results obtained between effective communication and improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga has a positive relationship, it can be seen from the increase in the number of consumers in the last 5 years as many as 310 people.  Keyword: Effective, Employee, Performance, Communication, Improvement

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of motivation and incentives on morale at PT. Mujur Timber Sibolga The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and incentives on morale at PT. Good luck Timber. The population in this study is all employees are all employees at PT. Mujur Timber Sibolga, which has a total of 525 employees. The sample in this study used a side random chuster method consisting of 53 employees. Primary data collection was carried out through questionnaires, where before the questionnaires were distributed, validity and reliability tests were first carried out on the questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and quantitative analysis, namely by multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS Statistics 20 program for windows. The results showed that all data included in the model were normally distributed as shown by the histogram graph in the form of a bell and the normal graph of the PP Plot Standardized residual showing all the residual data points of the three variables following the diagonal line data on the scatter plot and the Kolmogorov Smrinov statistical test showing the value z 0.682 < from Z α 5% which is 1.97 and the probability value is 0.741> 0.05. Heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity problems are not found in the model, which is shown by the dots spreading randomly and both above and below zero on the Y axis. The tolerance values ​​of each independent variable are 0.659 and 0.659 above 0.1 and the variance inflation factor values ​​are 1.517 and 1.517 does not exceed 10. The results of the social hypothesis test show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale at PT. Luckily, Timber Sibolga has proven that t count is 5.049 > t table is 0.68 and a probability value is 0.000 < α 0.05. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on morale because t count is 3.744 <0.68 and the probability value is 0.000 > α 0.05. Simultaneously test the hypothesis where F count is 46.684> F table is 4.034 and the probability value is 0.000 <α 0.05. Keywords: motivation, incentives and morale

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of HR development and locus of control on the performance of Civil Servants in the Sibolga Sambas District Government, Sibolga City. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research also uses inferential statistics, namely research that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship and influence between other variables. The instruments in this research were questionnaires, interviews and observations. The total population was 160 people including all state civil servants and honorary employees. used are multiple regression tests, t tests, correlation coefficients, and other tests. The R square value obtained was 0.456. The HR Development variable (X2) influences performance by 45.6%, and the remaining 54.4% is determined by other reasons outside the regression model. The regression line equation is Y = 8.169 + 0.197 X1 + 0.615X3. The t test shows that tcount = 6.439 and ttable= 1.654, meaning tcount > ttable = 6.439 > 1.654, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Aktualisasi Diri dan Kompetensi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dan juga untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Prestasi Kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Sampel yang diambil adalah sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Analisis Data. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Yang menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerika (angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistik dan data yang digunakan adalah data subjek dan data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Data diolah secara statistik dengan program SPSS for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Aktualisasi Diri (X1) memiliki berpengaruh secara positif dan siginifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dan Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak siginifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel Aktualisasi Diri, karena memiliki nilai signifikansi, bahwa t hitung > dari t tabel atau 5,033 > 2,00404 Kata Kunci : Aktualisasi Diri, Kompetensi dan Prestasi Kerja .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pembagian kerja dan pendelegasian wewenang terhadap prestai kerja pegawai pada kantor kesyahbandaran dan otoritas pelabuhan kelas VI sibolga. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor kesyahbandaran dan otoritas pelabuhan kelas VI sibolga.yang berjumlah 55 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengujian dan pembuktian hipotesis adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif anatara pembagian kerja dan pendelegasian wewenang terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai kantorkesyahbandaran dan otoritas pelabuhan kelas VI sibolga. sebesar 0,738 dikategorikan kuat. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 1,938 + 0,520X1 + 0,458X2, yang menunjukkan pengaruh pembagian kerja dan pendelegasian wewenang terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada kantor kesyahbandaran dan otoritas pelabuhan kelas VI sibolga. Uji T hitung menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima kebenarnnya, dimana t hitung (X1) 4.104 > 2,01 t tabel (Y) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (X2) 3,759 > 2,00665 t tabel (Y), dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji F tabel = 3.18 dan F hitung = 49,495. Karena F hitung > F tabel dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, maka pembagian kerja dan Pendelegasian wewenang berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama atau simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesyabandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Sibolga. . Abstract

Background: Achieving the company's strategic vision and mission, where work climate and job satisfaction are crucial factors that influence performance. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, West Aceh Regency, conditions show that these two aspects have not been managed optimally, resulting in low employee motivation and productivity. To answer this challenge, the research proposes a new approach by integrating the concept of Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a mediating variable that is able to strengthen the relationship between work climate, job satisfaction and performance.Purpose: Analyze the influence of work climate and job satisfaction on employee performance with sustainable HR as a variable to support the achievement of the Company's strategic goals, as well as creating a productive and competitive work environment at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga, West Aceh Regency.Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with an explanatory type. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews with 54 employees. Data analysis using structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS program.Findings/Result: Work climate and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM is proven to strengthen these relationships, creating a more stable and sustainable impact on productivity. A high R square value indicates that this model has strong predictability. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga needs to make SHRM an integral part of its management strategy to create an adaptive, innovative and competitive work environment in facing the challenges of an ever-growing industry.Conclusion: Successful employee performance is not only determined by climate and job satisfaction, but also by sustainable HR management. SHRM has proven effective in strengthening overall performance. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga needs to integrate SHRM in management strategies to create adaptive and competitive work systems.Originality/value (State of the art): This research analyzes problems at PT.
