Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Pendidikan, Kebiasaan organisasi, Honoranium, Motivasi Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Sibolga. Yang menjadi sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah Pegawai dari Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Sibolga. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan yaitu berupa penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada alpha 5%, peneliti menafsirkan hasil dari analisis multiple linear regression menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel pendidikan, kebiasaan organisasi, honoranium, motivasi kerja mempengaruhi Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Sibolga dan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Prestasi Kerja Pegawai sebesar 71,3%. Secara parsial pendidikan positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai dengan nilai probability sebesar 0,035%, selanjutnya dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,435%. Pengaruh kebiasaan organisasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability sebesar 0,927%, selanjutnya dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,0146%. Pengaruh honoranium terhadap kinerja adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability sebesar 0,156% selanjutnya dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,217%, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,002 % selanjutnya dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,47%.

Abstract

Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelayanan vendor terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Utara Sektor Pembangkitan Pandan dengan menarik hioptesis bahwa Ada pengaruh Pelayanan vendor terhadap kepuasan konsumen pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Utara Sektor Pembangkitan Pandan .Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Penulis menggunakan 23 orang responden sebagai sampel yang diambil dari seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara Pelayanan vendor dan kepuasan konsumen pada PT. PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Utara Sektor Pembangkitan Pandan sebesar 0,30, sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan rendah. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y= 27,717 + 0,25 X yang menunjukkan pengaruh pelayanan vendor terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak kebenarannya, dimana t hitung 1,459 < t tabel 2,07961, yang berarti kepuasan konsumen belum tentu akan bertambah sebesar koefisien regresi/ slop (0,25) apabila variabel pelayanan vendor ditambah dengan satu satuan. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa pelayanan vendor hanya berperan sebesar 9 % terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Utara Sektor Pembangkitan Pandan dan sisanya sebesar 91 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang pengaruh kemampuan koneksi matematika siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran peer teaching. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain Pretes Postes control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN. Sampel kelas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 7 di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan tes dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda. Penelitian ini melibatkan 2 kelompok subjek yaitu Kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kedua kelompok mendapat tes kemampuan awal (pre-test) untuk mengetahui apakah kedua kelompok tersebut memiliki kemampuan yang sama. Dari hasil pembahasan perhitungan normalitas dengan menggunakan analisa grafik Histogram, menunjukkan bahwa model regresi tidak menyalahi asumsi normalitas yaitu berbentuk lonceng sehingga grafik histogram untuk variabel koneksi matematika dapat disimpulkan memiliki tingkat normal. Dengan demikian keseluruhan butir soal variabel X dan Y di atas dinyatakan valid. Secara spesifik dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan koneksi matematika siswa kelas XI SMA di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN sebelum diterapkannya metode pembelajaran peer teaching hanya sebesar 50,64. Rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas X SMA Melati Binjai setelah diterapkannya metode pembelajaran peer teaching meningkat dari 50,64 menjadi 78,50. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematika siswa kelas XI di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN Tahun Pelajaran 2021/ 2022.

Abstract

One of the efforts made by entrepreneurs to increase customer satisfaction is to always keep chicken meat in high quality conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The hypothesis in this study is: There is an Influence of Chicken Meat Quality on Consumers at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive correlational research design. The total population of 375 samples in this study was 15% of (375 people), so that 56 people were obtained. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Analysis techniques are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. To analyze the data using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Results Based on the research, the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction was 0.752 categorized as strong. The effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction 56.5%. The obtained simple linear regression model, Y = 7,455 + 0,748X shows the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction in a positive direction. The hypothesis test is known that the value of tcount is greater than ttable 7,046 > 2,010, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of human resources towards improving organizational performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Sibolga City. respondents. In this study, several tests were carried out which aimed to determine the relationship and influence between the implementation of the quality of human resources on improving organizational performance, namely between the quality of human resources and the company's performance at the Tirta Nauli Sibolga Regional Drinking Water Company, there is a positive influence and relationship.,From the results discussion of normality using Histogram Analysis, shows that the regression model cannot assume normality assumptions, namely forming a histogram chart and organizational performance can have a normal level, From the results of the validity calculation, each item variable X and Y Corrected Item Total value of r count is more than the value of r table (0.266). Thus, all of the variables X and Y are declared valid. From the results of the reliability test calculation, the variables X and Y can be said to be reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value > r is critical. The calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained is 51.84% and the remaining 48.16% is determined by other factors not discussed in this study, such as leadership, motivation, infrastructure, communication and others. From the calculation of the linear regression line, the variables X and Y variables are: Y = 6.10 + 0.92 X. In this case, the X (HR quality) variable and Y (organizational performance) are in a positive direction, meaning that if the X value (quality HR) = zero, then the Y variable (organizational performance) = 6.10 and From the hypothesis test carried out, by comparing the t-count value with the t-table value, it can be seen that the t-count value is greater than ttable (7.409 > 2.009), this means that the accepted hypothesis is the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Abstract

performance can be done by implementing effective communication. This study aims to analyze effective communication on improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga which opened 31 people. The analytical method used for testing and proving the hypothesis is a descriptive quantitative approach. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between effective communication and employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga is 0.757, so if it is interpreted on a scale it can be categorized as sufficient. The regression equation obtained is Y= 12,491+0,637 X which shows the effect of effective communication on employee performance. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted as true, where t count 6.241 > t table 2.0452, which means that employee performance will increase the regression coefficient/slop (0.573) if the effective communication variable is added by one unit. Based on the research results obtained between effective communication and improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga has a positive relationship, it can be seen from the increase in the number of consumers in the last 5 years as many as 310 people.  Keyword: Effective, Employee, Performance, Communication, Improvement

Abstract

Pancuran Bambu Village is one of four villages in Sibolga Sambas. According to the Sibolga City Central Bureau of Statistics in 2019 the population with an area of ??0.54 km2 is 7711 people with 3893 women and 2818 men. The population is quite high compared to the other three districts. If we pay attention from the environmental aspect, the large population is of course in harmony with the waste that is produced. In this regard, the continuous production of residents' waste if not handled properly will cause environmental pollution. Observations were carried out in environment II of Pancuran Bambu Village, Sibolga Sambas District, to be precise, near coastal settlements where the majority of the population is densely populated with small areas. Based on the results of interviews with the head of environment II, he explained that the environment around him was not very clean, the community did not fully care about environmental cleanliness. Most of the waste is simply thrown into the sea or simply burned. This is supported by minimal cleaning facilities, usually the availability of trash cans on the side of the main road and makes people reluctant to walk far to reach them. The people's only choice is the sea as a practical target for household waste estuaries. Direct observations were also made around the environmental location II of the bamboo shower, the amount of garbage that had accumulated had polluted the environment in the settlement. Abstract

As UKM and UMKM, they must be worried about being displaced due to increasingly tight competition in business. can be seen from the fundamental challenges in the industrial world such as logistics costs, energy costs, and other things that affect production costs. But actually there is nothing that MSMEs or businesses with a larger scale need to fear. The existence of UMKM in rural areas also needs to be maintained, so that they can absorb productive age workforce. This can be done simultaneously with creating a transformation in marketing the form of business it has, especially UMKM. Sorkam is a sub-district in Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The capital of this sub-district is in the Sorkam sub-district. The population of this sub-district in 2021 is 16,511 people, with a population density of 205 people/km². the people in Sorkam Tengah village have home-based businesses such as cassava chips, chips made from salted fish, and various types of Sorkam specialties. Abstract

SMP Negeri 9 is located in the Sibolga Sambas sub-district together with SMP Negeri 10 Sibolga. The students of SMP Negeri 9 Sibolga have studied economic subjects but with limited learning media and their implementation in daily life, students are still not efficient. The benefits of studying Economics for a person students can train someone in developing a student's creative ideas, train a student to be socially minded, more thorough and economical, train a student in setting the priority scale of needs from the most important needs. The aim of this PkM is to increase students' insight into Economics because studying economics trains a student to be more independent in managing his needs, learning how to fulfill a student's needs. Training a student's time and financial management and understanding a student's life needs. In training a student in developing creative ideas. All PkM participants, namely class IX students, PkM was held in August for 1 month and this PkM activity has resulted in an understanding of economics such as students being able to audit cash in class and can already think about choosing an accounting major when entering high school (SMA). later. Students will be able to practice and understand from themselves about financial reports and the parts of the economy.

Abstract

Struktur modal merupakan susunan modal kerja yang digunakan perusahaan dalam pembiayaan yang dilihat dari perbandingan jumlah hutang dengan modal sendiri. Pemilihan pendanaan yang tepat akan mengoptimalkan struktur modal. Semakin optimal struktur modal yang disusun oleh manajemen, maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pada CV. Yakin Baru Sibolga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif kausal dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan CV.Yakin Baru Sibolga selama periode 4 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2018-2021. Hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,985 apabila diinterprestasikan dalam skala nilai dikategorikan sangat kuat. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh (R Square) sebesar 0,970 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan sebesar 97%, dan sisanya sebesar 3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti. Persamaan regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Y = 2,165 + 0,296X yang menunjukkan apabila ditambahkan satu satuan variabel struktur modal atau nilai ditentukan, maka akan menambah peningkatan variabel kinerja keuangan sebesar 0,296. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung 8,101 > ttabel 2,919 dan nilai signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05. Karena nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansi dibawah 5%, maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pada CV. Yakin Baru Sibolga.
