Abstract

Career Self-Efficacy is an individual's belief in their ability to plan and achieve career goals, which is crucial as it can influence students' academic achievement and future planning. This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of Career Self-Efficacy in a student who maintains academic achievement while also working. The research employs a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the subject identified as D.Z or N. The research was conducted at N's home in Banyuanyar Tengah Village and at SMPN 2 Gending. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles & Huberman’s interactive analysis model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the subject’s Career Self-Efficacy is shaped through the interaction of various factors such as interest, motivation, self-regulation, environmental support, personal aspirations, self-determination, and habits, all of which serve as learning experiences. The subject is able to maintain academic performance and has a clear career direction thanks to high self-efficacy, adaptive strategies in facing challenges, and strong support from family and school. This study recommends further exploration of Career Self-Efficacy dynamics in students from diverse economic backgrounds and types of employment

Abstract

This community service program aims to transform the entrepreneurial mindset of micro-enterprises in Jember Regency through the Entrepreneurial Career Guidance approach. The background lies in the fact that many micro-entrepreneurs operate without planning, long-term vision, or growth motivation. The method involved counselling sessions, reflective discussions, career mapping, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The activity was conducted at CV. Serba Murah Mitra Sukses Jember with 30 micro-entrepreneurs participating. Results showed a 41.3% increase in participants’ understanding of the growth mindset concept, and 86.6% successfully developed a structured entrepreneurial career map. The program also fostered collaborative networking among participants who continued communication beyond the program. This approach proved effective in enhancing self-awareness, motivation, and strategic business planning skills. The model is recommended for replication in other community empowerment programs on a sustainable basis.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran strategis dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan memperluas lapangan kerja. Hal ini sangat beralasan karena jumlah UMKM di Indonesia sekitar 99% dari seluruh usaha di Indonesia. Pemberdayaan sektor UMKM ini memang perlu terus ditingkatkan, sehingga diharapkan, di masa depan ribuan UMKM yang bergerak diberbagai sektor di tanah air ini dapat berkembang dan mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan-perusahaan besar. Kendala utama yang dihadapi pengusaha UMKM adalah akses keuangan pada lembaga keuangan formal karena UMKM tidak mempunyai collateral. Selain itu, masalah lain yang dihadapi sektor UKM adalah pengelolaan keuangan/perencanaan keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelatihan perencanaan keuangan bagi UMKM, khususnya Ibu-ibu pengusaha Aisyiyah di Kabupaten Semarang dengan metode: (1) presentasi, (2) praktek, (3) diskusi dan (4) tanya jawab. Monitoring dan evaluasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara bertahap untuk menilai apakah pelatihan yang diberikan bisa memberikan nilai tambah atau tidak bagi mereka. Hasil dalari pelatihan ini menyatakan bahwa ibu-ibu pengusaha UMKM Aisyiyah telah mempelajari perencanaan keuangan dengan baik, sehingga mereka telah mampu dan paham dalam perhitungan perencanaan keuangan bagi kemajuan usahanya.

Abstract

Teenagers are increasingly vulnerable to internet abuse, including increasing Sexting behavior on social media. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of problem-solving-based educational cinema in educating Sexting behavior in junior high school students. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design involving fifteen students selected through random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using the Motivation to Sexting Questionnaire (MSQ) instrument to measure students' Sexting behavior tendencies before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores, indicating that the intervention was effective in reducing students' Sexting behavior. These findings indicate that problem-solving-based educational cinema can be an effective alternative intervention in guidance and counseling services in schools to prevent risky sexual behavior in adolescents. Further researchers are advised to test the problem-solving-based educational cinema technique more widely at the junior high school level so that the results are more general and applicable.

Abstract

The invasion of the sailfin catfish (Pterygoplichthys sp.) in Lake Sidenreng has caused serious ecological disruption and threatens the sustainability of local fishery resources that support the livelihoods of surrounding communities. This study aimed to analyze the reproductive aspects of female sailfin catfish as a basis for population control efforts, by estimating the fork length at first gonadal maturity (Lm₅₀) and calculating the gonadosomatic index (GSI). A total of 164 female sailfin catfish were collected using gill nets from various sampling sites and analyzed at the Basic Laboratory of the Faculty of Science and Technology. GSI analysis showed values ranging from 0.28% to 15.09%, with an average of 4.29%. Most individuals were found at gonadal maturity stage IV, indicating a high reproductive readiness. The estimated Lm₅₀ was 214.12 mm, suggesting that these fish are capable of reproducing at a relatively small body size. These findings reveal a high reproductive potential, which may accelerate the invasion rate of this species in Lake Sidenreng. Information on reproductive characteristics is essential as a foundation for formulating management strategies to suppress population growth and support the sustainability of the aquatic ecosystem.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kehamilan sungsang merupakan kondisi letak janin memanjang dengan kepala berada di fundus uteri dan bokong berada di dasar rongga rahim. Prosedur Sectio Caesarea merupakan prosedur yang cepat dan mudah, namun memiliki bahaya komplikasi. Upaya perawatan umum yang dilakukan perawat di Ruang Melati 1 terhadap pasien pasca operasi Sectio Caesarea secara komprehensif untuk menjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Deskripsi Kasus :  Kedua pasien menjalani operasi Sectio Caesarea dan mengalami nyeri, kelelahan, serta kecemasan pasca persalinan. Kasus pertama melahirkan secara darurat setelah gagal melahirkan spontan dan mengalami perdarahan dan anemia, sedangkan kasus kedua menjalani operasi karena kontraksi palsu dan kesulitan menyusui karena mastitis. Kedua pasien menerima terapi obat, dan intervensi keperawatan fokus pada pencegahan perdarahan, infeksi, manajemen nyeri, serta edukasi. Evaluasi dilakukan selama 3 hari, menunjukkan perbaikan kondisi keduanya. Kesimpulan: Penelitian kasus asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post Sectio Caesarea di RS Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten mengidentifikasi masalah utama seperti nyeri, risiko infeksi, gangguan mobilitas, dan kecemasan. Diagnosa keperawatan meliputi nyeri akut, gangguan mobilitas, dan risiko infeksi, dengan tambahan masalah menyusui dan perdarahan pada beberapa kasus. Intervensi selama tiga hari, termasuk observasi, terapi, edukasi, dan kolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan, berhasil memperbaiki kondisi pasien, menurunkan nyeri, meningkatkan mobilitas, dan mengurangi kecemasan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earnings per Share (EPS) on stock prices of manufacturing companies in the basic materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2022–2024. A quantitative approach with multiple linear regression was employed. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 35 firms observed over three years, for a total of 105 firm-year observations. The study uses secondary data drawn from annual reports published on the official IDX website. This study examines the effects of ROA, ROE, DER, and EPS on the stock prices of basic materials manufacturing issuers listed on the IDX over 2022–2024, using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The model satisfies OLS prerequisites (normal residuals, no multicollinearity or heteroskedasticity, and no autocorrelation after correction), allowing for valid inferential interpretation. The results show that EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while ROA, ROE, and DER have no significant effect.

Abstract

Ketidakstabilan dan kecemasan hidup di masa pandemi tentunya menghasilkan perasaan tertekan, hal ini membuat stress yang berlabih selama masa pandemi. Ketika seseorang mengalami stress berlebih produksi estrogen, progesteron dan berbagai hormon lain di dalam tubuh menjadi kacau. Kekacauan didalam tubuh bisa menyebabkan siklus menstruasi tidak teratur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dalam menghadapi pandemi covid-19 terhadap siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di Dukuh Ngawinan-Tegalsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain noneksperimental dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini semua remaja putri di Dukuh Ngawinan-Tegalsari. Total sampel 20 orang dengan purposive sampling. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil analisa berdasarkan karakteristik tingkat stress diketahui bahwa responden paling banyak memiliki tingkat stres sedang dengan siklus menstruasi <28 hari sebanyak 6 responden (30%). Abstract

Breastfeeding is important interaction between mother and baby. Many mother have experience breastfeeding problems due to lack of knowledge and effect on the mother's psychology. Self-efficacy is one of the factors that influences the psychological level. Purpose to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about breastfeeding and the level of self-efficacy in breastfeeding mothers after giving birth by caesarean section (SC). This research was conducted cross-sectionally on post-SC mothers at Wonosari Regional Hospital in August – October 2023 with accidental sampling method. Self-efficacy assessment was carried out using the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (BSES-SF). Assessment of the level of knowledge of breast milk is carried out by assessing four components, namely the understanding, composition, benefits and impact of exclusive breast milk by breastfeeding mothers. Bivariate analysis in this study used statistical tests with the Kendall Tau B test with a p value <0.05 indicating significant results. A total of 58 post-SC pregnant women took part in this study. The average age of respondents was 29.45 ± 6.506 years with an average gestational age of 38.98 ± 0.805 weeks. The majority of respondents had junior high school education (43.1%), were multiparous (58.6%), and did not work (74.1%). As many as 87.9% of respondents had good knowledge with 81% of respondents having a high level of self-efficacy. Kendall Tau analysis obtained a true P value of 0.001 with p < 0.05 with a strength of relationship of 0.435. There is knowledge about breastfeeding increased of self-efficacy in post-SC mothers at Wonosari Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Communication motives that are not conveyed properly then individuals experience communication anxiety. Communication anxiety can occur when speaking in public or in new situations, and is different from before. Thus causing a person to experience anxiety. So self-talk training is needed for students who experience communication anxiety. The research model used in the development of the Self Talk training package to reduce communication anxiety for new students of the Faculty of Education, PGRI Kanjuruhan University Malang, uses the ADDIE research and development model. Research and development that has been carried out by researchers produces products in the form of this training package has a function as a medium in order to facilitate counselors to help students reduce anxiety in communicating with self-speech or self-talk. The results of the validity test of Guidance and Counseling experts, and learning media experts, on the training package developed by researchers have met the criteria for acceptance. This can be seen from the results of the assessment of experts with interrater agrrement model analysis. According to the expert assessment of Guidance and Counseling on the usability aspect, showing a value of 1 that is more than 0.8 then has high validity, or in other words very good. In the feasibility aspect, it shows a value of 0.75 which means between 0.4 – 0.8 then it has moderate validity, or in other words enough. In the aspect of accuracy, it shows a value of 0.6 which means between 0.4 – 0.8 then it has moderate validity, or in other words enough. While the assessment of learning media experts on the aspect of propriety / attractiveness shows a value of 1 which means more than 0.8 then it has high validity, or in other words very good. The test results of prospective users on the training package developed by researchers have met the criteria for acceptability. This can be seen from the assessment results of prospective users with interrater agrrement model analysis. According to the assessment of prospective users / counselors on the usability aspect, showing a value of 1 which means more than 0.8, then it has high validity, or in other words very good. In the feasibility aspect, showing a value of 1 which means above 0.8, it has high validity, or in other words very good. In the aspect of accuracy, showing a value of 1 which means more than 0.8, it has high validity, or in other words very good. Suggestions for future researchers, this research is still in the development stage, has not been implemented, therefore the suggestion for the next researcher is to test the effectiveness of the guide with a pure experimental design, to use it for students to help reduce communication anxiety, in order to find out whether or not this training package is effective if applied to students
