Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan (K3) dalam proyek konstruksi di PT Vanesa Sukma Mandiri Karawang. Dalam industry konstruksi, penerapan sistem manajemen K3 memiliki peran krusial dalam melindungi pekerja dari potensi risiko kecelakaan yang dapat mengancam kesehatan dan keselamatan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi langsung, yang mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun manajemen K3 di implementasikan, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan, seperti minimnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan terkait K3, serta rendahnya Tingkat kesadaran para pekerja.

Production management is the activity of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring the efforts of the members of the organization and use of resources of other organizations in order to achieve organizational goals that have been set. Inthis activity, important for the department planning product and inventory control to play a role in the management of production in creating a product planning as well as play a role in the control of inventory. In the lecture field work, the students who participated in the lecture field work in a Pie PT Hai International Wiratama can learn about production management, in particular the role of the department planning production and inventory control inmaintaining the production process in accordance with the obligations ditentkanbased on the rules. From the results of observation and interview in the activities of the working class of this field can be seen that the product planning and inventory control in charge of keeping the stability of raw material, semi-finished materials, as well as the state and the number of finished products ready to be marketed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalam dan memahami permasalahan dalam pengumpulan laporan UKL & UPL serta alasan di balik ketidaktepatan pengumpulan dan kekurangan isi pelaporan di sektor industri agro. Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Karawang menghadapi beberapa permasalahan terkait pelaporan UKL & UPL, seperti ketidaktepatan waktu pengumpulan laporan dan kurangnya informasi penting dalam isi pelaporan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan staf di bidang industri yang berwenang memberikan informasi mengenai permasalahan dalam pelaporan UKL & UPL. Penelitian juga mencoba mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidaktepatan pengumpulan laporan dan kekurangan isi pelaporan dari perspektif perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dalam meningkatkan ketetapan pengumpulan laporan serta meningkatkan kepekaan karyawan terhadap isi pelaporan. Dengan mengatasi masalah ini, diharapkan industri agro di Kabupaten Karawang dapat lebih berdaya saing, berkualitas, dan berkontribusi positif bagi pembangunan wilayah. Penelitian ini juga berpotensi memberikan manfaat bagi instansi serupa di daerah lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam pengelolaan laporan lingkungan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Cipta Unggul Karya Abadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif verifikatif dan deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 39 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Cipta Unggul Karya Abadi. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini mencakup tiga dimensi utama, yaitu kepemimpinan karismatik, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian secara intelektual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik penerapan gaya kepemimpinan dan semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperkuat peran kepemimpinan yang efektif serta meningkatkan budaya disiplin kerja agar produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja karyawan dapat terus dioptimalkan guna mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Work safety is a crucial aspect within a workplace environment. In Indonesia, the awareness and compliance of employees towards safety practices are often lacking, resulting in a higher incidence of accidents that pose threats to the workers' well-being. This safety behavior is influenced by factors such as Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training and leadership styles. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of K3 training and leadership on work safety behavior. The study was conducted among 51 employees at PT. Triguna Pratama Abadi, utilizing a multiple linear regression method. The findings of the research reveal that K3 training has a partial effect on work safety behavior, as does the leadership factor. Furthermore, both K3 training and leadership collectively contribute to work safety behavior..

This study analyzes the influence of occupational health and safety (OHS) training and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Central Panganpertiwi. This research was conducted by applying quantitative techniques through a descriptive-verification approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees selected using simple random sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis stated that OHS training significantly impacted employee performance with a regression coefficient value = 0.293 and a significance value = 0.016. The work environment also significantly influences performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.468 and a significance value of <0.001. Simultaneously, these variables contribute 72.8% to improving employee performance. The study concludes the importance of enhancing the quality of OHS training through more in-depth materials and interactive methods and improving the work environment, such as layout and lighting. The implications of this research can help companies increase productivity through better training programs and work environments and encourage further studies on other factors influencing performance.

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work discipline on employee performance at the Karawang Tourist Village Tourism. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique (Total Sampling), with a population of 56 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that workload does not have a significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of -0.043 and a significance value of 0.741. Work discipline also has a significant effect on performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.242 and a significance value of 0.001. Simultaneously, workload and work discipline are able to explain 18.9% of the variation in employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of measurable workload management and implementing a consistent culture of discipline to improve employee performance. This research provides recommendations for management to balance workload, strengthen a culture of work discipline, and pay attention to the balance between work and employees' personal lives in order to achieve optimal performance.

This research was conducted at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama Karawang. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) on daily employee performance at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama, Karawang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 50 daily employees. The sampling method in this research uses a saturated sample or census. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that work discipline partially influences the daily performance of employees at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama. Occupational safety and health (K3) partially influences daily employee performance at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama. Simultaneously work discipline and occupational safety and health (K3) have an influence on daily employee performance at PT. Nico Jaya Pratama. The great influence of work discipline and occupational safety and health (K3) on daily employee performance is shown by the coefficient of determination of 0.355. This shows that 35.5% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline and occupational safety and health (K3) and the remaining 0.645 or 64.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this research.

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the RC'L Aesthetic Karawang Beauty Salon. The research method used is quantitative with saturated techniques (Total Sampling), with a population of 45 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. These results indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.109 and a significance value of 0.036. Work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of 0.487 and a significance value of 0.001. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 39.7% to the variation in employee performance. This research emphasizes the importance of managing job satisfaction and integrated work discipline to increase productivity and service quality. This research can be a reference for management in increasing employee job satisfaction and strengthening and strengthening a culture of discipline, balance between work and employee personal relationships in order to achieve optimal performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menguji pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Rajawali Santo Jaya Subang, baik secara parsial atau simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif verifikatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang melibatkan seluruh populasi sebanyak 35 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner mempergunakan skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa variabel K3 memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan sebesar 69,2%. Sedangkan, beban kerja terbukti berpengaruh negatif serta signifikan kepada kinerja sebesar -42,3%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 49,2%, yang menandakan variasi kinerja karyawan sebagian besar bisa dijelaskan oleh faktor K3 serta beban kerja. Berlandaskan hasil tersebut, kesimpulannya ialah implementasi K3 yang optimal dan pengaturan beban kerja yang seimbang berperan krusial untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sekaligus menjadi bahan pertimbangan praktis bagi manajemen dalam merumuskan kebijakan terkait K3 dan distribusi beban kerja yang lebih efektif.
