Abstract

This study intends to investigate how top management support, user training programs, user technical skills, and technology advancements affect the performance of accounting information systems. This study is causal. The study's target demographic consists of retail enterprises implementing computerized systems. Data was gathered using the survey approach, which entailed sending out questionnaires. The sampling method employed is convenience sampling. Multiple linear regressions are employed in hypothesis testing. The study's findings support that technology advancements significantly impact how well the accounting information system functions. These findings align with earlier studies demonstrating how technological sophistication affects information systems' effectiveness, as determined by system utilization and user satisfaction. However, personal technical ability does not significantly influence its performance, in contrast to other research findings that show the opposite. User training programs and top management support have also been shown to dramatically influence AIS performance, following previous research indicating that training programs and management support can improve performance. Other variables not examined in this study explain most of the variation in AIS performance, suggesting the existence of different factors that also play an essential role in determining its performance.

Abstract

The master of ceremony (MC) is one of the abilities that teachers must have when guiding activities carried out in schools, both formal and informal. However, the problem in the field is that not all teachers are ready if given the task of hosting even though they are used to teaching in class, due to the unpreparedness and inability of these teachers to host events with diverse audiences other than students. This community service activity aims to train teachers to prepare themselves to be flexible and communicative hosts. The method used is divided into preparation, implementation and evaluation focused on the preparation of emcee, namely the ability to compile event rundowns and make cue cards. The result of this activity is an increase in the ability to write a host guide in the form of a cue card containing important information that helps when doing emcee practice. In addition, there is flexibility and calmness of participants in guiding both formal and informal event activities

Abstract

Personal financial management is an important aspect of achieving financial stability and success. This research examines the importance of effective budgeting and saving practices as key components of personal financial management. The research shows that budgeting is important in personal financial management as it provides a clear framework for managing income and expenditure. By having a detailed budget, individuals can monitor their cash flow, ensure that they allocate funds to essential needs, and identify areas where spending can be reduced. Budgeting also helps set short-term and long-term goals, encouraging financial discipline and responsibility. Studies indicate that individuals who consistently follow a budget tend to have better financial health and are less trapped in debt. In addition to budgeting, effective saving practices are a key component of personal financial management. Saving is important to deal with financial emergencies and achieve future goals, such as home purchase, education, or retirement. Regularly setting aside a portion of income into savings can help individuals build financial reserves and reduce reliance on loans or credit. Studies have also found that saving regularly can increase financial well-being and reduce money-related stress. Therefore, effective budgeting and saving are two key pillars that complement each other in achieving sustainable personal financial stability.

Abstract

The current paper analyzes whether the liquidity and systematic risk can predict stock returns not only as a typical financial indicator but as a kind of a descriptive tip in modern market environments. Using panel data of Indonesian firms listed in the property-sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the research makes use of the random effects model of statistical analysis to assess how firms-level liquidity statistics, beta, and Return results are connected to one another. The findings show that the systematic risk has a strong and positive effect on the stock returns but this is not the case with liquidity, which does not have a similar type of effect. This result is not an indicator of the reduced role of economy but it is a significant rejuvenation concerning the methods in which financial information is being assimilated, ranked and acted upon by the investors. The lack of the effect of liquidity is said not to be irrelevant but invisible in platforms, stories, and investor attention schemes that are more and more dominating the interpretive access. By highlighting a changing ecology of valuation where the salience of financial metrics is mediated by visibility and volatility, as well as digital resonance, the findings help to understand that salience in this context has become contested, and the measured episodically as they become visible and volatile on the temporal shelf of valuation.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the School Literacy Movement (Gerakan Literasi Sekolah/GLS) and school library facilities on the reading interest of fifth-grade students in public elementary schools in Sukarami District, Palembang City. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 347 students selected through proportional random sampling out of a population of 2,658 students. The research design involved multiple linear regression analysis complemented by t-tests and F-tests to examine both partial and simultaneous effects. Findings demonstrate that GLS significantly enhances students’ reading interest by fostering consistent reading habits and cultivating a literacy-friendly environment. School library facilities, including the availability of relevant collections, comfortable spaces, and active literacy services, were also found to exert a positive effect, although their influence was less dominant compared to GLS. Simultaneously, both factors interact to strengthen literacy culture in schools. These results highlight the necessity of integrating structured literacy programs with the development of supportive library infrastructures to achieve sustainable improvements in elementary students’ reading engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan transmisi sukses 92-28%, optimasi transmisi sukses 93-30%, siklus transmisi 1,5-8,1% dan reduksi siklus transmisi 0,9-7,2%.AbstractMachine to machine (M2M) communication in capillary networks, using the Packet Reservation Multiple Access (PRMA) transmission method, and ordinary frame data frame structures, as well as event driven communication scenarios. Along with the addition of devices, methods, frame structures and communication scenarios cannot handle very large data rates, resulting congestion that results in inefficient communication. This research aims to make M2M communication efficient even though the device is multiplying, by creating new frame structures and new communication scenarios, in the form of Adaptive Poly Frame (APF) and Scheduler Update (SU). APF and SU are designed by sequence number and prioritizing data, which is then optimized by increase the chance of MK contestation (O), the number of slot occupancy cycles (B), the number of canal occupancy cycles (S) and PRMA Success Transmission (TSPRMA). This research resulted in 92-28% successful transmission, 93-30% successful transmission optimization, 1.5-8.1% transmission cycle and 0.9-7.2% transmission cycle reduction

Abstract

Kang Nurya's persistence in preserving buffalo as the hanged treasure is the center of the story discussed in the "Harta Gantungan" storiette. Although the neck swelling could take his life, Kang Nurya believes that death is a human cycle and chooses not to seek medical treatment. Kang Nurya believes that the consequences of medical expenses will have implications for the sale of his favorite buffalo, which is actually prepared for the cost of taking care of his body later. A discussion about this then took place with Markotob, who also believes that death is a destiny that must be faced. However, the way to prepare for it is not like Kang Nurya's thinking. The dialog between the two brings out the balance of views on the concept of death. The purpose of this research is to find the balance through harmonization and harmony of life based on the author's worldview. The theory used is Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism and Mukařovský's literary aesthetics with a literary sociology approach. The research result shows that there is a harmonization and live conformity that appear on that storiette, and that is the world view of Ahmad Tohari. Internal conflict in Kang Nurya is moderated by Markotob, showing the discussion about the meaning of death. Both have the same view about death but with different thinking methods. Even though Kang Nurya is stubborn, Markotob still respects him. Moreover, in the end, Kang Nurya did not know that his death did not use the hanged treasure that he had taken care of at all.
