Abstract

This study aims to describe the availability of an active protection system and means of rescue and active protection system conditions in the Padang State University building Freshwater Campus. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a population of 70 buildings at the UNP. Samples were taken by Purposive Sampling to 41 buildings with consideration of buildings that have a high risk of fire, namely laboratories, administrative buildings and lecture buildings. This study found (1) the availability of an active protection system at Padang State University is not yet complete, from 41 buildings there is only 1 building that has a total of 5 types of active protection systems. Then the availability of rescue facilities in the Padang State University building is also incomplete, from 41 buildings, there are only 5 buildings which have a total of 6 types of rescue facilities. (2) The condition of the active protection system in the Universiras Negeri Padang building is based on the level of assessment of the overall condition of 41 buildings, where all have values in the range <60 and are included in the less category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui evaluasi ketersediaan fasilitas pendidikan tingkat SMP dan SMA di kabupaten Solok Selatan, 2) mengetahui berapa kebutuhan fasilitas pendidikan tingkat SMP dan SMA masa sekarang dan 20 tahun mendatang, 3) mengetahui sebaran dan jangkauan pelayanan fasilitias pendidikan kabupaten Solok Selatan. Pada penelitian ini untuk mencapai tujuan pertama digunakan analisis tingkat pelayanan fasilitas pendidikan dengan mengukur tingkat kebutuhan dan tingkat keterisian. Tujuan ke-2 menggunakan metode proyeksi penduduk, dan tujuan ke-3 menggunakan metode buffer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) evaluasi ketersediaan fasilitias pendidikan eksisting tingkat SMP dari pemenuhan kebutuhan semua kecamatan masuk kedalam kategiri cukup, sementara untuk tingkat SMA lima kecamatan berkategori cukup, dua kecamatan berkategori kurang. Tingkat keterisian pada tingkat SMP semua kecamatan masuk kategori kurang begitupun hal nya untuk tingkat SMA. 2) Kabupaten Solok Selatan saat sekarang membutuhkan 43 SMP dan 15 SMA. Sementara untuk 20 tahun yang akan datang membutuhkan 127 SMP dan 41 SMA. 3) Hasil sebaran serta jangkauan pelayanan tingkat SMP setelah di buffer masih ada permukiman penduduk yang berada di luar jangkauan pelayanan sehingga pelayanan sekolah yang ada yaitu berada di kecamatan Koto Parik Gadang Di Ateh, Sangir Jujuan, Sangir Batang Hari, dan Sangir Balai Janggo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis prediksi jumlah penduduk, besarnya total kebutuhan air bersih, dan apakah ketersediaan debit air produksi sekarang dapat mencukupi kebutuhan air bersih Unit Kubung tahun 2018-2027. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitaf. Metode analisis data adalah metode geometrik dengan menghitung prediksi jumlah penduduk dan metode analisis kebutuhan air bersih untuk menghitung prediksi kebutuhan air bersih wilayah pelayanan Unit Kubung tahun 2018-2027. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Prediksi jumlah penduduk daerah pelayanan Unit Kubung tahun 2018 sebanyak 36.321 jiwa dengan jumlah pelanggan pelanggan rumah tangga 2.429 SR, niaga 58 unit, kantor 58 unit, sosial 28 unit, dan kran umum 7 unit. Sedangkan untuk tahun 2027 diprediksikan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 39.512 jiwa dengan jumlah pelanggan rumah tangga 4.493 SR, niaga 531 unit, kantor 61 unit, sosial 90 unit, kran umum 17 unit. 2) Total kebutuhan air bersih Unit Kubung tahun 2018 untuk jumlah penduduk sebesar 53,16 L/d dan jenis pelanggan sebesar 19,91 L/d. Sedangkan tahun 2027 untuk jumlah penduduk sebesar 57,84 L/d, dan jenis pelanggan sebesar 45,14 L/d. 3) Debit air produksi pada tahun 2018 hingga 2023 masih mencukupi untuk seluruh pelanggan. Apabila dengan debit yang sama pada tahun 2024-2027 sudah tidak mencukupi untuk seluruh pelanggan sesuai prediksi.

Abstract

Sumber daya perikanan sangat potensial mengingat sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia adalah laut, wilayah pesisir seperti Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan perlu adanya penelitian tentang pengaruh suhu permukaan laut dan klorofil-a terhadap hasil tangkapan ikan supaya bisa melihat daerah potensial ikan, khususnya ikan tongkol. Pada penelitian ini dibagi dari 3 parameter, kesesuaian suhu permukaan laut, klorofil-a,serta hubungan keduanya terhadap hasil tangkapan Ikan Tongkol. Hasil dari tingkat kesesuaian pada masing-masing musim pertahun menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda-beda. Suhu permukaan laut tahun 2015 musim barat 2,32% dari seluruh wilayah sangat sesuai, musim peralihan barat 0,34% sangat sesuai, musim timur tidak ada yang sesuai, dan musim peralihan timur sebanyak 0,08% sesuai dan 54,50% sangat sesuai. Klorofil-a tahun 2015 musim barat 1,67% sesuai, peralihan musim barat tidak sesuai, musim timur 1,53% sesuai dan 1.63% sangat sesuai, dan pada musim peralihan timur 5,63% sesuai. Suhu permukaan laut 2016 musim barat tidak sesuai, musim peralihan barat tidak sesuai, musim timur tidak sesuai, musim peralihan timur 15,60% sesuai dan 33,48% sangat sesuai. Klorofil-a tahun 2016 musim barat 0,05% sesuai, musim peralihan barat 0,86% sesuai dan 1,07 sangat sesuai, musim timur tidak sesuai, musim peralihan timur 11,56% sesuai.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to look at sea level temperature, chlorophyll-a concentration, the connection between sea level temperature and chlorophyll-a as well as potential zone of fishing in June, July and August based on the last 3 year data using fashionable Terra Modis. The method used is an Overlay analysis between sea level temperature, chlorophyll-a concentration by looking at the depth factor and considering the fishing pathway. The result obtained by the sea surface temperature have a spread of between 27,1oC – 32,2oC, Usually the june temperature is higher that in July and August reaches 32,2oC in 2018. Chlorophyll-a ranges from 0,1 – 6,2 mg/m3 with hight concentrations of chlorophyll-a Juny. Analysis of sea surface temperature relations with chlorophyll-a through simple linear regresion, there is a strong influence between sea level temperatures to chlorophyll-a visible coeffcient of correlation (R) 0.826, coefficient of determination (R2) 0.683 which means the sea level temperature on the Pantai Barat Natal affects the chlorophyll-a of 63,8% the rest is influenced by other factors. The fishing ground may occur in the Ib zone until zone II of the DPPI. Keywords: terra modis; sst; chlorophyll-a; mackerel; fishing ground

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pencemaran air Sungai Fatimah Nagari Malampah Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman berdasarkan parameter fisika, kimia dan biologi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di empat lokasi yang berbeda yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian di laboratorium. Penentuan status pencemaran menggunakan metode indeks Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 115 Tahun 2003. Hasil pengujian laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa Suhu berkisar 27 ᵒC – 28 ᵒC, TDS berkisar 280 ppm – 630 ppm, TSS berkisar 22,00 – 65,00 ppm, BOD berkisar 72 – 2,36 ppm, COD berkisar 33,6 – 111,2 ppm, DO berkisar 4,20 – 5,84 ppm, Total Fosfat bekisar 0,086 – 0,316 ppm, Belerang berkisar 0,073 – 0,098 ppm, pH 6 ppm dan Total Coli berkisar 500-14300 CFU/100m/L.Tingkat status mutu air berdasarkan Metode Indeks Pencemaran diperoleh nilai >6 yang menunjukkan Air Sungai Fatimah tergolong Cemar Sedang peruntukkan pembudidayaan ikan air tawar, sarana/prasarana air dan irigasi pertanian. Keadaan tersebut tersebar di empat titik lokasi pengambilan sampel air Sungai Fatimah yang tergolong sama yaitu cemar sedang.

Abstract

Study of Coastal Area Management With the PUMP-P2HP Program in the Processing and Marketers of Fisheries Products for Empowering Coastal Communities in Padang City, this study aims to find out 1). The shape of the pattern of distribution of processors and marketers of fishery products and why this pattern can occur in the Coastal Areas of Kota Padang 2). Quantity of revenue and production results in the field of processed fishery recipients of the program before and after the implementation of PUMP in the P2HP field in Padang City. This type of research is a descriptive study with survey methods and quantitative analysis. The population of this research is 54 groups (Polakhsar) in 6 Districts of Padang's coastal area. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Based on the results of the study found 1.) The distribution pattern of the Polakhsar fishing group with cluster pattern with an index value of T 0.043743 and influenced by geographic spatial interactions of complementary interactions and transferability. 2). The income of the Polakhsar group in the processed fish sector prior to the PUMP-P2HP program and after the PUMP-P2HP program was that the total production of Polakhsar fishery products from 2014-2018 increased by 23% and the income of the Polakhsar group increased by 31% in the coastal area Padang city.

Abstract

The study of TSP dust Distribution (Total Suspendend Partikulate) on public health residing in the industrial area of PT Semen Padang. The purpose of this research, among others, to know: 1) spread of TSP dust to the health of people settled in the industrial area of PT Semen Padang spatial using ArcGis software. 2) Overview of the relationship between the health of disease in the community with TSP dust in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas. The methods used are quantitative descriptive analysis, spatial analysis and bivariate with SPSS 16.0 software. Spatial analysis with IDW analysis with the method of value ranges to know the hazard level in the location of the research point and the Buffer analysis to find out the radius of the TSP dust spread and the Bivariate analysis of Pearson correlation to describe to see what the correlation between x and Y variables is with the view of the test is significance correlation. The results of the study showed: 1). Spatial analysis acquired point location of SD N 20 Indarung is categorized as dangerous with a radius of 500 meters from the factory of PT Semen Padang the range 66-71 results of the monthly average TSP of 70.4444 μg/nm3 hr. The second point of the complex Unand D block in hazardous categories with a radius of 2000 meters from the cement plant, the result of the monthly average concentration is 69.1111 μg/nm3 hr. Point to three locations top of Bukit Hilalang Lubuk Kilangan in a very unhealthy category with a radius of 2000 meters. The average concentration is 65.4444 μg/nm3 HR, the range is 65-67. 2). The Correlation in the case of the ISPA in March 2019.899 means the perfect correlation relationship. The Sig. (2-tailed) amounted. 289 so H0 means that there is no link between the TSP dust and the case of ISPA in March 2019 is invalid data due to GIS. (2-tailed) the result > 0.05. While the relationship of TSP dust levels with ISPA case April Pearson Correlation is perfect. The results of the Sig. (2-tailed) p > 0.05 amounting to. 252. So H0 means there is no connection between the TSP dust and the ISPA case in April 2019.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Mengetahui kondisi fisik Sungai Kuantan bagian tengah di daerah Silokek, Kabupaten Sijunjung. (2) Mengetahui potensi obyek wisata arung jeram di daerah Silokek, Kabupaten Sijunjung dilihat dari segi aksessibilitas. Jenis Penelitian digolongkan kuantitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara skoring pada masing–masing parameter kesesuaian kawasan arung jeram untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian Sub-DAS Batang Kuantan sebagai potensi wisata arung jeram di daerah Silokek Kabupaten Sijunjung. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat : (1) kita mengetahui grade sungai di daerah Silokek yang akan dijadikan wisata arung jeram. (2) disini kita juga mengetahui potensi objek wisata di daerah Silokek jika kita lihat dari aspek transportasi. Kata Kunci : Kesesuaian, Potensi Wisata, Arung Jeram

Abstract

This research was conducted at three locations, Cibarukruk River, Citarum River and Cibogo River. Based on the background of this study aims to determine the geological conditions of the constituent rock at location surveyed, the river profile and river flow calculation techniques using current meters. By using the river flowrate calculation method. But when the authors conducted a field survey, the area surveyed was in the dry season so the three rivers could not be counted for river discharge. From this study, it was found that the Cibarukruk River has a U-shaped morphology located in the Alluvial region, which has soil constituent rocks and sedimentary rocks which form the average constituent rocks in the river area. This river has a length of A-B which is 10 cm, and width A is 4 m and width B is 6 m. Citarum River is located in Cisanti which is at the foot of Wayang Windu Mountain. Cisanti is one of upstream Citarum 0 Kilometers river. Citarum is an artificial river that has only soil constituent rocks. The Cibogo River is also in the Alluvial area which has a constituent rock in the form of sedimentary rock consisting of clay and sand. The length of this river is 9.8 meters and 6.2 meters wide. This river has the same morphology as the Cibarukruk river which has a cross-section in the shape of the letter U.
