Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of variablestherapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and trust in patient satisfaction at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were 863 patients at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 86 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that therapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and trust simultaneously and significantly influence patient satisfaction at the Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo. Suggestions from this research, Pratama Seger Waras Clinic in Polokarto Sukoharjo continues to improve therapeutic communication, service quality, brand image and existing trust, so that patient satisfaction will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Sumber daya manusia adalah aspek yang penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Kinerja dari karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia sangat berpengaruh pada berbagai keluaran layanan kesehatan. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja selain karakteristik individu yakni terdapat kepuasan kerja yang turut berperan dalam kinerja karyawan. RSIA Harapan Bunda sebagai salah rumah sakit ibu anak tipe C khusus memiliki persentase turnover karyawan rata-rata 6,03% dalam 5 tahun terakhir dengan angka tertinggi di tahun 2023 yakni sebesar 15,31%. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi turnover adalah kepuasan kerja. Data tentang kepuasan kerja karyawan belum pernah diteliti di rumah sakit ini. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai hubungan antara karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan rancangan studi cross sectional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan RSIA Harapan Bunda pada bulan November 2023 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 orang. Hasil: Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik individu seperti usia, lama bekerja, status karyawan, jenis kelamin, dan pendidikan terhadap kinerja. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan (p=0,001). Kesimpulan: Kepuasan kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga menjadi langkah praktis yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam temuan penelitian.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Pada awal tahun 2020, jumlah pengguna media sosial di seluruh dunia telah melampaui angka 3,8 miliar. Banyak organisasi layanan kesehatan menggunakan media sosial. Pada tahun 2014, 94% rumah sakit menggunakan media sosial. Saat ini, jumlah rumah sakit yang menggunakan media sosial untuk komunikasi dan pemasaran semakin meningkat. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengkaji penggunaan media sosial dalam bidang pemasaran di rumah sakit. Metode: Kajian sistematis ini menggunakan metode PRISMA, mengkaji artikel yang dipublikasi tahun 2016 - 2020. Sumber artikel penelitian mengenai penggunaan media sosial dalam bidang pemasaran di rumah sakit didapatkan dengan pencarian menggunakan kata kunci “social media” dikombinasikan dengan kata kunci “hospital” dan “marketing" atau “hospital marketing” dan melalui database pencarian Google Scholar dan PubMed. Mendeley digunakan untuk menyusun dan mengevaluasi judul beserta abstrak, mengidentifikasi dan menghapus artikel yang ganda. Hasil: Sebanyak 13 artikel dipilih untuk kajian sistematis. Hasilnya diklasifikasikan dan dilaporkan berdasarkan dua kategori, yaitu jenis platform dan efektivitasnya berupa manfaat dari penggunaannya. Jenis platform yang paling sering digunakan adalah Facebook kemudiaan diikuti dengan Twitter dan Instagram. Sedangkan manfaat terpenting adalah pengembangan strategi pemasaran (marketing) yang optimal. Kesimpulan: Platform media sosial telah menjadi keharusan bagi suatu rumah sakit untuk pemasaran dan promosi saat ini serta mampu menciptakan brand image secara global terkait efektivitas penggunaannya yang dapat mempengaruhi reputasi rumah sakit. Effectiveness of Use of Social Media Inmarketing Hospital: Systematic Review Abstract Background: At the beginning of 2020, the number of social media users worldwide has surpassed the 3.8 billion mark. The purpose of this study is to examine the use of social media in marketing in hospitals. Methods: This systematic study uses the PRISMA method, reviewing articles published in 2016 - 2020. Sources of research articles on the use of social media in the field of marketing in hospitals are obtained by searching using the keyword “social media” combined with the keywords “hospital” and “marketing” or “hospital marketing. "And through the Google Scholar and PubMed search databases. Mendeley was used to compile and evaluate titles and abstracts, to identify and remove duplicate articles. Results: A total of 13 articles were selected for a systematic review. The results are classified and reported based on two categories, namely the type of platform and its effectiveness in the form of benefits from its use. The type of platform most often used is Facebook followed by Twitter and Instagram. Meanwhile, the most important benefit is the development of an optimal marketing strategy. Conclusion: Social media platforms have become a must for hospitals for marketing and promotion today and can create a global brand image regarding their effectiveness in use which can affect the hospital's reputation.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Perawatan nifas dibutuhkan pada periode setelah persalinan untuk mendeteksi dini masalah atau mengobati penyakit pascapersalinan. Lebih dari 65% kematian ibu terjadi selama 42 hari pertama pascapersalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan nifas lengkap di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2018. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah ibu yang melahirkan anak terakhir dalam kurun 2013 sampai wawancara Riskesdas 2018. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil regresi logistik, faktor predisposisi yang memiliki peluang untuk mempengaruhi kunjungan nifas lengkap adalah umur ibu 20-35 tahun (OR 0,885), pendidikan tinggi (OR 1,167), paritas ≤ 2(OR 1,090), persalinan secara sesar/vacuum/forceps, dll (OR 1,491), persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan (OR 1,489), pemeriksaan kehamilan lengkap (OR 1,613), dan regional Sumatera (OR 0,510). Faktor pemungkin yang memiliki peluang untuk mempengaruhi kunjungan nifas lengkap adalah status tidak bekerja (OR 0,954) dan memiliki jaminan kesehatan (OR 1,141). Faktor kebutuhan yang memiliki peluang untuk mempengaruhi kunjungan nifas lengkap adalah memiliki riwayat komplikasi kehamilan (OR 0,948). Kesimpulan: Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan nifas lengkap adalah umur ibu, pendidikan, paritas, metode persalinan, tempat persalinan, pemeriksaan kehamilan, regional tempat tinggal, status pekerjaan, kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan, dan riwayat komplikasi kehamilan. The Determinants of Fully Postpartum Visit in Indonesia: Further Analysis of Riskesdas 2018 Abstract Background: Post-natal care is needed during postpartum for early detection or to cure disease or any problem of postpartum. More than 60% of maternal mortality happens during 42 days of postpartum. This research is intended to analyse the determinant factors of fully postpartum visit in Indonesia. Method: This research uses the data from Riskesdas 2018. The unit of analytic research is mothers having last birth happened from 2013 until Riskesdas interview on 2018. Result: Based on the result of logistic regression, predisposition factors that have chance to affect the fully postpartum visit are mothers on age 20-35 years old (OR 0,885), advance education (OR 1,167), parity ≤2 (OR 1,090), laboring through caesar, vacuum, forceps et all (OR 1,491), labor using medical facility (OR 1,489), fully pregnancy checkup (OR 1,613) and region Sumatera (OR 0,510). Enabling factors that have chance to affect the fully postpartum visit are unemployment (OR 0,954) and owning health insurance (OR 1,141). Need factor that has chance to affect fully postpartum visit is having history of pregnancy complications (OR 0,948). Conclusion: The factors affecting fully postpartum visit are age, education, parity, labor method, place of labor, pregnancy checkup and region of province, job status, health insurance ownership and history of pregnancy complication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi sebenarnya yang terjadi pada Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual, yaitu mahasiswa lulus S1 dilakukan tercepat 10 semester, paling lama hingga perpanjangan studi mencapai 18 semester. Lamanya mahasiswa dalam studi tersebut salah satunya disebabkan oleh pemrograman matakuliah wajib yang sifatnya persyarat, yaitu Desain Komunikasi Visual I s.d V. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan kajian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan subjek sample penelitian adalah dokumen, dosen, dan mahasiswa Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual Univeritas Negeri Malang, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, dan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta. Data penelitiannya berupa hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini peran peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian adalah sebagai pengamat bersifat partisipatif untuk menjaring data-data yang bersifat verbal. Adapun analisis data, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik triagulasi. Data diperoleh di tiga perguruan tinggi hampir sama yaitu mahasiswa kurang adanya motivasi, kurang lancar, dan tidak tepat waktu dalam studi di Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual. Agar perkuliahan tersebut berjalan dengan lancar dan tepat waktu maka diperlukan media pembelajaran berupa buku ajar pada matakuliah Desain Komunikasi Visual I hingga Desain Komunikasi Visual V.Kata kunci: buku ajar, percepatan studi, desain komunikasi visual

Abstract

Telehealth is the provision of a variety of clinical and non-clinical services, and technology to people in remote locations using information telecommunication technology (ICT). Utilization of telehealth services can reduce the likelihood of transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Health care professionals can take on more clinical and nonclinical tasks from home. Therefore, telehealth protects the health of patients and healthcare professionals 15. Telehealth also provides low-risk critical medical care to patients with non-COVID-19 conditions, and recognizes those who may require further clinical assessment and consultation. This review aims to analyze the implementation of telehealth in hospitals during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. In the initial search stage, 22 articles were found, and 4 articles were found that matched. From the 4 articles, it was concluded that Telemedicine is much interested in and contributes positively to the world of health, can minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19 so that it is a solution to prevent all forms of direct physical contact, provide continuous care to the community, and ultimately reduce morbidity and mortality from COVID-19 outbreak. However, the government's role is very large in the sustainability of digital telehealth in the world of health Dengue infection is the fastest-spreading viral infectious disease in the world. In recent years, there has been an increase in reported neurological findings associated with dengue infection. In dengue endemic areas, the most common neurological complication is dengue encephalopathy.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a catastrophic disease that burdens the financing of the National Health Insurance or Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Program, and sufferers continue to increase. Specific participant segments still widely use access for participants with diabetes mellitus to utilise health services at advanced-level referral health facilities. Various factors also influence access to health services at advanced-level referral health facilities. This research aims to analyse utilisation based on membership type and examine the factors that affect the utilisation of advanced outpatient services by JKN participants with DM. This research uses secondary data from the 2022 DM contextual BPJS Health sample data. The data was analysed univariately, bivariately, and multivariately with the Zero Inflated Negative Binomial regression model. The results of statistical tests showed that in outpatient care, age, type of participant, gender, treatment class, and province of participants were significantly different in terms of health service utilisation. The influence of the type of participation in the JKN program significantly affects the utilisation of services in outpatient care; the utilisation of non-recipients of contribution assistance participants is 1.16 times greater than that of the recipient of contribution assistance participants in outpatient care.

Abstract

The contact rate is the lowest-performing indicator in the Performance-Based Capitation Payment system initiated by BPJS Kesehatan. Analysis of the 2019 National Health Facility Research (Rifaskes) data showed that less than half of Puskesmas in Indonesia achieved the target. This cross-sectional study analyzed 5,384 Puskesmas from the 2019 Rifaskes to examine the effect of input and characteristic factors on achieving the contact rate. Independent variables included health worker ratios (doctors, nurses, midwives per 5,000 participants), completeness of essential medical equipment, communication facilities, P-Care application use, and Puskesmas characteristics. Multivariate logistic regression identified four significant factors: doctor ratio (OR=1.06; p<0.0001), midwife ratio (OR=1.01; p=0.033), completeness of essential medical equipment (OR=1.16; p=0.029), and BLUD-based financial management (OR=1.13; p=0.029). These factors explained only 2.6% of the variance (Nagelkerke R²=0.026), suggesting other unmeasured influences. Policy implications include equitable distribution of health personnel, targeted procurement of essential equipment, strengthening financial autonomy through BLUD, and optimizing P-Care data utilization to improve service accessibility and performance.

Abstract

Kurangnya fasilitas untuk mengakses informasi menyebabkan transportasi umum di Kota Malang dinilai kurang efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mobilitas masyarakat. Hal itu mengakibatkan minat masyarakat terhadap transportasi umum di Kota Malang menurun dan lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Sebagai upaya mendukung penggunaan transportasi umum di Kota Malang diperlukan solusi digital yang memudahkan dalam mengakses informasi transportasi umum tersebut. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi “Numpak” sebagai alat bantu navigasi angkot dengan fitur live tracking dan informasi rute. Proses perancangan ini menggunakan metode design thinking yang meliputi empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Perancangan ini menghasilkan prototype aplikasi sebagai media utama serta beberapa media pendukung sebagai sarana promosi. Dari segi visual, hasil perancangan ini menggunakan karakter desain modern minimalis dengan tipografi sans serif dan palet warna monokrom biru dan putih, guna menciptakan tampilan yang mudah dipahami. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung efektivitas transportasi umum di Kota Malang.

Abstract

Introduction: The Indonesian National Health Insurance (JKN) program in Indonesia has played an important role in providing access to health services for the community. Active membership is a key element in the development of the JKN program in Indonesia. High levels of active membership ensure financial stability, expanded coverage, and improved access to healthcare services. However, active membership in the program remains a challenge, with membership rates varying across regions. The purpose of this study was to analyze active membership and the factors influencing it at the district level. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. Secondary data were sourced from the provincial central bureau of statistics in Indonesia and data from system monitoring of the national social security council in 2023. Data analysis was conducted at the district level with a sample size of 479 districts and municipalities. Robust multiple linear regression analysis was employed to assess the influence between literacy, employment, illness history, household expenditure, and active JKN membership. Results: Findings based on cross-sectional data indicate that literacy and employment positively affect active JKN membership, while household expenditure has a negative effect; the illness history variable is not significant. Despite the model's overall significance (Prob > F = 0.00), it explains only 8.47% of the variation in JKN active membership (R-squared = 0.08). Conclusion: Socioeconomic variables such as literacy, employment, and household expenditure are essential in developing JKN membership policies. Educational programs to raise health insurance awareness, along with policy interventions aimed at improving literacy, employment stability, and people's economic well-being, can contribute to increased membership in JKN.
