Abstract

Setiap orangtua memiliki gaya pengasuhan tersendiri dalam mengasuh anak, begitu pula dengan orangtua single parent tentu memiliki gaya pengasuhan tersendiri dalam mengasuh anaknya. Sebagai orangtua single parent yang menjalani tanggung jawab yang seharusnya dijalankan oleh dua orang, tentu sangat memberatkan selain harus mengasuh anak mereka juga harus bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan empat ibu single parent dan empat orang anak. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui satu responden dari keempat ibu single parent menerapkan pola asuh yang mengarah pada pola asuh permisif didalam mendidik anak, dikarenakan kesibukannya sebagai single parent yang menjalankan sebagai dua peran sehingga tidak banyak waktu dalam membimbing dan memperhatiakan kegiatan anak, sedangkan tiga ibu single parent lainya menerapkan pola asuh yang mengarah kepada pola asuh demokratis saling terbuka dengan anak, perduli, dan juga memberikan kasih sayang yang cukup serta bertanggung jawab kepada anak walaupun sebagai single parent. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi oleh single parent antara lain terdiri dari dua hambatan yaitu internal dan eksternal, yang sering terjadi dalam sebuah keluarga kurang komunikasi dengan anak dan kurangnya berinteraksi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

Research shows that repentance can help individuals overcome various mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression, and guilt. Mental health counseling can play an important role in increasing awareness of repentance and assisting individuals in the process of repentance. Purpose of the Study This study aims to understand the role of mental health counseling in increasing awareness of repentance in Islam. This study uses a library research method by reviewing literature related to repentance, mental health, and counseling in the context of Islam. The data sources used include books, scientific journals, and scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that repentance and mental health have a close relationship. Repentance can help individuals achieve optimal mental health, and mental health counseling can assist individuals in the process of repentance. Mental health counseling can help individuals by: Assessing the individual's psychological condition, providing appropriate counseling and guidance services, helping individuals understand the root of their problems, increasing individual self-awareness, developing individual coping skills, strengthening individual faith, helping individuals to make a repentance plan. Conclusion, repentance and mental health counseling are two important elements in achieving optimal mental and spiritual health. By combining the two, individuals can find solutions to the psychological problems they face and live a more positive and meaningful life

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Wilayatul Hisbah in regulating deviant activities among adolescents in the Blang Padang Field area of Banda Aceh and to identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of such enforcement. Deviant activities in this context include behaviors that contradict Islamic sharia norms, such as promiscuity, violations of dress codes, and activities potentially leading to juvenile delinquency. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews with Wilayatul Hisbah officers, community leaders, and adolescents in the area, as well as document analysis. The findings reveal that the Wilayatul Hisbah plays a strategic role as a sharia law enforcement body through routine patrols, guidance programs, and preventive measures. However, the effectiveness of these efforts is hindered by a shortage of personnel, limited operational budgets, and resistance from certain groups of adolescents. These findings underscore the importance of synergy among the Wilayatul Hisbah, families, educational institutions, and the wider community to foster a social environment that supports adolescent character development in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

The limited availability of valid and reliable numeracy literacy test instruments, particularly in the algebra domain, for junior high school students in preparation for the Minimum Competency Assessment exam makes this research important to conduct. This study aims to describe the quality of a numeracy literacy test instrument in the algebra domain for junior high school students. It is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. This method is used to describe the quality of the numeracy literacy test instrument in the algebra domain, which was developed based on Rasch modeling. The research procedure comprises three main phases: item development, limited trial testing with 8th-grade students, and item quality analysis using the Rasch model analysis with the Winsteps software. The developed numeracy literacy test instrument consists of 12 essay questions. The instrument was then used to collect quantitative data from 34 8th-grade students selected as research respondents through purposive sampling. The results indicate that one item is categorized as invalid (requiring revision), while the remaining items are deemed valid. The reliability index is 0.80, which falls into the ideal category. The analysis of item difficulty levels reveals that one item is categorized as difficult, nine items as moderate, and two items as easy. Overall, the developed algebra numeracy literacy instrument meets the criteria of Rasch modelling, although one item requires revision. Teachers can use this instrument as an assessment tool to evaluate students' algebraic numeracy literacy skills in junior high school. This instrument can also serve as a model for developing numeracy literacy test instruments in other domains.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Negative student behaviors, such as tardiness, truancy,classroom disruptions, use of harsh language, and low learning motivation, remain a challenge at Madrasah Aliyah 3 Pidie and require systematic handling through individual counseling services. This study aims to describe the implementation of individual counseling services in addressing the negative behavior of class XII students and evaluate its effectiveness in changing student behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers, and students, supported by documentation studies. The individual counseling process is carried out through stages of problem identification, exploration, intervention, follow-up planning, evaluation, and monitoring of progress. The results showed that individual counseling services are effective in reducing students' negative behavior. This is indicated by an increase in student discipline from 40% to 75% and a decrease in undisciplined behavior from 60% to 25%. These findings are in line with the client-centered counseling approach which emphasizes empathy, unconditional acceptance, and the counselor's authenticity in helping students understand and manage their behavior. This research confirms that individual counseling services not only function curatively, but also have a preventive and developmental role in shaping student character. ABSTRAK Perilaku negatif siswa, seperti keterlambatan, membolos, keributan di kelas, penggunaan bahasa kasar, serta rendahnya motivasi belajar, masih menjadi tantangan di Madrasah Aliyah 3 Pidie (MAN 3 Pidie) dan memerlukan penanganan yang sistematis melalui layanan konseling individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi layanan konseling individu dalam menangani perilaku negatif pada siswa kelas XII, serta mengevaluasi efektifitasnya terhadap perubahan perilaku siswa. Peneliti ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK), dan siswa kelas XII yang telah mengikuti layanan konseling individu, serta di dukung oleh studi dokumentasi. Proses layanan konseling individu di laksanakan meluli tahapan identifikasi masalah, eksplorasi, interfensi, perencanaan tindak lanjut, evaluasi, dan pemantauan perkembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling individu efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku negatif siswa. Hal ini di tunjukkan oleh peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa dari 40% menjadi 75% serta perubahan perilaku tidak disiplin dari 60% menjadi 25%. Temuan ini sejalan dengan pendekatan client-centered counsiling yang menekankan empati, penerimaan tanpa syarat, dan keaslian konselor dalam membantu siswa memahami dan mengelola perilakunya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa layanan konseling individu tidak hanya berfokus secara kuratif, tetapi juga memiliki peran preventif dan developmental dalam membentuk karakter siswa.
