Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Pelaksanaan pemeriksaan kesehatan penerimaan bagi calon anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia diatur dalam Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2016. Saat ini pelaksanaan pemeriksaan kesehatan siswa pendidikan Bintara di SPN Polda Sulsel masih terdapat kendala. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis Implementasi Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Siswa Pendidikan berdasarkan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 7 Tahun 2016 di SPN Polda Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2024 dari segi Input, Proses, dan Output. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik snowballing Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara mendalam dengan alat perekam, telusur dokumen dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilakukan bulan September-November 2024. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemeriksaan kesehatan siswa pendidikan Bintara meskipun dilaksanakan belum sepenuhnya mengacu pada Perkap Nomor 7 tahun 2016 karena ada faktor intern institusi yang menghambatnya, tetapi pemegang kebijakan tertinggi di SPN Polda Sulsel dalam hal ini Kepala Sekolah Polisi Negara Polda Sulsel tetap membuat kebijakan khusus yang dapat mempengaruhi status kesehatan siswa sehingga kualitas pendidikan tetap terjaga. Kesimpulan: Implementasi pemeriksaan kesehatan siswa pendidikan Bintara di SPN Polda Sulsel masih harus diperhatikan aspeknya secara keseluruhan mulai dari input, proses, dan output, sehingga pencapaian kualitas pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan, dan masalah-masalah yang dapat menurunkan status kesehatan siswa dapat diatasi secara keseluruhan. ABSTRACT Background: The implementation of health checkups for candidates applying to join the Indonesian National Police is regulated by the Chief of the Indonesian National Police Regulation Number 7 of 2016. Currently, there are still challenges in the implementation of health checks for police cadet students at the South Sulawesi Provincial Police School (SPN Polda Sulsel). Objective: To analyze the implementation of health checks for police cadet students based on Police Chief Regulation No. 7 of 2016 at SPN Polda Sulawesi Selatan in 2024, from the perspective of Input, Process, and Output. Method: This type of research is a descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study were selected using snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with recording tools, document tracing, and observation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research was conducted from September to November 2024. Result: The results of this study indicate that although the health checkups for police cadet students are being conducted, they do not fully comply with Police Chief Regulation No. 7 of 2016 due to internal institutional factors that hinder the process. However, the highest policy-making authority at SPN Polda Sulsel, in this case the Head of the Police School, has still implemented special policies that can influence the students' health status, ensuring that the quality of education is maintained. Conclusion: The implementation of health checkups for police cadet students at SPN Polda Sulsel still requires attention to all aspects, including input, process, and output, so that the quality of education can be improved, and issues that may negatively affect students' health status can be fully addressed.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Salah satu pelayanan rumah sakit adalah pelayanan keperawatan yang merupakan pelayanan yang sangat penting dan berorientasi pada tujuan berfokus pada penerapan asuhan keperawatan. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan tantangan bagi perawat karena perawat merupakan tenaga profesional yang mempunyai tugas kontak paling lama dengan pasien. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh organisational culture dan work engegment terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi tenaga keperawatan di RSUD Kota Kendari. Metode: Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD Kota Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga keperawatan yang berada dan bekerja di RSUD Kota Kendari sebanyak 320 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebagian tenaga keperawatan berada dan bekerja di RSUD Kota Kendari sebanyak 177 orang menggunakan pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling. Hasil: Organisational culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (p=0,003). Organisational Culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (p=0,008). Work Enggagment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (p=0,001). Work Enggagment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (p=0,005). Organisational Culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi (p=0,013). Work Enggagment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi (p=0,028). ABSTRACT Background: One of the hospital services is nursing service which is a very important and goal-oriented service that focuses on the implementation of nursing care. Improving the quality of nursing services is a challenge for nurses because nurses are professionals who have the longest contact with patients. Objective: To analyze the influence of organizational culture and work engagement on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nursing staff at the Kendari City Regional Hospital. Method: The research was carried out at the Kendari City Regional Hospital. The population in this study was all 320 nursing staff who were and worked at the Kendari City Hospital. The sample in the research was 177 nursing staff living and working at the Kendari City Regional Hospital using Purposive Sampling. Results: Organizational culture has a significant influence on job satisfaction (p=0.003). Organizational Culture has a significant influence on organizational commitment (p=0.008). Work Engagement has a significant influence on job satisfaction (p=0.001). Work Engagement has a significant influence on organizational commitment (p=0.005). Organizational Culture has a significant influence on job satisfaction through organizational commitment (p=0.013). Work Engagement has a significant influence on job satisfaction through organizational commitment (p=0.028).

Abstract

Integrated Service Post for the Elderly or Posyandu Lansia is a form of health service organized by the community with support from the government, which aims to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Posyandu cadres become partners in this service facing the following problems; (1) Posyandu cadres have not been trained in managing Posyandu Lansia activities (2) Incomplete supporting equipment such as tensiometers, scales and other simple health check-up tools at Posyandu Lansia. The solutions are: (1) Training of Posyandu cadres in managing the administration and program activities of Posyandu Lansia, (2) Provision of supporting tools for Posyandu Lansia activities in Borisallo Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. The activity will be carried out for 4 months with funding sources from the UMI Waqf Foundation. Results of the implementation of PKM activities (1) Training of Posyandu Lansia cadres for 6 Posyandu Lansia cadres in Borisallo Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. (2) Provision and explanation of the use of supporting tools for Elderly Posyandu activities such as scales, microtoists and thermometers. It is recommended that (1) Elderly Posyandu cadres motivate the Elderly to diligently come to the Posyandu every month so that they can have regular health checks (2) to anticipate Elderly who are lazy to go to the Elderly Posyandu.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Minat kunjungan ulang pasien sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan sebelumnya. Adanya tingkat kepuasan kerja diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja merupakan hal yang penting yang dimiliki individu didalam bekerja. Setiap individu bekerja memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda, maka tingkat kepuasankerjanya pun berbeda-beda pula. Tinggi rendahnya kepuasan kerja tersebut dapat memberikan dampak yang tidak sama. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan petugas terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada pasien di poli gigi Puskesmas Puuwatu Kota Kendari. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian ini akan di adakan di Puskesmas Puuwatu, Kota Kendari pada bulan September - Oktober 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 150 pasien yang berkunjung ulang di poli gigi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 150 pasien. Analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat di lakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan petugas Kesehatan berdasarkan Realibiality terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan dengan p=0,135 (p=>0,005); 2) Ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan petugas Kesehatan berdasarkan Assurance terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan dengan nilai p=0,000 (p=<0,005); 3) Ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan petugas Kesehatan berdasarkan Tangible terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan dengan nilai p=0,003 (p=<0,005); 4) Ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan petugas Kesehatan berdasarkan Emphaty terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan dengan nilai p=0,000 (p=<0,005); 5) Tidak ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan petugas Kesehatan berdasarkan Responsiveness terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan dengan nilai p=0,498 (p=>0,005); 6) Kualitas pelayanan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan adalah sub variabel tangible (Bukti fisik) dan Emphaty (Empati). ABSTRACT Background: Interest in patient re-visits is strongly influenced by satisfaction and the quality of health services provided previously. The level of job satisfaction is expected to improve employee performance so that it can achieve the goals expected by the company. Job satisfaction is an important thing that individuals have at work. Each individual working has different characteristics, so the level of job satisfaction also varies. The high and low level of job satisfaction can have an impact that is not the same. Objective: To determine the effect of the quality of service of officers on the interest in re-visiting oral health care for patients at the dental clinic of Puuwatu Health Center, Kendari City. Method: This study is a cross sectional study. This research will be held at Puuwatu Health Center, Kendari City in September - October 2024. The population in this study were 150 patients who re-visited the dental clinic. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 150 patients. Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis were carried out in this study using SPSS. Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Kekurangan tenaga kerja karena kurangnya komitmen organisasi dan ketidakpuasan tenaga kerja menyebabkan tenaga kesehatan tidak hanya melakukan tuntutan tugas yang terkandung dalam tugas pokoknya atau biasa disebut in-role, namun pegawai disarankan memiliki inisiatif untuk melakukan pekerjaan tambahan diluar tuntutan tugasnya atau biasa disebut extra role. Perilaku extra role dalam organisasi tersebut biasa dikenal dengan istilah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tujuan: Mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Pegawai Puskesmas Pasimarannu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 128. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner.  Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: sebagian besar  responden berusia  antara 21 hingga 30 tahun (54.69%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (85.16%), masa kerja > 5 tahun (50.78%), tingkat pendidikan D3 (69.53%), status pegawai kontrak (62.5%), bekerja di unit kerja tenaga paramedis (82.03%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p= 0.024), terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerjadan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p=0.010), serta terdapat pengaruh   komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p=0.002).     Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terdahap  Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada pegawai puskesmas pasimarannu.    Abstract Background: The lack of manpower due to lack of organizational commitment and worker dissatisfaction causes health workers to not only carry out the demands of the tasks contained in their main duties or commonly called in-role, but employees are advised to have the initiative to do additional work outside the requirements called or commonly called extra role. Extra role behavior in the organization is commonly known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Pasimarannu Health Center employees, Selayar Islands Regency. Objective: Knowing the Influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of Pasimarannu Health Center, Selayar Islands Regency. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The number of samples is 128. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: that most respondents were aged between 21 and 30 years (54.69%), female (85.16%), work period > 5 years (50.78%), D3 education level (69.53%), contract employee status (62.5%), working in a paramedic work unit (82.03%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an influence between organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p = 0.024), there was an influence between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p = 0.010), and there was an influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (p = 0.002). Conclusion: There is an influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of the Pasimarannu Health Center.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Peningkatan kualitas  pelayanan  kesehatan  dapat  dilakukan  dari  berbagai  aspek  pelayanan seperti  peningkatan  kualitas  fasilitas  kesehatan,  peningkatan kualitas  profesionalisme  sumber  daya manusia  dan  peningkatan  kualitas  manajemen  rumah  sakit.  Pelayanan yang  berkualitas  harus  dijaga dengan  melakukan  pengukuran  secara  berkala  agar  diketahui  kelemahan  dan  kekurangan  dari  jasa pelayanan  yang  diberikan,  dan  dibuat  tindak  lanjut  sesuai  prioritas  permasalahannya. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis karakteristik pasien rawat inap terhadap pelayanan mahasiswa profesi pendidikan dokter (MPPD) di bagian Ilmu Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari 214 responden melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar pada bulan Januari 2025. Hasil: Mayoritas pasien merasa pelayanan sesuai terhadap kecepatan dan penampilan pelayanan MPPD. Kecepatan pelayanan dinilai memadai dengan 66,4% pasien merasa sesuai terhadap pemeriksaan yang cepat. Meskipun penampilan mendapatkan tingkat pelayanan yang lebih rendah dibanding aspek lain, keseluruhan tingkat pelayanan ini mencapai 68,9%. Kesimpulan: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan MPPD berupa kecepatan dan penampilan dinilai sudah sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diinginkan oleh pasien. Penelitian ini memberikan masukan penting bagi peningkatan kualitas layanan MPPD, terutama pada aspek pelayanan cepat dan komunikasi. Quality services must be maintained by conducting regular measurements to identify weaknesses and deficiencies in the services provided, and follow-up actions are made according to the priority of the problem. Objective: To analyze the characteristics of inpatients in relation to the services of professional medical education students (MPPD) in the Internal Medicine Department of Ibnu Sina Hospital, Makassar. Method: This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional research design. Data were collected from 214 respondents through a questionnaire. This study was conducted at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar in January 2025. Results: The majority of patients felt that the service was appropriate to the speed and appearance of MPPD services. The speed of service was considered adequate with 66.4% of patients feeling appropriate to the fast examination. Although appearance received a lower level of service than other aspects, the overall level of service reached 68.9%. Conclusion: The study shows that MPPD services in the form of speed and appearance are considered to be in accordance with the services desired by patients. This study provides important input for improving the quality of MPPD services, especially in the aspects of fast service and communication.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Implementasi manajemen SDM yang optimal meliputi fungsi perencanaan, rekrutmen, pemberian kompensasi, dan penilaian kinerja. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala SDM, Kepala Pelayanan Medis, dan Kepala Keperawatan. Informan biasa terdiri dari dokter, perawat, bidan, serta staf administrasi yang mengalami langsung pelaksanaan manajemen SDM. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil: Perencanaan SDM telah dilakukan secara partisipatif dan berbasis kebutuhan unit, meskipun masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan anggaran dan distribusi tenaga kerja yang belum merata. Rekrutmen dilaksanakan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, namun beberapa posisi masih diisi oleh tenaga yang tidak sesuai bidangnya. Kompensasi belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan beban kerja dan peran ganda pegawai, terutama pada tenaga kontrak dan non-PNS. Penilaian kinerja belum terstruktur secara sistematis dan belum dikaitkan langsung dengan promosi, pelatihan, atau insentif. Kesimpulan: Implementasi manajemen SDM di RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara sudah berjalan, namun belum optimal. Diperlukan penguatan sistem perencanaan, rekrutmen berbasis kompetensi, pemberian kompensasi yang adil, serta penilaian kinerja yang terukur dan terintegrasi. ABSTRACT Background: Human resource management (HRM) is an important element in supporting the quality of service in hospitals. Optimal implementation of HR management includes planning, recruitment, compensation, and performance appraisal functions. Objective: To analyze the implementation of human resource management at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah North Maluku. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The key informants in this study were the Head of HR, Head of Medical Services, and Head of Nursing. Ordinary informants consisted of doctors, nurses, midwives, and administrative staff who directly experienced the implementation of HR management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. Results: HR planning has been carried out in a participatory manner and based on unit needs, although it is still constrained by budget limitations and uneven distribution of labor. Recruitment is carried out based on needs analysis, but some positions are still filled by personnel who are not in accordance with their fields. Compensation does not fully reflect the workload and multiple roles of employees, especially for contract and non-civil servants. Performance appraisals have not been systematically structured and have not been directly linked to promotions, training or incentives. Conclusion: The implementation of HR management at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah North Maluku has been running, but not yet optimal. It is necessary to strengthen the planning system, competency-based recruitment, fair compensation, and measurable and integrated performance appraisal.

Abstract

A gadget is a term derived from English, meaning a small electronic device with a specific function. In Indonesian, a gadget is called "acang". Growth is the increase in physical size and structure of part or all of the body so that it can be measured in units of length and weight. Development is the increase in more complex body abilities, such as fine and gross motor skills, speech and language, socialization, and independence. This study aims to determine the relationship between gadget use and the growth and development of toddlers in Buntu Datu Village, Palopo City. The type of research used is an observational analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample was 160 toddlers aged 12-60 months. The instrument used was a pre-screening development questionnaire. The results showed that 100% of toddlers used gadgets. There was a relationship between development (p = 0.037) and growth (p = 0.018) with gadget use in Buntu Datu Village, Palopo City. This study concludes that gadget use is the most influential variable on the growth and development of toddlers in Buntu Datu Village, Palopo City. It is recommended that gadgets be limited so that children's growth and development remain normal.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Autonomy through Employee Quality and Employee Performance at Syekh Yusuf Regional General Hospital, Gowa. This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional study. The study was conducted at Syekh Yusuf Regional General Hospital, Gowa Regency, in 2025. The population and sample size were 210 individuals using total sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS, and the collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study showed that Continuance (p 0.058), Independence (p 0.038), Discretion (p 0.000) had a positive influence on employee quality. On the other hand, Affective (p 0.058), Normative (p 0.118), and freedom (p 0.871) did not have a positive influence on employee quality at Syekh Yusuf Gowa Regional Hospital in 2025. The results also showed that Affective (p 0.000), Normative (p 0.045), Freedom (p 0.000), and discretion (p 0.000) had a positive influence on employee performance. On the other hand, Continuance (p 0.592), Independence (p 0.870) did not have a positive influence on employee performance. Furthermore, the research results also show that Affective (p 0.000), Continuance (p 0.000), Normative (p 0.000), Freedom (p 0.000), Independence (p 0.000), and Discretion (p 0.000) have a positive influence on employee performance through employee quality. Not all organizational commitment and job autonomy contribute to employee quality and performance. It is recommended that hospitals design strategies to improve employee quality and performance through a more effective organizational behavior approach.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Autonomy, Employee Quality and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang paling banyak dialami oleh lansia dan dapat berdampak pada penurunan kualitas hidup. Penanganan hipertensi pada lansia tidak hanya berfokus pada pengobatan, tetapi juga memerlukan keterlibatan aktif lansia dalam hal self care management dan pengendalian stres. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh self care management terhadap kualitas hidup lansia dengan hipertensi yang mengikuti Prolanis di Puskesmas Moncongloe Kabupaten Maros. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 45 lansia hipertensi serta diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self care management berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup lansia yang mengikuti prolanis (p-value = 0.002). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan prolanis bagi lansia memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan self care management serta pengendalian stres bagi lansia dengan hipertensi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Disarankan agar tenaga kesehatan lebih aktif dalam memberikan edukasi terkait self care management serta melakukan skrining dan manajemen stres secara rutin terhadap lansia dengan hipertensi.   ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension is one of the most prevalent chronic conditions affecting the elderly and is strongly associated with a decline in quality of life. Effective management extends beyond pharmacological treatment and requires active patient involvement through self-care practices and stress regulation. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of self-care management on the quality of life of elderly people with hypertension who participated in Prolanis at the Moncongloe Community Health Center, Maros Regency. Method: A quantitative, cross-sectional research design was employed. The study involved 45 elderly participants diagnosed with hypertension selected using random sampling techniques. Results: The findings revealed that self-care management had a statistically significant effect on quality of life among both Prolanis participants (p value= 0.002). Conclusion: In conclusion, participation in the Prolanis program contributes positively to improved self-care behaviors and stress management among elderly individuals with hypertension, thereby enhancing their quality of life. These findings underscore the importance of integrating health education, regular stress screening, and tailored self-care support into community-based chronic disease programs.
