Abstract

Increased food production requires fertilizers and pesticides. Fertilizers are used to increase soil fertility and pesticides are used to eradicate pests in food crops and plantations. Problems of farmers in Pucak Village, Kec. Tompobulu as a partner does not know the level of exposure to pesticides, does not know the impact of pesticides on health problems and does not have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when spraying. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of the use of fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, (2) Provision of PPE in the form of masks and gloves in fertilizing and spraying pesticides. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, which is carried out by conducting home visits. Farmers experienced an average increase in knowledge of safe and healthy fertilizing and pesticide spraying management, (2) Provision of PPE, especially hats, masks and gloves to farmers. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on preventing fertilizer exposure to farmers, (2) Providing micronutrient supplementation (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Boron and Vitamin D) to increase body immunity and detoxify fertilizer poisons, (3) Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of masks and gloves when carrying out inorganic fertilization on farmers. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using organic fertilizer on health, which is carried out by conducting home visits. Farmers experienced an average increase in knowledge of safe and healthy management of fertilization and pesticide spraying, (2) providing micronutrients and explaining sources of other food ingredients containing micronutrients in their environment, (3) Providing PPE, especially hats, masks and gloves to farmers

Abstract

Background: There were cases of referral for non-specialist diseases to advanced health facilities at the Community Health Center in Polewali Mandar Regency. Objective: This study aims to obtain information on the causes of referral for non-specialist diseases to advanced health facilities at the Community Health Center in Polewali Mandar Regency. Methods: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The key informant in this research is the head of the Community Health Center in Polewali Mandar, and the main informant in this research is the doctor who works at ten Community Health Centers in Polewali Mandar. Data validity using source triangulation method. Results: The research results show that the doctor's understanding of the function of the community health center as a gatekeeper has been optimal according to competency standards, standard operational procedur for patient referral are available in all health centers, the facilities and infrastructure at the health center in Polewali Mandar are not yet fully available, the factor of drug availability at the Community Health Center is the cause of referral of non-specialist diseases to advanced health facilities because the medicines are incomplete, and therenis requests for patients to be referred without indication of referral to advanced health facilities but doctors do not provide referrals and provide education to patients. Conclusion: The results of the research show that the doctor's understanding of the Community Health Center as a factor gatekeeper, standard operational procedures that serve as referral guidelines, the availability of health workers at the Community Health Center, patient requests to be referred without indication of referral, are not the causes of referrals for non-specialist diseases to advanced health facilities from the Community Health Center in Polewali Mandar. Meanwhile, the availability of facilities and infrastructure at the Community Health Center and the availability of medicines at the Community Health Center are factors that influence referrals for non-specialist diseases to advanced health facilities from the Community Health Center in Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

Farmers who are physically and mentally healthy will increase work productivity, thereby increasing the welfare of their families. An unergonomic working position for farmers while working can cause fatigue, injury and work accidents. Problems of farmers in Pucak Village, Kec. Tompobulu as a partner namely; do not know the impact of fatigue and work accidents, do not know and measure ergonomic work positions, and do not do gymnastics and ergonomic work positions before work. The solutions offered are: (1) Counseling on work fatigue and accidents, (2) Measurement of ergonomic work positions and (3) Exercise training and ergonomic work positions. The results of the activity are (1) increased knowledge about the effects of fatigue and work accidents, (2) the working position of farmers is generally at risk of experiencing musculoskeletal disorders. Farmers also know ergonomic work positions, as well as (3) ergonomic exercises before work and ergonomic positions when working according to farmers' conditions. It is recommended that cross-sectoral involvement in creating a Safety Farming Village, training in providing first aid for musculoskeletal disorders.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Rumah Sakit sebagai fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan Kesehatan perorangan Tingkat sekunder dan tersier secara paripurna sesuai dengan UU no.44 tahun 2009. Keselamatan pasien (patient Safety) adalah dasar dari pelayanan kesehatan yang baik. Keelamatan pasien juga menjadi salah satu indikator dalam menilai akreditasi intitusi pelayanan kesehatan, oleh karena itu keselamatan pasien sangatlah penting Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja fisik perawat terhadap penerapan patient safety melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel moderator di RS Tk II Pelamonia Makassar. Metode: Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan studi observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Dengan populasi sebanyak 170 dan sampel sebanyak 118. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh beban kerja fisik terhadap patient safety melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar -0,111 dengan nilai p (0.025) < 0,05. yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. dan variable OCB merupakan variabel intervening pengaruh beban kerja fisik terhadap patient safety. Kesimpulan: Pengaruh secara langsung beban kerja fisik terhadap penerapan patient safety melalui perilaku organizational citizenship behaviour diperoleh nilai p = 0,025 yang artinya perilaku OCB merupakan variabel intervening terhadap hubungan antara beban kerja fisik dengan penerapan patient safety. Abstract Background: Hospital as a health care facility that organizes secondary and tertiary level individual health services in full accordance with Law no.44 of 2009. Patient safety is the basis of good health care. Patient safety is also one of the indicators in assessing the accreditation of health care institutions, therefore patient safety is very important. Objective: To determine the relationship between nurses' physical workload on the implementation of patient safety through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a moderator variable at Tk II Pelamonia Hospital Makassar. Methods: The research used is a type of quantitative research that uses an analytical observational study with a cross sectional study design. With a population of 170 and a sample of 118. Results: The results of the study using multivariate analysis showed that the effect of physical workload on patient safety through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) obtained a coefficient value of -0.111 with a p value (0.025) <0.05. which means there is a significant effect. and OCB variables are intervening variables on the effect of physical workload on patient safety. Conclusion: The direct effect of physical workload on the implementation of patient safety through organizational citizenship behavior obtained a p value = 0.025, which means that OCB behavior is an intervening variable in the relationship between physical workload and the implementation of patient safety.

Abstract

Dug wells are one of the sources of clean water used by the people of Pucak Village, Kec. Tompobulu, Kab. Maros Clean water is used for various daily activities. The quality of dug well water that does not meet the requirements will be a source of disease transmission. Problems faced by the community are the absence of clean water source sanitation inspections, interventions to clean water sources that are physically and bacteriologically ineligible and the lack of environmental health education related to clean water sources. The solutions offered are; (1) Inspection of environmental sanitation and quality inspection of clean water sources, (2) Interventions of clean water sources that do not meet health requirements by providing chlorine (Ca (ClO) 2) in well water, (3) Counseling environmental sanitation in relation to public health . Dug well sanitation inspection results show that there is a low risk of 6 (60%), moderate by 2 (20%), high by 1 (10%), very high by 1 (10%) of 10 wells. Physical quality, namely as many as 2 (20%) experienced turbidity, 1 (10%) that smelled and tastes. While the bacteriological quality showed that 6 (60%) of the samples taken did not meet the requirements. Provision of chlorine (Ca (ClO) 2) in community dug wells has improved water quality to become turbid, smelly and tasteless. Public health education provides knowledge and information on water and drinking water treatment. It is recommended that there be guidance and assistance to the community in managing clean water from puskesmas or universities

Abstract

Kader sebagai ujung tombak kegiatan di Posyandu harus mampu memberikan penyuluhankepada masyarakat mengenai stunting dengan menggunakan teknik komunikasi yang bisaditerima masyarakat yang datang di Posyandu. Namun tidak semua kader dapat melakukanteknik komunikasi dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuanuntuk mengembang teknik komunikasi kader Posyandu dalam memberikan penyuluhan balitastunting dengan metode pelatihan di Desa Borisallo yang dihadiri 20 orang kader posyandu yangdievaluasi menggunakan pre-post test . Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatankemampuan kader Posyandu dalam teknik komunikasi dan peningkatan kemampuan kaderPosyandu dalam memberikan penyuluhan balita stunting. Disarankan agar pihak Puskesmasmemberikan pendampingan pada saat kader memberikan penyuluhan mengenai stunting.

Abstract

Increasing food production requires pesticides to eradicate pests and leafhoppers that interfere with the growth of food crops and plantations. Pesticides have a negative impact in the form of disease and poisoning on farmers. Farmers are a work that is mostly carried out by the community in Borisallo Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency and is a partner in this service. The problems faced by partners are the lack of preventive counseling caused by pesticide exposure to farmers, the lack of micronutrient supplementation to increase body immunity and detoxification of pesticide exposure poisoning, and the unavailability of PPE in managing pesticides in the form of masks and gloves for farmers. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on the prevention of pesticide exposure to farmers, (2) Providing micronutrient supplementation to increase body immunity and detoxify pesticide toxins, (3) Providing PPE in the form of masks and gloves in spraying pesticides on farmers. The activity was carried out for 4 months with funding from the UMI Waqf Foundation. The results of the implementation of PKM (1) Counseling on the prevention of fertilizer exposure to 15 existing farmers, (2) Then continued with the provision of micronutrients and explanation of other food sources that contain micronutrients around the environment (3) Ended with the provision of PPE in the form of masks and gloves that can be used when managing and spraying pesticides. It is recommended to have thorough and periodic health checks on farmers, technical guidance related to healthy and safe fertilization methods continuously and switch to the use of organic or plant-based pesticides

Abstract

Proses pengelolaan obat di Puskesmas sangat penting untuk menjadi perhatian, karena jika pengelolaan obat tidak sesuai dengan prosedur, maka akan menyebabkan masalah seperti ketersediaan obat berkurang, obat menumpuk akibat perencanaan obat yang tidak sesuai, tumpang tindih anggaran, serta resiko obat kadaluarsa, rusak, hingga deadstock. Berdasarkan observasi awal pengelolaan obat yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Bara-Baraya biasanya banyak terjadi kendala yaitu terjadinya kekurangan dan kehabisan stok obat dikarenakan biasanya obat masuk memiliki jadwal tertentu yaitu di pertengahan bulan dalam setahun sehingga di bulan-bulan awal biasanya banyak terjadi kekurangan obat dan juga untuk pengadaan obat tidak terlalu efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di puskesmas Bara-Baraya.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bermaksud untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi sistem pengelolaan sediaan farmasi sesuai dengan pedoman yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan terkait Petunjuk Teknis Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas Tahun 2019 pada tahap pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di Puskesmas Bara-Baraya Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, melakukan wawancara mendalam serta telaah dokumen.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat tiga aspek pengelolaan yang sudah dijalankan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yaitu aspek pemilihan dan perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, serta pencatatan dan pelaporan. Terdapat 2 aspek yang kurang sesuai atau kurang memenuhi yaitu aspek pengendalian persediaan obat dan pendistribusian obat. Serta terdapat satu aspek yang tidak sesuai sama sekali yaitu aspek pemusnahan dan penarikan obat. Proses pengelolaan obat utamanya terkait pengendalian persediaan farmasi hendaknya lebih diperhatikan secara menyeluruh, begitu pula dengan pendistribusian serta penarikan dan pemusnahan obat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang harus dikelola baik dengan mengimplementasikan standar pelayanan yang bermutu dan berkualitas, sehingga pasien merasa puas. Kepuasan pasien atas pelayanan juga akan mempengaruhi pola perilaku seperti minat kunjung kembali. Rendahnya tingkat kepuasan dan minat kunjung kembali menjadi tantangan bagi puskesmas untuk menjalankan fungsinya. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat kunjung kembali melalui kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Manimpahoi dan Pulau Sembilan Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Manimpahoi dan Pulau Sembilan Kabupaten Sinjai pada bulan April-Mei 2024. Terdapat 290 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dengan memenuhi kriteria sampel. Sumber data berasal dari data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan pengisian lembar kuesioner.  Data penelitian diuji menggunakan partial least square (PLS) analysis. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan pada indikator penampilan fisik yang signifikan p=0.000 terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai koefisien 0.340. Terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan pada indikator penampilan fisik yang signifikan p=0.000 terhadap minat kunjung kembali pasien dengan nilai koefisien 0.361. Terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pada indikator penampilan fisik yang signifikan p=0.000 terhadap minat kunjung kembali melalui kepuasan pasien dengan nilai koefisien 0,082. Kesimpulan: Kualitas pelayanan pada indikator penampilan fisik memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung secara signifikan terhadap minat kunjung kembali melalui kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Manimpahoi dan Puskesmas Pulau Sembilan Kabupaten Sinjai. The low level of patient satisfaction and loyalty is a challenge for health centers to carry out their functions. Objective: To determine the effect of service quality on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction at the Public Health Center of Manimpahoi and Pulau Sembilan Sinjai Regency. Method: The quantitative research with a cross sectional design was conducted at the Public Health Center of Manimpahoi and Pulau Sembilan Sinjai Regency on April-May 2024. There were 290 respondents as a research sample that complied with the sample criteria. The data source comes from primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaire.  The research data were tested using partial least square analysis. Results: There was a direct effect of service quality in tangible indicator which was significant (p=0.000) on patient satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.340. There was a direct effect of service quality in tangible indicator which was significant (p=0.000) on patient loyalty with a coefficient value of 0.361. There was an effect of service quality in tangible indicators which was significant (p=0.000) on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.082. Conclusion: The service quality in tangible indicators has a significant direct and indirect effect on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction at the Public Health Center of Manimpahoi and Pulau Sembilan Sinjai Regency.
