Abstract

The revitalization of Posyandu is aimed to improve the function and performance of Posyandu,with the main activities of training, service and community movement. Facilities andinfrastructure in Posyandu Melati I are not adequate, active cadres are 4 people, communityparticipation in utilizing posyandu about 45%, about 2% of children with less nutrition. Theactivities carried out in the form of procurement of facilities and infrastructure improvements,facilitate training of posyandu cadres, supplementary feeding and nutritious food and wormcounseling for mother with toddlers. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure in the form of 9types of equipment required Posyandu Melati I. Coordination to Puskesmas Parangloe producestraining activities posyandu cadres planed in October 2017. Supplementary feeding og green beanporridge, on approximately 30 children under five. Nutrition food and worm counseling attendedas many as 15 mothers who have a toddler. Pre-Post test evaluation were conducted before andafter the extension materials were given, indicating an increase in extension counseling knoeledgefrom 43% to 89%. Posyandu Cadres are also advised to actively invite community to be willing tovolunteer posyandu cadres, providing additional foods of varying kind so that toddler do not getbored ang eager to come to posyandu every month. Provision of nutritional material should beaccompanied by a food model and posyandu should have a storage cabinet of goods.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap fasilitas kesehatan. Kepuasan pasien tidak hanya ditentukan oleh hasil klinis, tetapi juga oleh pengalaman selama menerima pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh technical quality, functional quality, dan image related dimensions terhadap kepuasan pasien. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 247 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling pada tiga poliklinik dengan jumlah kunjungan tertinggi, yaitu poli penyakit dalam, poli bedah, dan poli syaraf dengan syarat pasien yang berobat berulang dan tidak memiliki keterbatasan fisik. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepuasan SERVQUAL dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara technical quality (p=0,000) dan image related dimensions (p=0,000) terhadap kepuasan pasien dan functional quality (p=0,000) dengan kepuasan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai R²= 0,241, yang berarti 24,1% variasi kepuasan pasien dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan. Di antara ketiga dimensi, image related dimensions memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepuasan pasien (β = 0,271). Citra rumah sakit dan kualitas teknis pelayanan merupakan faktor dominan dalam membentuk kepuasan pasien. Oleh karena itu disaranan untuk terus meningkatkan profesionalisme tenaga medis, memperkuat citra positif lembaga, serta memperbaiki aspek teknis pelayanan agar mutu dan kepuasan pasien semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Dug wells are one of the sources of clean water used by the people of Pucak Village, Kec. Tompobulu, Kab. Maros Clean water is used for various daily activities. The quality of dug well water that does not meet the requirements will be a source of disease transmission. Problems faced by the community are the absence of clean water source sanitation inspections, interventions to clean water sources that are physically and bacteriologically ineligible and the lack of environmental health education related to clean water sources. The solutions offered are; (1) Inspection of environmental sanitation and quality inspection of clean water sources, (2) Interventions of clean water sources that do not meet health requirements by providing chlorine (Ca (ClO) 2) in well water, (3) Counseling environmental sanitation in relation to public health . Dug well sanitation inspection results show that there is a low risk of 6 (60%), moderate by 2 (20%), high by 1 (10%), very high by 1 (10%) of 10 wells. Physical quality, namely as many as 2 (20%) experienced turbidity, 1 (10%) that smelled and tastes. While the bacteriological quality showed that 6 (60%) of the samples taken did not meet the requirements. Provision of chlorine (Ca (ClO) 2) in community dug wells has improved water quality to become turbid, smelly and tasteless. Public health education provides knowledge and information on water and drinking water treatment. It is recommended that there be guidance and assistance to the community in managing clean water from puskesmas or universities

Abstract

Kader sebagai ujung tombak kegiatan di Posyandu harus mampu memberikan penyuluhankepada masyarakat mengenai stunting dengan menggunakan teknik komunikasi yang bisaditerima masyarakat yang datang di Posyandu. Namun tidak semua kader dapat melakukanteknik komunikasi dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuanuntuk mengembang teknik komunikasi kader Posyandu dalam memberikan penyuluhan balitastunting dengan metode pelatihan di Desa Borisallo yang dihadiri 20 orang kader posyandu yangdievaluasi menggunakan pre-post test . Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatankemampuan kader Posyandu dalam teknik komunikasi dan peningkatan kemampuan kaderPosyandu dalam memberikan penyuluhan balita stunting. Disarankan agar pihak Puskesmasmemberikan pendampingan pada saat kader memberikan penyuluhan mengenai stunting.

Abstract

Nurses play a crucial role in hospital services, making optimal performance essential for healthcare quality. An imbalance between work and personal life (work-life balance) may negatively affect nurses’ performance. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between work-life balance and nurse performance in the inpatient unit of Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Hospital, Makassar.This study employed a quantitative, cross-sectional design. A total of 53 nurses were selected using cluster purposive sampling. The independent variable was work-life balance, which included three dimensions: time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. The dependent variable was nurse performance. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test at the 0.05 significance level. The results showed that most nurses had good work-life balance and performance. Bivariate analysis indicated a significant relationship between all dimensions of work-life balance (time, involvement, and satisfaction) and nurse performance (p-value = 0.000). Nurses with better work-life balance tended to perform better than those with poorer balance. In conclusion, work-life balance is significantly associated with nurse performance. Therefore, hospitals should pay greater attention to maintaining nurses’ work-life balance by optimizing workload management and work schedules to improve overall performance.
