Abstract

This research is about Analysis of Institutional Performance Development Strategy in the Framework of Increasing Competitiveness in Jakarta State Polytechnic. Jakarta State Polytechnic is one of 43 State Polytechnics under the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with a problem approach through descriptive analysis. The focus of this research is to analyze the strategies that will be applied for the development of institutional performance in order to improve competitiveness in the Jakarta State Polytechnic by referring to the selected strategies resulting from data collection conducted by researchers based on the results of the analysis in terms of internal and external factors of the organization, SWOT analysis, TOWS, EFE, IFE, VRIO analysis, and Competitive Profile Matrix in order to improve institutional competitiveness. After the research object is known its quadrant position, a business strategy for the development of the Jakarta State Polytechnic will be prepared in 2020-2024. After the chosen strategy is obtained, then Key Performance Indicators are developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze by function business influence sales force employees advertising workers at the level of account executive of personal balanced scorecard pay-tvcompany. The research was conducted in Indonesia's pay-tv industry, PT MNC with its MNC Channels business unit. The sampling technique was done by accidental sampling. Analysis of data use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with data processing using SMART PLS3. The result showed that there is a positive connection between effort and personal balanced scorecard. The relationship indicates that working hard, work smart, open to receive advice, and results clear can increase the personal balanced scorecard.The higher effort was the higher personal also balanced scorecard salesperson

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi, teknologi industry 4.0 dan kualitas produk langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan, serta pengaruh seluruh variabel tersebut terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 185 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank BSI di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Non Probability Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel inovasi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan begitu juga kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Teknologi industry 4.0 juga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Namun pada variabel teknologi industry 4.0 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan nasabah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan Rencana Strategi kepuasan nasabah dengan mengacu pada strategi-strategi dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dan dipilih strategi yang tepat yaitu pengembangan IT core banking.

Abstract

Employee retention is an important challenge for organizations today. This study proposes a research framework for understanding how diversity and inclusion can influence employee retention through job satisfaction. The theoretical basis of this research is based on existing literature on inclusive leadership, quality of work life, work-life balance, leaders' emotional intelligence, and compensation as factors that influence job satisfaction. The proposed model proposes that diversity and inclusion have a positive indirect effect on employee retention through job satisfaction. Further research using this framework can help organizations develop strategies to increase employee retention by building more diverse and inclusive work environments.

Abstract

Multichannel marketing integration is an important strategy in modern marketing that influences customer loyalty and brand perception. In this literature review, researchers explore the impact of multichannel marketing integration on long-term customer loyalty and positive brand perceptions. The research results show that the quality of multichannel marketing integration contributes significantly to customer engagement and improved brand perception. However, challenges such as brand message consistency and technology investments can hinder smooth implementation. The implications of this research highlight the importance of overcoming these barriers to maximize the benefits of multichannel marketing integration. These findings provide valuable insights for marketing practitioners in developing effective strategies to increase customer loyalty and brand perception in an increasingly complex business environment.

Abstract

The paper aims to determine the difference in science learning outcomes of students who apply the demonstration method and the science learning outcomes of students who use conventional learning in class IV elementary school. The type of research that the author uses is experimental research. This research uses a group of research subjects from a certain population, then grouped randomly into two groups or classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was treated using the demonstration method and the control class used the conventional method, then both classes underwent the same post-test. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with proportional sampling. The same number of students and class average scores that are close to the same are class VA and class VB. After getting the sample class, the two classes were randomly drawn, then class VA was obtained as the experiment and class VB as the control. The results of this research can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test which was carried out so that the value of t_count=0 and t_table= 2.02 was obtained. From the distributed table t, we get ttable = 2.02. So, it can be concluded that t_count > t_tabel, where 0 > 2.02, thus the working hypothesis H_1 is accepted, meaning there are significant differences in learning outcomes in the two samples. This research concluded that the science learning results of class IV students who used the demonstration learning method did not have a significant difference because the two sample classes got the same learning results, due to the limited time of the researcher who delivered the material to the experimental class

Abstract

Permasalahan rendahnya literasi numerasi di kalangan anak-anak desa menjadi perhatian serius, terutama dalam era digital yang menuntut kemampuan berpikir logis dan pemecahan masalah sejak usia dini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi anak-anak di wilayah pedesaan melalui pemanfaatan media edukatif berbasis digital yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Karang Jati, Kabupaten Sidomulyo, dengan sasaran utama anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kemampuan numerasi peserta, pelatihan penggunaan media digital kepada guru dan relawan, serta implementasi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi edukatif numerik seperti Math Games, Khan Academy Kids, dan media berbasis PowerPoint interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta wawancara kepada guru dan orang tua. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep dasar matematika, seperti operasi bilangan dan pemecahan masalah sederhana. Anak-anak menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi terhadap media digital karena penyajian materi yang menarik dan mudah diakses. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong keterlibatan orang tua dan guru dalam mendampingi proses belajar di rumah. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan media edukatif berbasis digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi numerasi anak-anak desa dan dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis teknologi yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan lokal.

Abstract

Lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) is one of the plants that can be used as traditional medicine. Parts of the lime plant that can be used as traditional medicine include the fruit, leaves, and peel. Lime peel waste is known to contain chemical compounds and as a raw material for medicine, standardization is needed to ensure its quality. The 70% ethanol extract of lime peel was made using the maceration extraction method. This study aimed to standardize both simplicia and 70% ethanol extract of lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) peel according to the Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopoeia (2017) guidelines to ensure quality for pharmaceutical raw material applications.Lime peel was processed into simplicia and extracted using maceration with 70% ethanol. Standardization was performed on both simplicia and extract based on specific (organoleptic, phytochemical screening) and non-specific parameters (drying loss, water content, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, ethanol-soluble extract, water-soluble extract, and specific gravity). All analyses were performed in triplicate (n = 3) and statistical significance was tested using SPSS version 26 with a confidence level of 95% (p < 0.05).Both simplicia and extract met the pharmacopoeial requirements and can be recommended as standardized raw materials for herbal pharmaceutical formulations. These findings provide a reference for the quality control of herbal raw materials and promote sustainable utilization of lime peel waste.
