Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri Mojoagung; 2) pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri Mojoagung; 3) pengaruh disiplin belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri Mojoagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 144 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri Mojoagung; 2) terdapat pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri Mojoagung; 3) terdapat pengaruh disiplin belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri Mojoagung

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of developing digital teaching materials for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on Case Study and student responses to the development of digital teaching materials for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on Case Study. The development of digital textbooks for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on case study was developed using the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, which includes four stages, namely the definition, design, development, and dissemination stages. However, this dissemination stage was not carried out because this study did not measure the effectiveness of the product or student learning outcomes. The feasibility of the developed textbook was determined based on an assessment by material, language, and graphic validation experts. From the overall assessment of the validation experts, the average result of the textbook's feasibility was 87.33% with a very feasible category. Based on this percentage, it can be stated that the digital textbook for Introduction to Administrative and Management Science based on case study is feasible to be used in the teaching and learning process of the Introduction to Administrative and Management Science course. Student responses were carried out with a limited trial on 20 students of the Office Administration Education Study Program. The student response sheet consists of 6 components of eligibility, namely the format, relevance, attention, satisfaction, understanding of the material, and confidence in learning outcomes, where the overall assessment of students obtained an average eligibility result of 86.66% which can be interpreted that the digital textbook Introduction to Administrative Science and Management based on case studies is feasible and interesting to use in the learning process of the Introduction to Administrative Science and Management course.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media, kelayakan media, respon siswa terhadap media, dan keefektifan penggunaan media terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X MPK YASMU Gresik pada mata pelajaran DMPLB yang membahas materi teknik dasar layanan prima pada manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development), model pengembangan 4-D mulai dari define, design, develop, & disseminate. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, tes kemampuan, lembar kuesioner siswa, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Google Site dengan dukungan Gimkit diperoleh:(1) Media berhasil dikembangkan dengan seluruh tahapan pada model 4-D, (2) Media memperoleh penilaian validasi para ahli sebesar: a). Ahli media 81% berkriteria“Sangat Kuat”, b). Ahli materi 89% berkriteria “Sangat Kuat”; (3) Respon siswa terhadap media diperoleh skor sebesar 100% berkriteria “Sangat Kuat”. (4) Media efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,44 berkriteria “Sedang” pada kelas eksperimen, sedangkan kelas kontrol kategori lebih “Rendah” hanya sebesar 0,17 dan Uji-t diperoleh nilai sig 2-tailed (0,00) <(0,05). Kesimpulannya media ini dinyatakan berkualitas dan sangat layak mendukung proses pembelajaran serta efektif membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The government has utilized technology to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in public administration in the era of rapid advances in communication and information technology. This study aims to analyze the application of the Integrated Dynamic Archive Information System Application (SRIKANDI) in supporting Good Governance at the Mojokerto City Education and Culture Office. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with data sources comprising primary and secondary data obtained through purposive sampling. Data collection methods include interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques employing the Miles and Huberman model. Data validity testing is conducted using source triangulation. The results showed that the SRIKANDI application made a significant contribution in improving the efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness of correspondence administration. Features such as automatic logging, structured disposition, and digital signatures enhance transparency and accountability, while flexible access supports increased productivity. Despite technical challenges such as digital errors and network disruptions, the app's positive impact in realizing a paperless office and online correspondence is highly visible. Therefore, it is recommended to continue conducting training and socialization to optimize understanding and use of this application, as well as making technical improvements to overcome existing obstacles for better administrative performance.

Abstract

Indonesian workers are the second largest contributor of foreign exchange after oil and gas. Therefore, it is important to empower the group of Indonesian workers working abroad. This is needed to address the issue of Indonesian workers working abroad. Empowerment of workers can be done through training programs that can provide education to workers according to their respective interests and needs, one of which is public speaking. Through public speaking, it will train self-confidence to appear in the public realm or to the wider community. Public speaking training was held in Selangor, Malaysia, which was attended by 26 participants from AOMI (Aliansi Organisasi Masyarakat Indonesia) and lecturers who are members of the PKM group from the Office Administration Education Study Program, Surabaya State University. This community service activity was carried out in the form of training with lecture methods and public speaking practices for workers who are members of AOMI Malaysia. The implementation of community service activities by the PKM Team received a very good response, which can be seen from the questionnaire response data of 46.2% stating good and 34.6% stating very good, as well as testimonials from Indonesian workers in Malaysia regarding public speaking training which were responded positively. So that the training participants were very enthusiastic to follow this PKM activity until it was finished and the training participants wanted to be able to carry out similar workshop activities in the future, in order to support the development of their communication skills in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a product in the form of a case method-based office communication e-book that meets the requirements of validity and usability. Novelty in research emphasizes a unique, contemporary, and specific approach to training students to communicate effectively in the office, utilizing books integrated with technology and a case-based learning approach. This research is a development study utilizing a 4-D model. The instruments used to measure the feasibility and practicality of this textbook include validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results of data analysis show that, according to the expert's assessment, both in terms of material, language, and graphics, it is highly feasible, with an average feasibility of 92.10% and an average score of 90.2% among student responses. Based on these results, this case method-based office communication e-book is feasible and can be used in classroom learning. Therefore, the implications of developing e-books in office communication emphasize the possibility for lecturers and students to learn more quickly, flexibly, and contextually, so that students can apply concepts from office communication to face the demands of a very dynamic work environment.

Abstract

Ketidakselarasan kemampuan belajar akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, karena belajar tidak sesederhana yang terlihat. Lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam hal memfasilitasi KBM. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana pendekatan PBL yang diterapkan di SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya dilaksanakan serta bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa pada elemen proses bisnis manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis di dunia kerja. Menggunakan jenis Quasi Experimental Group dan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design, adalah bentuk penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan paradigma PBL memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Simpulan temuan studi mendeskripsikan PBL menghasilkan hasil belajar lebih baik untuk siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development process, feasibility, and student responses to the development of Kahoot!-based gamification learning media. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the ADDIE model. The participants consisted of 20 students from Class X MPLB 1 at SMKN 2 Kediri. The research instruments included validation sheets for material and media experts as well as student response questionnaires. Data were analyzed using material and media expert validation analysis and student response analysis. The results showed that the material expert validation obtained a score of 91%, while the media expert validation reached 97%, both categorized as very good. The overall percentage of student responses to the Kahoot!-based gamification learning media was 97%, also classified as very good. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed Kahoot!-based gamification learning media is highly suitable for use in the teaching and learning process for Class X MPLB students at SMKN 2 Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta bahwa terdapat siswa yang belum mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah, yaitu 75. Di kelas XI MPLB 1, sebanyak 18 siswa (62%) dari total 29 siswa belum mencapai KKM. Sementara itu, di kelas XI MPLB 2, terdapat 13 siswa (43%) dari 30 siswa yang belum tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, pembelajaran di kelas X dan XI telah menggunakan “Kurikulum Merdeka”. Sedangkan untuk kelas XII masih menggunakan Kurikulum K13. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada elemen pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di kelas XI MPLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Hasil analisis Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,008, yang lebih kecil dari < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada elemen pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di kelas XI MPLB di SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya.

Abstract

Tingginya angka pengangguran di kalangan lulusan universitas mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa masih menghadapi tantangan serius dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk dunia kerja, dimana sebagian disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar dan kurangnya locus of control pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan locus of control terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa pendidikan adminitrasi perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan jumlah responden 163 mahasiswa diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket penelitian yang berjumlah 40 pernyataan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja yang berarti semakin tinggi motivasi belajar mahasiswa maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan kerja. Sedangkan locus of control juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Motivasi belajar dan locus of control berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 58,4%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan dengan memperkuat motivasi belajar dan mengembangkan karakter mahasiswa sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi dunia profesional.
