Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses pengembangan serta kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif game visual novel pada materi penyelenggaraan rapat teleconference di SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi ahli dan angket respon siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif game visual novel pada materi penyelenggaraan rapat teleconference menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE menunjukkan persentase 89 % dari hasil kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif game visual novel dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran oleh para ahli. Rerata persentase hasil respon siswa sebesar 92%. Sehingga dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran game visual novel pada materi penyelenggaraan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis proses pengembangan, kelayakan, dan respon siswa terhadap e-modul berbasis model learning cycle pada materi Media Komunikasi Humas kelas XI OTKP 1 di SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. Model pengembangan menggunakan 4-D (four D model), namun dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya melakukan hingga pada tahap develop. Subjek penelitiannya adalah kelas XI OTKP 1 sebanyak 20 siswa. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar validasi dan angket respon siswa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pengembangan e-modul berbasis model learning cycle pada materi Media Komunikasi Humas menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D yang memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate, namun peneliti hanya melakukan penelitian sampai pada tahap develop disebabkan keterbatasan penelitian; 2) kelayakan e-modul berbasis model learning cycle pada materi Media Komunikasi Humas memperoleh rata-rata hasil persentase ahli materi sebesar 97% dengan kriteria (sangat layak), ahli bahasa sebesar 94,2% (sangat layak), dan ahli kegrafikan sebesar 92% (sangat layak); dan 3) respon siswa terhadap e-modul berbasis model learning cycle pada materi Media Komunikasi Humas sebesar 98,5% (sangat layak) dengan mendapatkan tanggapan baik oleh siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the rationality of parents towards their decision to act in improving the quality of human resources owned by children through education. This is due to the problems that arise from various theoretical studies on "Is the decision taken by parents in sending their children to school a rational action or is it only limited to the fulfillment of educational policies that have been made by the government in supporting the improvement of the quality of human resources through education?". Therefore, to answer the problems and objectives of this study, the researchers used a type of quantitative research with correlation and regression test methods. The research data was collected using a 7-point scale research instrument distributed through an online survey, and the data obtained was 185 respondents. The population and sample in the study were parents of students in class XII, Malang, East Java. The results of the study revealed that instrumental action rationalization and value action rationalization were able to significantly influence parents' decisions in investing in education. The hope of this research is more emphasized on the ability of parents to think rationally when making decisions to invest in children's education, especially on rational analysis of costs and benefits, and avoiding implicit or emotional decisions. Therefore, further research is needed on how parents respond to the decision to invest in education when viewed from other factors, both from internal parents and external factors from parents.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang; kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang; dan respons peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan lembar angket respons peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis validasi ahli materi, analisis validasi ahli media, dan analisis lembar angket respons peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate) dari Thiagarajan dan hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop karena tidak mengukur keefektifan produk. Kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang mendapatkan skor 96,42% dari validasi ahli materi dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat kuat dan mendapatkan skor 99,37% dari validasi ahli media dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat kuat. Respons peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang mendapatkan skor 96,17% dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Based on the phenomenon that happened to Surabaya State University students who had implemented the Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) program, it showed that there was a lack of interest in becoming a teacher. One of the internal factors is teaching experience in the form of the PLP program and the external factor is the family environment. Goal of the study was to analyze the impact of school district (PLP) introduction and home environment on the educational interests of students in administrative education at Surabaya State University. This kind of examination is quantitative using explanatory. The subjects of this research were all students of the Surabaya State University Office Administration Study Program class of 2019 and then had taken PLP courses with a total of 54 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5. Data analysis techniques include testing for validity also reliability. Classical acceptance tests consist of normality, multicollinearity, also heteroscedasticity tests, and include hypothesis testing using several linear regression tests consisting of t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient-of-squares tests. The outcome of the t-test showed that the introduction of school fields had a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher, and the family environment had a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher. The introduction of school fields and family environment has had a positive and significant impact on students’ savor in becoming a teacher in University Office Administration Education students Surabaya Country.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan; menganalisis kelayakan; dan respon siswa terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif google site berbantuan game wordwall. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif Google Site berbantuan Game Wordwall dibuat melalui website google site dan disesuaikan dengan silabus mata pelajaran Kearsipan; hasil kelayakan dari validasi ahli materi memperoleh persentase 96% dengan kriteria sangat kuat dan ahli media sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat kuat; dan hasil angket respon siswa memperoleh persentase 96% dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif google site berbantuan game wordwall layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Microsoft Power Point pada mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian Kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang, mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Microsoft Power Point pada mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian Kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang, dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Microsoft Power Point pada mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian Kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian R&D dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate). Penelitian tidak dilakukan sampai tahap Disseminate atau penyebaran karena terbatas pada 3 Kompetensi Dasar dan peneliti tidak sampai mengukur keefektifan produk dan hasil belajar siswa. Subjek uji coba pada penelitian yaitu 20 siswa kelas XI OTP XI 1 SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi ahli materi dan ahli media serta angket respon siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis validasi ahli materi, analisis ahli media dan analisis angket respon siswa Hasil penelitian yaitu pada perolehan validasi ahli materi sebesar 86,67% (sangat kuat), hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 89,44% (sangat kuat), dan respon siswa sebesar 99,56% (sangat kuat). Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Microsoft Power Point dinyatakan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian.

Abstract

This study describes the development of kodular-based interactive teaching materials in the essential competencies of holding meetings and making notes, analyzing the feasibility of teaching materials, analyzing student responses, and analyzing the effectiveness of using teaching materials to improve student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. This research is development research that refers to the 4D model: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Students from class XII OTKP 1 as the experimental class and class XII OTKP 2 as the control class were used as subjects and samples in this study. Material expert validation sheets, language, graphs, student response questionnaires, and student learning outcomes tests were all used as part of the data collection instrument. Expert validation of questions and materials, language, graphics, item analysis, N-Gain analysis, completeness of student learning outcomes, homogeneity test, normality test, and hypothesis testing are data analysis techniques used. The developed interactive teaching materials were scored in the appropriate category, with 87.6% material experts, 90.6 % linguists, and 94.2 % graphic experts, with the overall criteria assessed in the very decent range. Meanwhile, students' responses to the developed interactive teaching materials got a %age of 90.26% with excellent criteria. It can be concluded that the interactive teaching materials developed are effective as supporting teaching materials to improve student learning outcomes of SMK Negeri 2 Buduran in class XII OTKP.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa PLP Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2017 yang sudah melaksanakan kegiatan PLP sebanyak 93 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan bentuk sampling total, dimana jumlah sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 93 mahasiswa. Uji coba instrumen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dalam uji heteroskedastisitas; 2) uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa PLP Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
