Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of developing interactive learning media based on Lectora Inspire, which is integrated with Camtasia Studio, for archiving subjects at SMKN 3 Bojonegoro. It also aims to assess the feasibility of the developed interactive learning media and examine student responses to it. The study utilizes the ADDIE R&D model, excluding the Evaluation stage, and employs both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The participants in the study were 20 students from class X OTKP 1. The developed products were subjected to validation by material experts and media experts. The validation results indicate a material expert validation rate of 86.25% for Expert 1 and 82.5% for Expert 2, while the media expert validation rates were 84.28% and 88.57% for Expert 1 and 2, respectively. The average validation score from the four validators was 85.4%, indicating a high level of feasibility. The student responses revealed an average score of 84%, indicating a high level of interest. Therefore, it can be concluded that the interactive learning media based on Lectora Inspire, integrated with Camtasia Studio, can effectively support archiving learning

Abstract

Changing of Curriculum involves change of substance, implementation, and evaluation. Teacher must have better preparation to improve learning quality. Around 73% of school in Jombang, from elementary to high school, had applied curriculum of 2013. However, teacher faces difficulty to prepare teaching material since there are several new subjects that never been taught previously in Vocational High School for office administration department. Besides, there are many books based on curriculum of 2013 are not sold freely. Thus, to solve those problems, teacher training and mentoring to create teaching material based curriculum 2013 needs to be held. It uses training and mentoring method. The training aims to enhance teacher competency to create teaching material, in the form of module, based on curriculum of 2013. The training result is module based on curriculum of 2013.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian meningkatkan peluang akses modal perbankan bagi koperasi dan UMKM, meningkatkan pembiayaan non bank bagi koperasi dan UMKM, meningkatkan pemanfaatan idle money perbankan bagi Koperasi dan UMKM dengan jaminan kredit dari Jamkrida. Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan dinas koperasi dan UMKM dalam memberikan rekomendasi koperasi dan UMKM berkinerja baik dalam mengajuan kredit dan Jamkrida sebagai penjamin kredit yang diberikn kepada koperasi dan UMKM. Rekomendasi sebagai wujud penyataan koperasi dan UMKM tersebut fesible  diberikan dana pinjaman. Metode pengumpulan data dengan data sekunder dan data primer. Pada Koperasi untuk meningkatkan modal bisa dari internal dan eksternal. Sumber pendanaan dari internal berasal dari anggota yaitu berupa simpanan pokok, simpanan wajib dan simpanan sukarela. Sumber pendanaan dari luar bagi koperasi wanita belum banyak yang memanfaatkan dan hampir tidak ada yang memanfaatkan kredit dari Bank. Hal ini terkait aset yang sebagai syarat jaminan. Pada Koperasi Wanita belum mepunyai aset yang  dijaminkan atas nama Koperasi. Solusi untuk akses modal koperasi, perlunya masing-masing koperasi primer membentuk atau ikut dalam koperasi sekunder, sehingga sarana penambahan modal dengan syarat sebagai anggota koperasi sekunder.  Pada Usaha Mikro, kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan modal bisa melalui dana yang berasal dari perbankan dengan bunga yang rendah atau kecil. Bank akan memberikan kredit dengan melihat potensi UMKM dapat berkembang dan mempunyai potensi untuk didanai. Upaya meningkatkan pembiayaan non Bank banyak dilakukan oleh perusahan BUMN atau BUMD. Beberapa BUMN dan BUMD ada yang langsung memberikat kredit langsung kepada UMKM dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang; kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang; dan respons peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan lembar angket respons peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis validasi ahli materi, analisis validasi ahli media, dan analisis lembar angket respons peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate) dari Thiagarajan dan hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop karena tidak mengukur keefektifan produk. Kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang mendapatkan skor 96,42% dari validasi ahli materi dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat kuat dan mendapatkan skor 99,37% dari validasi ahli media dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat kuat. Respons peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif mentimeter pada mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X OTP di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang mendapatkan skor 96,17% dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about archives management in realizing administrative governance at CV Agro Tri Santosa, obstacles in archives management to realize administrative governance, and archives management efforts in realizing administrative governance at CV Agro Tri Santosa. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. The data taken in the research is primary data obtained through direct interviews from managers and secretaries from CV Agro Tri Santosa, while secondary data can be obtained through interviews and documentation with employees. The subjects of this research are 3 employees who manage archives and the object of this research is archive management in realizing administrative governance.The technique for selecting subjects for this research is by using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research is by interviews and documentation. The research results show that archives management in administrative management has been carried out well, but there are still obstacles in realizing administrative governance. This obstacle is the handling of archives which is not in accordance with the handling of archives management. There are efforts in archival management, namely by handling, maintaining, storing, processing and recording properly so that they suit the needs of CV Agro Tri Santosa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of community relations at Pawiyatan Vocational High School, Surabaya. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is interviews and data validity using source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of public relations at Pawiyatan Vocational High School Surabaya focuses more on problems that occur internally. The role of public relations at Pawiyatan Vocational High School Surabaya includes the role of school public relations in student PKL program activities which contributes from seeking cooperation from company agencies to the final stage of preparing student proposals; the role of school public relations in collaborating with DU/DI to discuss the issue of synchronizing the curriculum and the teaching industry; the role of school public relations in scholarship management activities, public relations seeks organizational sources that are able to provide scholarship funds so that students can enjoy decent educational facilities with reduced financial burdens; 4) public relations communications when carrying out school programs are able to establish good relationships with internal and external communities.

Abstract

Objective: This research refers to the purpose of student organizations that function as a means for students to develop intellectual abilities and skills, so student interest talent development activities as part of the educational process can be carried out through student organizations. This is important because honing skills through self-habituation and fulfilling the needs of life can form a balance between knowledge and skills as the basis of quality human resources in the development of the time. Method: It was carried out by analyzing the research model of the influence between student leadership training, including Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM on CLEI (measurement of higher education learning effectiveness inventory) in this measurement method. This procedure was used to test multiple regression research models. Results: It was stated that the participation of students in the leadership training of Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM students had a partial and simultaneous effect on student learning ability through the measurement of student learning ability effectiveness inventory (CLEI).  Novelty: in this study is to measure the impact of participation in the level of student leadership training on students' learning abilities by using a variety of six learning abilities, including self-efficacy, organization and attention to learning, stress control due to time and environmental pressures, involvement in college activities, emotional satisfaction, and communication in learning adapted from a research questionnaire called inventory higher learning effectiveness (CLEI).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi profesi guru dan self-efficacy terhadap minat mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran menjadi guru. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitiaan ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2020 dan 2021 berjumlah 149 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 108 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Uji coba instrumen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1) uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolonieritas; 2) uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi profesi guru terhadap minat mahasiswa Program  Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran menjadi guru; 2) terdapat pengaruh antara self-efficacy terhadap minat mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran menjadi guru; 3) terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi profesi guru dan self-efficacy terhadap minat mahasiswa Program  Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran menjadi guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan  media pembelajaran e-Flash card binaan Quizlet pada elemen Teknologi Perkantoran kelas XI MP, menganalisis kelayakan, respon siswa, dan tingkat efektivitas media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop), dan tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Uji coba terbatas dilakukan kepada 20 siswa kelas XI MP 1 SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor validasi ahli materi sebesar 82,72% dengan kriteria interpretasi "sangat kuat" dan ahli media 96% dengan kriteria interpretasi "sangat kuat". Hasil respon siswa menunjukkan hasil 97,5% dengan kriteria interpretasi "sangat kuat". Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media pembelajaran e-Flash card berbantuan Quizlet cocok digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Harapan untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran elemen Teknologi Perkantoran yang dapat memuat materi yang lain yang sesuai.
