Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of this study to determine the analysis of kindergarten teacher with bachelor’s of degree educated at Payung Sekaki district of Pekanbaru. Population and sample in this study were 22 people who had bachelor’s of degree educated at Payung Sekaki district of Pekanbaru. The data collection techniques that used was observation. Technique of data analysis was using a percentage formula. The results that obtained were teaching skills of kindergarten teacher at Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru overall was gain a percentage of 72.28% which is included in category of "Good". Based on the analysis of teachers' length of work, showing that length of work of teacher influence the teaching skills of kindergarten teacher at Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru. It can be known from the data analysis of the chi-square calculation that obtained result score of 41.187. This score compared with the chi-square value in the table with dk of 26 is at 5% significance level that is equal to 38.885, showing the results of calculation of chi square is greater than the chi square results in the table (41.866 > 38.855). Based on the analysis of taking the training, showing that training that teacher had took does not affect kindergarten teachers' teaching skills at Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru. It can be know from the data analysis of the chi-square calculation that obtained result score of 13.829. This score compared with the chi-square value in the table with dk of 14 is at the 5% significance level that is equal to 23.685, showing the results of calculation of chi square is smaller than the results of the chi square on the table (13.829 < 23.685).Key Words: Teaching Skill

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of media activity bells on the responsible attitude of children aged 5-6 years. This type of research is experimental research, with a one group pretest posttest pre-experimental design. The population in this study were all children A ALFA OMEGA KIDS PAUD, this research method was carried out by observation and a sample of 15 children. Test the significance of this difference with the t statistic obtained tcount = 22.736 with sig = 0.00 <0.05. Because the Sig value <0.05 means significant. So there is a significant difference in changes in the attitude of responsibility in children between before and after using the Activity Bell media. After treatment has a greater effect than before treatment. The results of this study indicate that the use of Activity Bell media for responsible attitudes is 77.50%.Key Words: Responsibilities, Activity bell

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations of self-awareness on earthquake disaster preparedness, children aged 4-5 years at PAUD KB Genius Kids, Bukittinggi City, still need to be stimulated and educated to increase self-awareness on earthquake disaster preparedness. it might happen to them. In disaster preparedness education, what researchers do has an implementation flow that will be integrated into the learning process. Seeing the phenomenon above is important for educating children regarding self-awareness of disaster preparedness. The sample in this study were children aged 4-5 years, totaling 18 children. The data collection carried out in this study was by observing the pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique in this study used a t-test using the SPSS version 23 program. This research was an experimental study using a one group pretest-posttest design. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest comparisons, comparisons before and after the game house mitigation treatment, it can be seen that most children aged 4-5 years who have been given the treatment have experienced an increase. Based on the normalized gain there is a significant effect. When researchers used mitigation house games to increase self-awareness of disaster preparedness in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD KB Genius Kids, Bukittinggi City, it was 66.43%. Referring to the results of using the G formula, it can be seen an increase in the category of 66.43% in the Moderate category.Keywords: Mitigation House, Self Awareness

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out how the Management of the Healthy Food Catering Program is implemented well in Pembina 3 Public Kindergarten in Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population of this research is the school, cooks and parents of TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used is the addition of persistence, observation persistence and triangulation. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, based on the results of interviews with school principals, teachers, cooks and parents of students that the implementation of healthy food counseling is going according to what is being guided from planning, organizing, organizing and evaluating everything has been going well so far. As for some things that are deemed inappropriate or in line with what was planned, the school will immediately repair them.Keywords: Catering Program Management

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the development of digital comic media from media design to the formation of moral and religious behavior of children aged 5-6 years at TK Al Husna Pekanbaru. The type of research used is R&D which is to develop products used in education and learning. This study uses data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Data analysis is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were 5 children, because it used a limited trial. The results of the study indicate that the development of digital comic media for the formation of moral and religious behavior in early childhood is appropriate to be used as an educative learning medium.Keywords: Digital Comic Media, Moral And Religious Behavior, Early Childhood

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of teachers to use information and communication technology during online learning at the state Kindergarten of the Sabak Auh coach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the data source used is primary data, namely directly and data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The location of the research was carried out at the State Kindergarten of the builder of Sabak Auh in mid-July to mid-August. The results of the study indicate the ability of teachers to use information and communication technology (ICT) during the online learning process, namely making videos, communicating via cellphone, creating folders, making assessments, transferring documents, and others. However, in the online learning process, there are also obstacles that occur, namely the difficulty of conditioning students when providing activities through videos, students do not yet have mature readiness in online learning, and difficulties for parents when communicating with teachers via cellphones during learning. online.

Abstract

Observations were made with the aim of obtaining information about teacher performance in managing online learning at TK Negeri Pembina Sabak Auh, Siak Regency, with the objectives of 1) describing teacher performance in planning online learning at TK Negeri Pembina Sabak Auh, Siak Regency, 2) Describing teacher performance in carry out online learning at the Pembina State Kindergarten of Sabak Auh, Siak Regency, 3) Describe the teacher's performance in evaluating online learning. The data collection method used is observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the researcher's observations show that the performance of teachers in managing online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic can plan online learning activity programs, carry out online learning activities, and evaluate online learning properly according to the standards set in online learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di RA Nurul Iman, Medan Kota Belawan, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Number Ball menggunakan papan akrilik angka dan lubang tabung tempat anak memasukkan bola sesuai dengan jumlah angka yang tertera. Sensor lampu akan menyala secara otomatis ketika bola dimasukkan dengan jumlah dan angka yang tepat. Penelitian ini mengadopsi model pengembangan Sugiyono yang terdiri dari tujuh tahap. Namun, beberapa tahap tidak dapat dilakukan karena keterbatasan biaya dan waktu akibat pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket yang divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli pendidik. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji coba terbatas. Data yang dihasilkan mencakup data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis validasi menunjukkan bahwa media Number Ball mendapatkan tingkat kelayakan yang tinggi. Validasi oleh ahli materi mencapai 88,75%, validasi oleh ahli media mencapai 90%, dan validasi oleh ahli pendidik mencapai 91,59%, semuanya dengan kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Number Ball telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan untuk mengenal konsep bilangan 1-10 pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dengan perilaku asertif pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Yayasan Buah Hati Bunda, TK dan PAUD Bondar Desa Tambusai Barat, Kecamatan Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitaian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson product moment. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy = 0.577 dengan taraf signifikan 0.001 < 0.05. dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara kebutuhan afiliasi dengan perilaku asertif. Tingkat hubungannya termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai koefisien determinan yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 33.3% maka dapat diketahui bahwa kebutuhan afiliasi memberi kontribusi sebesar 33.3% terhadap perilaku asertif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri anak usia 5-6 tahun. Mengetahui kelayakan media cacing magnet geometri game dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1). Potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data atau informasi, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi produk, 5) revisi produk dan 6) uji coba produk.Hasil penelitian menujukan dari penilaian validator pada penilaian media mendapatkan rata-rata persentase 95% dengan kategori layak. Hasil penilaian dari validator pada penilaian materi mendapatkan rata-rata persentase 92% dengan kategori layak. Dan uji coba produk dengan uji coba terbatas kepada 3 orang anak dari pengamatan peneliti bahwa dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka dari itu secara keseluruhan produk media Cacing Magnet Geometri Game yang telah dikembangkan dapat dikatakan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri anak usia 5-6 tahun.
