Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation process of the Green Entrepreneurship project model to build sustainable entrepreneurship grounded in science and the SDGs in Islamic boarding schools. The qualitative approach of the grounded theory method: 1) Determining the design; 2) Formulating the problem; 3) Access to the research setting; 4) Data collection procedures; 5) Coding process; 6) Selective coding; 7. Validation of the theory. Data collection techniques: interviews, observations, and documentation of informants. Data analysis techniques from the researcher's entry into the field through the end of the research: displaying, reducing, analyzing, and concluding data. Data validity test: triangulation of credibility tests, member checks, and audit trails with VOSviewer novelty analysis. The results of the study show a three-dimensional transformation of Islamic boarding school entrepreneurship, namely Islamic spirituality as the foundation of values of concern for God's creation based on environmentally friendly businesses, integration of science not only spiritual values, but using scientific methods, technology, and innovative, efficient, sustainable business research, and innovation technology, as well as ecological awareness as a sustainable direction so that the theory is formed "Theoretical novelty of developing a green entrepreneurship learning model based on science, STEAM, SDGs, and Islamic boarding school spirituality, methodological novelty of transdisciplinary learning strategies with Islamic boarding school education policies and green entrepreneurship curriculum", Islamic boarding school efforts to foster environmentally friendly, social economic independence and sustainable development, not only limited to formal Madrasah education, but the entire educational and spiritual ecosystem that lives in it.

Abstract

This study examines the viability of cutting-edge educational resources that use Augmented Reality (AR) to address issues with problem-solving-based learning in higher education settings. Evaluating the content validity of these AR-integrated educational resources is the main goal. The study uses Aiken's V in conjunction with the ADDIE model, emphasizing important elements like language appropriateness, presentation feasibility, and content feasibility. A panel of experts with relevant educational backgrounds assessed the materials. PLS-SEM was then used in a thorough statistical analysis to guarantee the validation process's robustness. The model's validity and suitability for educational use are confirmed by the findings, which show that the average Aiken's V values across all categories significantly exceed the 0.85 threshold. The outcomes also show how well the model incorporates key learning concepts. These results imply that the instructional materials are legitimate, dependable, and flexible enough to be used in a variety of higher education contexts. Innovative learning materials that incorporate augmented reality (AR) have been shown to be a validated educational tool that satisfies theoretical and practical requirements and adds to the body of knowledge on educational models. These resources improve students' preparedness to tackle real-world issues by highlighting active learning techniques.

Abstract

Science literacy is defined as the ability to analyze, explain phenomena, and draw conclusions based on relevant scientific evidence. The low level of science literacy among students in Indonesia is influenced by the lack of contextual and interactive learning media. The development of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) based learning media is urgently needed to improve science literacy skills by connecting learning to real-world problems in the environment. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of STEM based e-book media on Urban Heat Island (UHI) material to improve science literacy skills. The e-book media was designed to integrate the disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, referring to science literacy indicators, including a. explaining phenomena scientifically; b. evaluating scientific investigations; and c. interpreting data scientifically (OECD, 2019). The 4D research model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) was used on 28 high school students. The effectiveness of the e-book media was declared effective based on the achievement of indicators based on STEM Zone activities with a score of 84.07, the highest category on the “evaluating scientific investigations” indicator. The pre-test and post-test results showed science literacy skills with a score of 93.62, the highest category in the indicator “explaining phenomena scientifically.” The sensitivity items obtained 0.51 (sensitive), influenced the learning effect. Therefore ,STEM-based e-book media is effectively used to improve the science literacy skills of grade X high school students
