Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) technology has emerged as an innovative solution in the context of education, promising a more engaging and interactive learning experience. This study aims to examine the influence of Augmented Reality technology on enhancing students' interest in learning in presenting learning materials. The literature review method is employed to investigate related findings in relevant literature. The literature analysis reveals that the use of AR in education has successfully increased students' interest in learning through immersive and interactive learning experiences. Factors such as the sophistication of AR technology, ease of use, availability of relevant content, students' natural interest in the subject, and students' learning preferences influence how effectively AR motivates students. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing engaging AR content, providing training for teachers to integrate AR into the curriculum, and gaining a better understanding of students' learning preferences. This study concludes that AR holds great potential in enhancing students' interest in learning and contributes significantly to the development of innovative education

Abstract

Utilizing interactive multimedia in learning, particularly mathematics in elementary schools, can aid students in comprehending concepts and enhancing their problem-solving abilities in the digital age. By utilizing interactive learning media, it is possible to surmount the obstacles of limited comprehension of the material and absence of enthusiasm for learning. By providing visual representations of the material, this media not only enhances students' comprehension of concepts but also motivates them to improve their mathematical abilities. This research employs interactive math multimedia in conjunction with the ADDIE model to enhance the problem-solving abilities of elementary school students. The findings indicated that digital learning materials designed for mathematics instruction possess an aesthetically pleasing visual presentation, encompassing both the animation of simple multiplication and division tasks and the portrayal of coloring. In addition to aiding in problem-solving, digital learning media for mathematics instruction can increase students' comprehension and interest in the subject matter, particularly when it comes to uncomplicated multiplication and division

Abstract

This research employs bibliometric analysis and keyword occurrence assessment to explore the intricate relationship between leadership style and teacher satisfaction within the realm of educational management research. The analysis encompasses influential documents, thematic clusters, and prevalent keywords, providing a comprehensive overview of the current state of the literature. Noteworthy findings include the identification of top-cited documents, the delineation of thematic clusters addressing diverse aspects of educational management, and a focus on keywords such as "Knowledge Management" and "Supply Chain Management." The results offer insights into the interdisciplinary nature of educational management, emphasizing the need for a holistic understanding of leadership dynamics and their impact on teacher satisfaction. The implications of these findings extend to educational practice, policy development, and future research directions, guiding stakeholders in optimizing leadership strategies for enhanced teacher well-being.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dosen kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan di MAN 3 Banjar tentang edukasi pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan dan dukungan kepada siswa MAN 3 Banjar dalam hal mengembangkan minat dan bakat yang dimiliki siswa. Kegiatan ini mampu menambah pengetahuan siswa tentang minat dan bakat, dimana pengembangan bakat dan minat ialah suatu usaha dalam meningkatkan kemampuan potensi dan rasa ketertarikan siswa melalui pendidikan maupun pelatihan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada Siswa Menengah Atas atau MA/SMA Sederajat yang biasanya akan melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi dengan jurusan yang diinginkannya setelah lulus nanti. Namun, masih ada sekolah maupun orang tua yang belum sepenuhnya mengetahui korelasi antara kesesuaian antara minat dan bakat siswa dengan kecerdasan/keberhasilan studi. Akibat dari kurangnya pengetahuan ini, siswa seringkali tidak mendapatkan arahan yang tepat ketika ingin menentukan jurusan di bangku kuliah. Selain agar berhasil dalam studinya dan tidak mengalami masalah karena salah mengambil jurusan, lebih jauh lagi, dengan mengetahui minat dan bakat dapat membantu siswa untuk memilih jalur karir yang akan ditekuninya nanti setelah lulus. Minat adalah interaksi antara keinginan, harapan, pengalaman atau kebutuhan yang menggerakan seseorang untuk menyukai hal tertentu, sedangkan bakat adalah karakteristik pribadi yang mengarahkan seseorang untuk meraih kesuksesan (Reed & Wolniak, 2005). Pada kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, Tim pelaksana dari Dosen dan Mahasiswa melaksanakan Tes Minat RMIB untuk mendapatkan gambaran minat dan Tes Intelegensia Umum (TIU) pada siswa kelas XII MA Sultan Sulaiman Kecamatan Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan sekolah ini diikuti oleh 37 orang siswa yang mengambil jurusan IPA dan IPS. Luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa gambaran tentang kecerdasan dan minat. Hasil tersebut dapat digunakan oleh siswa, dan pihak sekolah sebagai referensi untuk menentukan jurusan yang akan diambil ketika siswa berkuliah nanti.

PDFKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Tim PKM FKIP Universitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin di SMA PGRI 6 Banjarmasin dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Mei 2024 dengan tema Kekerasan Seksual Di Sekolah : Salah Satu Dosa Besar Pendidikan Di Indonesia. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tambahan penguatan bagi peserta didik mengenai keberadaan dosa besar dalam pendidikan yang salah satunya adalah kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di Sekolah. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di SMA PGRI 6 Banjarmasin, seluruh peserta sosialisasi menunjukkan respon positif dengan adanya ketertarikan dan kesunggguhan yang tinggi, memberikan pertanyaan dan tanggapan terhadap pemaparan materi sosialisasi yang disampaikan mengenai pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini dapat memberikan wawasan serta pemahaman terhadap keberadaan dosa besar pada Pendidikan yang salah satunya adalah kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

PDF Bidang pendidikan merupakan investasi dimana pembangunan ekonomi sangat erat hubungannya dengan berkepentingan. Sebagai salah satu bentuk komitmen Universitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) dalam melaksanakan Tri Perguruan Tinggi adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat, yang diantaranya adalah pelatihan keterampilan sablon bagi siswa/i SMA Negeri 1 Gambut. Pengabdian ini terlaksana dengan adanya Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) antara Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) dengan SMA Negeri 1 Gambut. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar dapat Meningkatkan keterampilan non akademik siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gambut Kabupaten Banjar yaitu keterampilan dalam paktik sablon manual.  Di samping itu pengabdian ini juga bertujuan agar siswa/i memiliki kemampuan, spirit dan motivasi untuk bersaing baik di dunia kerja maupun membuka lapangan pekerjaan (berwiraswasta). Metode kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Tahapan kegiatan adalah 1) persiapan surat menyurat; 2) persiapan materi; 3) penyampaian materi; 4) praktik sablon; 5) pelaksanaan bimbingan; 6) pembuatan laporan. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil dari proses pelatihan ini adalah pelatihan sablon berisi materi teknologi tepat guna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan non akademi bagi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Gambut Kabupaten Banjar serta dapat menjadi wahana yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat umum, seperti halnya siswa SMA sebagai bekal untuk membuka wawasan workshop dan latihan membuat kreativitas sablon agar membuka keterampilan berwirausaha dan memberi manfaat di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Background. Educational institutions face increasing demands for transparency and accountability in their administrative processes. Traditional systems often lack the necessary security, efficiency, and transparency to meet these demands, leading to issues such as fraud, mismanagement, and mistrust. Blockchain technology, known for its decentralized and immutable nature, has emerged as a promising solution to address these challenges within educational administration. Purpose. This research aims to explore the potential of blockchain technology in enhancing transparency and accountability in educational administration. The study focuses on how blockchain can improve data integrity, reduce administrative costs, and streamline processes in educational institutions. Method. A qualitative approach was adopted, involving case studies of institutions that have implemented blockchain-based solutions for administrative purposes. Data was collected through interviews with administrators, technology experts, and stakeholders to assess the impact of blockchain technology on transparency and accountability. Results. The findings indicate that blockchain significantly improves data security and traceability, ensuring that records are tamper-proof and easily auditable. It also reduces administrative overhead by automating processes and streamlining communication between stakeholders. Furthermore, blockchain enhances stakeholder trust through transparent and decentralized decision-making. Conclusion. Blockchain technology holds great promise for revolutionizing educational administration by providing a secure, transparent, and efficient system. Future research should focus on addressing scalability challenges and exploring broader applications of blockchain in educational settings.

Abstract

This study employs bibliometric analysis to map the evolution and dissemination of flipped classroom methodologies in educational research, with a focus on its implementation in K-12 and higher education. Using VOSviewer to analyze data extracted from major academic databases, we identified key trends, collaborations, and thematic concentrations within the literature from 2004 to 2023. The results highlight the flipped classroom as a central node interconnected with digital education technologies such as MOOCs and online learning platforms, indicating its pivotal role in transforming traditional educational paradigms into more student-centered approaches. The analysis reveals a strong link between flipped classrooms and improved engagement and adaptability in various educational settings, emphasizing the model's versatility. However, gaps remain in equitable access to technology and comprehensive assessments of long-term impacts, suggesting directions for future research and policy development. This study provides foundational insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers aiming to optimize and expand flipped classroom practices.
