Abstract

Crafts are one of the factors that exist in culture, in this craft also has its own characteristics or uniqueness that represents the place or area where this craft exists and develops. Therefore, it includes a laker craft that is located and developing on Sriwijaya Earth. The characteristics in a craft certainly arise from historical similarities, cultural similarities, to environmental conditions. As one of the local wisdom owned by the people of Palembang, of course, this practice is mandatory for us to preserve so that it remains known by the nation's next generation of young people. So in this regard, the purpose of this authorship is to introduce lakuer which is seen from the point of view as a craft and local wisdom. Of course, in writing this article, the author uses qualitative research methods consisting of primary and secondary sources by collecting written data and analyzing the data that has been collected. Then for techniques in collecting data, namely carried out using observations, interviews, and literature studies which are certainly relevant to the theme to be discussed.

Abstract

To examine the Majapahit kingdom requires kompleks. This approach is due at least discovered relics of the Majapahit kingdom so as to prove that historians need to examine the exact location of the aspects of historical geography research paper is to approach the position, climate and the morphology of the earth. Majapahit kingdom was an empire centered in East Java, Indonesia, which once stood from about 1293 to 1500 AD This kingdom reached its peak became imperial highway that controls a wide area in the archipelago during the reign of Hayam Wuruk, who ruled from 1350 to 1389. The result of research to make sure that the Majapahit capital surrounded by a network of flow paths wide and deep and have a way out to the west toward the Brantas. The source of water comes from rivers in the south of the capital.

Abstract

El Nino dan La Nina adalah merupakan dinamika atmosfer dan laut yang mempengaruhi cuaca di sekitar laut Pasifik. selain fenomena menghangatnya suhu permukaan laut, terjadi pula fenomena sebaliknya yaitu mendinginnya suhu permukaan laut akibat menguatnya upwelling. El Nino dan La Nina adalah merupakan dinamika atmosfer dan laut yang mempengaruhi cuaca di sekitar laut Pasifik. Ketika El nino berlangsung, musim kemarau menjadi sangat kering serta permulaan musim hujan yang terlambat. Sedangkan ketika La nina, musim penghujan akan tiba lebih awal dari biasanya.

Abstract

This study aims to create, apply, and revise the integration of lifestyle model VCT Exparloritori type in the course of IPS Education in Prodi History Education. The research method used is model development). The development of the model used is a modified ASSIST model with formative evaluation of Tessmer through stages: (1) analysis of student characteristics, (2) determination of learning objectives, (3) material selection, methods and media, (4) SAP product products and teaching materials Based on VCT model Examploritori type learning and evaluation tools of cultural values and character of the nation through self evaluation, exspert riview, one-on-one, small group and field test. Data collection using interview technique, observation, documentation and questionnaire. Results developed for the development of VCT models examploritori type Products resulting from this development are SAP and teaching materials and measuring tools of cultural values and character of the nation. The results show that the learning model developed is valid by the expert as a validator, practically after being followed up by one to one evaluation and small group activities and also having potential impact on the cultural values and character of the nation. Abstract

This Study entitled “The Influence Of Vct (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection Of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang”. Problem in this research is there anything influence of VCT (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang. This research has been carried out on Maret 03 until April 30, 2017. The sample in this research is class X IPA 1 and X IPA 3. Determination of classes taken by simple random sampling. Data collection technics using by data normality test, homogeneity test and Anava One Way. This questionnaire has more results for agreement alternative. By doing analysis data we got. 1) Fhitung = 3,95 > Ftabel = 2,49 so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. 2) Fhitung = 2,70 > Ftabel = 4,10 so Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted. 3) Fhitung= 2,34 > Ftabel 2,31 so Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Because the level relation between those variable is strong, so the concluion is there are influence from VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model application for students affection of history lesson in X class Senior High School 16 Palembang.

Abstract

This research entitled "Development of Education in Palembang In Year 1942-1950" The problems in this research is How Education in Palembang in 1942-1950 and How Development of Education in Palembang in 1942-1950. In accordance with the problem the purpose of this study is intended to know more clearly how the education in Palembang in 1942-1950, and how the development of education at the time. The methodology used in this study is the historical method. From the results of this study it is found that the education that opened in Palembang in the Japanese period is not much, where the schools in the Netherlands that the number is not sufficient by the Japanese increasingly reduced, because the military government of Japan gave little attention to education in this area when compared with Java. The schools that existed during the occupation of the Japanese army were organized by the Japanese government and organized by private bodies such as Taman Siswa, Muhammadiyah, Methodist (Zending), Catholic (Mission) and local religious scholars. In the Japanese era Zending and Mission schools were forced to close, as Methodist schools used the English language of instruction, while the Catholic schools of teachers were mostly Dutch. In general, education in early independence is strived to match and approach the education system in developed countries. During the transition between 1945-1950, South Sumatra experienced difficulties in both socioeconomic, political and cultural fields, including education. Of the number of school-age children only a few percent who can enjoy the school, so the remaining 90% of the population of South Sumatra, especially Palembang are still many who are illiterate.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled the influence of the Problem Solving method on student learning outcomes in historical subjects in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat Bangka. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effect of the Problem Solving method on student learning outcomes in History subjects in SMA 1 Mendo Barat Bangka. This study uses an experimental method that is treatment and without treatment. The population in this study were all class X which amounted to 171 students, while the study sample was taken by Random Sampling technique so that it was obtained as a sample of 74 students namely the experimental class (class X IPA 1) totaling 37 students and the control class (class X IPA 2) amounting to 37 students. Data collection was carried out through the implementation of both pree test and post test which numbered 25 multiple choice questions. The results of this study indicate that, in the experimental class, the average learning outcomes of the final test students were 79.43, while the control class average student learning outcomes obtained in the final test was 68.86. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the t test with a significant level of α = 0.05 and dk = n1 + n2 - 2 = 72 which is 1.66, obtained by the hypothesis test t count of 4.76 because t count> t table (4.76> 1.66) then accept Ha and reject Ho, meaning learning history by applying the Problem Solving method gives an influence on student learning outcomes in class X SMA 1 Mendo Barat Bangka.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Development of Learning Media Using Windows Movie Maker in the Subject of Class XI High School History". The problem is how to develop a valid historical learning media and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and effective historical learning media in North Indralaya 2 High School. This research is a type of development research that uses the Alessi and Trollip development models including: planning, design, and development. The validity of the media is included in the valid category with a mean score of 3.87, the validity of the material is included in the valid category with an average value of 3.92, the validity of the learning design is included in the very valid category with an average value of 4.6. The potential impact of learning media using Windows Movie Maker can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes before and after using learning media. The mean value of the pretest obtained was 42.33 which was included in the low category while the posttest value obtained was 83.33. This shows that the learning media uses Windows movie maker with material on the events of the September 30 movement / Indonesian Communist Party that has valid values and effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Penerapan Media Bulletin Board terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah di Kelas X SMAN 1 Indralaya Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017". Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X IPA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 34 orang, dan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam pembuktian hipotesis adalah regresi sederhana dengan taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05, F tabel dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 14 sebagai angka pembilang, dan dk = 18 sebagai angka penyebut. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen, diperoleh F hitung = 1,92 dan F tabel = 2,29, atau F hitung < F tabel. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang berbunyi "Ada pengaruh penerapan media bulletin board terhadap hasil belajar sejarah di kelas X SMAN 1 Indralaya Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017" diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Menggunakan Program Video Scribe Sparkol pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI di Sekolah Menengah Atas” yang memuat data mengenai peninggalan Islam di Kota Palembang, khususnya Masjid Agung Palembang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan media pembelajaran Video Scribe Sparkol pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang valid dan memiliki dampak efektivitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang valid dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Hannafin dan Peck. Langkah-langkah pengembangannya meliputi: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) tahap desain, dan (3) tahap pengembangan dan implementasi. Kevalidan media pembelajaran dinilai oleh tiga ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan materi memperoleh nilai 4,13 dengan kategori valid, kevalidan media sebesar 4,30 dengan kategori sangat valid, dan kevalidan desain pembelajaran sebesar 4,53 dengan kategori sangat valid. Penelitian ini telah diterapkan di kelas XI.3 SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Efek potensial dari penggunaan media ditunjukkan melalui perbandingan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran Video Scribe Sparkol pada tahap uji coba lapangan. Rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 44,3 dengan kategori sangat rendah, sedangkan rata-rata nilai posttest adalah 89,6 dengan kategori baik. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 45,3% dengan nilai n-gain sebesar 0,81 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (karena ≥ 0,7). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran menggunakan program Video Scribe Sparkol pada materi Masjid Agung Palembang berhasil diterapkan, valid, dan memberikan dampak efektivitas dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah.
