Abstract

Digital marketing is very helpful for business people in interacting with consumers directly to producers, to meet the company's operational needs, the ease obtained from digital marketing is expected to develop the agribusiness industry located in Karang Rahayu Village of South Cikarang District of Bekasi Regency. Limited land in the middle of the city becomes a obstaclesto develop hydroponic cultivation. The lack of understanding of the people of Karang Rahayu Village regarding the opportunities of the agribusiness industry and hydroponic cultivation is the main problem that must be resolved immediately. The lack of ability to market will also have an impact on business prospects so that it is necessary to conduct Training on the Application of Digital Marketing as a Medium of Agribusiness Sales with Hydroponic Techniques in Karang Rahayu Village, Bekasi Regency. In community service in Karang Rahayu Village, South Cikarang Subdistrict, there are 4 methods used including observation methods, interview methods and training methods. The results achieved by Training in The Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Medium of Agribusiness Sales with Hydroponic Techniques in Karang Rahayu Village of Bekasi Regency from PKK Mothers earn additional income thanks to hydroponic cultivation and reach broad segmentation to exit the island by utilizing digital marketing.

Abstract

Inclusive schools are educational services provided for children with special needs (ABK) in obtaining a better education. Coaching needs to be carried out on inclusive school teachers by increasing the competence of teachers because learning with special needs children has different obstacles and challenges. The method used is to provide motivational training to teachers and make learning administration and apply the blended learning model. With the guidance and development of the blended learning model, teachers feel that they work more effectively when compared to online only, which is relatively difficult for children with special needs, this is due to the limited response of ABK, different and easily distracted. With blended learning, children can learn to adapt to the demands of technology but also still get exclusive services from teachers and thearpists.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and personality type on employee productivity. To increase productivity, of course, a leader is needed who can have a positive influence on his employees, so that they can carry out their duties with the expected results and achieve the goals that have been determined. Apart from leadership, another thing that can increase productivity is personality type. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used in this study includes data derived from distributed questionnaires. The sampling technique distributed is a probability sampling technique by means of saturated sampling, so that the number of samples is the same as the total population of 51 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the leadership style partially affects the work productivity of employees. Personality type partially influences employee work productivity, Leadership Style and Personality Type simultaneously affect employee work productivity.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Jobs Characteristic, and Burnout on Turnover Intention (Case study Line Carrey Cahil Cavany Main Assy PT Indonesia Epson Industry) The sampling method used is a saturated sampling method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert measurement scales. The method used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Smartpls 3.0 software The tests used are outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis test. The results of the study explained that organizational citizenship behavior did not significantly affect turnover intention with a p-value of 0.727 t-statistic value 0.350, jobs characteristic had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a p-value of 0.000 t-statistic value of 8.225, burnout had a positive and significant effect on Turnover intention with a P-value of 0.012 T-Statistic value of 2.530. Policies related to career development, compensation, and employee welfare need to be improved so that employees feel valued and motivated to stay in the company. This can ultimately reduce the level of turnover intention in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct effect of knowledge management on innovative behavior and examine the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship. The sample used was 94 employees of manufacturing companies in the Bekasi area. Data collection using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the research model and its hypotheses. The results prove that knowledge management has a significant positive effect on increasing innovative behavior. In addition, knowledge management is also proven to increase organizational trust. On the other hand, organizational trust has a significant positive effect on increasing employee innovative behavior. The results of path analysis also prove that organizational trust significantly mediates the effect of knowledge management on increasing innovative behavior. Thus this study succeeded in proving the proposed research model along with the four hypotheses. The practical implication is that companies need to pay balanced attention to the implementation of knowledge management programs and the cultivation of organizational trust in order to create an environment conducive to the growth of employee innovative behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagament, disiplin kerja, dan corporate social responbility terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit SMC. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden menggunakan metode random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Variabel independen, yaitu Employee Engagement (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Corporate Social Responbility (X3). Hasil dari penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Employee Engagement, Disiplin Kerja, dan Corporate Social Responbility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas sumber daya manusia, propesionalisme kerja, komitmen dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. KEU secara parsial. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Polpulasi yang ada dalam perusahaan sebanyak 128 karyawan dan diambil 97 orang sebagai responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simpel slovin.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik / analisis statistic (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolonearitas), uji hipotesis (uji parsial atau uji t dan uji f (simultan)) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KEU ini dapat dilihat dari analisis uji parsial atau uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 7,733 < t tabel 0,2017 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 > 0,05. Profesionalisme Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KEU hasil dari analisis uji parsial atau uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 12,741 > t tabel 0,2017 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KEUini dapat dilihat dari analisis uji parsial atau uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 11,150 < t tabel 0,2017 dengan signifikansi sebesar sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini ini menyoroti urgensi meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sektor Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) melalui pendekatan pengembangan keahlian. Sebagai pilar ekonomi yang vital, UKM berperan sentral dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja, kontribusi pajak, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, namun sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan keahlian karyawan. Dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, keahlian yang ditingkatkan menjadi kunci untuk memahami dan mengadopsi inovasi, meningkatkan efisiensi, serta bersaing di pasar global yang kompetitif. Pemerintah dan berbagai organisasi terkait telah mengakui pentingnya pendekatan ini dan telah meluncurkan beragam program pelatihan dan pendidikan untuk mendukung UKM. Abstract
