Abstract

This research is motivated by low student learning outcomes. In addition, during the learning process the teacher only uses the lecture method in delivering material and there are no variations in strategies or supporting learning media used by the teacher. Therefore learning in class does not involve student activity so that students tend to be less interested in learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the learning strategy hascrossword puzzle on the results of PAI learning for grade 7 students of SMP Negeri 3 Ampek Angkek. The type of research used islike an experiment with shapenon-equivalent control group design. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely class 7.1 as the experimental class and class 7.2 as the control class. Data collection in this study uses the resultspre-test andpost-test multiple choice question. The data analysis technique used is the Normality test, Wilcoxon test, Spearman Rank Correlation test, Coefficient of Determination test and Mann Whitney test. The results of calculations from the test of the coefficient of determination, the statistical results obtained are the contribution of learning strategiescrossword puzzle on PAI learning outcomes by 81.9%.

Abstract

There is a difference in the fluency in reading the Qur'an for class VII students at MTsN 1 Payakumbuh between SDN graduates and SDIT graduates. From the initial observations made, the authors found a temporary difference that students who graduated from SD N were more fluent in reading than students who graduated from SDIT. The problem that the author examines is how significant the difference in fluency in reading the Qur'an SDIT graduate students with SDN graduate students in class VII MTsN 1 Payakumbuh. And the aim is to find out how significant the differences in Al-Qur'an reading fluency are between IT Elementary School Graduates and Public Elementary School Graduates. This research uses a type of field research (field research) using a quantitative approach using a comparative descriptive design. Comparative research is a type of research that aims to compare the presence of one or more variables in two or different samples or at different times. The sample that the researcher used was several grade VII students who graduated from SDN and SDIT. The data collection techniques that the researchers used were oral tests and documentation. From the results of the data analysis used to test the hypothesis using the Mann-Whitney Test because the data is not normally distributed and not homogeneous and the results of statistical tests show that the Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) value is .031 so it can be concluded that it is .031 < 0.05 and the hypothesis is accepted. If the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is a significant difference in Al-Qur'an Reading Fluency between Elementary School Graduates and Elementary School IT Grade VII Students at MTsN 1 Payakumbuh City. Where students who graduated from SD N are more fluent in reading the Al-Qur'an than students who graduated from SD IT.

Abstract

This research was based on a phenomenon that occurred when researchers saw that several pupils skipped the congregational lunchtime prayers. The execution of congregational prayers at this school is carried out in stages because the prayer room cannot accommodate all students. However, on the other hand, there is a gap in students' habituation in participating in congregational prayers at this school. This is proven by the fact that there are still some students who violate school rules (rules and regulations) such as not participating in congregational prayer activities, liking to come late, not being serious about carrying them out, some even deliberately skipping classes before time, and so on. The research type used in this essay is qualitative descriptive. The location of this study is MTsS Al-Manaar Batuhampar. The study included class VIII students as primary informants, with additional input from the school administration, student affairs representatives, and instructors. The author used documents, interviews, and observations to gather data. The author conducted an analysis of the data after its collection. Next, the author used data triangulation to confirm the accuracy of the data. According to the study's findings, it indicates that the congregational noon prayer is a program that has existed at MTsS Al-Manaar for a long time. The aim is to find out how midday prayers are carried out in congregation and also to know the supporting and inhibiting factors for carrying out congregational prayers. Supporting factors for carrying out congregational prayers are friendship, understanding of religion, motivation. The inhibiting factors are the environment, low student desire, and lack of facilities.

Abstract

The focus of the research is used so that there are no mistakes in the discussion that the author will carry out, so the author limits it to the following problem: Implementation of religious character education for early childhood by parents who work as farmers in Jorong Lurah in Palupuh sub-district. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Implemented in Jorong Lurah Dalam Agam Regency in August 2023 until completion. The research subjects were parents and children. Informants are parents, supporting informants are young children. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. Validity techniques use source triangulation and engineering triangulation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that parents in implementing character education through the methods of example, habituation, advice and storytelling are very effective in their application because parents are always an example for their children. The obstacle that parents face in forming their children's character is the presence of external environmental factors that influence them, both positive and negative. Then, the availability of time that parents give to educate children's character at home is limited because parents are busy with work.

Abstract

This thesis describes several problems, namely 1) the problematic application of literacy in Islamic religious education subjects at SMAN 02, Kapur IX District. 2) supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing literacy in Islamic religious education subjects at SMAN 02 Kapur IX District. The method used in research studies in this thesis is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are: observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research concluded that the problems with the literacy program in Islamic Religious Education that occurred at SMAN 02, Kapur IX District for the 2023/2024 class It was shown in interviews that there was a lack of motivation given by teachers to students when implementing literacy. Teachers also do not focus too much on implementing literacy because teachers consider literacy as additional learning and students' interest in literacy is still low. The contributing factor to the problem of implementing literacy in Islamic religious education subjects at SMAN 02, Kapur IX sub-district is that the school principal has informed the students' parents that they will be facilitated to support literacy activities, giving teachers encouragement to supervise literacy activities. The inhibiting factors are the lack of non-textbooks in schools and students' feelings of laziness.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that there are still OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis who have not been able to reflect good morals, this is because the OSIS supervisor teachers heve not provided provisions and approaches to OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis and there is a lack apptoach to OSIS administrators. This research aims to describe the role of the OSIS supervisor teacher in forming the moral character of the OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis, Padang Pariaman regency. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The key informant in this research is the OSIS teacher, while the supporting informant is the OSIS administrator. Data collection techniques by means of beservation, interviews and documentation. The role of the OSIS supervisor teacher is very important in forming the moral character of the OSIS administrator. The role of the coaching teacher is as a guide (preceptor), providing motivation (Motivator) and providing evaluation (evaluator). Through various activities carried out by the OSIS in order to form moral character and be able to instill commendable values that exist in OSIS activites throught the form of IMTAQ development and good manners or noble morals. In order for the formation of akhlakul karimah character in OSIS administrators, it is not solely on the shoulders of religious teachers, but requires the role of the supervisor teacher as well as cooperation between the supervisor teacher and the OSIS administrators.

Abstract

Tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengamatan yang mengungkapkan bahwa masih banyak guru yang memiliki pertanyaan tentang bagaimana mengimplementasikan kurikulum mandiri. Pengenalan kurikulum mandiri memicu berbagai tanggapan dari berbagai kalangan, khususnya para pendidik. Masih banyak guru yang belum banyak mengetahui tentang kurikulum mandiri ini, terutama kebijakan yang dikandungnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pandangan guru PAI di SMAN 1 Palupuh terhadap kurikulum mandiri. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penulis mengumpulkan informasi untuk bagian ini melalui wawancara, penelitian dan dokumentasi. Data artikel ini berasal dari informan kunci yang merupakan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, serta kepala sekolah dan Wakil Kepala Kurikulum. Penulis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai teknik analisis data. Setelah itu digunakan Triagulasi Sumber dalam metode validitas data. Kondisi siswa, peraturan pendidikan, pengalaman mengajar guru, padatnya kurikulum mandiri, kreatifitas siswa, sumber belajar, kurangnya kemandirian siswa, pemahaman guru PAI terhadap kurikulum mandiri, dan fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran PAI dalam kurikulum mandiri merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Persepsi guru PAI terhadap kurikulum. Ide mendasar di balik penyederhanaan RPP untuk kurikulum mandiri adalah untuk mengurangi jumlah komponen dalam RPP dari 16 menjadi tiga komponen inti: tujuan, kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Selain itu, guru mata pelajaran bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan RPP yang didasarkan pada minat dan kebutuhan siswanya. Menjadikannya sebagai modul terbuka adalah salah satu cara penyederhanaan kurikulum mandiri. Modul pengajaran ini dirancang agar lebih adaptif dan berkonsentrasi pada dasar-dasar dan pertumbuhan karakter. Kurikulum merupakan pondasi dari kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, kurikulum mandiri melayani kebutuhan akan isi yang komprehensif, dan Kurikulum Mandiri memungkinkan Kontekstualisasi Pembelajaran Satuan Pendidikan.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the role of family and society in education. This research uses the literature study method which has the main sources from books, journals and other scientific articles. The data collected was analyzed using content analysis to make it easier for the author to filter the main ideas from various existing sources to be narrated into the focus of the study. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the thoughts of the pioneers of sociology on the phenomenon of Islamic education. Through a literature review, this study reveals that these figures have made significant contributions to the development of the theory of sociology of education. The research results show that educational sociology figures such as Emile Durkheim and Auguste Comte contribute to the view that religion and society are the same and that religion can be used as a means to strengthen collective consciousness. Auguste Comte contributes to promoting a more scientific approach to understanding the Qur'an and Hadith to gain a deeper understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith. Max Weber contributes to social stratification in school management, and Karl Marx with his thoughts on social equality and George Simmel with his thoughts on social interaction to be able to create a learning environment that supports positive relationships between students, teachers, and society. Therefore, by applying the perspective of these sociologists, it will provide opportunities for Islamic education to compete in the modern world.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the method used by the teacher is not appropriate to the learning needs of students at MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik, the level of critical thinking of students seems less active in expressing opinions, not giving many suggestions or questions, not being able to explain problems, with the influence of the social environment. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the use of round robin brainstorming learning methods had on students' critical thinking skills at MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik. This research is a quantitative research. The research design used is quasi-experimental. The sample of this research was class VIII students at MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik with a total sample of 55 students. The research samples were class VIII.1 experiments using the round robin brainstorming method and class VIII.2 controls using the conventional model. The data analysis technique uses the Normality Test with the Kolmogorov Smirnov formula, and the homogeneity test with Fisher's test followed by hypothesis testing with the paired sample test and the Independent test. The results of the study show that based on the results of data processing it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence on the use of the round robin brainstorming method as these results prove that the experimental value of the Sig class. (2-tailed) = 0.00. While the research alpha = 5% or 0.05. That is, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha value (0.00 <0.05) so that there is an influence of the round robin brainstorming method on students' critical thinking skills in Fiqh lessons at MTsS YATI Kamang Mudik class VIII. There are differences in students' critical thinking abilities using the round robin brainstorming method. This can be proven by the average value using the round robin brainstorming method of 75.79. While the control class obtained an average value of 65.59. The use of the round robin brainstorming method is better than the conventional method, in fiqh critical thinking skills using the round robin brainstorming method.
