Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang diakibatkan oleh belum bervariasinya model pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Di mana peserta didik hanya mendengarkan dan memperhatikan penjelasan materi yang disampaikan oleh guru tanpa adanya feedback, sehingga peserta didik sering merasa bosan, lelah dan mengantuk selama mengikuti pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran inside-outside circle terhadap keaktifan siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di MAN 2 Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen mengambil dua kelas yang dijadikan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dengan desain posttest-only design with nonequivalent group. Penelitian ini terdiri atas 2 (dua) variabel yaitu variabel bebas (independence variable) model pembelajaran inside-outside circle dan variabel terikat (dependent variable) keaktifan siswa. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini pada kelas X 366 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Sampel terbagi menjadi 2 kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen X.E1 berjumlah 30 peserta didik dan kelas kontrol X.E2 berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Instrument yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner keaktifan belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas dan dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, maka hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol maka di dapatkan hasil rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol yaitu 68,60 > 62,03 dan sig.nya yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran inside-outside circle terhadap keaktifan siswa pada pembelajaran akidah akhlak di MAN 2 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The thoughts of KH. Ahmad Dahlan and KH. Hasyim Asy’ari have made significant contributions to the reform of Islamic education in Indonesia, especially in response to the challenges of globalization. Both emphasized the importance of integrating religious and general sciences in the education system. KH. Ahmad Dahlan focused on curriculum reform and modern teaching methods by incorporating secular subjects into Islamic educational institutions. Meanwhile, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari emphasized character building, ethics, and the exemplary role of teachers in education. This study aims to examine and analyze the relevance of their ideas in the context of contemporary Islamic education. The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results show that their thoughts remain highly relevant in shaping an Islamic education system that is rooted in Islamic values while being responsive to modern developments.

Abstract

The community service activity conducted in Toapaya Selatan aimed to introduce an innovative planting and fertilizer applicator tool based on PVC pipes as an appropriate technology. This program was motivated by the persistence of manual farming practices that require excessive labor, time, and costs, while often resulting in uneven fertilizer distribution that reduces crop productivity. The implementation method adopted a participatory approach, consisting of preparation, counseling, demonstrations, field practice, and evaluation involving local farmers. Training sessions included hands-on practice to ensure that participants not only understood the theoretical aspects but also acquired practical skills in using and assembling the tool. The results indicate that the application of the pipe-based tool improved labor efficiency, reduced fertilization time, and enhanced the uniformity of fertilizer distribution on plantation land. These improvements were directly reflected in better crop maintenance and more sustainable use of resources. Farmers’ high enthusiasm and active participation demonstrated the success of this simple yet impactful technology transfer. Nevertheless, several challenges were encountered, including limited technical understanding among some participants, difficulties in replicating the tool independently, and restricted availability of tool-making materials in the local market. Overall, this innovation has the potential to contribute significantly to increasing local agricultural productivity. Further training, continuous mentoring, and institutional as well as financial support from the village government are strongly recommended to ensure the sustainability, scalability, and long-term adoption of this appropriate technology.

Abstract

Efforts by Islamic Religious Education Teachers to Increase Learning Concentration for Class IV Students at SD Negeri 15 Ampang Gadang; This research discusses the strategies of Islamic religious teachers in increasing the level of student learning concentration in class IV of SD Negeri 15 Ampang Gadang. This research aims to describe the efforts made by Islamic teachers to increase the learning concentration of class IV students. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through structured interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the efforts of Islamic religious teachers include cleaning and preparing students before entering class, getting used to praying and reading short surahs before starting learning, using interesting learning media to foster interest in learning, implementing interactive and fun teaching methods, and creating a learning environment. which is conducive.

Abstract

Globalization has had a transformational impact on social life in various segments. Open territories between countries by information and communication technology. This has implications for the dimensions of life, especially the existence and projection of Islamic education. Islamic education faces multidimensional and complex challenges such as technology, ideology, social, cultural, economic and political. Other challenges are professionalism, integrity, solidarity and vision. The aim of this research is to analyze Islamic religious education from a social perspective and its challenges today. This research uses a qualitative approach by means of library research, namely collecting research sources from books, journals, proceedings, which are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of the research show that the solution to education today and in the future is to increase human resources, including the ability to produce people who can contribute to national development, the ability to produce people who can appreciate, enjoy and maintain the results of development, and the ability to give birth to a humanizing process. and humanity is continuously moving towards a nation that is just and wise and virtuous. Islamic education provides an effective and efficient solution in organizing the social life system amidst multidimensional globalization.

Abstract

Social stratification is the grouping of a society into certain classes. Where this grouping can show differences in status that exist in society. Every society has something that is valued, maybe in the form of money, maybe land, maybe objects of economic value, maybe also in the form of power, knowledge, piety in religion, or descent from certain families, occupations and others. It is well known that education and the learning process are very important needs in human life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of social stratification in the economy of urban communities. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that those with low socio-economic status tend to have high social relationships while those with high socio-economic status tend to have relatively low relationships. In other words, what influences the pattern of social interaction or social relations in urban communities is socioeconomic status, type of work, income level and education level. In addition, there are other factors that determine the pattern of social interaction or social relations in the city.

Abstract

The purpose of this discussion is to find out the thoughts of educational sociologists Emile Durkheim, Aguste Comte, Max Weber, Karl Max, and George Simmel regarding Islamic education. This discussion uses the library research method using data sources from journals and books related to the discussion theme. The research results showed that educational sociology figures such as Emile Durkheim, Aguste Comte, Max Weber, Karl Max, and George Simmel were sociological figures from the classical era. Emile Durkheim pioneered the development of sociology through research on societal institutions and social processes as well as his thoughts on Islamic education. Aguste Comte stated that sociology must be based on observation, comparison, experiments and historical methods. Max Weber, he introduced the vestehen (understanding) approach, which consists of exploring the values, beliefs, goals and attitudes that guide people's behavior which gives rise to social behavior. Karl Max stated that sociology can be used as a weapon to liberate society from the capitalist system so that a classless society can be achieved, and according to George Simmel society is a process that is ongoing and continuously developing. So, the thoughts of sociological figures regarding education are that schools cannot be separated from society, cooperation between schools and community figures needs to be formed, the child socialization process needs to be improved so that children are able to grow and develop in society.
