Abstract

The rule or regulation of the Minister of PDTT No. 4 of 2015, which describes the management, formation, and dissolution of BUMD, goes into more depth about the implementation of village community empowerment. We may comprehend that BUMG is financed by villages, with village money used to carry out village capital participation. BUMG offers services aimed at boosting local businesses and economies in order to build a flourishing community welfare state. In order to provide a comprehensive and in-depth picture of the implementation of Lhokseumawe Mayor Regulation Number 31 of 2017 at BUMG Gampong Tumpok Teungoh, Lhokseumawe City in 2020-2021, a descriptive qualitative research methodology was utilized. The findings of the study and conversation on BUMG's contribution to community improvement. The findings of the research and discussion on BUMG's role in enhancing the community's economy have been realized, but they have not been successful, particularly in the implementation of BUMG reporting and the development of existing potential so that the economy of the Gampong community can improve social welfare, BUMG also contributes as a substitute for The Original Income. Gampong (PAG) remains incredibly low. Gampong Bumg To increase the efficiency of business units and the efficiency of its management's human resources, Gampong Tumpok Teungoh management should focus more on and enhance institutional management and BUMG reporting. The role of Gampong-Owned Enterprises in Developing Business and Community Economy is projected to be the subject of future investigation, which is anticipated to be more thorough and comprehensive

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengembangan fasilitas pariwisata di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang serta menganalisis hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan pengembangan fasilitas objek wisata Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dan dipusatkan pada Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Alasan peneliti memilih lokasi Aceh Tamiang karena di Aceh Tamiang memiliki keunikan dibidang pariwisatanya yang tidak dimiliki di daerah lain. Namun sangat disayangkan masih banyak objek wisata yang belum optimal dalam mengembangkan fasilitas pariwisatanya, sehingga banyak wisatawan yang enggan kembali ke tempat wisata tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan pengembangan fasilitas pariwisata di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang belum optimal. Dapat dilihat dari variabel sumber daya yang masih terbatas, baik itu sumber daya finansial maupun sumber daya manusianya. Dari segi sikap pelaksana (Disposisi) juga belum sepenuhnya mendukung implementasi kebijakan pengembangan fasilitas pariwisata di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Dalam variabel komunikasi sudah berjalan baik antar dinas pariwisata dan dengan masyarakat, namun koordinasi dengan dinas lain masih belum berjalan optimalkarenabelumadasinkronisasi program antarinstansi. Bila dilihat dari variabel struktur birokrasinya sudah baik karena sudah terdapat SOP dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masing-masing.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Bener Meriah Regency Qanun Number 6 of 2018 concerning the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan in Bener Meriah Regency by BAPPEDA in 2019. The study's goal is to learn how the RPJMD Qanun is implemented and what challenges it faces. The theoretical perspectives used are public policy theory, policy implementation, regional development planning, supervision, politics, and bureaucratic processes. A qualitative research method was used. The results show that the RPJMD Qanun has been implemented for three years and is still not being implemented effectively and efficiently due to the development programs included in the regional medium-term development planning (RPJMD) list, experiencing changes in the stages of implementation, and the availability of the development implementation. budget in the SKPK provided Government of Bener Meriah. Obstacles to BAPPEDA Bener Meriah Regency's Role in RPJMD Implementation Qanun are caused by political obstacles in the form of political intervention by power holders, economic obstacles in the form of limited budget availability, and institutional weaknesses in the form of insufficient supervision and evaluation carried out by BAPPEDA to all SKPK related to the implementation of non-physical development programs that proved to be ineffective and underwent several changes that were not in accordance with development planning.

Abstract

The general purpose of this study is to describe the management of teacher performance improvement. The specific objectives are to describe: 1) planning for improving teacher performance, 2) managing teacher performance improvement, 3) monitoring and evaluating teacher performance improvement management and 4) problems found in managing teacher performance improvement. This research method is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects were principals and teachers. The results showed that the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the management of improving teacher performance were effective. However, based on the implementation of the management of improving teacher performance, several problems were found, namely external problems and internal problems.

Abstract

The results of this paper (this study) state that what is considered by the majority of Muslims so far is in accordance with the facts. So this article tells about boundaries and contains the selection of the strongest opinions regarding differences of opinion using the method and explanation of our philosophy (astrology) using the library research method with a historical approach (historical). And the 9th of the early Rabbis is Monday as calculated in the words of the Prophet Muhammad, the differences that occurred regarding the birth of the Prophet caused by several factors that are speculative. One of them is nasiah which is an Arabic custom.

Abstract

This study employs a library research method to examine the role of the Tadris Journal in promoting religious moderation in Islamic education at IAIN Madura. Using literature as the primary data source, it provides an in-depth analysis of religious moderation through academic publications. Data was collected using manual coding based on discourse analysis principles and analyzed with NVivo software for rigor and transparency. The research focuses on three volumes of the Tadris Journal (Vol. 14 No. 2, 2019; Vol. 18 No. 1, 2023; Vol. 18 No. 2, 2023), selected for their relevance to religious moderation. These publications align with the Ministry of Religious Affairs' initiatives to strengthen religious moderation during 2019–2023. Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) by Norman Fairclough was applied to analyze the interaction between text, context, and power structures, encompassing thematic identification, discourse evaluation, and socio-political contextualization. The findings reveal the Tadris Journal's key role in addressing socio-religious issues in Madura, a region marked by radicalism and religious violence. Themes include countering radical conservatism, fostering peace, promoting ethical values, enhancing intra-faith relations, and embracing digital transformation. These efforts showcase a strategic approach to embedding religious moderation in higher education. The study underscores the importance of digital platforms in amplifying discourse on religious moderation and calls for innovative digital tools to expand religious literacy. Collaboration between academic institutions and policymakers is recommended to foster tolerance and peaceful coexistence across diverse socio-religious settings.

Abstract

This study examines how much face-to-face learning (PTM) factors influence parents' decisions in choosing Islamic boarding schools   as educational institutions for their children during the pandemic (TA.2021-2022). Based on the literature review, there are five factors that influence parents' decisions in choosing pesantren as their child's educational institution, namely ideological, educational, structuralist, economic and pragmatic, or six factors for the case of schools in general, namely social status and income level, curriculum, facilities infrastructure, school achievement, location and educational environment, and teacher quality. This study found other factors that emerged due to the Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture, the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Health and the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning in the 2020/2021 Academic Year and the 2020/2021 Academic Year during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.  Islamic boarding schools allowed to carry out face-to-face learning with detailed provisions. According to data analysis conducted through tabulation, reduction and conclusion drawing, it was found that the PTM factor was quite influential for parents so it was recommended for Islamic boarding schools to detail the narrative of their face-to-face learning process next year to maintain public trust -which could be for this year- based solely on the compulsion of conditions. This research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews with several parents while still considering reviewing the document data for accepting new students at the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School, Medan.

Abstract

Purpose -Teacher commitment is a central pillar in improving the quality of education, particularly within the unique ecosystem of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), where educators play multifaceted roles. this study aims to examine the optimization of permanent instructors' job commitments by focusing on three major aspects: caring, responsibility, and self-discipline. Method -The research method is qualitative, using a phenomenological approach. Data collecting methods include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data management process involves data reduction, data display, data analysis, and concluding. The informants included the Pesantren Leader, the Director of Teaching, and two teachers. Findings -The study findings demonstrate that the commitment of pesantren instructors may be established through the hierarchy of strengthening pesantren's cultural values. Pesantren culture is manifested through the five spirits of the pesantren, the most basic of which is the spirit of truthfulness, which forms the pupils' character. Another factor that influences a teacher's dedication is the loyalty that has developed while becoming a student. Pesantren's life cycle involves the regeneration of leadership and instruction. Finally, flexibility in a positive peer environment and a sense of duty for professionalism lead to teacher commitment. Implications - Socially, the findings have consequences for Pesantren's work culture paradigm. The study has societal implications for enhancing the pesantren system through pesantren culture. Originality - this study lies in its cultural perspective on commitment, offering a unique model of educator development based on pesantren values rather than conventional corporate paradigms.

Abstract

Teachers ' commitment is the main driving force behind establishing pesantren education services. This research aims to identify a model of teacher commitment to curriculum enhancement. The study is qualitative, utilizing descriptive survey methodologies. According to the study's findings, data was collected through interviews with five informants, including Leaders, Coordinators, and various senior instructors. Pesantren's curriculum is structured around five orientations: holistic, skill development, based on local wisdom, character-oriented, and field-project-based. This perspective appears in the official and hidden curricula and is implemented through direct learning methods. Teachers' commitment to this pesantren is divided into three categories: affective commitment, which has an emotional influence; normative commitment, which demonstrates pedagogical characteristics; and continuous commitment, which prioritizes the pesantren's interests. Combining all of these factors leads to the efficacy of the educational program. The close bond among instructors at the Ar Raudlatul Hasanah and Darul Arafah Islamic Boarding School in Medan increases their dedication to the organization and improves the quality of education delivered to pupils. According to research conducted on these pesantren, social support, a sense of belonging, participation in professional growth, and a mentorship system all play a vital role in building a happy and effective educational environment. The study has implications for developing group activities that create friendship among teachers to foster commitment and the spirit of togetherness.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian yaitu mendesain Villa Terapung di Pulau Kera yang mengambil unsur budaya lokal dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Vernakuler agar dapat memenuhi berbagai aspek seperti dimanfaatkan untuk tujuan penelitian, ilmu pengetahuan, pendidikan, menunjang budidaya, pariwisata dan rekreasi alam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada perencanan dan perancangan vila terapung di Kawasan Pulau Kera Propinsi NusaTenggara Timur adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang mampu mendeskripsikan serta menganalisa kegiatan atau data yang bersifat alamiah. Variabel penelitian Perencanaan dan Perancangan Villa Terapung Di Pulau Kera Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Vernakular Timor Nusa Tenggara Timur terdiri dari Parameter dan Indikator yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan pada kajian yang dilakukan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang relevan maka beberapa teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, studi literatur, studi banding. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk adalah analisis kualitatif model interaktif yang diajukan oleh Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan terhadap Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, Kabupaten Kupang khususnya Kawasan Pulau Kera dan menjadi bahan masukan dan pertimbangan bagi pihak-pihak yang memerlukan.
