Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the e-module with the professional flip pdf application for integer material in 6th grade elementary school students. This research is a type of research and development with nonrandomized experimental methods subject pre-test post-test control group design. The results of the feasibility test based on material expert validation obtained a score of 76, the percentage was 84.44%, the category was very good. Assessment of media experts, obtained a score of 110, the percentage of 81.48%, very good category. The effectiveness test of the independent t-test results obtained a significance score of 0.00 0.05. The t-count score shows a value greater than the t-table, which is 5.1632.0166. The N-gain test obtained a score of 57.28 in the quite effective category. From the research data, it can be concluded that the developed e-module is declared feasible and effective for use in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana perilaku siswa SD N 1 Larikrejo saat menggunakan media sosial TikTok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana penggunaan media sosial TikTok mempengaruhi perilaku siswa di SD N 1 Larikrejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian fenomenologis yang dipadukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Lima anak yang bersekolah di SD N 1 Larikrejo yang duduk di bangku sekolah dasar berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi analisis data seperti reduksi data, visualisasi data, dan pembuatan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan situs media sosial TikTok oleh anak-anak menimbulkan dampak negatif. Secara khusus, hal ini menyebabkan mereka sering menunda komitmen dan tanggung jawab mereka, seperti belajar, berdoa, dan membantu orang tua melakukan pekerjaan rumah tangga. Bahkan mereka tidak akan belajar apabila tidak ada tugas dari sekolah. Selain itu ada beberapa anak yang tidak membantu orang tuanya ketika dimintai bantuan dan mereka lebih mementingkan menonton video tiktok. Adapun dampak positifnya meningkatkan kreativitas anak, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada anak, menambah pengetahuan, menambah intensitas membaca, karena siswa dituntut untuk membaca dan memahami isi dari konten video tiktok. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat dampak dari penggunaan media sosial pada anak baik dampak positif maupun negatif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the values of scientific collaboration found in the animated film "Dr. Stone: Ryusui" for the enhancement of children's character education. The study uses qualitative research method with content analysis. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and content analysis. The data sources consist of primary data from the anime "Dr. Stone: Ryusui" and secondary data from books, journals, and articles. The results of the study show that there are scientific collaborative attitudes in the anime film "Dr. Stone: Ryusui," namely: 1) Willingness to take responsibility. 2) Willingness to help friends. 3) Respect for others' opinions. 4) Mutual contribution of both effort and ideas. These values of scientific collaborative attitudes in the anime film "Dr. Stone: Ryusui" can be used to strengthen character education for children, particularly in the values of mutual cooperation and integrity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru PAUD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 guru PAUD di Kecamatan Batangan Kabupaten Pati. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivasi kerja dengan thitung > ttabel (2,140 > 2,007) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,037 < 0,05), artinya motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; (2) kompetensi guru dengan thitung > ttabel (9,946 > 2,007) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), artinya kompetensi guru juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompetensi guru saling mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan Fhitung>Ftabel (168,514 > 3,17) dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,861. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 86,1%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model regresi ini. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompetensi guru PAUD secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Batangan Kabupaten Pati.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is the need to test the effect of postgraduate elementary education postgraduate student satisfaction analysis on hybrid learning management and learning facilities. The aim of this research is to determine (1) the influence of hybrid learning management on student satisfaction, (2) the influence of learning facilities on student satisfaction, and (3) the influence of hybrid learning management and learning facilities on student satisfaction. This research is a type of ex post facto quantitative research, methodologically it is experimental research which also tests hypotheses but does not carry out treatment. Research procedures include (1) potential and problems, (2) problem formulation, (3) theoretical basis, (4) hypothesis formulation, (5) data collection, (6) instrument testing, (7) data analysis, (8) conclusions. The research population was 300 students from the Postgraduate Basic Education Study Program (S2) with a sample of 50. The research results concluded that hybrid learning management had an effect on student satisfaction (0.000< 0.05), learning facilities also had an effect on student satisfaction (0.001< 0, 05), hybrid learning management and facilities simultaneously influence student satisfaction. The results of the multiple determination coefficient test show a value of 0.823, which means that the hybrid learning management variables and student learning facilities have an influence of 83% on student satisfaction. In the future, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the quality of infrastructure for managing hybrid learning so that services to students can be optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick pada kelas IV pada pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dapat menningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah 35 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian yang digunakan oleh pre-experimental dengan bentuk one grup pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa lembar observasi, wawancara, dan tes yang terdiri dari pretest dan pottest. Teknik analis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji paired sample t-test , dan uji N-gain. Hasil uji t memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000<0,005 sehingga hasilnya signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick terdapat pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of transformative supervision in improving the quality of project-based learning (PjBL) at SMAN 1 Rembang. The background of this study is based on the importance of the role of principals and supervisors in directing teachers to become reflective, creative, and innovative learning facilitators in the Merdeka Belajar era. Transformative supervision is seen as an approach that encourages cultural and structural changes in learning practices through reflective dialogue, inspirational leadership, and strengthening the professional capacity of teachers. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included principals, subject teachers, and supervisors. The results of the study showed that the implementation of transformative supervision contributed significantly to improving the quality of planning, implementation, and evaluation of project-based learning. Participatory and empathetic supervision can encourage teachers to innovate, collaborate, and reflect on themselves continuously. The implications of this study indicate that the transformative supervision model can be an effective strategy to improve teacher professionalism and the quality of learning, especially in implementing the PjBL approach. Recommendations are given for schools to strengthen a dialogic supervision culture, support the development of teacher learning communities, and make supervision an integral part of the transformation of educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Project to Strengthen the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) at SD N Sidomulyo, including the challenges encountered and the solutions provided. Conducted in Grade V with 22 students (11 boys and 11 girls), the project involved growing mustard greens as a practical activity. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using Miles and Huberman's qualitative approach involving data reduction, presentation, and verification. The findings show that the project was well-executed, following steps such as identifying initial needs, project planning, scheduling, supervision, evaluation, and assessment. However, several challenges arose, including poor teamwork among students, limited coordination with parents, and pest issues. The school addressed these problems through intensive supervision, regular communication with parents via WhatsApp, and the use of pesticides to manage plant pests.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of teacher skills and science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Jambean 01 through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with diorama media. The PBL model is used to train students in solving problems through group work and discussion, while the diorama media helps illustrate concepts realistically, especially in the material of biological diversity concepts. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were fourth-grade students and teachers as researchers. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were pretest, posttest, and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in teacher teaching skills from 53% (sufficient) to 86% (good) after strategy improvements in cycle II. The average value of student learning outcomes increased from 50 (pre-cycle) to 85 (cycle II), with classical completeness reaching 92%. Students' science skills also increased from 64% to 80%, especially in the indicator of drawing conclusions. The application of the PBL model assisted by dioramas has proven effective in improving the learning outcomes and science skills of fourth grade students.
