Abstract

ABSTRACTFor three years starting in the 2015-2017 period Profitability has fluctuated. In this study the author will discuss about third party funds, deposit rates, capital adequacy, credit risk and credit interest rates that can affect profitability. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of third party funds on profitability (2) To determine the effect of deposit interest rates on profitability (3) To determine the effect of capital adequacy on profitability (4) To determine the effect of credit risk on profitability (5) know the effect of credit interest rates on profitability.This thesis research uses a type of quantitative approach research; this study takes samples from the population using purposive sampling technique. By using two types of variables, namely Dependent Variables (dependent variables) and independent variables (independent variables). The results of this study are third party funding variables have a positive and not significant effect on profitability, deposit interest rates have a negative and not significant effect on profitability, capital adequacy variables have a positive and not significant effect on profitability, credit risk variables have a negative and significant effect on profitability, variable credit interest rates have a negative and significant effect on profitability Keywords: Third party funds, deposit interest rates,

Abstract

AbstractBasic of this research is to see the visual aspect of working capital and fixed asset investment on profitability measured using net profit margin (NPM) at PT Astra International Tbk for the period 2015 to 2019. This research uses explanatory research method, in this study using the method purposive sampling namely the determination of the sample with certain criteria as for the population in this study is all data from PT Astra International Tbk's financial statements from 2015 to 2019 so that the samples obtained in the form of financial position reports and income statements per quarter from 2015 to 2019. There are also analytical techniques used, namely multiple linear regression analysis, namely with research data in the form of secondary data. This research shows that working capital has no significant influence, whereas asset investment has a significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously working capital and fixed asset investment have a positive effect on profitability. Keywords: Working Capital, Fixed Asset Investment, NPM (Net Profit Margin) and Profitability

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivations on employee performance at Royal English Malang. The population of this study were all Royal English Malang employees, amounting to 32 employees. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis method.Researchers in this case used questionnaire media and primary data. The questionnaire used in this study is a direct and closed questionnaire, where the questionnaire is directly given to respondents and respondents can choose one of the alternative answers that are available. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the work environment and work motivation significantly influence employee performance at Royal English Malang.Keywords: Work environment, Work Motivation, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work environmen, and Motivation on the performance of cifil servants in the social service of Situbondo Regency. The population used in this study were all empolyees of the Social Service Office of Situbondo Regency with a sample of 35 employees whilw the data collection distributed questionnaires. This study uses data analysis, a) validity test b)reliability test c) normality test d) multicollinearity test e) heterocedasticity f) multiple linear analysis g) hypotesis testing. This study uses a saturated sampling technique or with an explanation(census).The results showed that partially there was no significant effect between leadership on employee performance, the work environment did not have a significant effect on employee performance and Motivation had a significant effect on empolyee performance at the Social service of Situbondo Regency. While the simultaneous test result show that Leadership, Work Environment, and Motivation significant effect towards the performance of cifil servants in the Social of Situbondo Regency.   Keywords : Leadership, Work Environment, Motivation, and Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of the work environment, career development, performance allowances, and employee motivation. And to analyze and find out the effect partially or simultaneously on the work environment, career development, and performance allowances on employee motivation.The population used in this study are all employees of PT. BTN (Persero) Tbk Kediri Branch. Determination of samples using the total sample method. Based on the criteria obtained 65 employees. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test.The results of this study indicate that partially the work environment variables and performance allowance variables do not have an important effect on employee work motivation, while for career development variables partially have an important effect on employee work motivation. Simultaneously work environment variables, career development, and performance allowances have an important effect on employee work motivation. Keywords: Work Environment, Career Development, Performance Allowances, Work Motivation.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to study Motivation, Satisfaction and communication, on the Performance of Student Activities Unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business. While the variables used in this study are Performance variables as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are Motivation, Satisfaction and communication styles. Data were collected through a questionnaire method with a total sample of 69 respondents.The results of this study together conclude that there is an influence between motivation, satisfaction and communication, and on performance and partially conclude that there is an influence between motivation, satisfaction and communication, and on performance. Keywords: Motivation, Satisfaction and communication, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine whether is a relationship between leadership, compensation and competence of teacher performance MAN I Malang. The population taken for this study is the performance of MAN I Malang teachers who numbered 63 people. The sample method because in the population there are various levels of position also there are various levels of this study is a questionnaire. The data collected ther processed techriques with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for Social).Result indicates that leadership, competency and compensation are significantly influence teacher performance. The correlation of leadership with teacher performance is 0,455. The correlation between compensation and staff performance is 0,335. And the last, the correlation between competency and teacher performance is 0,227. It is also shown that leadership, compensation and competency can explain teacher performance variation as much as 1, 017.Key words: leadership, compensation, competency, performance.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT       This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organiztional culture , and role conflict on the performance of UD. Pandang Laut employees both partially and jointly. The population and sample are all 40 production management employees. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using census methods and data testing techniques used in this study included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.       The results of the analysis show that partially organizational commitent has a significant positive effect on employee performance while organizational culture, has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and role conflict has a negative effect on employee performance. And together show that Organizational commitment, , Organizational Culture and Role Conflict no significantly influence employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Role Conflict and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted for knowing how much the effect of leadership style, communication, and work environment to the performance of PT. PP. Properti, Tbk Project Begawan Malang Employees. In order to know how much the effect of independent variables toward dependent variable either partially or stimultaneously, this research was conducted with several methods in data examining. The result was that leadership style, communication, and work environment had stimultaneously a directly proportional and gave positive effect and the most significant effect of those three variables toward employees performance was communication. It can be showed from the value of two other variables which were lower. While independent variable showed a directly proportional and gave positive and significant effects, except leadership style (X1).  Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Work Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

 Abstract This reseach was conducted with the aim of analizing the influence of the work environtment, organizational culture and work dicipline on employee performance at PT HERO Supermarket Tbk, Giant Ekstra Kebonsari Malang City.The population used in thi study were all employes of Giant Ekstra Kebonsari, which the total is 41 employees in September to Januari 2018. The sample used is the entire population called saturated samples. The method used is multiple linear regresion analysis with hipothesis testing using the t test and F test.The results of this study produce answers that have been processed that thesimultaneously the work environtment, organizational culture and work dicipline affect employee performance and anwerd . Work environtment does not affect employee performance partially and not answerd the  . Organizational culture deos not partially affect employee performance and not answerd the . And work discipline influences employee performance partially anwerd . Keywords : work environtment, organizational culture, work dicipline, employee performance.
