Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), ReturnOn Equity (ROE) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) to stock price either partially..This study was conducted on Automotive and Componentsn Company listed onBEI period 2013-2016. Data analysis method used is multiple regression test toshow the influence of independent variable to dependent variable, with classicalassumption test. From the results of this study shows that the Earning Per Share(EPS) have a significant influence on Stock Price. But Return On Equity (ROE)and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) not significant to Stock Price.Keywords: Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To EquityRatio (DER) dan Stock Price.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction simultaneously or partially. This study used 1000 for its population, and reduced it using the Slovin formula to 91. Data collection used a questionnaire and used SPSS version 21.0 to analyze the data. The sampling technique in this study is by census, then using data testing techniques such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results obtained in this study are that service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction, while price does not affect customer satisfaction. And simultaneously service quality, product quality and price can affect customer satisfaction Keywords: service quality, product quality and customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of food quality, dining atmosphere and price suitability on customer satisfaction on Kribo Coffee consumers who are located at Jl. Joyo Agung No 53 B, Tlogomas Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City. The method used is explanatory research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert-scale kusieoner to Kribo Coffee consumers. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 80 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of food quality, dining atmosphere and price suitability simultaneously and partially affect the customer satisfaction. Keywords: food quality, dining atmosphere, price suitability and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect ofsimultaneous and partial influence of service to the satisfaction of hospitalUniversity in Malang.The population used in this study were all 111 class nurse patients inIslamic University hospital Malang. Sample selection using slovin folmulas.Basedon kereteria, obtained 61 respondents who are samples in this research. Methodused in this research using regression method linear multiple.Based on the results of the analysis can be put forward some conclusionsas follows: 1) Simultaneous direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, and attention have an effect on patient satisfaction in hospital ofIslamic University Malang. 2) Partially direct evidence have a positive significanteffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 3) Secarapartial reliability has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction inhospital Malang University. 4) Secara partial response has a significant positiveeffect on patient satisfaction in Islamic University hospital Malang. 5) Partiallyguarantee has a siginificant in Islamic University hospital Malang. 6) Secarapartial attention has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in hospitalIslamic Malang University.Keywords: direct evidence, reliability, response, assurance, attention and patientsatisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of communication, work environment and compensation on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Eka Prima Mandiri Sentosa-Surabaya Branch. The sample in this study was 58 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and Sobel test.The results showed that communication did not play a direct role in morale. While the work environment and compensation play a direct role in morale. Communication does not play a direct role in employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation have a direct role in employee performance. Morale plays a direct role in employee performance. Communication plays a direct role in employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. While the work environment and compensation variables play an indirect role on employee performance with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. Keywords : Communication, Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance, Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, effect of compensation on employee performance, and motivation on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration in Malang. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Based on the results of the study, the company Office of Population and Civil Registration (DISPENDUK CAPIL) Malang City should provide fair compensation, motivate employees with promotion of position, to improve maximum work quality.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang. The analasis method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the motivation variable has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang, this can be seen from the results of the study. T-test significant level of work motivation is 0.804> significant level α = 0.05, which means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of multiple regression data analysis obtained are Y = 12,276 + 0,353 X1 + 0,038 X2 + 3,159. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership style and work motivation have a significant and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang. Keywords: leadership style, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This research examines to analyze the effect of career development and job promotion on employee morale (Case Study of PT Indomarco Prismatama Malang Branch). The sample in this study were 60 employees who were used as respondents, the method used in this study was multiple linear regression with primary data to be analyzed using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the results of research and discussion in the previous chapter, it is concluded that the simultaneous test results show that career development and job promotion variables have an effect on employee morale. The partial test results variable career development and job promotion have a positive effect on employee morale. Keywords: Career Development, Job Promotion, Work Spirit

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is to know the Influence of Education and Entrepreneurship Practices on Student Interest for Entrepreneurship.This research is explanatory research. Respondents in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islamic University of Malang. The sample used in this research is 97 students. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination.Based on the results of research can be concluded that the partial variables of education and entrepreneurial practice variables there is a significant influence on student entrepreneurship interests. Abstract

ABSTRACTION The purpose of this study is to describe charismatic leadership kyai, work motivation and performance of teachers and to know the influence charismatic kyai, work motivation on teacher performance partially or simultaneously. This research method using quantitative method. This type of research is explanatoryThe sample of this research is boarding school teacher PPAI Darun Najah by using saturated sampling, that is as much as 62 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. the analytical method used I n this research is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of kyai charismatic leadership on teacher performance (2) there is a positive influence and signifies work motivation on teacher performance. Keywords:  Kyai Charismatic Leadership, Work Motivation and Teacher  Performance
