Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik, motivasi intrinsik, komunikasi internal terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi ekstrinsik, motivasi intrinsik, komunikasi internal, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai honorer pada UPT PU Kecamatan Penajam Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis statistik, peneliti menentukan apakah ada hubungan positif, negatif, atau tidak ada hubungan antara varibel. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Teknik pengujian menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Persamaan  Hubungan variabel Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Motivasi Intrinsik dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kepuasan kerja dapat dituliskan sebagai berikut : Y = 11,656 + 0,286x1 + 0,284x2 + 0,232x3 + e, pengaruh total variabel Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Motivasi Intrinsik dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan kerja dapat dituliskan sebagai berikut : Z = 9,151 + 0,340x1 + 0,338x2 + 0,276x3 + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 2) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 3) komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 4) motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 5) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 6) komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 7) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 8) motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja; 9) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja; 10) komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai honorer pada UPT PU Kecamatan Penajam Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Tambahan Perbaikan Penghasilan (TPP) terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Kecamatan Penajam. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif dalam bentuk survei. Meskipun TPP memiliki dampak positif pada motivasi, kinerja, dinamika kerjasama, dan interaksi pegawai, terdapat ketidakpuasan terkait distribusi yang memerlukan perbaikan melalui perubahan mekanisme perhitungan dan peningkatan komunikasi. Penguatan pengawasan kedisiplinan dan evaluasi rutin program TPP dengan melibatkan umpan balik pegawai dianggap penting untuk meningkatkan keefektifan. Saran meliputi perincian kriteria distribusi TPP, penguatan mekanisme kebebasan berpendapat, dan peningkatan kesadaran pimpinan melalui pelatihan. Implementasi saran ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dampak TPP, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif, serta meningkatkan kepuasan dan kesejahteraan pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Kecamatan Penajam.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the Human Resource Empowerment Strategy through the Learning Organization Approach at the BKPSDM Office, North Penajam Paser Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with six informants as the researcher's primary data source. The research results show that the Strategy for Empowering Human Resources for Apparatus through a Learning Organization Approach at the North Penajam Paser Regency BKPSDM Office from the job training aspect is still not optimal due to budget factors, a discussion forum is needed in formulating policies, non-financial rewards and an adaptive work environment are important in optimizing the learning organization, as well as regular evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) in the Perspective of School Quality Improvement (Case Study of School Operational Funds at SMP Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using field research. The results showed that the School Operational Assistance Budget (BOS) at SMP Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara has increased every year in accordance with the number of new student admissions at the school which has increased, this is in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 63 of 2023 concerning BOS juknis. In addition, there is self-help assistance from parents or guardians of students, the community, the business world in managing BOS funds and the management and use of BOS funds at SMP Negeri 3 Penajam Paser Utara is in accordance with the juknis.

Abstract

This research aims to predict and develop the structural relationship between internal and external locus of control and its impact on entrepreneurship intention through self-efficacy. This research was studied using quantitative methods to find out and analyze the direct and indirect relationship between locus of control internal and locus control external on Fajar University students' entrepreneurship intention through self-efficacy. This research used a sample of 113 students at Fajar University with a purposive sampling technique and a confidence level of 95%. The research instrument was measured using a Likert scale with a value interval of 1 to 5. Next, the data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3, both reflectively and formatively. The research results obtained were 1) a significant positive impact of the locus of control internal variable on self-efficacy, 2) a significant positive impact of the locus of control external variable on self-efficacy, 3) a significant positive effect of locus of control internal on entrepreneurship intention, 4) effect significant positive impact of locus of control external on entrepreneurship intention, 5) a significant positive impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intention, 6) a significant positive impact of locus of control internal through self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intention, 7) a significant positive impact of locus of control external through self-efficacy in entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies used to bounce back after the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by MSME players in the city of Makassar. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis and uses a SWOT analysis, namely Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment and evaluate opportunities and threats in the external environment of MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the total IFAS score is 3.57 which indicates a good internal position and the total EFAS score is 3.44 which indicates a moderate external position. This position indicates that MSMEs are increasingly strategic even though they still face quite tough challenges. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, the strategy adopted is as follows: maintaining customer trust by improving the quality and quality of the food menu and forming a reliable sales team that prioritizes service so that they can compete.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and product innovation on increasing sales volume in small businesses in Makassar. This study is a quantitative study, using a descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were small business actors in Makassar. The sample in this study amounted to 88 samples based on the equal distribution of each sub-district visited. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a linear multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, product innovation partially has no positive and insignificant effect on sales volume. Digital marketing and product innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume. These findings provide information about the need for digital adaptation among small businesses.

Abstract

This study examines the role of creative destruction in driving the scalability of food SMEs in emerging economies, with a focus on mediating effect of innovation speed and moderating roles of local market adaptation and financial and technical assistance. Data were collected from 373 food SMEs in the Minasamaupata Metropolitan Area of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The analysis, conducted using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling), reveals that creative destruction positively impacts both innovation speed and scalability. Moreover, innovation speed mediates relationship between creative destruction and scalability. However, neither local market adaptation nor financial and technical assistance significantly moderated the relationship between creative destruction and scalability. These findings underscore the importance of fostering creative destruction and innovation speed to enhance the growth potential of SMEs in emerging economies. The study contributes to the literature by extending creative destruction and innovation theories to traditional industries in developing regions, with implications for policy and practice

Abstract

This research aims to investigate whether there is a positive influence of knowledge management, digital marketing, and innovation on the performance of small businesses in the city of Makassar. In this study, a quantitative approach is used, and the sampling method employed is the Slovin formula with the criteria of small business operators in the city of Makassar. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires directly and in the form of a Google Form. There are 88 respondents who are the sample in this study. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis testing with the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that knowledge management has a significant impact on the performance of small businesses in the city of Makassar, digital marketing has a significant impact on the performance of small businesses in the city of Makassar, and innovation has a significant impact on the performance of small businesses in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive quantitative research approach with the aim of explaining the marketing strategy to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing companies at PT Maraya Mediatama Indonesia by using SWOT analysis. The subjects in this study were employees and customers of PT Maraya Mediatama Indonesia. Using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strengths (Strengths) and opportunities (Opportunities), but can simultaneously minimize weaknesses (weaknesses) and threats (Threats). The results of this study start from formulating a SWOT matrix so as to obtain an SO strategy, namely maintaining affordable prices, expanding market share, maintaining the quality and quality of service and maintaining the quality of labor / HR, WO strategy, namely increasing promotional activities, trying to increase the number of human resources, ST strategy, namely improving product quality and service quality and improving the quality of human resources and WT strategy, namely further improving the quality and quality of service to customers and developing new strategies; formulating the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) Matrix so that the total score of strengths (strengths) is 2.99 and the total score of weaknesses (weaknesses) is 0.40. So for the difference in strengths and weaknesses obtained, the strengths and weaknesses are obtained. So that the difference between strengths and weaknesses is 2.59; formulate the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix so that the total score of opportunities is 2.62 and the total score of threats is 0.5. So that the difference between opportunities and threats is obtained 2.12; formulate the SPACE matrix so that PT Maraja Mediatama Indonesia is located in the aggressive quadrant. Where the company can use its internal strengths to take advantage of external opportunities; next is to formulate the IE matrix so that the position of PT Maraja Mediatama Indonesia is in a position to hold and maintain; and the last is to formulate the QSPM matrix. Based on the results of the TAS calculation, the most desirable and prioritized strategy to be carried out is to improve product quality and service quality and improve the quality of human resources with a TAS score of 6.634. The second strategy is to further improve the quality and quality of service by developing new strategies with a TAS score of 6.145. The third strategy is to increase promotional activities and the number of human resources with a TAS score of 6.382. Furthermore, maintaining affordable prices and expanding market share can be used to attract consumers with a TAS score of 6.076. So it can be concluded that the prioritized strategy is to improve product quality and service quality and improve the quality of human resources so as to produce products that can attract the purchasing power of customers / consumers.
