Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the extent of management and its implementation in the field of Village financial management in realizing improved services to the community.Design/Methodology/Approach: This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in this research was nine people. By using data collection techniques interviews, observation, documentation.Findings: The research findings indicate that village financial management, as perceived by Sidorejo village officials in Penajam sub-district, Penajam Paser Utara district, exhibit well-planned initiatives and effective role fulfillment by all stakeholders. However, challenges persist primarily during the APBDes phase, where delays occur awaiting ADD priority ceiling and regulatory approvals such as PMK DD, and sub-district evaluation results. While implementation progresses smoothly overall, hurdles include slow approval of District APBD impacting village activities, regulatory delays, and uncertain weather conditions affecting project timelines. Additionally, budget discrepancies between field prices and RAB budgets pose challenges. Despite these obstacles, administrative processes function adequately, with active engagement from administrative heads who demonstrate a good understanding of their duties. Reporting mechanisms are robust, featuring progress reports and accountability measures such as APBDes implementation reporting

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to explore and analyze PT's implementation of budgeting, CSR programs, and communication transparency. Pelabuhan Penajam Banua Taka towards community support through community satisfaction in executing social and environmental responsibility programs.Design/Methodology/Approach: The study was conducted among the beneficiaries of CSR programs implemented by PT—Pelabuhan Penajam Banua Taka, with data collected through questionnaire distribution. The research population consisted of 700 beneficiaries during 2020, 2021, and 2022, with 254 respondents selected as samples using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis employed quantitative descriptive analysis and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as the analytical tool. The SEM PLS method was utilized to test and model the complex relationships among variables in the study.Findings:The results indicate that budget implementation significantly contributes to community satisfaction, while CSR and communication transparency directly influence community satisfaction. Although the relationship between CSR and community support is not significant, community satisfaction plays a strong mediating role in connecting these factors. The implication is that companies need to continuously strengthen budget implementation, enhance CSR programs, and ensure communication transparency to build more solid community support.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, the partial influence of income on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, the partial influence of consumer preferences on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses, and the simultaneous influence of lifestyle, income, and consumer preferences on purchasing decisions in foreign culinary businesses. This research is quantitative, employing Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling for sample collection, resulting in a sample size of 393 individuals. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analytical techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis and a binary logistic regression model, which encompasses multicollinearity tests, simultaneous tests (omnibus test of model coefficients), individual tests (Wald test), model fit tests (Hosmer and Lemeshow test), model interpretation, model classification accuracy, and the determination coefficient test (Nagelkerke R Square). The results of this study indicate that Lifestyle (X1) and Consumer Preferences (X3) have a significant partial influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Income (X2) does not have a partial influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The simultaneous influence of Lifestyle, Income, and Consumer Preferences directly affecting Purchasing Decisions is 38.4%.

Abstract

This study highlights the crucial role of government in managing tourism villages in North Toraja Regency to ensure the sustainability and success of community-based tourism. The findings indicate that supportive policies, infrastructure development, community empowerment, and effective marketing strategies enable tourism villages to become leading destinations that provide economic, social, and cultural benefits to local communities. Community-based governance significantly impacts the Department of Culture and Tourism and enhances villagers’ quality of life through cultural preservation, job creation, and local economic growth. Furthermore, the involvement of stakeholders such as local government, traditional communities, and the private sector plays a vital role in maintaining the sustainability of tourism villages. The study recommends several strategies, including capacity building through training, cultural preservation, infrastructure improvement, digital tourism promotion, multi-stakeholder collaboration, sustainable environmental management, and tourism product diversification. By implementing these strategies, tourism villages in North Toraja Regency can achieve optimal development while maintaining their cultural identity and local wisdom.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of community-based tourism governance at the Department of Culture and Tourism of North Toraja Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants include village heads, tourism managers, vendors, local communities, and visitors. The study focuses on planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision in community-based tourism management. The results indicate that community-based tourism management plays a crucial role in empowering the community, improving economic welfare, preserving the environment, and maintaining local culture. The success of this management is influenced by coordination among the government, business actors, communities, and academics through a structured and synergistic Destination Management Organization (DMO) concept. This study recommends enhancing active community participation and ensuring continuous planning and supervision to achieve inclusive and sustainable tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of food and beverage variables on purchasing preferences. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSME stakeholders in five sub-districtsspread across the city of Makassar. Hypothesis testing here involves the use of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that food and beverage variables have a strong effect on purchase intent.Background: Buying interest in consumers is a very important phenomenon in marketing activities. Buying interest is consumer behavior that bases the purchase decision to be made". From the above opinion, it can be said that the buying interest arises from within a consumer after consuming and feeling repository.unimus.ac.id 4 own benefits received when consuming a product. Consumer buying interest can be influenced by product quality. Some of the descriptions above, the author is interested in knowing the relationship between Product Quality and Buying Interest, so the researcher conducted a study entitled Based on the description above, the purpose of this study is to test whether the product has an effect on consumer interest in shopping for MSME Actors.Method: The respondents here are MSMEs in Makassar City. This research method uses purposeful sampling method. The duration of this study was carried out for 3 months due to the time of distribution of questionnaires and the coverage covered by all MSME actors in the city of Makassar. For the evaluation of each statement item using a 5-point Likert scale, where 1 strongly disagrees and 5 strongly agrees. Hypothesis testing is performed using simple linear regression analysis. The formulaof the regression equation is: Y = a +b1X1+eResult: The product has a positive effect on the desire to buy. This can be seen from the significance value smaller than alpha 0.000 (<0.05)which indicates a significant influence. A positive beta value of 0.464means that the influence of the product on customer decisions is positive.That is, the better and more diverse products offered by MSME agents,the more people are interested in making purchases. This can be seenfrom the significance value below alpha 0.000 (<0.05) which indicates the effect of having a positive beta value of 0.345. This means that the effect of price on purchase intention is positive. Conclusion: From the results of research and discussion, several things can be concluded. First, the variety and quality of products offered by small and medium-sized businesses arouses interest and desire to buy from customers andpotential consumers. Second, attractive prices also encourage consumers to buy bamboo products from MSME players.

Abstract

This research focuses on four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency: Istana Amal Beach, Nipah-Nipah Beach, Tanjung Jumlai Beach, and D’Wish Gunung Mulia. Attractions, amenities, and accessibility are considered key factors influencing repeat visits. Based on data analysis, attractions, especially natural beauty and environmental cleanliness, have a significant influence on repeat visits by tourists. Thus, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between Attractions and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially accepted. However, amenities such as accommodation and dining places do not significantly affect repeat visits. Therefore, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between amenities and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially rejected. On the other hand, accessibility such as ease of road access and clear signage has a positive influence on repeat visits. Thus, the hypothesis stating a positive influence between Accessibility and repeat visits by tourists to the four tourist destinations in North Penajam Paser Regency is partially accepted.Overall, Attractions, Amenities, and Accessibility collectively influence tourist repeat visits. This indicates that the management and development of tourist destinations need to consider these factors. Although Amenities have less significant influence, it is important to continue improving and enhancing supporting facilities at tourist destinations. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for tourism managers and policymakers to improve the quality and attractiveness of destinations and strengthen the position of North Penajam Paser Regency as an appealing tourist destination for local tourists.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on the Performance of Regional Government Employees in North Penajam Paser Regency, determine and analyze the influence of Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency and determine and analyze the Influence of leadership and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis using SPSS software. Primary data was obtained from respondents, namely Pegawai sub-district, Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency. The population was 395 ASN and through sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, a sample of 199 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that partially there is a positive influence between Leadership and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. Together, leadership and work motivation also have a positive influence on the performance of village employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency.

Abstract

In this research, quantitative methods were used to measure the influence of competency and social support on employee performance at the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) Office of Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of Human Resource Competency on Employee Performance. Second, this research aims to understand and analyze the Effect of Social Support on Employee Performance and third, this research also aims to evaluate the simultaneous impact of Human Resource Competency and Social Support on Employee Performance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) Penajam District, Penajam Regency North Paser. The research results show that employee competency has a positive and significant impact on their performance in the Penajam District OPD. This illustrates that the higher the level of competency, the more optimal the employee's performance, in line with the concept that skills and abilities directly influence work results. Additionally, social support also plays an important role, with the finding that support from colleagues and superiors creates a conducive work environment, increases motivation, and reduces stress levels, contributing to improved overall performance. Simultaneously, the combination of competence and social support also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the Penajam District OPD, emphasizing the importance of having adequate skills and social support in creating optimal conditions for improving performance.
