Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kelompok tani padi dalam distribusi pupuk bersubsidi di Desa Manjapai Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang dari 4 kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Manjapai. Metode pengambilan sampel ataupun informasi ini dilakukan dengan sensus, Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kelompok tani padi terhadap penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi berada pada kategori baik karna di atas rata-rata 1,5. Jdi peran kelompok tani di katakana baik karena kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Manapai Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa melaksanakan peranannya dalam hal penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi, sedangkan penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi di Desa Manjapai di katakana efektif karena memenuhi semua asas 5 tepat yaitu tepat jenis, tepat jumlah, tepat harga, tepat tempat, tepat waktu.pada daerah penelitian konsep tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik, yang berdasarkan dengan konsep RDKK.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyse the use and impact of beach areas that are not in accordance with laws and regulations as tourism support. The methods used in this study are normative and empirical legal methods with legislative, conceptual, case, and sociological approaches. The results of this research show that the act of privatization and the use of beach areas in West Lombok, especially in Tanjung Bias Beach, where culinary entrepreneurs in the form of cafes, restaurants and hotels tend to have an impact that results in a decrease in the function of coastal boundaries, which is characterized by the narrowing and pollution of the beach. This is certainly contrary to Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2011 concerning the Regional Spatial Plan of West Lombok Regency, that the spatial pattern plan has been determined as a tourism strategic area and an economic strategic area. Keywords: Juridical implications; Coastal Borders; Utilization, Tourism

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the farming of sugar snake fruit (Zalacca Var. Amboinensis) and income of sugar snake fruit (Zalacca Var. Amboinensis) in Katomporang Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency. The types of data collected are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the production factors that influenced the salak sugar farming in Katomporang Village, the real effect of land area was tcount (2.955) < t0.05, meaning that the larger the land area, the higher the production yield. The real influence of labor was tcount ( -1.272) > t0.05, meaning that if the number of workers increases, it will also affect production results. The real effect of seedlings is tcount (-1.746) > t0.05, meaning that the more expensive the price of seeds, the less ability of farmers to meet the needs of salak seeds. and the real effect of fertilizer tcount (-0.070) > t0.05 means that the more expensive the price of fertilizer, the less ability of farmers to meet the needs of their zalacca seeds, so that salak production will decrease. What has a real effect on the production of salak farming is the land area of ​​1.3862 (X1). Revenue from the production of sugar salak farming is Rp. 11,709,673/0.0032. So the average salak farming income earned by farmers is Rp. 10,530,304/0.0032, this has a great opportunity in the development of salak farming.

Abstract

This study aims to design and produce Student Activity Sheets based on the Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics Approach assisted by the phyphox application on circular motion material in order to improve the critical thinking skills of high school students. This research is adevelopment research (R&D) with the ADDIE model. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students of class XI at SMA Muhammadiyah Maumere. The research sample was taken purposively, the sample numbered 25 people. The data collection technique was through a critical thinking ability test through an essay test.The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and N-Gain test. This study produced a teaching material product in the form of LKPD which was declared valid based on expert assessment with an average of 92% material experts (very feasible) and 87% media experts (very feasible). LKPD is declared effective to use based on the results of the pretest and posttest of students' critical thinking skills through the N-gain test of 0.54 with moderate criteria. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the product received a valid and effective assessment for use in physics learning at the high school level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. This research was conducted from September 2021 to April 2022 at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika which is located on Jalan Paus No. 127 Pekanbaru. The target of this study is employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika who are still working in 2022. The population in this study was 52, to determine the sample used the slovin technique with a sample of 34. Data obtained from through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, analysis of multiple linear regression equations, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS (Statistics Product Service and Solution) program version 20.0. Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that compensation has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Work motivation does not have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation contributed 50.2% to employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika, while the rest were outside the regression equation or variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Lack of self-confidence and speaking abilities can hinder student learning. Students without self-confidence struggle to express their views and opinions, resulting in poor speaking skills. This study examines whether Role-play Integrated Multisensory Learning (RIML) boosts students' self-confidence and speaking skills. This quantitative experimental study uses an explanatory model and non-equivalent control group design. This study included 30 control and 30 experimental students. Grade 1 elementary school 93 Kendari State Elementary School children were purposively sampled for the study. This study collected data using observation. In this study, students' confidence and speaking skills in five were measured in four ways. This study analyzed data using normality and homogeneity tests. Additionally, SPSS with an independent sample t-test was used to assess the data. Participants' self-confidence and speaking skills improved significantly after the Role-play Integrated Multisensory Learning (RIML) intervention. The experimental group had a high average score of 5,9.0, rising to 91.3 on student confidence and 83.2 on student speaking skills. Additionally, the significance value for each variable is 0.000 <0.05. The findings in this study indicate an improvement in elementary school students' confidence and speaking abilities after receiving an intervention in the form of Role-play Integrated Multisensory Learning (RIML).RIML learning uses all senses in roleplay learning to assist students in understanding the context of learning and practicing speaking skills to gain confidence. Future studies may integrate multisensory features into other learning approaches to stimulate students with varied learning styles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cocoa marketing functions, evaluate the marketing performance, and identify factors influencing cocoa marketing performance in Jauhpandang Village, Pitumpanua Subdistrict, Wajo Regency. The research employs a quantitative and descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques such as marketing margin, farmer,s share, and multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. Both primary and secondary data are utilized, with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study involved 32 respondents. The findings indicate that farmers are involved in activities such as sales, transportation, storage, packaging, and accessing market information. Collecting institutions perform functions such as purchasing, selling, storing, transporting, packaging, risk management, and providing market information. Wholesaler institutions carry out purchasing, selling, storing, packaging, and market information activities. The marketing margin is identified as IDR. 9,000/Kg, with cocoa farmers achieving the highest farmer share at 0.98%. Factors influencing cocoa marketing performance in Jauhpandang Village include a positive and significant impact of product innovation and entrepreneurship on marketing performance. However, market orientation was found to have a negative effect on marketing performance

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan merupakan langkah penting untuk memastikan bahwa kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik di lingkungan sekolah.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, mengkaji,menggali,mendiskripsikan,menganalisis fakta pentingnya dalam implementasi kebijakan kurikulum di SD Muhammadiyah satu Pekanbaru, implementasi kebijakan kurikulum di SD Muhammadiyah satu Pekanbaru  menggunakan dua kurikulum yakni  kurikulum K tiga belas dan kurikulum Merdeka Mandiri, penelitian yang dilakukan di SD Muhammadiya satu pekanbaru, dengan subjek kepala sekolah,guru komite sekolah dan siswa. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan  data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan Hasil dari penelitian di SD Muhammadiyah satu Pekanbaru pendidik berupaya untuk mengimbangi kepada siswa implementasi kebijakan kurikulum dengan kesiapan siswa untuk menerima pengajaran yang diberikan oleh guru terasa lebih mudah karena memudahkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This article aimed to describe a local wisdom in Kabanti of Buton’s people, like (a) local wisdom value of Kabanti in term of religion, (b) local wisdom value of Kabanti in term of norm, (c) local wisdom value of Kabanti in term of social aspect, and (d) local wisdom value of Kabanti in term of characteristical education. Data resource of this research were taken from  three Kabanti’s texts which were arranged by Haji Abdulu Ganiyyu, Ajonga Inda Malusa, Kulipopo Mainawa, and Payasa Mainawa. Data analysis method use hermeneutical analysis and semiotic analysis. This research found that Kabanti of Buton’s people had a contents of local wisdom values which were used and applied by society hereditary. Kabanti reflected a local wisdom values in four aspects. first, religious aspect of Buton’s people where very closed to Islam doctrine. It could be shown at the social activity, in term of people relation with The Creator, people relation with people, and people relation with universe. Second, norm aspect of Buton’s people had a punctual values to the rules, equitable in the legal supremacy, and self care. Third, social aspect of Buton’s people had a glorious value, love, care, respect, tolerance to difference. Fourth, local wisdom values of Kabanti Buton’s people relevant to the pillars of character education, then implemented by the teacher in learning a character. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kearifan lokal pada kabanti masyarakat Buton, yaitu (a) mengungkap nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kabanti pada aspek religius, (b) mengungkap nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kabanti pada aspek norma, (c) mengungkap nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kabanti pada aspek sosial, dan (d) mengungkap relevansi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kabanti dengan pilar-pilar pendidikan karakter. Untuk mendeskripsikan tujuan itu penelitian menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis). Sumber data penelitian berasal dari tiga naskah kabanti yang dikarang oleh Haji Abdulu Ganiyyu, Ajonga Inda Malusa, Kulipopo Mainawa, dan Payasa Mainawa. Metode analisis data dipadukan dengan analisis hermeneutik dan analisis semiotik. Temuan penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kabanti masyarakat Buton memiliki kandungan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang digunakan dan diterapkan oleh masyarakat secara turun-temurun. Dalam kabanti tercermin nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pada empat aspek. Pertama, aspek religius masyarakat Buton sangat kental dengan ajaran Islam. Hal ini tampak pada aktivitas masyarakat, baik dalam hubungan manusia dengan pencipta, hubungan manusia dengan manusia, dan hubungan manusia dengan alam. Kedua, aspek norma masyarakat Buton memiliki kedisiplinan pada aturan, adil pada penerapan hukum, dan bermawas diri. Ketiga, pada aspek sosial masyarakat Buton memiliki nilai-nilai luhur, kasih sayang, saling peduli, saling menghormati, toleransi pada keberagaman, dan saling menghargai. Keempat, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pada kabanti masyarakat Buton relevan dengan pilar-pilar pendidikan karakter, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan oleh guru pada pembelajaran karakter.

Abstract

This research examines the analysis of the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 58 / DSN-MUI / V/ 2007 concerning Hiwālah practice which is currently being applied in Islamic Financial Institutions. Bill discounting is a contract for providing services to a Sharia (Islamic) Bank in the form of takeover of customer debt by the Bank. Bill discounting is not intended to seek profit, but to facilitate the implementation of financing because Bill Discounting includes multi-service financing. The main objective of DSN-MUI in implementing the contract is to maintain the common good. Thus allowing for quick and simultaneous debt settlement. In this article, the main problem is how the concept of bill discounting in Islamic Banking according to the DSN fatwa No. 58 / DSN-MUI / V / 2007. The research method used is library research with the uṣūlī approach. The conclusion of this study is that one of the principles of DSN is hifż al-māl (safeguarding assets) with financial institutions obliged to safeguard (amānah) customers' funds as well as possible.
