Abstract

Education is a critical component in a nation's progress and must be modified to accommodate technological advancements. QR Code is a contemporary trending technology that has the potential to streamline the learning process and promote students' literacy development when implemented in the classroom. The implementation of QR-Code technology in elementary school literacy instruction yields substantial advantages, including enhanced information accessibility, promotion of digital literacy proficiency, and heightened student engagement with the learning process. Therefore, in order to enhance the quality of literacy education at the primary level, it is urgent to conduct research and develop learning methods that incorporate QR-Code technology into the context of literacy instruction for elementary school students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pengembangan kompetensi staf pengajar dalam kaitannya dengan lingkungan kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi digitalisasi. Kami menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan 200 responden staf pengajar. Regresi linier berganda diterapkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas program pengembangan kompetensi ditingkatkan secara signifikan oleh optimalisasi teknologi digitalisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung menciptakan suasana yang produktif dan kolaboratif, sementara teknologi digitalisasi memperluas akses ke informasi dan memfasilitasi pelatihan berbasis daring. Dengan demikian, kombinasi keduanya merupakan faktor penting dalam merancang program pengembangan kompetensi yang efektif. Efektivitas program pengembangan kompetensi staf pengajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh penggunaan teknologi digitalisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Jumlah keduanya menghasilkan lebih banyak keuntungan daripada salah satu faktor secara individual. Strategi terpadu diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, yang mencakup penyediaan fasilitas kerja yang mendukung, akses yang adil terhadap teknologi, dan pelatihan intensif bagi staf pengajar. Kualitas pendidikan harus ditingkatkan melalui upaya kolaboratif pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan untuk memastikan bahwa semua anggota staf pengajar dapat memberikan kontribusi maksimal.

Abstract

AbstractDigital technology has transformed how businesses interact with consumers, including in mountain hiking open trip services. This study aims to analyze the forms of digital interaction implemented by service providers to build customer engagement and influence purchasing decisions. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through in-depth interviews with the owner and two customers of Baskara Trip, complemented by participatory and digital observations via Instagram and WhatsApp. The results show that Instagram plays a key role in promotion and initial communication, while WhatsApp is used for technical coordination and more personal interactions. Digital communication is considered effective in delivering information and building trust; however, challenges remain, such as slow response times and unstructured information. The study recommends implementing chatbots, live Q&A sessions, and optimizing interactive content to enhance the quality of digital services and customer experience. This research offers practical implications for tourism business actors in developing more responsive and efficient digital communication strategies.AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara pelaku usaha berinteraksi dengan konsumen, termasuk dalam jasa open trip pendakian gunung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk interaksi digital yang diterapkan oleh penyedia jasa open trip dalam membangun keterlibatan pelanggan serta memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik dan dua pelanggan Baskara Trip, serta observasi partisipatif dan digital melalui Instagram dan WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram berperan penting dalam promosi dan komunikasi awal, sedangkan WhatsApp digunakan untuk koordinasi teknis dan komunikasi yang lebih personal. Interaksi digital dinilai efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi dan membangun kepercayaan, tetapi tantangan masih ada seperti keterlambatan respons dan kurangnya struktur informasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan penggunaan chatbot, sesi tanya jawab langsung (live Q&A), serta optimalisasi konten interaktif guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan digital dan pengalaman pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha pariwisata dalam mengembangkan strategi komunikasi digital yang lebih responsif dan efisien.

Abstract

The achievements achieved by students not only impact the students but, of course, also impact the educational institutions where the students attend school. The many academic achievements obtained by students will be beneficial not only for the image of educational institutions but also for various other positive things such as accreditation status and evaluation of school performance. Students' academic achievement will encourage students to continue to improve their competence and form a competitive spirit. This study examines and analyzes the role of learning culture and the application of problem-based learning on student academic achievement. This research is qualitative, where researchers conduct interviews and observations in collecting data. In addition, this study uses literature and previous research studies that discuss the same variables and problems, namely those related to student academic achievement. The unit of analysis in this study includes students at the high school level in Indonesia, while the observation unit involves teachers, principals, and parents of students. This study concludes that building a learning culture that is pro or supports the adoption and use of technology and digitalization in the learning process and the application of problem-based learning can create and improve student academic achievement. The research suggests that school management should continue facilitating and encouraging teachers and students to optimize a learning culture oriented toward technology and digitalization. Teachers are also encouraged to maintain their performance in realizing learning oriented towards problem-based learning to improve students' academic achievement.

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of learning models, cognitive abilities, and facilities on students' academic achievement. Improving student learning outcomes heavily depends on the learning model used in the teaching and learning process. Both internal and external factors influence academic achievement. Internal aspects include students' cognitive capacity, while external factors include the availability of facilities. Students' cognitive capacities contribute to their understanding and application of the concepts taught, and selecting an appropriate learning model can enhance the efficacy of the learning process. Conversely, a better learning environment is supported by sufficient facilities. This study used a quantitative methodology based on survey research. Questionnaires distributed in senior high schools were used to gather data. In particular, the study found that student's academic achievement improved when they were more actively involved in and understood the content through technology-based learning models that were interactive and centred around technology. Compared to pupils with lower cognitive abilities, those with higher cognitive abilities tend to do better in school. Comfortable classrooms, access to technology, and sufficient teaching materials are all examples of full and high-quality learning facilities that positively affect student learning results. Using multiple linear regression analysis, we find that all three factors, the learning model in particular, contribute significantly to students' performance in the classroom. These results show that to raise the bar for education, we must enhance learning strategies, help students hone their cognitive capacities, and build better classrooms.

Abstract

The advent of the digital era has significantly transformed the educational domain, fostering the incorporation of technology within the learning process to enhance efficacy and foster active participation among students. Innovative learning approaches are necessary to overcome the problems in conventional learning when it comes to 2D animation, which is a valuable asset in education, entertainment, and creative industries. The objective of this study is to create an interactive multimedia platform that can enhance proficiency in 2D animation by employing an educational, captivating, and inspiring design. This study employs the multimedia development life cycle approach to create an interactive educational tool that facilitates students' acquisition of fundamental concepts in 2D animation and the cultivation of practical proficiencies. The findings indicate that the utilization of interactive multimedia holds promise in enhancing students' comprehension of the subject matter, fostering motivation, and cultivating interest in the acquisition of knowledge pertaining to 2D animation. Consequently, this contributes significantly to the realm of contemporary digital education.

Abstract

The current research aims to assess the significance of communication competence, technological literacy, and innovation climate on the digital leadership effectiveness in the public service sector. The public sector leaders have to be very much engaged and along with the public, oversee the transformational digital changes in a very inclusive way. In this regard, a quantitative methodology survey was conducted among the 200 selected civil servants and contract workers of the Indonesian public sector. The sampling method was purposive and the respondents had to comply with the criteria regarding the daily operational work involving digital systems, experience in dealing with digital technology-managed leaders, and participation in the public service innovation cycle. The research tools were validated through a t-test and the reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha, while the data suitability was examined through classical assumption tests for normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity, which are the three main factors affecting the data quality. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the simultaneous and partial effects between variables. The results showed that all three independent variables had a positive and significant effect on digital leadership effectiveness. Practically, the results can serve as a basis for the government in developing strategies to improve digital leadership competency through communication training, technological literacy, and the creation of an innovative climate within the bureaucracy.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out how the Organizational Learning Culture, Technology Readiness, and Late Support can affect the Organizational Resilience in Indonesia’s higher education institutions. Quantitative research will be conducted through surveys, with question responses collected from 190 respondents consisting of lecturers and other educational personnel using purposive sampling (only those picked as part of this group). Criteria for inclusion in this sample are as follows, all included must have been employed in their current position for at least two years, work in both Academic and Administrative areas and have some experience using Digitial systems at work Therefore the chosen method to analyse this data will be by employing Multiple Linear Regression techniques. The data analysis will be tempered by conducting preliminary testing upon completion including Validity and Reliability tests, as well as tests for Normality, Heteroscedasticity and Multicollinearity assumptions. The research produced evidence that showed a significant, positive relationship between Organizational Learning Culture, Technology Readiness, and Institutional Support with respect to Organizational Resilience. Therefore, one could say that enhancing the resilient nature of an organisation is dependent upon enhancing an organization’s learning culture, increasing technology readiness, and enhancing Institutional Support. This research seeks to support the creation of sustainable management models for higher education institutions that are more adaptable in the present and future.
