Abstract

CUSTOMERS’ INTENTION ON PURCHASING AIRLINES E-TICKET: THE ANALYSIS OF ONLINE TRUST AND TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL IN GARUDA INDONESIA WEBCOMMERCE. This study purposes to examine and  analyse customer’s intention on purchasing airlines e- ticket with case in Garuda Indonesia’s e-ticket. In this study, the factors that effect customers’ purchase intention are online trust and Technology Acceptance Model, which consists of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease- of- use (PEOU). The research was conducted at Faculty of Economic and Business University of Brawijaya by using survey methodology. The respondents or sample was choosen as 169 samples based on purposive sampling, which the respondents taken by some criterias. The data were analyzed by  using SPSS 19(IBM SPSS 19). The result of this research showed that customers’ purchase intention of e-ticketing is effected by perceived usefulness factor. It means that people are more concern with the value they get by buying online ticket than any other factors ( online trust and perceived ease- of- use). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konflik dan pemutusan hubungan kerja baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di PT. ISS Indonesia Cabang Medan dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan beberapa uji yakni reliability analysis, uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik dan regression linier. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data primer yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 20, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut: Y = 1,031 + 0,329 X1 + 0,712 X2. Secara parsial, variabel konflik (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (Y) di PT. ISS Indonesia Cabang Medan. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,952 > 2,052). Sedangkan variabel pemutusan hubungan kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (Y) di PT. ISS Indonesia Cabang Medan. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (7,681 > 2,052). Secara simultan, variabel konflik (X1) dan pemutusan hubungan kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (Y) di PT. ISS Indonesia Cabang Medan. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (221,992 > 3,35). Variabel konflik (X1) dan pemutusan hubungan kerja (X2) mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel semangat kerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 94,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari kesimpulan di atas, penulis memberikan saran bahwa hendaknya karyawan dan pimpinan mengurangi konflik yang berkepanjangan sehingga semangat kerja dapat meningkat. Hendaknya pimpinan lebih selektif lagi dalam memutuskan hubungan kerja sehingga karyawan yang masih layak tidak diberhentikan secara sepihak. Hendaknya karyawan bekerja dengan semangat yang tinggi agar perusahaan dapat melihat kualitas yang dimiliki karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a STEM-based alternating current electricity e-module integrated with Palembang local wisdom, and to test its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The development method used is the 4D model, which includes the defining, designing, developing, and disseminating stages. Validation activities involved nine experts, while the trial was carried out in two stages, namely a limited trial with nine students and a broad trial with eighteen students of grade XII. The validation results, all of which were classified as valid to very valid. In the practicality test, the ease of use aspect reached a very practical category, as did the display design and the presentation of material and benefits, all of which were in the very practical category. The highest improvement was obtained in the elaboration indicator, as the e-module provided open-ended problems that encouraged students to use imagination and reasoning in solving them. At the dissemination stage, the developed product was distributed through Google Sites so that it could be easily accessed by students and teachers. Thus, the STEM-based e-module is declared valid, practical, and effective for use as innovative learning media relevant to both the Alternating Current Electricity topic and the context of the Palembang LRT.
