Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai, 2) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai, 3) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai, 4) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penlitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 83 responden. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai, 2) kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai, 3) motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai, 4) kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada pelaku UMKM sektor jasa di Kota Dumai.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and the non-physical work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. The research employs a descriptive approach with a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, involving the entire population of 74 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics 26. The findings indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on OCB, work motivation positively and significantly affects OCB, and the non-physical work environment also positively and significantly influences OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and work experience on the performance of employees at the Puskesmas UPT Petapahan in Kampar Regency. The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 42 employees of Puskesmas UPT Petapahan. The data analysis method used includes multiple linear regression analysis to test the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable using the SPSS test tool version 23. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture, work motivation, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee peformance. work motivation has a negative and significant influence on employee performance. while work experience has a positive and significant influence on employee peformance.

Abstract

The digital era has brought major challenges as well as strategic opportunities for organizations, including non-industrial entities such as zakat institutions. Digital transformation requires organizations to quickly adapt to continuously evolving technologies in order to remain relevant and competitive. Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI), as a zakat management organization, faces challenges in managing limited digital literacy, human resources, and a still-conventional work culture. This study aims to analyze how a change management approach can support the success of digital transformation in a faith-based non- profit organization. Through the stages of unfreeze, change, and refreeze, IZI has successfully integrated digital technology to enhance the efficiency of zakat collection, improve reporting transparency, and strengthen public trust. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study on IZI’s digital transformation. The results show that systematic change management plays a crucial role in addressing internal resistance and optimizing the implementation of information technology. These findings serve as an important reference for other philanthropic organizations in implementing sustainable digital transformation focused on improving public services. With the right approach, non-profit organizations can meet the demands of the digital era without compromising the core values that form their foundation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan mie tenaga muda Pekanbaru. Adapun Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 55 dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling maka sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 52 orang responden. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan mie tenaga muda Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non-Fisik, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di Sentra Pandai Besi Desa Teratak, Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari literatur, dokumen, dan laporan terkait. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja di Sentra Pandai Besi, dengan total 49 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja non-fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. 2) Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. 3) Lingkungan kerja non-fisik, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

This study examines the evolution of competency-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher performance measurement systems in the digital era. This study is a literature study aimed at digging up data and information on new topics or issues. The goal is to formulate more accurate questions that will be answered in further research or later research. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection method is a literature study. The results of the study state that in an effort to improve the quality of public services, the government needs to utilize various online platforms such as websites, mobile applications, and social media. Performance measurement is a management of performance achievement. Continuous performance measurement will provide feedback, so that continuous improvement efforts will achieve success in the future. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers as human resources working in educational institutions are always assessed by their superiors. The performance measurement system in the world of education, especially for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, has undergone a long evolution so that the use of digitalization is not only in performance measurement but also in the process of implementing education that leads to the success of a teacher's performance.
