Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of technology and partnership-based business incubator models in Indonesia is the subject of this study, which focuses on the importance of relationships with industry, the availability of funds, and the availability of human resources. Using a quantitative approach, with a random sampling technique of 300 samples representing start-ups and business incubators in various industries and regions in Indonesia, the study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 4. The findings show a strong correlation between human resource availability and technological advancement, industry ties and partnership-based business models, and startup growth and financing availability. These results highlight how innovation and entrepreneurial success in the Indonesian ecosystem can be encouraged by investing in human capital, fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders, and building a climate that supports startup financing.

Abstract

Pelatihan penerbangan aspek yang sangat penting untuk memastikan keselamatan, efisiensi, dan kecakapan dalam industri penerbangan. Seiring dengan perkembangan industri penerbangan, program pelatihan akan terus memanfaatkan pendekatan inovatif untuk memastikan standar profesionalisme dan keselamatan tertinggi dalam operasi penerbangan. Pandangan komprehensif tentang pelatihan penerbangan melibatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang aspek-aspek kritis yang melibatkan persiapan individu untuk berbagai peran dalam industri penerbangan. Penelitian di bidang pelatihan penerbangan cenderung berfokus pada beberapa area kunci yang mempengaruhi keselamatan, efisiensi, dan kecakapan dalam operasi penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi penelitian-penelitian bidang Aviation Training dengan menggunakan metode bibliometrik dengan jumlah artikel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 1.421 dokumen dalam periode 1943 hingga 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam 10 tahun terakhir jumlah publikasi tentang Aviation Training mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. United States merupakan negara yang paling banyak melakukan penelitian tentang Aviation Training dengan jumlah 561 artikel (39.5%) dan China adalah negara asia menduduki urutan kedua dalam penelitian Aviation Training sebanyak 125 artikel (12.8%).

Abstract

The preparation of SDGs-based vocational education curriculum needs to be prepared. The first step is how this context is discussed globally. This study aims to see how research trends related to vocational education curriculum are in line with the achievement of SDGs. Bibliometric analysis is used to explore information related to these trends. The scope of the research is reviewed based on the year of publication, the most productive countries, documents with the most citations and co-occurrence analysis. This analysis uses the Scopus database as a data source then uses VosViewer to analyze co-citations and co-occurrence. The results obtained were 1041 relevant documents with a period spanning 2015 to February 2024. Based on the year of publication, the topics that examine this theme have significantly increased, then the countries that contribute the most are mostly developed countries such as the United States, England and Spain which are concerned with discussing this theme. Then from the average most citations are in journals published in 2020 which dominate. The co-occurrence results obtained 4 interrelated thematic clusters, namely the relationship between SDGs and education, curriculum, learning models, competencies, technology, educational transformation of the industrial revolution 4.0 and green industry. The implications of this study as a reference for curriculum developers, especially in vocational education which must develop in accordance with the demands of the development of the world of work. This study contributes to increasing insight for researchers who pay attention to themes related to the SDGs-based vocational education curriculum. In addition, it can be used by stakeholders as a reference in preparing the integration of sustainable education in vocational education.

Abstract

This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to examine the evolving landscape of Green Jobs in tourism vocational education. Utilizing data from the Scopus database, the research analyzes 93 relevant documents using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny (R) for visualization and analysis. The study reveals significant trends in research output, geographic distribution, and thematic focus areas. Key findings include a marked increase in research activity from 2013 to 2020, with a peak in 2020, followed by a decline potentially influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic. Prominent research clusters center around sustainable development, ecotourism, vocational education, and emerging technologies in tourism. European countries, particularly Italy, emerge as leading contributors, with growing participation from Asia-Pacific and emerging economies. The study highlights the integration of sustainability principles, digital skills, and green human resource management in tourism education curricula. However, it also uncovers research gaps, including limited focus on specific green technologies, climate change adaptation strategies, and crisis management skills. Methodological limitations, such as a scarcity of longitudinal and mixed-methods studies, are noted. The paper proposes future research directions, emphasizing cross-cultural comparative studies and interdisciplinary approaches. It underscores vocational education's role in preparing a sustainability-focused, resilient workforce for the evolving tourism industry. This analysis provides insights for curriculum designers, policymakers, and researchers in aligning educational strategies with the needs of Green Jobs in tourism.

Abstract

The development of a green competencies-based model is an urgent need in supporting the integration of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) into the vocational education curriculum. This research aims to validate the green competencies model through expert validation, to ensure its feasibility and relevance in supporting the vocational education curriculum. Forum Group Discussion (FGD) was adopted as this study tests the feasibility of the model. Content Validity Index (CVI) was used to analyze the expert feedback of each question. The results showed that the green competencies model plays a significant role in improving environmental awareness, technical skills, and sustainability values among the workforce and learners. The model received its feasibility value (1>0.83) and has been improved to perfect its construction elements as feedback for each criticism and suggestion, so it is ready to be used as a recommendation to be integrated in the vocational education curriculum. The development of this model is expected to be a guideline for vocational education institutions in developing ESD-based curriculum, as well as supporting the readiness of graduates to contribute to the green economy and create a sustainable future.

Abstract

This research background is stem from the issue that social worker faced in this globalization era. In this modern era, social worker is playing a vital role in supporting individual and group in-need such child and elderly care in their work. To fully support is role in society, a social worker must know the challenges it faced, especially in child and elderly social work, but there is a scarcity in research to understand social worker issue faced. The research trend analysis in child and elderly social work needed to understand the need that the social worker must prepared in the future. The purposes of this research is to analyse the trend to shows the challenge social worker faces in the child and elderly social worker in the field, both in national level and international level. This research uses analytical approach on 30 accredited national and international research journal on child and elderly care. This research result shows the topic that becoming a trend on child and elderly care research journal in 2020-2023 such as child exploitation, child abuse, child with disability, child trouble with law, child education,technology on child care support, elderly health, neglected elderly, elderly skill training, and the development on elderly support care. The trend shows that the trend research in child care is dominant than the others, which is child abuses and child education. In other note, trend on elderly care show that elderly health support and technological advancement in elderly support being a dominant research trend on elderly care research journal. This show a lack of research on social work theme, especially on child and elderly social work. As such, this research recommend that a further research on trend in child and elderly care research is necessary to better understand the issue that social worker faced in the modern era. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pelatihan caretaker yang meliputi kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor diharapkan dapat dijadikan persiapan Calon Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (CTKI) yang akan bekerja ke luar negeri sehingga dapat mengisi tingginya permintaan caretaker khususnya di kawasan Asia Pasifik seiring dengan kondisi puncak pertumbuhan lansia pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat calon tenaga kerja Indonesia tentang hasil pelatihan caretaker di BLKLN Graha Ayukarsa ditinjau dari hasil pelatihan yang meliputi kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah CTKI Balai Latihan Kerja Luar Negeri (BLKLN) Graha Ayukarsa angkatan tahun 2012 dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 38 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pelatihan caretaker yang meliputi kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor di BLKLN Garaha Ayukarsa, dengan penafsiran data sebagian besar pendapat CTKI berada pada kriteria tinggi.Kata kunci: pendapat, hasil pelatihan, caretaker AbstractThis research is background overshadow by outcome of training caretaker covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor ability expected can be made by preparation Indonesian overseas workers to work out country so that can fill the height of request caretaker specially in Asian Pacific area along with condition culminate the growth old age in the year 2020. Method used in this research is descriptive method. Population in this research is Indonesian overseas workers candidate at BLKLN Graha Ayukarsa of year 2012 with the amount sample as much 38 people. Result of research indicate that result of training caretaker covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor ability in BLKLN Garaha Ayukarsa, with the data interpretation of most opinion Indonesian overseas workers candidate at the high category.Keywords: opinion, training outcome, caretaker.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi belum adanya program day care berbasis experiential learning di laboratoruim Prodi PKK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan perancangan program di day care, merancang program day care berbasis experiential learning, melaksanakan expert judgmant, dan menghasilkan program day care berbasis experiential learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sehingga peneliti hanya melakukan empat tahapan yaitu meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, dan Evaluation. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari penggelola day care dan Ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak usia balita. Program day care yang dirancang terdiri dari profil lembaga,tujuan, komponen penyelenggaraan day care, interaksi dan komunikasi, proses pelaporan, dan pembelajaran berbasis experiential learning. Hasil expert judgmant mengenai program day care berbasis experiential learning berada pada kategori sangat layak. Ketercapaian kriteria tersebut tervalidasi oleh para ahli dan praktisi yang terdiri dari aspek profil lembaga,tujuan, komponen penyelenggaraan day care, interaksi dan komunikasi, proses pelaporan, dan pembelajaran berbasis experiential learning. Rekomendasi untuk pengelola day care agar dapat memfailitasi sarana dan prasarana untuk keberlangsungan program day care. Saran bagi orangtua untuk lebih selektif dalam memilih tempat day care. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya program day care dapat diuji coba dan diimplementasikan, dengan menyesuaikan karakteristik anak usia dini, sarana dan prasarana yang ada di day care. Program pembelajaran berbasis experiential learning dapat diterapkan di lembaga PAUD seperti Taman Kanak-Kanak, Kelompok Bermain, Tempat Penitipan Anak dan Sekolah PAUD Sejenis sebagai program pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam dunia pendidikan, institusi pendidikan dituntut untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi guna mengubah manajemen sumber daya manusia yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan. Teknologi dapat diaplikasikan pada bidang caregiver yang berfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari, perawatan kesehatan, dan manajemen penyakit untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan lansia. Untuk menghasilkan tenaga kerja dalam bidang caregiver yang berkualitas diperlukan keselarasan antara kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar serta perkembangan zaman saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan mapping kompetensi caregiver sebagai panduan kerja yang selaras dengan standar dan perkembangan zaman saat ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan tahapan planning, conducting, dan reporting. Data diperoleh dari 32 artikel internasional dan nasional pada periode 2018-2022 melalui Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis, dan Sage Journal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 10 kompetensi caregiver yaitu kesehatan lansia, pendampingan lansia, kebersihan diri lansia, mobilitas lansia, teknologi dan informasi, manajemen emosi, gizi lansia, pekerjaan rumah tangga, komunikasi efektif, serta pengetahuan dan perawatan lansia. Mapping kompetensi dirumuskan dalam 3 tema yaitu Pengembangan Diri, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), dan Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) yang mencakup domain Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, dan Sikap. Mapping kompetensi caregiver ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas, mudah dipahami, dan menjadi panduan kerja sesuai perkembangan zaman saat ini.   Abstract In the world of education, educational institutions are required to adapt to developments in information and communication technology to transform human resource management, which affects the quality of education. Technology can be applied in the field of caregiving, which focuses on meeting daily needs, health care, and disease management to improve the well-being of the elderly. To produce a quality workforce in the field of caregiving, there needs to be harmony between competencies that are in line with current standards and developments. This study aims to produce a mapping of caregiver competencies as a work guide that is in line with current standards and developments. This research method uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the stages of planning, conducting, and reporting. Data were obtained from 32 international and national articles in the 2018-2022 period through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis, and Sage Journal. The results showed 10 caregiver competencies, namely elderly health, elderly assistance, elderly personal hygiene, elderly mobility, technology and information, emotion management, elderly nutrition, housework, effective communication, knowledge and care of the elderly. The competency mapping was formulated into three themes, namely Self-Development, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), which cover the domains of Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes. This caregiver competency mapping is expected to provide a clear and easy-to-understand overview and serve as a work guide in line with current developments.

Abstract

Connectedness man with sea as source Power ecosystem main has become focus main study in several year final. Although sea provide a number of big service vital ecosystems, such as production oxygen, absorption carbon blue, and provides essential protein for man globally, however threat to sea the more increase. In facing the challenge this, concept Blue Curriculum or curriculum blue has appeared as global initiative for integrate education marine in education system. Integration between marine in Education has pushed globally via so called concept Blue Curriculum. Blue curriculum is draft new in development curriculum. Learning framework in study This goal - directed curriculum that contains about the necessary learning process done in activity learning by graduates education vocational. School vocational allegedly is strategic institution. For develop concept of Continuing Education Research purposes for develop framework vocational education learning in perspective blue curriculum. Analysis fills second document find that vocational education competencies with theme Think Critical, Hard Skills, Technology, Soft Skills and Market Orientation are available in second document literacy marine and can integrated to in Vocational Education. Finding This produce competencies aimed at making graduates education vocational own ability understand role sea, answered challenge sea with innovative ideas and participate to continuity through developed learning2 in the blue curriculum.
