Abstract

ABSTRAKProvincie Groningen sedang mengusahakan adanya jalur sepeda berkualitas tinggi yang dikenal dengan nama Fietsroute Plus, untuk menghubungkan Groningen dan Munisipalitas Leek di Belanda. Rute ini akan melewati Hoofdstraat di Midwolde dan Lettelbert di Munisipalitas Leek. Jalan tersebut akan dilalui oleh semua pengguna jalan; oleh karena itu, pesepeda harus menggunakan jalan yang sama dengan pengguna jalan yang lain. Hal ini tidak aman bagi pesepeda dikarenakan adanya perbedaan kecepatan antara pesepeda dengan pengguna jalan lainnya. Oleh karena itu, solusi terbaik dalam hal keamanan dalam lalu lintas harus didapatkan untuk permasalahan ini. Tiga desain, yaitu Desain 1, Desain 2, dan Desain 2b, diberikan untuk memecahkan permasalahan ini. Ketiga desain lalu dinilai dengan Multi Criteria Analysis, dengan menggunakan kriteria yang didapatkan dari tiga stakeholder. Penilaian ini menghasilkan Desain 2 sebagai solusi terbaik, dengan total nilai 2.63, dibandingkan dengan Desain 1 dan Desain 2b yang memiliki nilai total masing-masing 2.57 dan 2.34. Pada Desain 2, jalan di dalam kawasan terbangun didesain dengan jalan sepeda, atau yang dikenal dengan nama Fietsstraat, dengan pita rabat di tengah jalan. Di luar kawasan terbangun, jalan didesain dengan jalur sugesti untuk pesepeda yang terletak di ujung perkerasan. Selain itu, dua shared space dengan StreetPrint sebagai perkerasan didesain di dalam kawasan terbangun di Lettelbert.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia sebagai negara yang sedang berkembang membutuhkan jalan sebagai prasarana memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek. Kerusakan pada jalan akan menimbulkan dampak yang  besar dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan tersebut. Untuk mengetahui apakah jalan masih dalam kondisi yang baik atau diperlukan program rehabilitasi pemeliharaan jalan diperlukan adanya evaluasi permukaan jalan. Dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi permukaan jalan maka dibutuhkan survei kondisi jalan. Survei kondisi jalan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan data kerusakan jalan yang terjadi. Tidak efisien apabila survei dilakukan dengan pengukuran langsung satu per satu kerusakan yang terjadi pada jalan. Maka dari itu dilakukan pengembangan metode survei kerusakan jalan agar menjadi lebih efisien dan akurat pada data kerusakan yang didapatkan. Dalam pengegembangan metode survey kerusakan jalan dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat prekan untuk mendapatkan data kerusakan jalan. Setelahnya dilakukan uji coba untuk mendapatkan kondisi ketinggian kamera,sudut kamera dan kecepatan kendaraan yang optimal saat melakukan survei kondisi kerusakan jalan. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh kecepatan 10 – 20 km/jam dengan ketinggian kamera berkisar ±50 – 60 cm serta sudut pengambilan kamera 40° - 45° untuk mendapatkan hasil rekaman yang optimal. Untuk mengetahui hasil keakuratan data yang didapatkan maka dilakukan perbandingan hasil rekaman video dengan data hasil pengukuran lapangan. Dari perbandingan  hasil rekaman video dengan data hasil pengukuran lapangan terjadi selisih nilai dengan persentase dibawah 10% dimana masih dianggap dapat mewakili kondisi kerusakan yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

Best Western Star Hotel and Star apartments located in the MT. Haryono are currently being built into the new residential alternative in Semarang. This triggers resurgence, resulting jam in the area will increasing. The situation of the MT. Haryono street before Best Western Star Hotel and Star Apartments are built was very crowded in the morning, afternoon and evening due to the shopping and offices centers. Because of these problems, it will be planned traffic management, road widening, and green design time. In this study will be discuss about traffic performance’s existing, traffic performance after the construction of the building, traffic performance in 2018, and traffic performance after the application of some solutions. The analysis method that will be used is the analysis method of MKJI 1997. The method is used to analyze the condition of roads and hotspot intersections. Vast amount of hotel rooms and apartment per unit is calculated to obtain the resurgence happened. The amount of Best Western Star Hotel and Star Apartment’s resurgence then charged on each road, after getting overburdened volume of traffic resurgence, do the analysis of road and hotspot intersections performances. From the amount list of vehicles in each years from 2007 through 2011 was found the growth rate. The growth rate is used to predict the traffic conditions for the coming 5 years, so it can be selected the solution that can solve the problems for the coming 5 years. Test result are as follows : 1). The Best Western Star Hotel and Star Apartment’s resurgence caused 844 pcu/hour. 2). The growth rate of the vehicle is 3,94% per year. 3). The traffic management deemed not able to overcome the jam’s problems that occured. 4). Need to do road widening at Sriwijaya street and transforming the Lampersari street to become 1-way street. 5). Need to do redesign the green time.

Abstract

The roads construction process in Indonesia mostly used conventional method, it used a lot of aggregates and asphalt in large numbers. If it’s done continuously will cause some environmental problems. One of the technology that applied asphalt recycling is Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP). Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement is a used material from hot mix cold milling process . This study has been done in order to make AC-BC mix used RAP from damaged pavement (cracking and bleeding). The percentages used of RAP were 23%, 27% and 31%. 23% RAP with 6,19% of optimum asphalt content (bleeding type) produced Gmb 2,358; VMA 16,484%; VFA 73,772%; VIM 4,933%; stability 982,04 kg; flow 2,895 mm; MQ 332,779 kg/mm; and film thickness 9,75 µm. 23% RAP with 6,25% of optimum asphalt content (cracking type) Gmb 2,403; VMA 15,812%; VFA 77,385%; VIM 4,174%; stability 992,082 kg; flow 2,88 mm; MQ 338,652 kg/mm; and film asphalt thickness 9,92 µm. Based on the research that’d been done mixture with 23% of RAP is more stable than 27% and 31% in the same condition it can be seen from the stability value which is greater enough and the flow that lower enough.

Abstract

Tide phenomenon that often occurs in the coastal areas of Indonesia resulted in flooding, which is called the tidal flood. A tidal flood overflow phenomenon of sea water inland. Often some of the roads located in coastal areas are flooded by tidal flood and often causing some damages to the road. Therefore it is necessary to investigate the effect caused by tidal inundation or water bath for asphalt pavement.This research aims to know the durability performance of asphalt concrete mixtures with marinade modification Marshall. The study was conducted with two standard methods of soaking in tidal water and laboratory. Water Immersion method is made by soaking continuous (continuous) and periodic (intermittent). Soaking the specimen in water tidal variation within 6 hours; 12 hours; 24 hours; 48 hours; and 72 hours. While the periodic immersion done by soaking the specimen for 12 hours, then removed during the next 12 hours during 3-days. To view the durability performance of asphalt concrete mixtures used indicator Index of Retained Stability (IRS), Stability Deformation Index, namely First Durability Index (IDP), and the Second Durability Index (IDK).The results showed that continuous immersion damage effects mix quicker on asphalt mixtures than regular immersion. Tidal water used to soak the asphalt mixture Hot Rolled Sheet-Wearing Course (HRS-WC) either continuous or periodic method, has a greater influence than the use of laboratory water. It is shown by the value of the durability of asphalt mixture soaked-tidal water smaller than water-soaked asphalt mixture laboratory standards.

Abstract

The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road is a primary arterial road corridor which are located in the North Coast of Java, Central Java across Brebes District (12.385 km) and Tegal (4.715 km), with a pavement structure used is a flexible pavement (asphalt). The road was built with the purpose to break traffic density that occurred in Brebes City and Tegal. In 2010, construction of The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road began. However, in 2012 the construction activities temporarily halted due to several problems, one of them is the condition of the ground at a construction site in part marshes and ponds led to the implementation by using layers of flexible pavement (asphalt) is difficult to be implemented. This condition starts from STA. 8 +800 to STA. 17+377 from the direction of Brebes to Tegal. Therefore, in this final planning is The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road, with alternative structures to replace the flexible pavement (asphalt) and rigid pavement structures, accompanied by stabilization of the soil to improve soil conditions by landfill swamp native land with material heaps of options so as to increase the value of the subgrade CBR for the better. Besides the implementation of soil stabilization is recommended to do a heap of soil reinforcement by utilizing sheet pile as a solution to overcome the problem of the construction of The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road.

Abstract

The port is the final destination of cruise ships as well as loading and unloading places and passengers. In addition, the Port is also a process of loading and unloading and shiploading. Before the ship is docked when the port is full of vessels first anchor / anchored anchor. For the process of relying first wait for the queue to dock, in the process of a long side there are some ships that do not dock at the port but do unloading by way of anchor / anchored anchors with the ship system to ship. From the description above in terms of this research is related to the process of loading and unloading costs at the port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. This study will analyze the influence of ship movement on loading and unloading costs when entering the port of Tanjung Emas entrance in Semarang, the emphasis of this study is on the analysis of loading and unloading costs, ship's cost and port docking costs. Approach with random sampling model is to get samples from each ship in ship-to-shipment and ship-to-shore transfer process, ship loading and ship loading and unloading process takes a long time so it costs quite expensive. The completion of the results of the analysis in this study is applied to the system of relocation, movement and loading and unloading using the method of ship to ship and ship to shore associated with the total cost that will be carried each ship / company. From the analysis it is known that the cost of the vessel shipage is Rp. 4.107.308.172,- loading and unloading costs Rp. 250,257,336,550, - and dredging cost Rp. 10.676.000.000,- therefore the large cost of loading and unloading, the cost of dredging and dredging costs is closely related to the operational costs of ships and companies.Keywords : Movement Cost of Ship Shipment, Loading and DredgingPelabuhan merupakan tujuan akhir dari pelayaran kapal juga sebagai tempat bongkar muat dan naik turunnya  enumpang. Disamping itu Pelabuhan juga sebagai proses tempat bongkar muat dan penyandaran kapal. Sebelum kapal sandar apabila di pelabuhan penuh kapal terlebih dahulu anchor / berlabuh jangkar. Untuk proses penyandaran terlebih dahulu menunggu antrian untuk sandar, dalam proses penyandaran ada beberapa kapal yang tidak sandar di pelabuhan tetapi melakukan bongkar muat dengan cara anchor / berlabuh jangkar yaitu dengan sistem ship to ship. Dari uraian diatas dalam hal penelitian ini terkait dengan proses penyandaran dan biaya bongkar muat di pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Studi ini akan melakukan analisis mengenai pengaruh olah gerak kapal terhadap biaya bongkar muat pada saat memasuki alur masuk Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang, titik berat studi ini ditekankan pada analisis biaya bongkar muat, biaya olah gerak kapal dan biaya sandar di pelabuhan. Pendekatan dengan model sampel acak adalah untuk mendapatkan sampel dari masingmasing kapal dalam proses penyandaran ship to ship dan ship to shore, proses bongkar muat ship to ship dan ship to shore membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga membutuhkan biaya yang cukup mahal. Penyelesaian dari hasil analisis dalam studi ini diterapkan untuk sistem penyandaran, olah gerak dan bongkar muat yang menggunakan method ship to ship dan ship to shore yang berhubungan dengan total biaya yang akan ditangung masing-masing kapal / perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa biaya penyandaran kapal sebesar Rp. 4.107.308.172,- biaya bongkar bongkar muat Rp. 250.257.336.550,- dan biaya pengerukan Rp. 10.676.000.000,- oleh karena itu besar biaya bongkar muat, biaya penyandaran dan biaya pengerukan sangat berhubungan dengan biaya operasional kapal dan perusahaan.Kata kunci : Biaya Olah Gerak Kapal, Bongkar Muat dan Pengerukan

Abstract

Pemodelan kinerja perkerasan jalan sangat dibutuhkan dalam upaya mendapatkan gambaran informasi perubahan kondisi perkerasan jalan di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini fokus pada prediksi kondisi perkerasan jalan menggunakan metode rantai Markov dengan cara melakukan perkalian antara Matriks Probabilitas Transisi (MPT) dengan vektor kondisi awal. Data utama yang digunakan dalam pengembangan model ini adalah data kondisi perkerasan dan data histori penanganan jalan tahun 2016 – 2017. Aplikasi model rantai Markov pada jaringan jalan di Kabupaten Bangka Barat untuk periode lima tahun (2018 – 2022) dengan asumsi dilakukan penanganan untuk seluruh ruas jalan setiap tahun sesuai dengan jenis program penanganan (pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala, rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi) berdasarkan batasan persentase kondisi kerusakan jalan. Gambaran perubahan kondisi jaringan jalan kabupaten yang dihasilkan dari penerapan model tersebut cukup optimal, dimana pada tingkat kondisi Baik (B) terus mengalami peningkatan. Sebaliknya, pada tingkat kondisi Rusak Berat (RB) terus mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelola jalan dalam rangka perencanaan pengelolaan jaringan jalan.Application of Markov Chain Model In Road Management in Bangka Barat RegencyABSTRACTRoad pavement performance modeling is needed to get an overview of information about changes in road pavement conditions in the future. This research focuses on the prediction of road pavement conditions using the Markov chain method by multiplying the Transition Probability Matrix (TPM) with the initial condition vector. The main data used in the development of this model are pavement condition data and road handling history data for 2016-2017. Application of the Markov chain model in the road network in West Bangka Regency for a period of five years (2018 - 2022) with the assumption that handling is done for all roads every year according to the type of treatment program (routine maintenance, periodic maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction) based on the percentage limit of road damage conditions. The description of changes in district road network conditions resulting from the application of the model is quite optimal, were at the level of good condition (B) continues to increase. Conversely, the level of severely damaged (RB) condition continues to decline every year. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for road managers in the framework of road network management planning.Keywords : Road pavement performance; Markov chain; Road network management

Abstract

Terdapat perbedaan dalam menilai kualitas jalur kereta api di negara Indonesia, Polandia dan India. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode perhitungan kualitas jalur kereta api sebagai kegiatan perencanaan perawatan jalur dan pengelolaan infrastruktur kereta api. Dalam pengukuran jalur kereta api di lintas Brumbung – Kedungjati menggunakan kereta api EM-120 milik PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) menghasilkan 4 parameter yaitu angkatan, listringan, pertinggian dan lebar sepur. Jenis kereta ukur yang dioperasionalkan Indonesia dan Polandia dengan jenis yang sama EM-120 sedangkan India jenis SPIC. Lebar sepur di Indonesia 1067 mm, Polandia 1435 mm dan India 1676 mm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tabulasi silang. Hasil dari tabulasi silang untuk jenis kategori standar Indonesia (TQI) menghasilkan kondisi baik sekali sedangkan kategori standar India (TGI) menghasilkan perawatan mendesak (PM) sebesar 67 data dengan persentase 32,4% sehingga terdapat ketimpangan nilai antara TQI dan TGI. Hasil dari tabulasi silang untuk batasan kecepatan standar Indonesia (TQI) menghasilkan batasan kecepatan max 100-120 km/jam sedangkan standar Polandia (J. Coef Synthetic) dengan kecepatan >120 km/jam sebesar 49 data dengan persentase 23,7% sehingga untuk batasan kecepatan memiliki kemiripan.

Abstract

The intersection is a significant part of the urban traffic network. One of the problems of signalized intersections is the results of an analysis that do not match the field. For the analysis of signalized border crossings in 1997 Indonesia, the Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual, a product of the 1994 data processing, was used. Traffic conditions in 1994 were, of course, different from traffic conditions today. Given the significant changes related to traffic, such as increases in the number of vehicles, land use, behavior, road geometry, and technical complexity, the 1997 IHCM  needed to be improved according to the current situation. One quantity in IHCM is base saturation flow or So, which is an essential parameter in signalized intersection analysis. Base saturation flow (So) in 1997 IHCM   is 600 x We. After modeling and chi-variance test of ρ value ˂0.05 in the range 675 x We to 1000 x We^85, the result is So, which is the result of the queue length approximation field is 1000 x We.
