Abstract

The market is a medium for bartering between the needs of sellers and buyers where sellers expect profits while buyers expect efficiency at very affordable prices. The purpose of this study is to explore the changes in the arrangement and guidance as well as the impact on the income level of the community after the fire. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Three data collection techniques were used including observation, interview, and documentation. The research findings show that the authorized parties in implementing the policy are only the Cirebon Regency Trade and Industry Office. In terms of structuring, it is divided based on 3 elements, namely dry, semi, and wet zones. Based on Public Policy, structuring, and coaching have been implemented in accordance with government policy and in accordance with existing data. Policy Stakeholders have been well implemented, but not optimal because the traders are still not orderly and consumer interest is more to the marketplace making it easier for them to shop and more efficient in terms of time and expenses. Policy Environment has been well implemented, because it makes it easier for traders and consumers when selling and shopping. The conclusion of the impact on the income of business actors decreased due to a lot of competitiveness.

Abstract

Civil Servants (PNS) are in front of all government activities to meet the needs of the community and become the driving force of government processes in Indonesia. The government's human resources agency (BKPSDM) in Majalengka Regency has started carrying out their work procedures online as everyone can now access the Internet. processes and obstacles and how to overcome these obstacles This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods, the selection of this method is in accordance with the opinions of Miles and Huberman Punch (1992), namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Data was collected from various sources through interviews. Observations were also made at the place of Employee Performance Target (SKP). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the SKP assessment at the Human Resources Personnel and Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Majalengka Regency performance standards assessed and evaluated by the sirancage system are considered quite effective. This is because for filling out SKP related to online attendance with the sirancage application itself, this ASN management independently has the ability to describe and identify ASNs that function effectively and not. ASN itself uses SKP components and work behavior.

Abstract

Abandoned children have many experiences that come from harsh environments and not all of them are accepted by society. Therefore, special approaches and treatments are needed to help them develop their thinking processes, teach them how to build relationships between the past, present and future, and direct them towards patterns of behavior that are acceptable to society. This study uses qualitative research methods. This study uses qualitative data where this data is obtained from selected informants who are relevant and have the competence to provide the research data selected by the researcher. Data collection techniques were collected through documentation studies, interviews and observations. The results of this study show that the number of abandoned children in Cirebon City is around 70 people. The Cirebon city social service has a program to foster abandoned children, namely GSM, social guidance, family, understanding parenting and teaching and learning activities. This study uses the implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn The implementation stage can be seen from 6 important variables when achieving an implementation, namely: objectives and policy size, attitudes (disposition) of implementers, infrastructure and human resources, characteristics of implementing agents, communication activities and implementers between organizations, as well as the political, social and economic environment. The results of this study show that the policy of the Abandoned Children Development program at the Cirebon City Social Service is not optimal because of low budget sources, so the implementation of the policy has not fully met the standards. Social protection is aimed at helping the poor and vulnerable population, especially those who experience other welfare problems.

Abstract

The provision of restitution to victims of criminal acts is considered not optimal in its implementation with various problems such as from the regulatory aspect and at the level of implementing relevant stakeholders in the implementation of prosecutions. The results of this study will be presented by describing the data obtained through literature studies analyzed by quantitative methods. The study shows that there is a need for an arrangement that contains a substitute crime if the defendant or convicted person is not able to pay a replacement crime as a norm that becomes the legal basis for public prosecutors and judges in prosecuting and deciding cases. The problem arises due to the lack of comprehensive regulations regarding criminal charges in lieu of the payment of compensation, the non-regulation of criminal substitutes for the payment, and the nonregulation of the amount of the criminal substitute. The ideal arrangement in a criminal prosecution that is carried out comprehensively and correctly by the relevant parties is expected to provide legal certainty, justice, and expediency.

Abstract

Germany is one of the destinations for prospective students aiming to continue their higher education. This study aims to understand how Cirebon students adapt to academic activities and the challenges they face while studying in Germany. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and a review of relevant previous research articles and related documents. The study employs intercultural communication theory, which covers aspects such as culture shock and adaptation phases to a new culture. The results show the stages that Cirebon students go through when adapting to a new culture: the honeymoon phase, characterized by initial excitement and enthusiasm about the new culture; followed by the frustration phase due to experiencing culture shock when facing the new culture. The next phase is readjustment, where students begin to understand and start learning about the new culture in their living environment and campus. The final phase is resolution, where Cirebon students accept the new culture in Germany. Before adaptation occurs, the study highlights challenges faced during academic activities in Germany, which are caused by internal factors such as religion, food, and weather.

The method used is qualitative research, in this study using the type of qualitative research initiated by Sugiyono (2014) in (Kristanto, 2018) that the qualitative research method is a method based on the philosophy of post positivism used to examine the condition of an object that is natural rather than experimental. Data collection techniques are combined, data analysis is inductive/qualitative and qualitative research findings emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The conclusion of the results obtained from this study is that generation Z in using Instagram is meant to be in intense use. The motive shown by generation Z is the formation of self-identity by performing selves. They have certain goals that will ultimately affect the formation of their Self-Identity.

Abstract

YouTube has become a platform that makes it easy for its users to exchange messages. On this platform, a new phenomenon has emerged regarding virtual streamers who use avatars to interact with viewers on their YouTube channels. This study uses a qualitative method with a netnographic approach that emphasizes direct observation with visual materials in collecting data and in-depth interviews with 2 informants. The researcher aims to formulate an interaction process that is woven from existing communication patterns, which will produce certain outcomes. The researcher made the virtual idol PLAVE the subject of the study and found that the interactions carried out by the virtual idol with his fans formed a communication pattern that encouraged the formation of a virtual community. In this community, there was finally an exchange of messages that influenced each other. Therefore, a strong sense of loyalty and emotional synchronization was formed between the virtual idol and his fans.
