Abstract

Civil Servants (PNS) are in front of all government activities to meet the needs of the community and become the driving force of government processes in Indonesia. The government's human resources agency (BKPSDM) in Majalengka Regency has started carrying out their work procedures online as everyone can now access the Internet. processes and obstacles and how to overcome these obstacles This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods, the selection of this method is in accordance with the opinions of Miles and Huberman Punch (1992), namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Data was collected from various sources through interviews. Observations were also made at the place of Employee Performance Target (SKP). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the SKP assessment at the Human Resources Personnel and Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Majalengka Regency performance standards assessed and evaluated by the sirancage system are considered quite effective. This is because for filling out SKP related to online attendance with the sirancage application itself, this ASN management independently has the ability to describe and identify ASNs that function effectively and not. ASN itself uses SKP components and work behavior.

One of the important stages in regional development is the Village Development Planning Conference (Musrenbang) which aims to prepare a development plan in a but-up and participatory manner by involving various stakeholders in the village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the collaboration between the Village Government and stakeholders in the Village Musrenbang by referring to the collaboration framework from Thomson and Perry. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that collaboration between the Village Government and stakeholders in the Village in Kuningan Regency is optimal in all dimensions of collaboration presented by Thompson and Perry. Other findings from the study show that collaboration in planning can increase public trust in the Government and can encourage innovation in Village Development. The things that are lacking in the implementation of the Village Musrenbang in Kuningan Regency are the absence of special regulations from the Regional Government related to collaboration between the Village Government and stakeholders, there is still egocentric between the Executive and the Legislature regarding the proposed activities to be realized and the problem of budget limitations to accommodate all proposals in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).

Abstract

Government performance alone does not produce information policy; cultural involvement plays a major role in meeting people's information demands. It's useful to understand more about the evolution of cultural involvement in Indonesian information policy implementation, regardless of the quantity and diversity of publications. Studying the key components of cultural participation in the literature on information policy requires a thorough bibliometric investigation. The purpose of this study is to look into patterns of growth and pinpoint areas for future research that other scholars might want to take up. In order to further define the research objectives, the methodology utilized through Scopus is extended to include VOSviewer data processing. According to the findings, there is a tendency for the number of publications on this subject to rise between 2013 and 2022. This suggests that there may be more study possibilities in the future to examine Indonesia's public information regulations' transparency.

Abstract

The role of Indonesian state civil servants (ASN) in combating corruption is covered in this article, with particular attention paid to how well they comprehend the Corruption Perception Index (GPA). This study, which used qualitative research methods, found that only a tiny portion of ASNs had a thorough comprehension of and ability to communicate GPA. ASN comprehension is impacted by several factors, including a lack of knowledge about the repercussions of neglecting one's GPA, a lack of training tools, and restricted information availability. Lower-level or regional civil officials frequently need more understanding, even though those working in the legal, judicial, and legislative sectors typically have a superior understanding. Thus, improving ASN's comprehension of GPA is essential to the government's anti-corruption initiatives. With increased knowledge, public employees will be better equipped to actively participate in efforts to stop and deal with corruption in Indonesia.
