Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran kepemimpinan, khususnya kepala ruangan atau pimpinan klinik yang berperan penting dalam implementasi sistem manajemen mutu dan budaya keselamatan pasien. Gaya kepemimpinan visioner dipandang sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan mutu dan keselamatan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan visioner dengan manajemen mutu dan keselamatan pasien di Klinik Denkesyah 01.04.03 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan analisis korelasi. Sampel diambil secara total sampling, melibatkan 23 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan sangat kuat antara kepemimpinan visioner dan keselamatan pasien (r = 0,933; p = 0,000).  Terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan visioner dan mutu pelayanan (r = 0,662; p = 0,001). Terdapat hubungan antara keselamatan pasien dan mutu pelayanan (r = 0,626; p = 0,002). Nilai R² 0,465–0,886, yang berarti kepemimpinan visioner dapat menjelaskan variasi manajemen mutu dan keselamatan pasien hingga 88,6%. Temuan ini menunjukan peran pemimpin visioner dalam membangun budaya mutu dan keselamatan. Disarankan adanya pelatihan kepemimpinan dan manajemen mutu bagi seluruh staf dan pimpinan pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Background: Career development for healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, is a crucial aspect of Human Resource Management (HRM) in hospitals. At X Sukabumi Hospital, only 1.8% of the 159 nurses successfully advanced in their careers, despite the majority having more than 10 years of experience. Objective: This study examines the impact of training and work environment on nurses' career development, with clinical competence as a mediating variable. Method: A quantitative associative design with a cross-sectional approach was employed, using a questionnaire for data collection. The sample consisted of 159 nurses, and data were analyzed using the Three-Box Method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS v.03, incorporating T-tests and F-tests. Result: findings reveal that training, work environment, and clinical competence significantly influence nurses' career development (F-statistic = 86.55 > F-table = 2.81). However, training alone does not directly impact career development (p-value = 0.309), while the work environment has a significant effect (p-value = 0.000). Both training and work environment significantly influence clinical competence (p-value = 0.000), which in turn positively affects career development (p-value = 0.009). Furthermore, clinical competence plays a key mediating role (p-value= 0.018). Conclusion: In conclusion, training and work environment influence nurses' career development through clinical competence at X Sukabumi Hospital

Abstract

Background: This research originates from a preliminary survey indicating that while most BSD area residents are aware of Hospital X, there is potential to enhance both the quality of its services and the extent of its utilization within the community. Objective: The aim of this study was to examine brand image, advertising, and patient experience on customer delight, with customer engagement serving as a mediating variable among Hospital outpatient population. Method: The study employed a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional design. The target population included all patients who had received care at Hospital X's Internal Medicine outpatient department in the past six months, though the exact number of patients is unknown. Using purposive sampling and the Lemeshow formula, 99 respondents were selected. Data was gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using the three-box method combined with multiple linear regression. Result: The findings demonstrate that brand image, advertising, and patient experience influence customer delight, with customer engagement as a mediating factor. However, brand image and advertising do not significantly affect customer engagement or customer delight among Hospital X's outpatients. Conversely, patient experience has a notable direct impact on both customer engagement and customer delight. Additionally, customer engagement directly enhances customer delight. Conclusion: Patient experience emerges as the most influential factor in boosting customer engagement and delight, whereas advertising is the least impactful in achieving these outcomes

Abstract

Sustainable employee performance is one of the important factors in achieving organizational competitive advantage. This study is based on the trend of declining performance in 2023 at the Proklamasi BSD ENT Hospital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of human resource development and ambidexterous leadership on sustainable employee performance with job retention as an intervening variable. This type of research includes quantitative causality design. The population used is permanent employees who have worked for more than 3 years. The sampling technique is saturated sampling totaling 101 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SPSS AMOS 26. The results of the analysis prove that simultaneously human resource development, ambidexterous leadership has a positive effect on sustainable employee performance and job retention as an intervening variable. The importance of additional training and support, improving communication regarding educational opportunities, evaluating how tasks are carried out and ensuring employees have an appropriate workload.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan telemedicine poliklinik online terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Khusus Kelas A Jakarta yang dilakukan dengan cara survei pada bulan April 2023 kepada pasien-pasien poliklinik online. Model penelitian menerapkan dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan menambahkan variabel loyalitas, pengambilan data responden dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan responden 189 pasien Poliklinik online. Setelah data terkumpul maka diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang menggunakan software aplikasi SmartPLS. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan telemedicine memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel Harapan (Expectation), Diskonfirmasi (Disconfirmation), Kinerja (Performance), Kesenangan (Enjoyment) yang berkontribusi untuk memprediksi Kepuasan (Satisfaction) pasien pada poliklinik online. Dari 9 Hipotesis yang dikembangkan semua hipotesis berpengaruh positif. Model hasil ini memiliki akurasi yang besar sehingga perlu dikembangkan pada penelitian. Terdapat rekomendasi yang menyarankan kepada manajemen rumah sakit dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Untuk mendapatkan perencanaan dan penyusunan anggaran yang tepat, Anda harus membandingkan dan menganalisis biaya yang sebenarnya dan yang dianggarkan. Hal ini dapat membantu manajemen menemukan penyimpangan dari rencana kegiatan. Ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan utilitas sistem anggaran perusahaan.  Manajemen terkait erat dengan anggaran, terutama yang berkaitan dengan penyusunan rencana, pengorganisasian kerja, pengawasan kerja, dan evaluasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deksriptif dengan mengumpulkan data primer maupun sekunder untuk membantu menganallisa dan menyajikan data. Perencanaan Lean Hospital di RSJ Dr Soeharto Heerdjan dilakukan acuan dari tahun sebelumnya. Penganggaran di Rumah Sakit  melibatkan beberapa pihak didalam prosesnya. Proses estimasi saat ini belum berjalan dengan optimal sehingga perlu perbaikan dalam menghadapi hambatan yang ada agar proses dapat berjalan dengan lebih maksimal di masa mendatang atau tahun-tahun berikutnya. Untuk membuat proses perencanaan berjalan lebih baik di masa depan atau tahun-tahun berikutnya, hambatan yang ada harus diperbaiki agar proses estimasi saat ini tidak berjalan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan dan buku-buku yang membahas tentang waralaba.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi dalam pemasaran, efektivitas strategi pemasaran, hambatan dalam menjalankan strategi pemasaran, dan cara mengatasi hambatan dalam pengembangan Lean Hospital layanan umum pasien BPJS di RSJ Dr Soeharto Heerdjan. Analisis Data pada penelitian ini dilakukan setelah semua data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam menganalisa untuk menjelaskan atau menguraikan temuan penelitian dan mengaitkannya dengan teori-teori yang mendukung pembahasan. Strategy cost Leadership dipilih dalam menentukan strategi layanan dengan fitur yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat pada biaya terendah dibandingkan dengan layanan para pesaing, namun tetap menjaga kualitas layanannya sesuai dengan segment pasar yaitu pasien BPJS. Bauran Pemasaran (Marketing mix) menjadi fokus utama RSJ Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan sebagai bisnis yang menjadikan target pasar Business to consumer (B2C) adalah mengunakan konsep 7P yaitu product, price, place, promotion, people, prosess dan physical evidence.

Abstract

Perencanaan Strategi merupakan proses yang harus dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan dalam menganalisa dan mengambil keputusan untuk pengembangan usaha. Beberapa tahap harus dibuat dengan tepat agar pelaksanaan sesuai dengan harapan, seperti pembuatan matrik EFE, IFE dan Analisa SWOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran pengembangan Lean Hospital layanan umum pasien BPJS di RSJ Dr Soeharto Heerdjan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang akan mendeskripsikan objek dan subjek penelitian melalui proses analisis perencanaan, penganggaran dan estimasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan.  Manajemen strategis rumah sakit dibentuk oleh suatu model perencanaan strategis, diikuti dengan pelaksanaan dan pengendalian yang tepat. Model perencanaan strategis menekankan persoalan visi dan analisis faktor-faktor eksternal dan internal yang dapat mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan rumah sakit. Faktor-faktor internal tersebut dapat menunjukkan kekuatan dan kelemahan rumah sakit, sedangkan analisis faktor eksternal dapat menggambarkan hambatan dan dorongan dari luar rumah sakit.

Abstract

Background This research is motivated by several problems related to patient safety in central surgical installations from 2020 to 2022. The aim of this research is to empirically reveal the influence of interprofessional collaboration and the implementation of the surgical safety checklist on patient safety culture with safety leadership as a moderating variable. Methods This research is motivated by several problems related to patient safety in central surgical installations from 2020 to 2022. The aim of this research is to empirically reveal the influence of interprofessional collaboration and the implementation of the surgical safety checklist on patient safety culture with safety leadership as a moderating variable. Results The results of the three-box method analysis concluded that interprofessional collaboration, implementation of the surgical safety checklist and patient safety culture were at the medium index, and safety leadership was at the high index. Hypothesis testing proves that simultaneously interprofessional collaboration, implementation of the surgical safety checklist and safety leadership have an effect on patient safety culture with a p value of 0.000. Partially, interprofessional collaboration has an effect on patient safety culture with a t-value of 4.900, implementation of the surgical safety checklist with a t-value of 4.444, safety leadership with a t-value of 4.740. Conclusion The moderation test concluded that safety leadership did not moderate the influence of interprofessional collaboration on patient safety culture with a t-value of 1.175, but moderated the influence of the implementation of the surgical safety checklist on patient safety culture with a t-value of 2.739.

Abstract

Sukmul Sisma Medika Hospital is a private hospital and is a Class C hospital located in the Jakarta City area. The results of nurses' performance achievements over the last two years show that performance achievements have not met management targets. Regarding the problem of nurse loyalty at the Sukmul Sisma Medika Hospital, nurses were found to be nurses who did not prioritize patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on nurse loyalty with motivation as an intervening variable in hospitals. Sukmul Sisma Medika, North Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative analysis method with a cross sectional research design, the analysis tool used is SEM PLS. The sample calculation using purposive sampling was 86. The variables in this research were emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, nurse loyalty and motivation. The research uses a questionnaire as a research instrument with a 5-level Likert scale measurement. Data analyzed using the SEM PLS data processing application shows that there is a direct and indirect influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on nurse loyalty with motivation as an intervening variable in hospitals.
