Abstract

The agrarian conflicts on government-owned land on the outskirts of Irigasi St., Sungai Paring, Martapura, involve many parties. At least three parties were involved in this conflict: small traders, landowners, and the Banjar Regency government. This research describes the background, resolution, and impact of conflicts between landowners and small traders. This research uses qualitative methods, which are described descriptively. The research results show that the conflict started with landowners who felt disturbed by the establishment of small traders’ stalls that covered fish ponds and sports fields. Apart from that, this land is used as a residence, producing household waste, which causes an unpleasant odor. The conflict resolution is carried out outside the court (non-litigation) by negotiating between land owners and small traders who do not find an agreement so that it continues through conciliation. The small trader asked for help from a lawyer for the defense, saying that the warning letter given by the Banjar Regency’s civil service police unit was not following the applicable laws and regulations. Given the case, there are positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is to build public awareness that government-owned land should not be misused for personal interests. Meanwhile, the negative impact of social relations between landlords, small traders, and stall owners becomes less good.

Abstract

The Sale and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter abbreviated to PPJB) is a preliminary agreement as an effort to overcome the obstacles of the parties who have not been able to make a Deed of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter abbreviated to AJB). However, in several cases abuse of the use of PPJB and Power of Sale has been found. PPJB and Power of Sale become a security agreement for debts. The PPJB contains a power of sale clause and a Power of Sale Deed which grants power from the owner of the land object (as the seller/party who has the debt/debtor) to the debtor (as the buyer/party who gives the receivable/creditor) to transfer land rights. Debtors who suffer losses because they do not intend to sell the land can file an effort to cancel the agreement. Based on the problem approach (statute approach), conceptual approach (conceptual approach), and case approach (case approach), namely various decisions that have legal force, it can still be concluded that the Supreme Court and lower courts have maintained the unity of law application and consistency of decisions, especially regarding legal smuggling. Sale-Purchase Agreements and Absolute Power of Attorney Clauses Made Based on Debts and Receivables, by declaring such agreements null and void by law even if the agreement is made based on a Notarial Deed or Authentic Deed. Application for cancellation of agreement due to fraud, coercion or abuse of circumstances (misbruik van omstandigheden).

Abstract

The School Literacy Movement (GLS) is a government program that involves reading non-textbooks for 15 minutes before learning begins. Teacher participation is needed to encourage the implementation of activities to run smoothly. As supervisors of implementing activities, teachers can undoubtedly understand the conditions for implementing activities well, so it is essential to know the teachers' perceptions. This research analyses teachers' perceptions of implementing GLS at MAN 1 Banjarmasin. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and document study. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman references: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This research shows that teacher perceptions can be seen from the teacher's understanding of the implementation of GLS and students' literacy skills. It can be concluded that teachers' perceptions of GLS can vary depending on influencing factors. Teachers are expected to be able to provide encouragement and support through innovation to increase students' interest in reading and literacy skills.

Abstract

The ability to speak English is a must to survive in global competition. As education people always try and want to explore to improve the quality of graduates who are better with a variety of methods, but the results are still not satisfactory as expected. Various attempts to improve English learning outcomes have been carried out through suitable and fun learning models using in-service and on-service training systems, but after completing the training many teachers returned to the old teaching method (teacher centered). Communicative approach methods / approaches have not been implemented so that the results achieved have not been improved. Of the four English language skills, the lowest score is speaking skills. The main cause is the low student interest in learning and the use of media that is less interesting, coupled with teaching and learning activities in the classroom that are boring. Seeing this kind of teacher creativity is needed, for example by conducting teaching and learning activities based on visual illustration media according to the tastes of the child but so that it can meet the demands of the curriculum and keep abreast of technological developments. The research method used is to use the concept of Action Research Class which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation and reflection. Classroom action research on improving speaking English by applying cybernetic learning theory and visual illustration media carried out over two cycles is able to be an alternative learning reference for teachers and students who are fun.

Abstract

This research is designed to improve process's quality and student's achievement and speaking learning using in application of cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media. This research was conducted for two cycler in the ninth grade of SMP Negeri 1 Sukabumi City. The class consist of 23 boys and 22 girls. Many procedures in this research. Firstly, planning plan. Secondly, implementation, and thirdly, observation or reflection. From the first cycle to the end we use to get data was analyzed qualitatively. The result can be looked of that the application of cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media can improve English speaking skill. According to the result have gotten can be conclution firsly. Cybernetic theory and visual illustration media can improve studen's skill for speaking English. Secondly, cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media can be improve student's creative's or get more spirit for creative speaking. Based and the last result, the researcher proposes some suggestions. 1. An English teachers is suggested to use the apllication of cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media for learning speaking. 2. An English teacher is suggested to create for interesting class to the student's like to stay in it and study better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan penjelas yang teruji tentang pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai, kompetensi terhadap loyalitas pegawai, motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai, kompetensi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dalam Perumda Pasar jaya kantor Area 7 Jakarta Timur. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif . Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Perumda Pasar Jaya kantor Area 7 jakarta Timur. dan objeknya adalah kompetensi, motivasi kerja, loyalitas pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 40 pegawai, semuanya dijadikan satu kesatuan pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, pencatatan dokumen, wawancara langsung dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pegawai, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pegawai, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif Pada loyalitas pegawai, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai Di Perumda Pasar Jaya Kantor Area 7 Jakarta Timur.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, Loyalitas

Abstract

In the 21st century, rapid technological development has led to various new innovations, especially in educational media. This requires teachers to be able to use various types of educational media as a result of technological advancements. Quizizz can be a solution for teachers to utilize existing technology, making the learning process more engaging. The research method used in this study is a quantitative experimental method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Independent t-test. From the data analysis results using IBM SPSS version 25, it was found that there is a difference in the average post-test scores between the experimental class and the control class with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001. Therefore, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This indicates that the use of Quizizz as a learning medium has an impact on students' interest in learning History at SMAN 1 Alalak.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Keling Desa Kalijaga Tengah tepatnya di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur,an (TPQ) Al-Alifa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak-anak santri TPQ terhadap ilmu agama. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah mentoring dan partisipasi aktif. Dengan metode tersebut kami menemukan bahwa pembelajaran Diniyah yang dilaksanakan oleh TPQ Al-Alifa telah berjalan dengan baik terutama dalam pembelajaran Iqra (belajar membaca Al-Qur,an). Namun keadaan tersebut tidak ditemukan dalam pembelajaran agama sehingga anak-anak santri TPQ tidak memiliki pengetahuan agama Islam dasar yang memadai. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut kami mengadakan mentoring dan partisipasi aktif guna untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaa Islam dasar bagi santri TPQ.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rasa ingin tahu dan minat generasi muda terhadap sejarah lokal di Kota Banjarmasin mulai memudar. Untuk mengembalikan minat yang sempat memudar serta melestarikan situs dan peninggalan sejarah tersebut, maka dibentuk lah organisasi atau komunitas yaitu Borneo Historical Community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perkembangan, program kerja dan kendala yang dihadapi organisasi BHC dalam membangun kesadaran sejarah lokal di Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah, melalui tahapan heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi dan historiografi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder berupa sumber atau benda lisan. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada ketua dan pendiri organisasi BHC untuk mengetahui lebih detail mengenai visi, misi, tujuan dan sejarah terbentuknya organisasi. Untuk data sekunder, penulis mencari dan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui studi literatur, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dalam hal ini penulis melakukan observasi dengan mendatangi langsung lokasi penelitian di tempat atau situs bersejarah yang ada di Banjarmasin, seperti Kampung Arab, Pasar Sudimampir, dan pabrik peninggalan Belanda (NV Handel Maatschappij Oentjeng). Program kerja BHC tahun 2019-2022 mengalami perkembangan meskipun pelaksanaannya masih dilakukan secara online. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain seminar atau webinar hingga pertemuan dengan komunitas pecinta sejarah di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2022, kegiatan kios buku dan pelatihan menjadi Tour Guide dilaksanakan secara offline. Kendala yang dihadapi BHC dalam melaksanakan program kerja tahun 2019-2022 adalah keterlibatan anggota dalam melaksanakan kegiatan terkadang tidak sebesar jumlah anggota yang terdaftar dalam BHC itu sendiri, sehingga terjadi ketimpangan dan ketidakselarasan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan. program kerja.Abstract: The younger generation's curiosity and interest in local history in the city of Banjarmasin has begun to fade. To restore interest that had faded and preserve the historical sites and relics, an organization or community, the Borneo Historical Community, was formed. This research aims to explain the developments, work programs and obstacles faced by the BHC organization in building local historical awareness in the City of Banjarmasin. This research uses historical methods, through heuristic, verification, interpretation and historiography stages. The type of data collected uses primary data and secondary data in the form of oral sources or objects. Primary data was collected through interviews with the chairman and founder of the BHC organization to find out more details about the vision, mission, goals and history of the formation of the organization. For secondary data, the author searched for and collected sources relevant to the research conducted through literature study, documentation and observation. In this case, the author made observations by going directly to the research location in historical places or sites in Banjarmasin, such as the Arab Village, Sudimampir Market, and the Dutch heritage factory (NV Handel Maatschappij Oentjeng). The BHC work program from 2019-2022 is experiencing development, although its implementation is still carried out online. Activities carried out include seminars or webinars to meetings with the history lover community in Indonesia. In 2022, book stall activities and training to become a Tour Guide will be carried out offline. The obstacle for the BHC when implementing the work program from 2019-2022 is that the involvement of members in carrying out activities is sometimes not as large as the number of members registered within the BHC itself, so there is inequality and misalignment when they carry out the work program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi, pengalaman dan penempatan tenaga kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Wohlrab Indonesia Batam sebanyak 180 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapat sampel sebanyak 65 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen, seleksi, pengalaman dan penempatan tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan. Secara parsial rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan pengalaman tidak signifikan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Pengalaman dan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja.
