Abstract

The Qur'an is a holy book that has specific rules for its recitation so that the meanings contained within it can be correctly understood. Errors in pronunciation can affect the meaning and the purpose of worship. After the tsunami, the ability of the people of Glee Bruek to recite the Qur'an has shifted, particularly in the application of Tajweed rules. This study aims to identify the ability and efforts of the Glee Bruek community in improving the quality of Qur'an recitation after the tsunami, in accordance with Tajweed principles. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the limited ability to recite the Qur'an in the Glee Bruek community is due to the loss of many religious leaders in the tsunami. However, the community has started to rebuild places for Qur'anic study in their homes. The conclusion of this study is that the effort to rebuild places of Qur'anic study plays an important role in improving the quality of Qur'anic recitation in Glee Bruek.

Abstract

The principle of ta'awun (mutual assistance) is a fundamental Islamic value that promotes solidarity and shared responsibility. Its practical application in contemporary, culturally diverse societies often encounters significant challenges. This study investigates how the residents of Ie Meulee Village, Sukajaya Subdistrict, Sabang City, practiced ta'awun in responding to Rohingya refugees stranded in the area during December 2023. Employing a qualitative methodology, the study collected data through observations, interviews with 14 informants—including village officials, religious leaders, community members, and refugees—and document analysis. The findings reveal varied interpretations and implementations of ta'awun, shaped by factors such as religious education, the social environment, and economic constraints. While residents with strong religious knowledge exhibited proactive assistance, others provided help spontaneously or hesitated due to existing prejudices. This study underscores the importance of inclusive religious education, community-based social programs, and local policies to foster cross-cultural solidarity, ensuring the sustainable application of ta'awun values in multiethnic societies.

Abstract

One strategy to enhance employee performance is through the implementation of training and development programs. The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of “training and development of human resources” on employee performance at PT Sumber Anugrah Prima located in Samarinda. The methodology used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted within PT Sumber Anugrah Prima and used saturated sampling technique, where 63 employees were used as respondents. The results of the analysis show that both individually and simultaneously, the variables of training and career development have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sumber Anugrah Prima Samarinda. The R Square value obtained is 0.701, or 70.1%, indicating that training and career development make a substantial contribution to improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Text-Based Learning and Independent Study Habits of Class VI Students at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia (2023/2024) regarding Fiction Text Writing Skills. This research is quantitative research, which can be interpreted as a type of research activity whose specifications are systematic, planned, and structured. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics. So, this research uses statistical inference. The results of the research hypothesis are accepted or there is a very strong influence on text-based learning on the skills of writing fiction texts in class VI at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia. The hypothesis is rejected or there is no influence on text-based learning, independent study habits on fiction text writing skills in class VI at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia. There is a very strong influence after implementing text-based learning on the skills of writing fiction texts in class VI at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia. Increasing their knowledge through studying texts, especially the closest culture in the region of origin with the aim of being able to use it as a way to preserve the uniqueness of the region, can also be used as something of value for tourism, especially in the Central Lombok region.

Abstract

Penyebab kegagalan dalam memberikan ASI karena faktor psikologis, masalah pada payudara ibu, kurangnya pengetahuan ibu serta kurangnya rangsangan hormon oksitosin dan prolaktin yang berperan dalam kelancaran produksi ASI, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya alternatif berupa pijat oksitosin. Pijat oksitosin merupakan pemijatan sepanjang tulang belakang (tulang vertebrae sampai tulang costae kelima-enam). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu post partum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Moncobalang Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pra eksperimen dengan one group pre test dan post test design yaitu menggunakan satu kelompok perlakuan dan tanpa menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 24 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi. Teknik analisa data yaitu menggunakan uji Paired sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai mean pre test (73,75) dan post test (117,71) mengalami peningkatan konsentrasi dengan nilai t = -30,469 dan nilai p = 0,000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu postpartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Moncobalang Kabupaten Gowa. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pijat oksitosin dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu metode non farmakologi untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu postpartum. Diharapkan pijat oksitosin dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam melakukan upaya promotif terhadap peningkatan pemberian ASI eksklusif.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah menengah atas. Salah satu platform desain digital yang mudah diakses dan digunakan oleh guru adalah Canva. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan Canva sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Geografi di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru SMA yang Mengajar pembelajaran Geografi dengan memanfaatkan media berbasis Canva. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Wawancara, observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, serta dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan belajar siswa setelah penerapan media Canva, yang ditunjukkan melalui meningkatnya partisipasi aktif, perhatian siswa terhadap materi, serta motivasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Media Canva dinilai mampu menyajikan materi Geografi secara visual, menarik, dan kontekstual sehingga mendorong interaksi siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan Canva sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Geografi di SMA. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan Canva sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran digital yang efektif dan relevan dengan tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership on teacher work loyalty, the influence of teacher work culture on teacher work loyalty, and find out whether there is an effect of principal leadership and teacher work culture together on teacher work loyalty. The research method used is a survey using a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population of all elementary school teachers in Cluster IV, Bukit Kapur sub-district, Dumai City was 117 teachers, with a total sample of 91 teachers. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct positive influence of principal's leadership on teacher work loyalty, there is a direct positive influence of teacher work culture on teacher work loyalty and there is an influence of principal's leadership and teacher work culture on teacher work loyalty together.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media game edukasi Kahoot terhadap hasil belajar siswa tema III sub-tema I kelas IV di SD Negeri 40/X Sungai Itik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen Design). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 40/X Sungai Itik Desa Bambel Gabungan, Kec. Bambel, Kab. Aceh Tenggara, jumlah subjek dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang siswa yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh media Game Edukasi Kahoot terhadap hasil belajar siswa tema III sub-tema I kelas IV SD Negeri 40/X Sungai Itik. Yang menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji-t yang dilakukan memperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil (<) dari taraf uji-t signifikan 0,05 atau 0,000 <0,05 (p). Maka pada uji hipotesis ini dapat diketahui dari hasil belajar siswa dalam mengungkapkan bahwa Ha diterima sedangkan Ho ditolak. Sehingga ditarik kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh media game edukasi kahoot terhadap hasil belajar siswa tema III sub-tema I kelas IV SD Negeri 40/X Sungai Itik.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the transition from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to Primary School (PS) by building school readiness. Utilizing an analysis of relevant articles published between 2020-2024 from Google Scholar with the keyword "Transition ECE-PS," this research explores factors supporting children's readiness for this transition phase. The research method involves examining the role of teachers, the utilization of technology, the involvement of parents, and the psychological aspects of children as crucial elements in fostering this readiness. Through understanding the findings from various studies, this research provides foundation for educational stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of ECE-PS transition programs. In conclusion, comprehensive and evidence-based strategies are needed to create a positive transition experience for children in their early education stages.
