Abstract

Abstract In this era of globalization or better known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Technology trend, digital marketing is the most effective place to increase sales of a brand, and Realizm87 is no exception. This study examines the relationship between three variables, namely content marketing (X) as an independent variable, consumer engagement (Z) as a mediating variable, and online purchasing decisions (Y) as a dependent variable. This research method is quantitative research with descriptive research type. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 96 consumers who bought Realizm87 products online. Based on the results of the study, it was found that attractive content marketing will increase consumer engagement and online purchasing decisions. High Consumer Engagement will increase online purchasing decisions. Attractive content marketing through high consumer engagement will improve online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Daya Tarik Iklan terhadap Keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi Kesadaran Merek (studi kasus pada pembeli Sepeda Motor Beat pada Dealer Agung Sejahtera Motor di Kecamatan Lawang Malang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan member yang pernah terpapar informasi mengenai produk sepeda motor beat di Dealer Agung Sejahtera Motor dan pembeli sepeda motor beat di lokasi Kecamatan Lawang Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling, dan metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Data diproses melalui software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik iklan yang semakin baik dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan keputusan pembelian pada suatu produk. Kesadaran merek berperan sebagai mediasi atas pengaruh daya Tarik iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepeda motor beat pada Dealer Agung Sejahtera Motor di Kecamatan Lawang Malang.Kata Kunci: Daya Tarik Iklan, Kesadaran Merek, Keputusan Pembelian.AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising attractiveness on purchasing decisions mediated by brand awareness (a case study on Beat Motorcycle buyers at the Agung Sejahtera Motor Dealer in Lawang District, Malang). The population in this study is based on members who have been exposed to information about beat motorcycle products at the Agung Sejahtera Motor Dealer and beat motorcycle buyers in the Lawang District of Malang. The sampling technique in this study used Non-Probability Sampling, and the sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were 50 people. The data is processed through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software.The results showed that the better the attractiveness of advertising can increase brand awareness and purchase decisions on a product. Brand awareness acts as a mediation for the influence of advertising attractiveness on the purchase decision of beat motorbikes at the Agung Sejahtera Motor Dealer in Lawang District, Malang.Keywords: Advertising Appeal, Brand Awareness, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasional dalam memoderasi hubungan kepribadian terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Pesenkopi.id di Kota Malang. Subjek penelitian ini ialah karyawan Pesenkopi.id di Kota Malang. Objek penelitian ini ialah kepribadian (X), budaya organisasional (Z), dan kinerja (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatory research. Analisis data dalam rangka menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model multivariat Structural Equation Models (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Sampel dari ini secara menyeluruh adalah karyawan pesenkopi.id yang berjumlah 55 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini ialah kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan budaya organisasional mampu memoderasi hubungan kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan Pesenkopi.id di Kota Malang. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini ialah menciptakan karakteristik kepribadian yang lebih berperan optimal, dan meningkatnya budaya organisasi yang semakin kuat guna untuk meningkatkan performa atau kinerja pada Pesenkopi.id Kota Malang, serte keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah faktor kejujuran responden dalam mengisi kuesioner penelitian tidak menunjukkan hasil yang sebenarnya.Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Budaya Organisasional, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the role of organizational culture in moderating the relationship of personality to performance in  employees Pesenkopi.id in Malang City. The subjects of this study were Pesenkopi.id employees in Malang City. The objects of this study are personality (X), organizational culture (Z), and performance (Y). This study used quantitative research with an explanatory research type. Data analysis in order to test hypotheses in this study using a multivariate Structural Equation Models (SEM) model with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The sample of this as a whole was pesenkopi.id employees totaling 55 respondents. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The results obtained in this study are that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture is able to moderate the relationship of personality to employee performance Pesenkopi.id in Malang City. The implication in this study is to create personality characteristics that play a more optimal role, and the increase in organizational culture that is getting stronger in order to improve performance or performance in Pesenkopi.id Malang City, as long as the limitations of this study are that the respondents' honesty factor in filling out the research questionnaire did not show actual results. Keywords: Personality, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak budaya hierarkis pada pameran perwakilan yang diarahkan oleh lingkungan moral di Bapenda Kota Malang. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 32 oíang. Strategi pengujian yang digunakan adalah prosedur contoh yang direndam. Berdasarkan informasi kasar yang dikumpulkan dari responden, kemudian ditangani melalui pemrograman: 1) Microsoft Office yang menghasilkan data atau informasi untuk motivasi di balik membedah kualitas responden dan atribut faktor; dan 2) Cerdik Halfway Least Square yang menghasilkan data atau informasi sebagai uji jalan, dan uji faktual parametrik atau uji spekulasi. Itulah hasil yang ditunjukkan: 1)   budaya hierarkis secara total memengaruhi pelaksanaan perwakilan, 2) lingkungan moral secaía signifikan memengaruhi koneksi budaya otoritatif. dengan eksekusi pekerja.Kata Kunci : budaya otoritatif, eksekusi representatif, lingkungan moral. AbstractThis study aims to determine the impact of hierarchical culture on representative exhibitions directed by the moral environment at Bapenda Malang City. The respondents of this study amounted to 32 people. The testing strategy used is the immersion sample procedure. Based on the rough information collected from the respondents, then handled through programming: 1) Microsoft Office which produces data or information for the motivation behind dissecting the respondent's quality and attribute factors; and 2) Cerdik Halfway Least Square which produces data or information as a road test, and parametric factual test or speculation test. These are the results shown: 1) hierarchical culture totally influences the practice of representation, 2) the moral environment significantly influences authoritative cultural connections. with worker execution.Keywords: authoritative culture, representative execution, moral environment.

Abstract

AbstrakStudi ini berencana untuk memutuskan dampak dari kualitas pekerjaan terhadap tekanan kerja dan saran keandalannya pada organisasi air minum di Kota Batu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja organisasi air minum provinsi di Kota Batu dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 74 responden. Teladan sangat penting untuk jumlah dan kualitas yang digerakkan oleh penduduk. Jika populasi lengkapnya di bawah 100 orang, contoh habis-habisan adalah seluruh populasi atau studi registrasi. Jenis informasi yang digunakan adalah informasi opsional yang diperoleh melalui survei. Terlebih lagi, teknik pemeriksaan jalan sebagai penyelidikan informasi khusus. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, maka diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap pengabdian, sedangkan variabel tekanan kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak masif terhadap keandalan., Oleh karena itu, perusahaan diharapkan dapat lebih mempertimbangkan beban kerja yang akan diberikan kepada pegawainya serta memberikan kesempatan bagi pegawainya untuk mengetahui umpan balik atas pekerjaannya sehingga pegawai tetap bertahan dalam perusahaan.Kata Kunci: karakteristik Pekerjaan, Stres Kerja, Loyalitas AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics on work stress and its implications for loyalty to drinking water companies in Batu City. The population in this study were all employees of the regional drinking water company in Batu City using a sample of 74 respondents. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. if the total population is less than 100 people, then the total sample is the entire population or a census study. The type of data used is secondary data obtained through a questionnaire. And path analysis method as a technical data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the job characteristics variable had a positive and significant effect on loyalty, while the work stress variable had a positive but not significant effect on loyalty. feedback on their work so that employees remain in the company.Keywords: Job characteristics, Job Stress, Loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak         Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menarik kesimpulan dalam hubungan yang mendasari pengaruh strategi promosi melalui social nedia terhadap keputusan peminjaman kredit yang dimoderasikan oleh word of mouth marketing. Peneliti telah menetapkan obyek penelitian berupa promosi melalui social media (X),  word of mouth marketing (Z), keputusan peminjaman kredit (Y). peneliti juga telah menetapkan subyek penelitian yaitu Debitur PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Wates Kabupaten Blitar. Penarikan sample menggunakan metode Non Probability Sampling yang mengacu pada data primer dengan memanfaatkan olahan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penyebaran kuisionair juga telah peneliti lakukan guna menarik data serta informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian, hingga akhirnya mendapatkan 50 responden yang bersedia membantu jalannya penelitian. Memanfaatkan jenis penelitian terdahulu yang termuat dalam data sekunder dengan tujuan mendapatkan data yang konkrit. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah 1) promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan peminjaman kredit melalui sosial media. 2) promosi dilakukan melalui sosial media sangat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan peminjaman kredit yang dimoderasikan oleh word of mouth marketing. Researchers have determined the object of research in the form of promotion through social media (X), word of mouth marketing (Z), credit lending decisions (Y). the researcher has also determined the research subject, namely the debtor of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Wates Unit Blitar Regency. Sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method which refers to primary data by utilizing processed data using quantitative methods. The researchers also conducted questionnaires to collect the data and information needed in the research, until finally getting 50 respondents who were willing to help with the research. Utilizing the types of previous research contained in secondary data with the aim of obtaining concrete data. The results of this study are 1) promotion has an effect on credit lending decisions through social media. 2) promotions carried out through social media are very influential on credit lending decisions which are moderated by word of mouth marketing.Keywords: word of mouth marketing, promotion strategy, social media

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana kemungkinan penerapan BOS (Blue Ocean Strategy) di Uniccrab Seafood Culinary Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan alat analisis skema ERRC 4 faktor, yaitu: Eliminate, Reduce, Raise and Create. Data diperoleh dari wawancara intensif terhadap 10 key informan yang berasal dari manajemen dan beberapa pelanggan Uniccrab Seafood Culinary. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Uniccrab Seafood Culinary harus menghapuskan citra makanan seafood yang mahal. Selain itu, juga perlu mengurangi turnover pegawai, meningkatkan pelayanan, promosi, serta berupaya meningkatkan inovasi. Hasil dari kerangka kerja ini memunculkan ide baru, yaitu Uniccrab perlu menciptakan suasana yang nyaman,   misalnya tempat yang rindang ketika pelanggan menikmati makan seafood dengan konsep yang alami.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan leader member exchange dalam mendorong peningkatan kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap OCB. Selain itu, untuk menemukan kekuatan mediasi kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 90 Pegawai Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu.  Bukti empiris yang diperoleh adalah  leader member exchange yang semakin tinggi mampu mendorong peningkatan kepuasan kerja, tetapi tidak mampu terhadap OCB. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja mampu berperan sebagai mediasi yang kuat atas pengaruh LMX terhadap OCB. Temuan ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif ketiga variabel penelitian yang mendapatkan tanggapan responden rata-rata tinggi, yang didukung oleh atasan membela pegawai asal jujur dalam indikator loyalty, pekerjaan sesuai keinginan dalam indikator kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan, dan memberikan saran kreatif rekan sekerja dalam indikator altruism.

Abstract

This research aims to accompany and develop digital marketing strategies as an effort to increase the tourist attraction of Pananggungan Pottery Village in Malang. Research methods include field observations to analyze conditions, potential and challenges in the village, interviews with various parties including local communities, pottery craftsmen, village administrators, tourists and related stakeholders, as well as FGDs to obtain input and suggestions regarding tourism development strategies. These results are the basis for developing development strategy recommendations, which are then complemented by digital marketing training assistance for the community and tourism actors. By implementing a targeted digital marketing strategy, this research seeks to strengthen the existence of Pananggungan Pottery Village as an attractive and sustainable tourist destination. The methods used in this research involve a series of qualitative approaches, including field observations, interviews with key stakeholders, and FGDs. Field observations provide a comprehensive picture of village conditions, while interviews provide an opportunity to hear the voices of various stakeholders. FGDs were held to gather ideas and further input from stakeholders. Recommendations for tourism development strategies are strengthened by accompanying digital marketing training as a concrete step in implementing the proposed solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of transformational leadership on managerial performance through organizational commitment to national strategic projects in Kolaka Regency, South East Sulawesi. Theoretically, the results of this research are expected to enrich and complement the body of knowledge in the field of human resource management so that it can be useful for academics and practitioners. This research is explanatory research that examines and explains the research variables in a cross-sectional manner. The quantitative approach is used as the main analytical method, supported by a qualitative approach. The research population is employees who occupy the positions of first-line managers, middle managers, and top managers in the national strategic project area. The research sample consisted of 68 respondents using proportional random sampling and was analyzed using structural equation modeling (partial least squares) (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has no role in improving managerial performance; transformational leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment; organizational commitment plays a role in improving managerial performance; and transformational leadership mediated by organizational commitment has no role in improving managerial performance.
