Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of leadership and integrity on the performance of Bappeda Litbang Jembrana Regency employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all 34 employees. The sample uses nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that leadership plays a role in improving employee performance. Leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment. Integrity plays a role in improving employee performance. Integrity plays a role in increasing organizational commitment. Organizational commitment plays a role in improving employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in mediating leadership in improving employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in mediating integrity in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of individual characteristics and work ethic on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees of the Singosari Community Health Center, Malang Regency. The sample is determined by census or saturated sample. Empirical evidence shows that individual characteristics and work ethic have a significant effect on organizational commitment, but on employee performance, individual characteristics do not have a significant effect. The mediating role of organizational commitment is significant, both for the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance and the influence of work ethic on the performance of employees at the Singosari Health Center, Malang Regency

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of integrity, organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of DPRD members which is mediated by work motivation. The research sites were in 3 different locations, namely North Penajam Paser Regency DPRD, Paser Regency DPRD, Balikpapan City DPRD with a population of 89 DPRD members. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula, namely 73 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the technique taken, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that better integrity can encourage increased performance. Better integrity can encourage increased work motivation. Even though the organizational culture is getting stronger, it is not able to encourage increased performance. Even though the organizational culture is getting stronger, it is not able to encourage increased work motivation. A higher leadership style can encourage increased performance. A higher leadership style can encourage increased work motivation. Higher work motivation can encourage increased performance. Work motivation is able to play a role in mediating some of the indirect effects of integrity on performance. Work motivation is unable to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of organizational culture on performance. Work motivation is able to play a role in mediating some of the indirect effects of leadership style on performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of transformational leadership abilities and motivation in encouraging improvements in teacher performance, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to 82 teachers of SMAN 1 Kejayan and SMAN 1 Lumbang, Pasuruan Regency. The sample is determined by census or saturated sample. Empirical evidence shows that both transformational leadership and motivation are able to encourage increased teacher performance, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can act as a strong mediator

Abstract

This research is conducted to investigate of entrepreneurship orientation, environment dynamic, and management skills of the entrepreneur towards performance. The research is applied to the small and middle enterprise (SME) of embroidery industries in east java which have to encounter dynamic and uncertain environment and high intensity competition and need good management skills in order to win in the competition. The population of the research is the entrepreneurs who are also the owners and managers of the small and middle embroidery industries in east java. The total samples were 314 samples taken from 5 research areas. Meanwhile, the testing of the influence of management skills variable not have an effect on improvement of performance SME.

Abstract

Madinah Malang in the future using the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, SWOT Matrix, I-E Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. Quantitative method. Research settings at the Madinah Malang Restaurant. The results showed that the ability of Malang Medina Restaurant Shops with IFAS and EFAS were able to exploit their weaknesses. At the decision making stage with QSPM, the alternative strategy chosen was the Market Development Strategy at the Madinah Malang Restaurant Shop. This strategy has a TAS score of 6,595. Limitations / Implications for research need to increase Promotion by utilizing existing technology through mass media such as: Instagram, Facebook, Google.

Abstract

Abstract In this era of globalization or better known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Technology trend, digital marketing is the most effective place to increase sales of a brand, and Realizm87 is no exception. This study examines the relationship between three variables, namely content marketing (X) as an independent variable, consumer engagement (Z) as a mediating variable, and online purchasing decisions (Y) as a dependent variable. This research method is quantitative research with descriptive research type. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 96 consumers who bought Realizm87 products online. Based on the results of the study, it was found that attractive content marketing will increase consumer engagement and online purchasing decisions. High Consumer Engagement will increase online purchasing decisions. Attractive content marketing through high consumer engagement will improve online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and incentives on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Batu City. A quantitative approach was employed using a census method involving 55 employees. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS software. The results indicate that leadership and incentives have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Directly, both leadership and incentives also significantly impact employee performance, with incentives being the most dominant factor. However, a unique finding emerged: work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance and fails to function as a mediating variable in all relational models. This phenomenon suggests that employees work pragmatically based on standard operating procedures (SOP) and rigid bureaucratic obligations. The research implications suggest strengthening transparent incentive systems and instructional leadership to maintain organizational productivity stability.

Abstract

Kinerja perawat merupakan faktor kunci dalam menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Tingginya tuntutan kerja dapat menimbulkan stres kerja, sementara komitmen organisasi menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi perilaku kerja dan kinerja perawat. Organizational Citizenship Behavior berperan sebagai perilaku ekstra yang dapat memperkuat hubungan antara stres kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel mediasi di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 48 perawat yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior mampu memediasi pengaruh stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo. Stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan (P-Value 0,049 dan 0,021) terhadap kinerja perawat melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior, sehingga peningkatan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior berperan penting dalam memperkuat kinerja perawat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan stres kerja yang efektif, penguatan komitmen organisasi, serta peningkatan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Oleh karena itu, manajemen rumah sakit perlu mengembangkan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan perawat, membangun budaya organisasi yang positif, dan mendorong perilaku kerja ekstra guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan.
