Abstract

Hypertension is the beginning of various diseases that claimed the lives of so many people. Malignant disease commonly called the nickname "silent killer" which makes the patient trapped in the perception that he was in good health - just fine. High sodium intake is one of the main causes of primary hypertension, and family support is an alternative way of preventing sodium intake. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support for intake of sodium primary hypertension patients aged 45-59 years old. The research design used is descriptive correlative through cross sectional approach with the number of samples as many as 30 people in Puskesmas Dinoyo with sampling technique in total sampling. The data of the research were analyzed using spearman correlation and got the result of the respondents with the support of the family was in the category of less equal to 63,3% and sodium intake was in high category equal to 53,3%, result of analysis with correlation coefficient value equal to -0,534 with significance value equal to 0,002 which means the value of p <0.01 and Ha accepted that indicates a relationship between family support for sodium intake of hypertensive patients aged 45-59 years old at Puskesmas Dinoyo. The value of correlation coefficient of -0.534 which means the nature of the relationship is inversely proportional, the better the family support the lower the sodium intake. It is hoped that family members will give their maximum support to family members suffering from primary hypertension in terms of sodium intake.

Abstract

Community Service Activities for Basic Accounting Learning Innovation with a Business Coaching Method Approach involves business coaching practices for teachers of accounting and finance professional programs, to show ways that learning models can be applied with fun methods, a comfortable atmosphere, and encouraging students to be active and responsive to the material presented by the teacher. The partner in this activity is the MGMP of Accounting Teachers in Boyolali Regency, Central Java. The solution provided is business coaching for teachers of MGMP Accounting Teachers in Boyolali Regency. The objectives of this activity are to improve accounting teachers' understanding of accounting products, to improve teachers' ability to design accounting products, to use computers for designing accounting products, to use spreadsheets as a tool, and to encourage teachers to collaborate with workplace partners in assessing accounting product needs. The benefits of this activity include increased teacher competence in accounting and finance subjects. Implementing the service is through five stages: conducting pre-tests, training in business coaching methods, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. This activity increases the competence of subject teachers in accounting and finance programs in developing various learning methods for accounting subjects by the requirements of the Merdeka Curriculum, so it is hoped that students can better understand accounting practices in the business world.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and learning orientation as boosters of the impact of knowledge management on innovation. This study filling the gap of inconsistent relation among knowledge management on business innovation in small business context. This research analyzed a quantitative design using a survey method and SEM-PLS modeling. Questionnaires were distributed to 160 respondents, who were small business owners, using the inverse root square sample size method with purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the SEM-Warp PLS method. The research results indicate that market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and learning orientation significantly mediate the relationship between knowledge management and business innovation. These findings suggest that small entrepreneurs need to allocate time to enhance these three orientations through activities such as knowledge exploration, creation, and dissemination through entrepreneurial associations or business seminars or workshops, by doing so, they can promote increased innovation and improve their competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi terkait pemicu kecurangan akademik dan sejauh mana praktik kecurangan akademik mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk dan pemicu kecurangan akademik yang biasanya dilakukan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan melibatkan 104 mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi di Surakarta sebagai responden. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa masih terlibat dalam berbagai bentuk kecurangan seperti cheating, plagiarism, fabrication, dan facilitation. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kecurangan yang dilakukan mahasiswa disebabkan berbagai pemicu seperti, pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, dan arrogance. Penelitian ini menjadi dasar penelitian selanjutnya bagi praktisi pendidikan dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang mempertimbangkan dimensi pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, dan arrogance untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecurangan.

Abstract

Proses menua merupakan proses sepanjang hidup, tidak hanya dimulai dari suatu waktu tertentu, tetapi dimulai sejak permulaan kehidupan, salah satu hasil kesehatan di Indonesia adalah meningkatnya Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH). Tingginya UHH merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pencapaian pembangunan nasional terutama di bidang kesehatan. Bertambahnya usia seseorang, mengakibatkan kecepatan metabolisme tubuh lansia sedikit menurun. Masalah gizi yang biasanya terjadi pada lansia yaitu gizi kurang dan gizi lebih. Ditemukan persentasi lansia yang tinggal di daerah perkotaan yang mengalami gizikurang adalah 3,4%, berat badan kurang 28,3% , berat badan lebih 6,7%, obesitas 3,4% dan berat badan ideal 42,4%. Bertambahnya usia tetap berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan beraktifitas. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka (literature) yang ditinjau dari jurnal/artikel yang diteliti sebelumnya dan didapatkan 15 jurnal terbitan terbaru mulai tahun tahun 2014 – 2020 yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian yaitu tentang hubungan status gizi dengan kemampuan mobilisasi pada pasien lansia. Berdasarkan beberapa jurnal/artikel yang ditinjau, hasil dalam penelitian studi pustaka yaitu ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat status gizi dengan kemampuan mobilisasi pada lansia, dimana status gizi yang baik akan memberikan kesehatan fisik pada lansia untuk melakukan aktivitas sehingga mobilisasi akan meningkat. Lansia yang memiliki status gizi kurang mengalami penurunan mobilitas fisik sehingga menyebabkan lansia sulit dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari

Abstract

this study aims to determine the effect of critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills on the academic performance of students in the accounting and finance program, both partially and simultaneously. Using a descriptive quantitative method, the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that critical thinking skills partially had a significant effect on academic performance. Similarly, problem-solving skills show a significant partial effect. Simultaneously, both critical thinking and problem solving skills are proven to have a significant effect on the academic performance of students. This indicates that improving critical thinking and problem-solving skills is important to support the academic performance of accounting students.
