Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of brand trust as a mediating factor between brand image, product innovation, and consumer loyalty. The study encompasses an infinite number of consumers in Surakarta, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire. The findings reveal that brand image positively and significantly impacts consumer loyalty, while product innovation lacks a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Additionally, brand trust exhibits a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. Furthermore, brand image positively and significantly affects brand trust, as does product innovation. The study also indicates that brand image positively and significantly influences consumer loyalty through brand trust, and similarly, product innovation has a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty through brand trust. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of service quality (X1), timeliness of delivery (X2), and social media promotion (X3) on the decision to use goods delivery services (Y) at PT. Yogyakarta Logistics Achievement Forum. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 75 customers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method of analysis is the multiple linear regression test, simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). It was found that X1, X2, and X3 partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to use services. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows the quality of service, timeliness of delivery, and promotion of social media which can be explained by the service use decision variable of 79.3%. The coefficient of the variable that most influences the decision to use the service is the variable on the time of delivery.

Abstract

Pada umumnya umbi-umbian merupakan bahan sumber karbohidrat terutama pati. Umbi-umbian bukan saja harganya murah tetapi kandungan gizinya cukup banyak, sehingga kandungan gizinya tidak kalah dengan terigu. Selain sebagai sumber bahan makanan pokok pengganti beras, umbi-umbian dapat diolah menjadi berbagai penganan jajanan yang memiliki citarasa dan penampilan menarik, seperti bolu kukus, chiffon cake cassava (tepung singkong), donat, kue kering dari tepung cassava, dan memberi peluang usaha yang menjanjikan. Bentuk pengabdian yang diwujudkan dalam transfer Pelatihan Pengembangan Produk Jajanan Berbahan Dasar Ubi Ungu Sebagai Kontribusi Program Diversifikasi Konsumsi Pangan Untuk Meningkatkan Perekonomian Keluarga Di Gendingan RT 02/16 Kelurahan Jebres, Kecamatan Jebres dengan harapan bahwa pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal seperti umbi-umbian memberikan kontribusi dalam program diversifikasi konsumsi pangan yang sejak lama dicanangkan oleh pemerintah, terutama dapat mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat akan beras dan terigu. Abstract In general, tubers are a source of carbohydrates, especially starch. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan ini untuk menerapkan ilmu  pengetahuan dan  teknologi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan  masyarakat, khususnya dalam proses pengolahan produk yang berasal dari bahan lokal yakni keripik Ubi Ungu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan  manfaat dan menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan  yang dialami oleh  IKM  keripik  Ubi Ungu di Desa Karanglo Kecamatan Tawangmangu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada IKM Keripik Ubi Ungu adalah sebagi berikut : (1) Terbatasnya pengetahuan pada proses produksi, yakni proses produksi selama ini masih menggunakan cara tradisional. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pendampingan untuk proses produksi keripik ubi ungu dengan peralatan yang lebih modern agar hasil nya lebih optimal. (2) Pendampingan kemitraan dari dinas masih sangat kurang karena terbatasnya kerjasama, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan kemitraan kepada IKM keripik ubi ungu dan membuka akses kepada mitra-mitra yang lain untuk menjaring kerjasama, seperti dengan pemasok dan yang lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada IKM keripik Ubi Ungu di desa Karanglo Kecamatan Tawangmangu kabupaten Karanganyar sehingga dalam proses produksi dapat optimal serta para pengarjin /IKM dapat melakukan kerjasaam dengan banyak pihak . Kata kunci: IKM Kripik, Ubi Ungu, Pendampinagn Proses produksi dan Kemitraan

Abstract

Background: Job satisfaction among nurses may be influenced by competency, education, income level, or the work environment, such as the type of facility, management, professional or career deve-lopment, and access to resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of credentials, competence, career levels, and professionalism on the satisfaction among nurses in mental hospital.Subjects and Method: This was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in Surakarta, Central Java, from September to October 2022. A sample of 215 nurses from 22 Surakarta Mental Hospital was selected for this study. The dependent variable was satisfaction of nurses. The independent variables were credential, competence, career levels, and profesionalism. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multivariate linear regression.Results: Education master or doctor (b= 0.05; 95% CI= 0.03 to 0.15; p= 0.02), income (b= 1.47; 95% CI= 0.10 to 0.78; p= 0.04), competence (b= 1.20; 95% CI= 0.07 to 0.32; p= 0.002), career levels (b= 1.08; 95% CI= 0.05 to 0.35; p= 0.007), professionalism (b= 0.22; 95% CI= 0.06 to 0.10; p= 0.005) increased satisfaction and it was statistically significant. Credentials (b= 1.11; 95% CI= 0.006 to 0.67; p= 0.08), increased satisfaction, but it was statistically non-significant.Conclusion: Job satisfaction among nurses increases with high career levels, good competence, good professionalism, good credential, education ≥Diploma III, and high income.Keywords: career levels, competence, credential, job satisfaction, professionalism, nurse.Correspondence:Suminanto. Abstract

This study collects data through observation, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and case studies to examine the effects of leadership, communication skills, competence, and motivation. There were 1,084 workers surveyed from across 13 different offices and departments in the Klaten district. Purposive sampling is a technique used by academics. A total of 130 employees from various government offices in the Klaten regency will serve as the study's sample population (8 percent of the total population). Researchers will select 10 respondents from each office, agency, and department in the region. In this study, we used SPSS version 24 to conduct a multiple regression analysis. Research and analysis yielded variables measuring professionalism, integrity, productivity, and expertise in all areas of the Klaten provincial government's organizational structure for effective management. value of adjusted R square (R2) equal to 0.644%. Determination or contribution of variables such as professionalism, integrity, competence, and performance on the job to organizational effectiveness in the Klaten regency's administrative arm, the Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). The total increase in other variables, such as work ethic, workplace discipline, education, and so on, is just 35.6%.

Abstract

Hospitals, being service organizations, have a close link with resource management, including facilities, infrastructure, and human resources (HR), which include a diverse range of professions and a huge workforce. This study aims to examine the impact of incentives, competence, career development, and employee satisfaction on employee performance. This research approach employs quantitative research. The investigation was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital over a six-month period. The study's population consisted of 887 personnel from PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. This study used simple random sampling procedures to select 89 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaire approaches. Data analysis procedures included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination (R2). The findings revealed that incentives, competence, career development, and employee satisfaction had a substantial positive impact on staff performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. The determination coefficient test yielded an Adjusted R2 value of 0.553, or 55.3%, indicating that incentive provision, competence, career development, and employee satisfaction influence employee performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, with the remaining 44.7% explained by other variables

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze The influence of discipline on the work productivity of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java II, The influence of motivation on the work productivity of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java II, This research is categorized as a quantitative research type. The population and sample in this research were all employees at the Central Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, namely 151 people. And 50% of employees, namely 75 employees, were sampled, so this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was concluded that Discipline had a significant/not significant effect on work productivity at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, Motivation had a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, Competence has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, and Work culture has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in terms of service, facilities, price perception, and trust at the Surya Madina Surakarta Umrah Bureau. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, randomly selected 79 pilgrims, from a population of 786 Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods. Data processing in this study uses SPSS software version 30. The results of this study indicate that service, price perception, and trust have a positive and significant effect partially on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau. While facilities have a positive but not significant effect on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, workload, work environment, and occupational safety and health (K3) on the performance of employees of the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The population of the study was all employees working at the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, with a sampling technique using the census method, so that the number of research samples was 89 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of work motivation, workload, work environment, and occupational safety and health (K3) had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. Therefore, the management of the Health Center is advised to increase employee work motivation through awards and training, adjust the workload to be more proportional, create a comfortable and conducive work environment, and strengthen the implementation of occupational safety and health programs in order to improve employee performance optimally.
