Abstract

Student Literacy Tour in SDN Sukorambi 01 Jember for Improving Awarness and ConfidenceABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian dan kepercayaan diri siswa SDN Sukorambi 01 Jember dalam menulis pantun melalui Program Wisata Literasi Siswa (WLS). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) yang dilakukan berdasarkan analisis masalah dari ketercapaian Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL) di SDN Sukorambi 01 Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian tindakan yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis, S. & Mc. Taggart yang terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, 3) pengamatan/monitoring dan 4) refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian, ditunjukkan bahwa program WLS dapat meningkatkan kepedulian dan kepercayaan diri siswa melalui menulis pantun. WLS dilakukan dengan mengajak siswa mengunjungi lingkungan sekitar untuk mengapresiasi lingkungan yang dijadikan objek. Peningkatan hasil program WLS ditunjukkan pada kenaikan skor ketercapaian program WLS pada siklus I dari rata-rata skor 70 naik menjadi rata-rata skor 90 pada siklus II. Kata kunci: Wisata Literasi Siswa, Pantun, Tingkat Kepedulian Siswa, Tingkat Kepercayaan Diri Siswa, Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ABSTRACTThis study aims to increase the awareness and confidence of SDN Sukorambi 01 Jember students in writing poems through Wisata Literasi Siswa (WLS) Programs. This research is a school action research which was conducted based on problems analysis of the graduate competence standard achievement in SDN Sukorambi 01 Jember. This study uses an action research model developed by Kemmis, S. & Mc. Taggart consists of four stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) monitoring, and 4) reflection. Based on the research results, it is revealed that the WLS program can increase students' awareness and confidence through writing poems. WLS is held by inviting students to visit the surrounding environment to appreciate the environment which is used as an object. The increase in the WLS program results is shown in the increase in the WLS program achievement score. In the first cycle, it achieved from an average score of 70 increase to an average score of 90 in the second cycle. Keyword: Student Literacy Tour, Pantun, Student Awareness, Student Confidence, School Action Research

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the extent to which Kindergarten teachers in Prambanan District's motivation, competence, discipline, and work environment all have a role in shaping their students' academic and behavioral outcomes. Quantitative research methods are employed in this study. All 75 personnel from Prambanan District's kindergartens made up the study's population. This study used a census sampling method and collected data from 75 participants. Questionnaire-based information gathering. Statistical tests such the multiple linear regression test, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination were utilized in the data analysis process. The study found that the performance of kindergarten instructors in the Prambanan District was highly influenced by four factors at the same time: teachers' motivation, teachers' competence, teachers' discipline, and the kindergartens' work environments. Based on the results of this research, kindergartens in the Prambanan District have begun implementing changes to boost agricultural extension employees' motivation, competence, discipline, and overall productivity in the workplace. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand ambassadors and brand awareness on purchasing decisions and measure the role of brand image as a mediating variable in the influence of brand ambassadors and brand awareness on purchasing decisions on Erigo products. This model involves training variables as supporting variables. This research was applied to consumers of Erigo products in the Greater Solo area, the sample taken amounted to 100 respondents, with sampling using purposive sampling technique. This research was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS3 software. The results showed that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand ambassadors through brand image mediation have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. And brand awareness through brand image mediation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of brand trust as a mediating factor between brand image, product innovation, and consumer loyalty. The study encompasses an infinite number of consumers in Surakarta, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire. The findings reveal that brand image positively and significantly impacts consumer loyalty, while product innovation lacks a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Additionally, brand trust exhibits a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. Furthermore, brand image positively and significantly affects brand trust, as does product innovation. The study also indicates that brand image positively and significantly influences consumer loyalty through brand trust, and similarly, product innovation has a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty through brand trust.
