Abstract

Student Achievement of SMP Batik Surakarta Academic Year 2020 – 2021, Post Graduate Management Study Program, Batik Islamic University Surakarta, 2021 Student achievement is closely related to teacher competence, learning methods, and school infrastructure accompanied by student learning motivation, so it is necessary to conduct research related to it. This study aims to analyze the influence of competencies, teachers of learning methods, infrastructure, and motivation of students on student achievement at SMP Batik Surakarta Academic Year 2020 – 2021. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis quantifications. The research population of grade VIII students as many as 244 students of sampling techniques purposive sampling obtained a sample of 80 students ranked in the top ten schools. The results of researching teacher competence, learning methods, school infrastructure effect while the motivation of students' learning does not affect the learning quality of students of SMP Batik Surakarta Academic Year 2020 – 2021. Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas upaya pemberdayaan kelompok seni gamelan di Desa Jenisgelaran Kecamatan Bareng, Kabupaten Jombang, dalam rangka mempertahankan dan melestarikan budaya lokal. Permasalahan yang dimiliki oleh kelompok seni gamelan di desa ini yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mempertahankan dan melestarikan budaya lokal khususnya generasi muda sehingga regenerasi budaya menjadi terhambat, manajemen event organizer yang masih belum professional, serta kurang memadainya alat musik gamelan dan perlengkapan seni. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pertahanan dan pelestarian budaya lokal sehingga terwujudnya keinginan untuk meregenerasi budaya lokal, perbaikan tata kelola manajemen event organizer kelompok seni gamelan, serta perbaikan kualitas peralatan musik gamelan dan perlengkapan seni. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan tersebut berupa serangkaian kegiatan seperti penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pemberian modal. Berdasarkan hasil dari pre-test, post-test, dan wawancara yang dilakukan, hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat seputar manfaat pemertahanan dan pelestarian budaya lokal, meningkatnya keinginan masyarakat untuk meregenerasi budayanya, adanya perbaikan tata kelola event organizer, serta peningkatan kualitas perlengkapan alat musik gamelan dan perlengkapan seni.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of workload and burnout on employee performance, the effect of workload and burnout on employee motivation and the effect of employee motivation on employee performance in the Nutrition Installation of RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of research respondents was 36, which was determined by the total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (p value 0.000), employee workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p value 0.000), burnout had no effect on employee motivation (p value 0.269), employee burnout had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.284) and employee motivation had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.995). The suggestion of this research is that hospitals should support occupational safety and health, especially nutrition installation officers in informal workplaces through surveys and counseling while working for workers. Abstract

Patient satisfaction in hospital services can also be achieved from the service system provided by the hospital. Hospitals as health service institutions are required to provide fast, quality and affordable services to provide satisfaction for patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of waiting time, service quality, officer attitude and information technology on patient satisfaction at Aisyiyah Klaten Hospital. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of research respondents was 120, which was determined by accidental sampling technique. The results of the study showed that waiting time (p value 0.000), officer attitude (p value 0.008) and information technology (p value 0.015) had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction in health services at RSU 'Aisyiyah Klaten.The quality of service (p value 0.775) had no effect on patient satisfaction in health services at RSU 'Aisyiyah Klaten. The suggestion of this research is that information technology should be better and easily accessible so that patient satisfaction increases so that the quality of hospital services is even better. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel etos kerja, quality of work life, penghargaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Sensus dengan jumlah sampel 76 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis statistik yaitu uji regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja, quality of work life dan budaya organisasi  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun penghargaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi

Abstract

From the results of observations on the learning process in class VII A of SMP Negeri 25 Semarang, it shows that the interaction between teachers and students when learning takes place in the classroom tends to be one way. So the learning process is not optimal. In this regard, it is not surprising that learning outcomes to date are still far from what we expected. This is because children are still less active in receiving lessons, many are still hesitant in asking questions, are still shy when answering questions asked by the teacher, there are even some students who play around while the teacher is explaining. Student activity low levels also have an impact on learning outcomes, especially in the material of writing rhymes in Indonesian language subjects. This is because teachers have not found the right methods and approaches. Teachers more often use lecture methods and teacher-centered learning, so that students are less actively involved. As a result, students are passive in learning and the learning atmosphere becomes boring. One effort to solve the problem above is by applying popular song media. In this learning, students experience for themselves what they learn through discussion and group work so that it is hoped that their active role and student learning outcomes can improve. Therefore, this research focuses on improving students' learning process in rhyme writing material. This research is classroom action research carried out in class VII A of SMP Negeri 25 Semarang for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 32 students. The implementation of this classroom action consists of two cycles, each cycle includes four stages, namely: (1) planning (planning), (2) implementation (acting), (3) observation (observing), (4) reflection (reflecting) The results of the research show that there are quite significant change. The learning atmosphere is conducive, interesting and fun. Student activity, enthusiasm, enthusiasm and creativity increase. Students' ability to write rhymes increases. Students who obtained good category scores (75-84) from cycle 1, 7 children (15.63%) became 17 children (53.3%) in cycle 2. Based on the research results achieved, it can be concluded that the application of contextual learning and The use of popular song media for class VII A students can increase students' activeness and learning outcomes in writing rhymes.

Abstract

This article discusses how words from the Javanese language in Okky Madasari's novel Kerumunan Terakhir are preserved in the English translation of The Last Crowd by the same author. Translating from Javanese to English will certainly experience incompatibilities and strategies that can be used, but this does not happen because these words have their equivalents, and the novelist continues to use Javanese either directly, providing paraphrases, or include a translation in English. There are twelve data that use Javanese words, either at the word or sentence level. From the discussion of the overall data, it appears that the novelist tries to maintain the nuances of Javanese culture, especially Jogjakarta or more precisely, Puncak Suroloyo, Menoreh mountains, which of course is thick with the use of Javanese in their daily lives.

Abstract

There are various internet package providers that trigger competition between providers which makes producers compete to set strategies so they can win the competition. There are several factors to consider for consumers to repurchase a product including customer experience, consumer trust and brand image. the purpose of this study to determine the effect of customer experience, trust and brand image on the intention to repurchase internet packages in Karanganyar. in this study using quantitative research methods. Population used are smartfren internet package users in Karanganyar who use it more than once, the number of which cannot be known and is included in the unlimited population category, the sample used is 100 respondents. Targeted sampling methods that use low-probability sampling techniques. The data collection used consists of observations, documentation, questionnaires, interviews and literature research. Data analysis techniques include statistical analysis such as multiple regression test, F-test, T-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this survey have a positive and significant impact on the intention to purchase Smartfren internet packages in Karanganyar. Abstract

Loyalty in Terms of Competencies, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Rewards (Study of Hospital Occupational Therapists in the Surakarta). This study aims to determine and explain the effects of Competencies, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Rewards on Hospital Occupational Therapists in Surakarta. The population is all Occupational Therapists who work in Hospitals in Surakarta, the number of which is 37. The sampling technique uses the census method with a total sample of 37 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that competence, organizational culture, work environment, and rewards have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of hospital occupational therapists in the Surakarta area. This means that the higher the level of competence, organizational culture, work environment and rewards, the higher the employee loyalty, conversely the lower the level of competence, the lower employee loyalty can be. Competency, Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Rewards variables contributed to Loyalty by 57.1% while the remaining 43.9% was explained by other variables not proposed in this study. Suggestions from this research, Hospitals need to selectively provide improvement programs competence, rewards, and opportunities to practice Occupational Therapy by applying Organizational Culture at work in a conducive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Klaten Regency Education Office. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in all employees who work in the Klaten Regency Education Office is 86 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Census technique with a sample of 86 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination.The results showed that professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline had an effect on employee performance at the Klaten Regency Education Office.Suggestions from this research, the Education Office of Klaten Regency continues to improve professionalism, placement, experience and work discipline, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.
