Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari korelasi Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) terhadap Hemoglobin (Hb) setelah aktivitas fisik pada anak prapubertas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Korelasional, Subjek terdiri dari 20 anak laki – laki yang masuk dalam ktiteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengukuran kadar Hb menggunakan metode Hematin, pengambilan darah kapiler 24 jam setelah setelah subjek melakukan aktivitas fisik modifikasi bola voli. Untuk pengukuran IMT menggunakan Rumus (Berat badan / Tinggi Badan²). Nilai IMT dan kadar Hemoglobin di analisis menggunakan SPSS 25 untuk mengetahui uji normalitas data dengan Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Apabila data tidak berdistribusi normal maka dilakukan uji korelasi Spearman dan dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis Kruskal-Wallis. Jika data normal maka menggunakan koefisien korelasi Pearson (r) dan CI 95% telah dipertimbangkan untuk uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian 20 subjek menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi p-value sebesar 0,16 (P>0,05) dengan mean IMT sebesar 20,43 kg/m2 dan kadar Hb sebesar 15,51 g/dL. Dan hasil uji korelasi, signifikansi korelasi antara IMT dengan Hemoglobin nilai p-value adalah 0,019 (P<0,05). dan nilai korelasi pearson 0,521 (Korelasi kuat). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif indeks massa tubuh terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada anak prapubertas setelah aktivitas fisik.

Abstract

Sepak bola merupakan olahraga kompetitif yang mengandalkan kekuatan fisik, teknik dan taktik serta daya jelajah yang tinggi. Hasil dari sebuah pertandingan dalam bentuk kemenangan maupun kekalahan, bisa dikaji dalam bentuk evaluasi. Salah satu cara atau metode yang digunakan dalam mengambil data pemain dalam pertandingan maupun latihan adalah dengan penggunaan alat Assisted-GPS. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui performa pemain Persik Kediri setelah pertandingan menggunakan Assisted-GPS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain Persik Kediri yang diberi menit bermain saat melawan Persita Tangerang pada tanggal 7 Februari 2025. Jumlah pemain yang terlibat sebanyak 16 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat Assisted-GPS berupa Polar FT7. Variabel yang diteliti adalah jarak total, jarak per menit, jarak total lari pendek, kecepatan maksimal. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah jarak total dengan kategori persentase 44% sangat rendah, jarak per menit dengan kategori persentase 50% sangat rendah, total lari jarak pendek dengan kategori persentase 56% sangat rendah, kecepatan maksimal dengan kategori persentase 50% sangat tinggi. Penyesuaian latihan dilakukan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan fisik dan taktis individu maupun tim, seperti perubahan kecepatan mendadak, lompatan, dan tabrakan, memungkinkan tim untuk mengevaluasi tingkat stres pada tubuh pemain. Kesimpulannya, data pergerakan yang diperoleh dapat dipergunakan untuk memahami bagaimana pemain bergerak di lapangan dan menyesuaikan formasi atau strategi permainan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of a cooperative game-based learning model on the learning outcomes of volleyball playing skills in Dampit State Junior High School students. This study applied experimental method with pretest-posttest group design. The research sample included 60 students from class VIII who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received the intervention of a game-focused cooperative learning model, while the control group underwent learning with conventional methods. The data obtained in this study were taken through testing volleyball playing skills and observation sheets. The results showed that there was a significant difference in learning outcomes of volleyball playing skills between the experimental group and the control group with a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 > 0.05. The maximum value on the pre-test of game-based cooperative learning is 85 on conventional learning 80. The minimum score on the posttest of game-based cooperative learning was 93 and on conventional learning was 82. The average value in game-based cooperative learning pre-test 76.95, posttest 85.70 while in conventional learning pre-test 74.60 and posttest 77.35, from the results of learning improvement it can be concluded that there are differences in the improvement of student learning outcomes better control class than conventional. This shows that the application of a game-focused collaborative learning model is effective in improving the learning outcomes of volleyball playing skills among Dampit State Junior High School students.

Abstract

Mental health problems, like depression, are now seen as major issues for football players because of the mental stress and physical challenges of the sport. This study will use bibliometric methods to map out and study worldwide research trends on mental health and depression in football players from 2015 to 2025. A bibliometric analysis was done using the Scopus database. The data was analyzed with VOSviewer and R-studio software to study performance and map out the science, including looking at who wrote together, how often keywords appeared together, and how often articles were cited. This bibliometric study gives a full picture of research activity on mental health and depression in football players.

Abstract

Hasil observasi pembelajaran PJOK pada gerak lokomotor, non-lokomotor dan manipulaitf siswa cenderung rendah dan masih kategori sangat kurang sekali hingga kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan gerak lokomotor, non-lokomotor dan manipulatif dengan menerapkan permainan Play and Game pada siswa kelas IV MI Kalipare. Metode yang diunakan pada penelitian ini dengan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Studi ini melibatkan 42 siswa kelas IV di MI Kalipare, yang terdiri dari 18 laki-laki dan 24 perempuan. Hasil pembelajaran dari aspek keterampilan dengan menerapkan metode Play and Games dengan permainan Dodgeball dan permainan Tag pada siklus I menunjukkan siswa-siswi mengalami peningkatan dengan 55,8% siswa tuntas (cukup-baik sekali) dan 45,2% masih belum tuntas. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan tes keterampilan tuntas dengan 37 siswa sudah lulus KKM atau tuntas dengan persentase 88%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dengan menerapkan metode Play and Games dapat meningkatkan gerak lokomotor, non-lokomotor dan manipulatif.

Abstract

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Repeated Sprint Training (RST) are very important for soccer performance, especially in maintaining high-intensity efforts throughout the match,. however, their effects on players remain unexplored, especially with regard to which maximum aerobic capacity (VO2max) is better between the two methods. This study using an experimental research design pre-test posttest control group design, with 20 PERSEMA Malang players with a similar age range of 21 years. Group A was given HIIT Training and Group B RST Training, each group consisted of 10 samples research. The treatment was carried out for 6 weeks of training. The results of the study of the two groups between pretests and posttests showed that both groups had a significance of 0.00 which showed < P = 0.05, but the results of the ANOVA difference test showed that the value was 0.044 (> P = 0.05). This research can be concluded that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest on HIIT and RST training methods in increasing VO2max of Persema Malang players

Abstract

Small Side Games are a training method in which game situations are presented as real games, leading players to master technical, tactical and physical aspects. The research ability to maximize oxygen greatly affects performance of athletes in matches/games, because, with a poor physique, athlete's game can be detrimental to himself and team. The population of Bhayangkara U-18 men’s football players consisted of 25 people, especially football in wading through EPA (Elite Pro Academy) competition. This study usedexperimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. The analysis technique used in this study was t-test with a significance level was 0.05. The average VO2Max pre-test for U-18 was 45.01 ml/kg/min, while the post-test VO2Max average was 49.92 ml/kg/min. The average difference between the two was 4.90 ml/kg/min. Monitoring and evaluation, regularly assess players' VO2Max levels to track improvements and adjust the training program accordingly. Frequency and duration at least two to three times a week in the training schedule. Each session should last for 20-30 minutes to ensure sufficient training stimulus. Consider playing position, performance goals, and physiological capabilities when designing small-side game sessions.

Abstract

This research will review the impact of HIIT on the body composition of men's handball athletes and identify several factors. Was to evaluate the impact on body mass index (BMI), fat mass (FM), fat-free mass (FFM) and fat mass index (FMI) on the body composition of Malang City handball athletes. The subjects of this study were 14 men’s athletes, 21 years old, and received the same training program. Explains that the Paired T-Test of BMI is 0.003, Fat Mass is 0.004, Fat-Free Mass is 0.087, and Fat Mass Index is 0.000 because of the sig value. < 0,05. It can be interpreted that there is a significant effect on high-intensity interval training. The impact of high-intensity interval training has a significant impact on body mass index (BMI), fat mass (FM) and body mass index (BMI) on the body composition of handball athletes. The exercises performed have a positive impact on the formation of body composition, in the sport of handball, it takes a lot of explosive movements so ideal body conditions are very supportive of athlete performance. HIIT method is very useful in preparing training programs to form ideal body composition for coaches and the general public.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the physical condition of female volleyball athletes in Blitar City. A total of 50 athletes from various clubs and teams were assessed using a battery of physical fitness tests, including BMI, Strength, Endurance,               Explosive power and Flexibility.The subjects of this research were 12 female athletes and received the same training program. Physical condition test for volleyball athletes based on BMI add up to 271.5 with an normal of 22.6 and ordinary category. Strength gets 551 comes about and an normal of 45.9 with the less category. Endurance is 380.6 with an normal of 31.7 and sufficient category. Explosive power totaled 589 with an normal of 49.1 within the adequate category. Flexibility totaled 493.4 with an normal of 41.1 and the category sufficient. BMI comes about get comes about with a rate of 58.3% within the typical category. Strength percentage is 41.6% within the less category. Continuance rate is 83.3% within the sufficient category. Explosive power comes about with a rate of 75% within the sufficient category. Flexibility with a rate of 66.6% within the sufficient category. Generally, the competitors appeared a moo level of physical wellness, with solid execution within the BMI, strength, flexibility, explosive power and endurance tests. In any case, there were varieties in execution levels among the competitors, demonstrating the require for individualized preparing programs.
